| 5 | Breeding of a New Clubroot-resistant Chinese Cabbage Variety, CCR11242显示文摘In this study,using Japanese radish cytoplasmic sterile line ' Half Green Cabbage'( HGC) and clubroot-resistant South Korean cabbage variety ' CR Cabbage King'( CCK) as experimental materials,self-incompatible DH lines were obtained by microspore culture.Through five generations of backcross,CCR11239,a clubroot-resistant radish cytoplasmic sterile line,was obtained.Through six generations of self-crossing,CCR11240,the maintainer line of CCR11239,was bred.After the cross of CCK and Luchunbai 1( 83- 1) and five generations of self-crossing,self-compatible line CCR11241 was obtained.Through crossing CCR11240 with CCR11241,the new cabbage variety CCR11242 was obtained.After variety comparison test,provincial regional test and production demonstration test,the new variety was registered in 2012.The average yield of CCR11242 reached 60 975 kg / hm2,which was improved by 142% compared with Luchunbai 1( 83- 1).The disease index of CCR11242 was 5.63,which was 88.13 lower than the control,indicating high resistance( HR) to clubroot. | Xuezhong XU Zhimei TIAN Hongli YANG Jingfeng HU Liqin ZHANG Mei LAN Hongju DUAN Jiangming HE | 2016 | Agricultural Biotechnology2016,5,5: | 1 |

| 13 | Identification of a candidate QTG for seed number per silique by integrating QTL mapping and RNA-seq in Brassica napus L.显示文摘Seed number per silique(SNPS)is one of seed yield components in rapeseed,but its genetic mechanism remains elusive.Here a double haploid(DH)population derived from a hybrid between female 6Q006with 35–40 SNPS and male 6W26 with 10–15 SNPS was investigated for SNPS in the year 2017,2018,2019 and 2021,and genotyped with Brassica 60K Illumina Infinium SNP array.An overlapping major QTL(qSNPS.C09)explaining 51.50%of phenotypic variance on average was narrowed to a 0.90 Mb region from 44.87 Mb to 45.77 Mb on chromosome C09 by BSA-seq.Subsequently,two DEGs in this interval were detected between extreme individuals in DH and F_2populations by transcriptome sequencing at7 and 14 days after pollination siliques.Of which,BnaC09g45400D encoded an adenine phosphoribosyltransferase 5(APT5)has a 48-bp InDel variation in the promoter of two parents.Candidate gene association analysis showed that this InDel variation was associated with SNPS in a nature population of rapeseed,where 54 accessions carrying the same haplotype as parent 6Q006 had higher SNPS than103 accessions carrying the same haplotype as parent 6W26.Collectively,the findings are helpful for rapeseed molecular breeding of SNPS,and provide new insight into the genetic and molecular mechanism of SNPS in rapeseed. | Shuangshuang Xin Hongli Dong Yixin Cui Yilin Liu Guifu Tian Nanxi Deng Huafang Wan Zhi Liu Xiaorong Li Wei Qian | 2023 | The Crop Journal2023,11,1: | 0 |

| 16 | Privacy-Preserving Strategyproof Auction Mechanisms for Resource Allocation显示文摘In recent years, auction theory has been extensively studied and many state-of-the-art solutions have been proposed aiming at allocating scarce resources. However, most of these studies assume that the auctioneer is always trustworthy in the sealed-bid auctions, which is not always true in a more realistic scenario. Besides the privacy-preserving issue, the performance guarantee of social efficiency maximization is also crucial for auction mechanism design. In this paper, we study the auction mechanisms that consider the above two aspects. We discuss two multi-unit auction models: the identical multiple-items auction and the distinct multiple-items auction.Since the problem of determining a multi-unit auction mechanism that can maximize its social efficiency is NPhard, we design a series of nearly optimal multi-unit auction mechanisms for the proposed models. We prove that the proposed auction mechanisms are strategyproof. Moreover, we also prove that the privacy of bid value from each bidder can be preserved in the auction mechanisms. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first work on the strategyproof multi-unit auction mechanisms that simultaneously consider privacy preservation and social efficiency maximization.
