4Research and application of enterprise resource planning system for foundry enterprises显示文摘PPDB issues-four aspects of current management issues of foundry enterprises are discussed in this paper,including Production Management,Process Control,Duration Monitoring and Business Intelligence Data Analysis.Also a whole Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP) solution for foundry enterprises is proposed.The solution contains many models,four of which are used to solve the PPDB issues.These are called SPDB models,which separately are the Single-piece management model(based on casting lifecycle),Process management model(based on task-driven technology),Duration monitoring model(based on surplus period),and Business intelligence data analysis model(based on data mining).An ERP system for foundry enterprises,named HZERP,was researched and developed,and applied to a sand casting company of single piece and small batch production.Qualitatively and quantitatively comparing the application effect before and after implementing the HZERP system,the result demonstrated that the foundry ERP system based on the SPDB models can help metal casting enterprises achieve the single-piece management,better regulate the production processes,improve production and delivery management,shorten the production cycle,reduce costs,and speed up the capital turnover to a large extent.Zhou Jianxin Ji Xiaoyuan Liao Dunming Guan Bifeng Guan Bihong Pang Shengyong Tang Hongtao 2013China Foundry2013,10,1:16
5Counteraction of ABA-Mediated Inhibition of Seed Germination and Seedling Establishment by ABA Signaling Terminator in Arabidopsis显示文摘Seed germination and seedling establishment are important for the reproductive success of plants,but seeds and seedlings typically encounter constantly changing environmental conditions.By inhibiting seed germination and post-germinative growth through the PYR1/PYL/RCAR ABA receptors and PP2C co-receptors,the phytohormone abscisic acid(ABA)prevents premature germination and seedling growth under unfavorable conditions.However,little is known about how the ABA-mediated inhibition of seed germination and seedling establishment is thwarted.Here,we report that ABA Signaling Terminator(ABT),a WD40 protein,efficiently switches off ABA signaling and is critical for seed germination and seedling establishment.ABT is induced by ABA in a PYR1/PYL/RCAR-PP2C-dependent manner.Overexpression of ABT promotes seed germination and seedling greening in the presence of ABA,whereas knockout of ABT has the opposite effect.We found that ABT interacts with the PYR1/PYL/RCAR and PP2C proteins,interferes with the interaction between PYR1/PYL4 and ABI1/ABI2,and hampers the inhibition of ABI1/ABI2 by ABA-bound PYR1/PYL4,thereby terminating ABA signaling.Taken together,our results reveal a core mechanism of ABA signaling termination that is critical for seed germination and seedling establishment in Arabidopsis.Zhijuan Wang Ziyin Ren Chunhong Cheng Tao Wang Hongtao Ji Yang Zhao Zhiping Deng Liya Zhi Jingjing Lu Xinying Wu Shimin Xu Mengmeng Cao Hongtao Zhao Liu Liu Jiankang Zhu Xia Li 2020Molecular Plant2020,13,9:10
6Comparison of rumen bacteria distribution in original rumen digesta, rumen liquid and solid fractions in lactating Holstein cows显示文摘Background: Original rumen digesta, rumen liquid and solid fractions have been frequently used to assess the rumen bacterial community. However, bacterial profiles in rumen original digesta, liquid and solid fractions vary from each other and need to be better established.Methods: To compare bacterial profiles in each fraction, samples of rumen digesta from six cows fed either a high fiber diet(HFD) or a high energy diet(HED) were collected via rumen fistulas. Rumen digesta was then squeezed through four layers of cheesecloth to separate liquid and solid fractions. The bacterial profiles of rumen original digesta, liquid and solid fractions were analyzed with High-throughput sequencing technique.Results: Rumen bacterial diversity was mainly affected by diet and individual cow(P > 0.05) rather than rumen fraction. Bias distributed bacteria were observed in solid and liquid fractions of rumen content using Venn diagram and LEf Se analysis. Fifteen out of 16 detected biomarkers(using LEf Se analysis) were found in liquid fraction, and these 15 biomarkers contributed the most to the bacterial differences among rumen content fractions.Conclusions: Similar results were found when using samples of original rumen digesta, rumen liquid or solid fractions to assess diversity of rumen bacteria; however, more attention should be draw onto bias distributed bacteria in different ruminal fractions, especially when liquid fraction has been used as a representative sample for rumen bacterial study.Shoukun Ji Hongtao Zhang Hui Yan Arash Azarfar Haitao Shi Gibson Alugongo Shengli Li Zhijun Cao Yajing Wang 2017Journal of Animal Science and Biotechnology2017,8,3:4
7Reactive MnO_(2) template-assisted synthesis of double-shelled PPy hollow nanotubes to boost microwave absorption显示文摘Microwave absorbing materials(MAMs)with wide effective absorption bandwidth(EAB)and low filling ratio are highly desirable for practical applications.Rational design in components and structures is one of the effective strategies to achieve MAMs with high performance.Herein,double-shelled hollow(DSH)polypyrrole(PPy)nanotubes were synthesized with hydrochloric acid(HCl)and sodium pstyrene sulfonate(SS)co-doping polymerization process using manganese dioxide(MnO_(2))nanorods as a self-sacrifice template.With the increase of HCl concentration,the 1D MnO_(2) core diminishes gradually to form the MnO_(2)@PPy coaxial nanostructures and finally the DSH PPy nanotube,which tunes the microwave absorption performance.Importantly,the DSH PPy nanotubes exhibit excellent microwave absorption of an optimal reflection loss of–50.4 dB and a wide EAB of 7.7 GHz with a low filling ratio of 5 wt%in a paraffin wax matrix.The excellent microwave absorption is believed to be mainly attributed to the enhanced synergistic effects of interfacial polarization and conduction loss arising from the unique DSH structure and the co-doping polymerization.Huiling Gu Ji Huang Na Li Hua Yang Gang Chen Chengjun Dong Chunhong Gong Hongtao Guan 2023Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,15:3

13Xiaoaiping injection combined with cisplatin and gemcitabine for non-small cell lung cancer:a meta-analysis显示文摘目的:评价消癌平注射液辅助吉西他滨加顺铂(GP)化疗方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌(Nonsmall Cell Lung Cancer,NSCLC)的临床疗效。方法:计算机检索Cochrane Library,Pubmed,Embase,中国期刊全文数据库,中国生物医学文献数据库,中国科技期刊全文数据库和万方数据库中关于消癌平注射液辅助GP化疗方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的随机对照试验(randomized controlled trial,RCT),检索时间限定为建库至2018年12月。Cochrane偏倚风险评估工具进行偏倚风险评估。Revman5.3.0进行数据分析。结果:最终纳入7个研究,共534例患者。Meta分析结果显示:与单纯GP化疗方案相比,消癌平注射液辅助GP化疗方案组的总有效率[OR=1.39,95%CI(0.97,1.98),P=0.07]和胃肠道反应发生率[OR=0.44,95%C I(0.16,1.23),P=0.12],差异无统计学意义;消癌平注射液辅助GP化疗方案组的血红蛋白的下降率[OR=0.49,95%CI(0.26,0.92),P=0.03]、白细胞的下降率[OR=0.40,95%CI(0.21,0.74),P=0.004]及血小板的下降率[OR=0.43,95%CI(0.22,0.87),P=0.02]均低于单纯GP化疗方案组,同时功能状态[OR=3.78,95%CI(2.24,6.38),P<0.0001]优于单纯GP化疗方案组。结论:消癌平注射液辅助GP化疗方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌有一定疗效,鉴于文献质量,仍需高质量随机对照试验的进行验证。Yue Ji Lin Wang Changying Chen Yihua Fan Xuyan Wang Hongtao Yang 2019TMR Clinical Research2019,2,1:1
