1Effect of ZSM-5 zeolite morphology on the catalytic performance of the alkylation of toluene with methanol显示文摘A series of ZSM-5 zeolites, with the morphologies of sphere, sphere with cubic particles on the surface, and cubic particles, were synthesized by hydrothermal method using n-butylamine as the template, assisted by the addition of NaCl and crystal seed. X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM), X-ray fluorescence(XRF) and temperature-programmed desorption of ammonia(NH3-TPD) were used to characterize these samples. The samples were tested with toluene methylation reaction. The modified sample composed of spherical particles with 3 μm crystal particles on the surface had a para-xylene selectivity of 95% and maintained 79% of the initial conversion after running the reaction for 50 h. 2Pain threshold, anxiety and other factors affect intensity of postoperative pain in gastric cancer patients: A prospective cohort study显示文摘Objective: This prospective cohort study explored factors related to postoperative pain in gastric cancer patients.Methods: A total of 236 patients who underwent gastrectomy were enrolled. All patients enrolled in the study completed the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS) questionnaire and Life Orientation Test-Revised(LOT-R) questionnaire on the day before surgery. Heat pain threshold(HPT), cold pain threshold(CPT) and pressure pain threshold(PPT) were measured for all patients one day prior to surgery and demographic details were collected. All patients were connected to a patient-controlled intravenous analgesia(PCIA) pump at the end of the surgery. The occurrence of postoperative pain was used as a dependent variable, and multivariate logistic regression analyses were conducted to screen for factors affecting postoperative pain.Results: In total, 83 patients(35.2%) had postoperative pain. Body mass index(BMI) ≥28 kg/m^(2) [odds ratio(OR): 2.67;95% confidence interval(95% CI): 1.07-6.67], total gastrectomy(OR: 2.64;95% CI: 1.42-4.91),preoperative anxiety score ≥8(OR: 2.37;95% CI: 1.12-5.02), heat pain threshold ≤4.9 s(OR: 2.14;95% CI:1.06-4.32), pressure pain threshold ≤4 g(OR: 2.05;95% CI: 1.05-4.03), and female gender(OR: 1.99;95% CI:1.04-3.83) were risk factors for postoperative pain.Conclusions: Obesity, wide range of gastrectomy, high preoperative anxiety, low HPT and PPT, and female gender are associated with increased risk for postoperative pain.Hongyu Tan Jin Wei Shuo Li Ling Yu Hongwei Sun Ke Ji Yinkui Wang Changlong Li 2021Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2021,33,3:5
3Fe3C-N-doped carbon modified separator for high performance lithium-sulfur batteries显示文摘A new Fe3C-N-doped reduced graphene oxide(Fe3C-N-rGO)prepared by a facile method is used as a separator for high performance lithium-sulfur(Li-S)batteries.The Fe3C-N-rGO is coated on the surface of commercial polypropylene separator(Celgard 2400)close to the sulfur cathode.The special nanotubes are in-situ catalyzed by Fe3C nanoparticles.They could entrap lithium polysulfides(Li PSs)to restrain the shuttle effect and reduce the loss of active material.The battery with the modified separator and sulfur cathode shows an excellent cycle performance.It has a high rate performance,580.5 mAh/g at the high current rate of 4 C relative to 1075 mAh/g at 0.1 C.It also has an initial discharge capacity of 774.8 m Ah/g measured at 0.5 C and remains 721.8 mAh/g after 100 cycles with a high capacity retention of 93.2%.The outstanding performances are notable in recently reports with modified separator.Hongyu Pan Zhong Tan Haihui Zhou Lanlan Jiang Zhongyuan Huang Qjaoxia Feng Qiang Zhou Shuai Ma Yafei Kuang 2019Journal of Energy Chemistry2019,28,12:5
4Application of Landscape Plants in the Huaxi National Urban Wetland Park显示文摘The current situation of plants in Shilihe Beach of the Huaxi National Urban Wetland Park was investigated and analyzed. The results show that there are about 181 species of landscape plants in this park, of which arbors and shrubs are dominant. Various species of plants grow differently because of different types of artificial maintenance. The overall partition of the wetland park dose not follow the features of a river-type wetland and is not clear. In this park, the planting area of hygrophyte is far less than that of terrestrial plants. As a result, the wetland park is evolving into a public garden. 5Effect of Replacing Fish Meal with Extruded Soybean Meal on Growth, Feed Utilization and Apparent Nutrient Digestibility of Juvenile White Shrimp(Litopenaeus vannamei)显示文摘Extruded soybean meal(ESBM) was evaluated as a protein source for partial replacement of fish meal(FM) in diets of juvenile Litopenaeus vannamei. In the control diet(Diet 1), FM protein was replaced with increasing dietary levels of ESBM(4.28%, 8.40%, 12.62%, 16.82%, and 25.26%) at 10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, and 60% levels(Diets 2 to 6, respectively). An eight-week feeding trial was conducted on 720 juvenile shrimp(0.67 g ± 0.01 g mean initial weight), and nutrient digestibility of the six diets was determined. ESBM could replace 20% of FM without causing a significant reduction in growth of shrimp, but other dietary treatments strongly affected whole body composition. Crude protein content of the whole body fed Diet 6 was significantly lower than that fed Diet 2(P < 0.05), while crude lipid content of the whole body fed Diet 5 or 6 was significantly higher than that fed Diet 2(P < 0.05). Protein digestibilities of Diets 5 and 6 were significantly lower than that of Diet 1(P < 0.05). Digestibility of lipids ranged from 96.97% in Diet 6 to 98.34% in Diet 3, whereas dry matter digestibility decreased with increasing replacement level. 6Biodegradable lubricating mesoporous silica nanoparticles for osteoarthritis therapy显示文摘Osteoarthritis is characterized by lubrication failure of the articular cartilage and severe inflammation of the joint capsule.Lubricating mesoporous silica nanoparticles(MSNs)have been developed for the treatment of osteoarthritis based on enhanced lubrication and local drug delivery.However,MSNs are difficult to degrade in vivo in a short time,resulting in potential toxic effect due to bioaccumulation.In this study,biodegradable MSNs(bMSNs)were prepared through an oil–water biphase stratification method,and modified with poly(2-methacryloyloxyethyl phosphocholine)(PMPC)to synthesize lubricating drug-loaded nanoparticles(bMSNs–NH_(2)@PMPC)by photopolymerization.The in vitro degradation test demonstrated that the bMSNs and bMSNs–NH_(2)@PMPC almost degraded within 7 days.The tribiological test showed that the lubrication property of the bMSNs–NH2@PMPC was greatly improved,with a reduction of 50%in the friction coefficient(COF)compared with the bMSNs.It was attributed to hydration lubrication mechanism by which a tenacious hydration layer is formed surrounding the zwitterionic headgroups(N+(CH_(3))^(3)and PO4-)in PMPC polyelectrolyte polymer.Additionally,the bMSNs–NH_(2)@PMPC maintained excellent lubrication property under degradation and achieved sustained drug release behavior compared with the bMSNs.In summary,the biodegradable bMSNs–NH2@PMPC developed in this study with the properties of enhanced lubrication and drug delivery may be a promising approach for osteoarthritis therapy.Li WAN Yi WANG Xiaolong TAN Yulong SUN Jing LUO Hongyu ZHANG 2022Friction2022,10,1:2
7A non-wetting and conductive polyethylene dioxothiophene hole transport layer for scalable and flexible perovskite solar cells显示文摘The regulated crystallization of perovskite and highly repeatable preparation are decisive challenges for large-scale flexible perovskite solar cells(PSCs).Herein,we synthesize an oil-soluble poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)(Oil-PEDOT)as a hole transport layer(HTL).The non-wetting Oil-PEDOT HTL can promote the quality of large-area flexible perovskite films because of its optimized crystallinity and printability.The Oil-PEDOT layer also delivers desirable conductivity and charge transport without a complex doping.Consequently,the flexible PSCs with Oil-PEDOT HTL achieve an efficiency of 19.51%and 16.70%based on 1.05 and 22.50 cm^(2),respectively.Moreover,these large-scale flexible PSCs demonstrate remarkable mechanical robustness,and the efficiency exhibits 93%retention after 7,000 bending cycles.These results show that the Oil-PEDOT is a potentially efficient HTL for fabricating efficient large-scale flexible PSCs.Chenxiang Gong Lin Zhang Xiangchuan Meng Zhi Xing Li Rao Hongyu Wang Zengqi Huang Licheng Tan Ting Hu Xiaotian Hu Yiwang Chen 2021Science China Chemistry2021,64,5:1
8Electric field controlled superlubricity of fullerene-based host–guest assembly显示文摘Controlling friction by the electric field is a promising way to improve the tribological performance of a variety of movable mechanical systems.In this work,the assembly structure and microscale superlubricity of a host–guest assembly are effectively controlled by the electric field.With the help of the scanning tunneling microscopy(STM)technique,the host–guest assembly structures constructed by the co-assembly of fullerene derivative(Fluorene-C60)with macrocycles(4B2A and 3B2A)are explicitly characterized.Combined with density functional theory(DFT),the distinct different assembly behaviors of fullerene derivatives are revealed at different probe biases,which is attributed to the molecular polarity of the fullerene derivative.Through the control on the adsorption behavior,the friction coefficient of host–guest assembly is demonstrated to be controllable in the electric field by using atomic force microscopy(AFM).At positive probe bias,the friction coefficient of the host–guest assembly is significantly reduced and achieves superlubricity(μmin=0.0049).The efforts not only help us gain insight into the host–guest assembly mechanism controlled by the electric field,but also promote the further application of fullerene in micro-electro-mechanical systems(MEMS).Shanchao Tan Hongyu Shi Xin Du Kunpeng Wang Haijun Xu Junhua Wan Ke Deng Qingdao Zeng Yuhong Liu 2023Nano Research2023,16,1:1

14Formation mechanism of high-quality reservoirs of Lower Cretaceous volcaniclastic sedimentary rocks in Songliao Basin显示文摘High abundance gas reservoirs were discovered in the volcaniclastic sedimentary rocks of Wangfu faulted depression in Songliao Basin,but the distribution pattern and formation mechanism of this type of high-quality reservoirs were not clear.In the Shahezi Formation of Well Block CS6 in Wangfu faulted depression,the void space type,reservoir property,pore throat and pore diameters were studied by means of the casting thin section,helium intrusion porosimetry,mercury intrusion porosimetry(MIP)and nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)methods,moreover,formation mechanism and main controlling factors of the high-quality reservoirs were discussed.Results showed that lithology of high-quality reservoirs consisted of the volcaniclastic sedimentary agglomerate and the volcaniclastic sedimentary breccia,and exhibited the coarsening-upward characteristics.Furthermore,three types(seven subtypes)of void spaces were identified,among which the intragranular vesicles with primary abundant pores were uniquely developed in the high-quality reservoirs of volcaniclastic sedimentary rocks,indicating this high-quality reservoir belonged to the large-pore and small-throat reservoir;porosity and permeability of volcaniclastic sedimentary agglomerate were slightly higher than those of volcaniclastic sedimentary breccia,and both were significantly higher than those of sedimentary rock in the Shahezi Formation,the porosity was closely related with the burial depth.Formation mechanisms of reservoirs in the volcaniclastic sedimentary rocks were release of volatile matters in parent rocks,grain support,dissolution and tectonic modification,among which the former two were the main controlling factors.The high-quality reservoirs over the study area were mainly distributed in the central part of the fan of volcaniclastic sedimentary rocks,among which the grain-supported,coarse-grained volcaniclastic sedimentary rocks with high content of intragranular vesicular detritus and burial depth less than 3000 m were the most favorable area for development of the high-quality reservoirs.Huafeng Tang Tan Kong Xiang Liu Di Yang Hongyu Huo Yulong Huang 2017Petroleum Research2017,2,2:1
15Chromosome-level genome assemblies of five Prunus species and genome-wide association studies for key agronomic traits in peach显示文摘Prunus species include many important perennial fruit crops,such as peach,plum,apricot,and related wild species.Here,we report de novo genome assemblies for five species,including the cultivated species peach(Prunus persica),plum(Prunus salicina),and apricot(Prunus armeniaca),and the wild peach species Tibetan peach(Prunus mira)and Chinese wild peach(Prunus davidiana).The genomes ranged from 240 to 276 Mb in size,with contig N50 values of 2.27−8.30Mb and 25,333−27,826 protein-coding gene models.As the phylogenetic tree shows,plum diverged from its common ancestor with peach,wild peach species,and apricot~7 million years ago(MYA).We analyzed whole-genome resequencing data of 417 peach accessions,called 3,749,618 high-quality SNPs,577,154 small indels,31,800 deletions,duplications,and inversions,and 32,338 insertions,and performed a structural variant-based genome-wide association study(GWAS)of key agricultural traits.From our GWAS data,we identified a locus associated with a fruit shape corresponding to the OVATE transcription factor,where a large inversion event correlates with higher OVATE expression in flat-shaped accessions.Furthermore,a GWAS revealed a NAC transcription factor associated with fruit developmental timing that is linked to a tandem repeat variant and elevated NAC expression in early-ripening accessions.We also identified a locus encoding microRNA172d,where insertion of a transposable element into its promoter was found in double-flower accessions.Thus,our efforts have suggested roles for OVATE,a NAC transcription factor,and microRNA172d in fruit shape,fruit development period,and floral morphology,respectively,that can be connected to traits in other crops,thereby demonstrating the importance of parallel evolution in the diversification of several commercially important domesticated species.In general,these genomic resources will facilitate functional genomics,evolutionary research,and agronomic improvement of these five and other Prunus species.We believe that structural variant-based GWASs can also be used in other plants,animal species,and humans and be combined with deep sequencing GWASs to precisely identify candidate genes and genetic architecture components.Qiuping Tan Sen Li Yuzheng Zhang Min Chen Binbin Wen Shan Jiang Xiude Chen Xiling Fu Dongmei Li Hongyu Wu Yong Wang Wei Xiao Ling Li 2021Horticulture Research2021,8,1:1
