| 4 | Robust state estimation for uncertain linear systems with random parametric uncertainties显示文摘In this paper, we investigate state estimations of a dynamical system with random parametric uncertainties which may arbitrarily affect a plant state-space model. A robust estimator is derived based on expectation minimization of estimation errors. An analytic solution similar to that of the well-known Kalman filter is derived for this new robust estimator which can be realized recursively with a comparable computational complexity. Under some weak assumptions, it is proved that this estimator converges to a stable system,the covariance matrix of estimation errors is bounded, and the estimation is asymptotically unbiased. | 5 | Enhancement of municipal sludge dewaterability by electrochemical pretreatment显示文摘Electrolysis is a promising technology to improve sludge dewaterability efficiently with negligible environmental impact. To intensify the electrolytic efficiency, the effect of electrolytes(NaCl, Na_2SO_4, NaNO_3, and NaClO_4) on electrolysis pretreatment of municipal sludge and its mechanisms was investigated using Ti/PbO_2 electrodes. The electrolytes,which enhanced the production of oxidative radicals, showed a significant synergetic effect in reducing the capillary suction time(CST) of sludge. NaCl was distinguished from the other electrolytes since it formed a large amount of active chlorine species, which oxidized the sludge cells to improve the sludge dewaterability. The surface morphologies as well as the soluble proteins and polysaccharides were analyzed to unravel the underlying mechanisms of sludge dewaterability. | 7 | Stimuli-responsive nitric oxide generator for light-triggered synergistic cancer photothermal/gas therapy显示文摘As a minimally invasive local cancer therapy,photothermal therapy (PTT) has aroused intensive interests in recent years.However,the therapeutic effect of PTT is still unsatisfying due to the production of heat shock proteins.Combination therapy has been regarded as a promising strategy to enhance therapeutic efficiency.In this study,a novel intelligent protoporphyrin (PplX)-based polymer nanoplatform is developed for synergistic enhancement of cancer treatment through combined PTT and nitric oxide (NO) therapy.The core of the nanoparticle is composed of closely packed porphyrin-based NO donors and PplX branches of the block copolymer.The prepared nanoparticles exhibit good photothermal conversion capability and high sensitivity to release NO under light illumination.And the produced high localized temperature and intracellular NO concentration could efficiently inhibit cancer cells both in vitro and in vivo.More important,this therapeutic nanoplatform can fundamentally eliminate the emergence of multidrug resistance and overcome the hypoxia microenvironment in tumors because of the absence of chemotherapeutic drugs and the oxygen-independent process,thus opening up new ideas for multifunctional therapeutic agent design for treatment of multidrug-resistant cancer. | Xuehui Huang Funeng Xu Huabo Hou Jianwen Hou Yi Wang Shaobing Zhou | 2019 | Nano Research2019,12,6: | 2 |

| 16 | 肿瘤坏死因子α致肝细胞凋亡效应及其机制的研究(英文)显示文摘Objective: To investigate the apoptosis effect of TNF-α on HepG2 cells and its mechanism in vitro. Methods: HepG2 cells were treated with TNF-α (400 U/mL). HepG2 cells treated with TNF-α for 24 h and apoptosis was proved by DNA fragments on gel electrophoresis. Fluorescent quantitative real-time PCR was used to detect Fas and FasL expression. HepG2 cells treated by TNF-α were co-cultivated with normal HepG2 cells. Apoptosis of HepG2 cells was determined by the method of FACS. Results: After 24 h TNF-α treatment, DNA was collapsed into fragments to form DNA ladder in gel elec- trophoresis; FasL expression increases and induces HepG2 cells apoptosis. By FACS, 98.4% of the co-cultivated cells were apoptosis, but 16.5% cells in control group were apoptosis. Conclusion: TNF-α can induce apoptosis of HepG2 cells in vitro. FasL expression on TNF-α pre-treated HepG2 cells increased and these cells can lead normal HepG2 cells to apoptosis.
