1A chlorinated low-bandgap small-molecule acceptor for organic solar cells with 14.1% efficiency and low energy loss显示文摘A new acceptor-donor-acceptor(A-D-A) type small-molecule acceptor NCBDT-4 Cl using chlorinated end groups is reported.This new-designed molecule demonstrates wide and efficient absorption ability in the range of 600–900 nm with a narrow optical bandgap of 1.40 eV. The device based on PBDB-T-SF:NCBDT-4 Cl shows a power conversion efficiency(PCE) of 13.1%without any post-treatment, which represents the best result for all as-cast organic solar cells(OSCs) to date. After device optimizations, the PCE was further enhanced to over 14% with a high short-circuit current density(Jsc) of 22.35 m A cm-2 and a fill-factor(FF) of 74.3%. The improved performance was attributed to the more efficient photo-electron conversion process in the optimal device. 3The prior rules of designing Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) MXene-based gas sensors显示文摘Working temperature,sensitivity,and selectivity are some of the characteristics of the applied gas sensors.How to design and fabricate an ideal gas sensor working at room temperature is still challenging and attracting lots of interest.Two-dimensional(2D)materials with ultra-thin structure have been demonstrated as a family of ideal candidates to achieve this goal.Among them,Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) MXene,a kind of layered sheet synthesized by selectively etching MAX phases materials,shows remarkable potential to be the sensitive materials solely or in a composite.However,their designing rules are still lacking critical thinking from the viewpoint of the intrinsic property of Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) MXene based materials.In this article,two critical features,i.e.,the thickness of the sensitive materials,and the scope of the analytes,are elaborated towards Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) MXene based gas sensors after characterizing the performance of sensing reducing gases(NH3 and CO)and oxidizing gas(NO2).First,the thinner the Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) MXene sensitive layer,the better the sensitivity.Second,the Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) MXene based gas sensor is not suitable for strong and moderate oxidation gas due to its ease of oxidation.These two rules are demonstrated,and could be considered with priority both in the future researches and practical applications.Yingying Jian Danyao Qu Lihao Guo Yujin Zhu Chen Su Huanran Feng Guangjian Zhang Jia Zhang Weiwei Wu Ming-Shui Yao 2021Frontiers of Chemical Science and Engineering2021,15,3:3
4Side chain engineering investigation of non-fullerene acceptors for photovoltaic device with efficiency over 15%显示文摘Side chain engineering plays a substantial role for high-performance organic solar cells (OSCs).Herein,a series of non-fullerene acceptor (NFA) molecules with A-D-A structures,TTCn-4F,with gradient substituent lengths of terminal side chains (T-SCs) on the molecular backbones have been designed and synthesized.The effects of T-SCs length,ranging from hydrogen atom to n-dodecyl,their optoelectronic properties,thin film molecular packing,blend film morphology,and overall photovoltaic performance have been systematically studied.The results show that among this series of molecules,TTC8-4F with n-octyl substituent,showed the best photovoltaic performance when applied with PM6 as the donor due to its favorable morphology,balanced charge mobility,effective exciton dissociation and less charge recombination.Based on this,its ternary device with F-Br as the secondary acceptor achieved a high PCE of 15.34%with the simultaneously enhanced Voc of 0.938 V,Jscof 22.66 mA cm^-2,and FF of 72.15%.These results indicate that the engineering of T-SCs is an effective strategy for designing high-performance NFAs.Xin Zhang Yunqian Ding Huanran Feng Huanhuan Gao Xin Ke Hongtao Zhang Chenxi Li Xiangjian Wan Yongsheng Chen 2020Science China Chemistry2020,63,12:2
5Establishment of an optimized CTC detection model consisting of EpCAM,MUC1 and WT1 in epithelial ovarian cancer and its correlation with clinical characteristics显示文摘Objective:Emerging studies have demonstrated the promising clinical value of circulating tumor cells(CTCs)for diagnosis,disease assessment,treatment monitoring and prognosis in epithelial ovarian cancer.However,the clinical application of CTC remains restricted due to diverse detection techniques with variable sensitivity and specificity and a lack of common standards.Methods:We enrolled 160 patients with epithelial ovarian cancer as the experimental group,and 90 patients including 50 patients with benign ovarian tumor and 40 healthy females as the control group.We enriched CTCs with immunomagnetic beads targeting two epithelial cell surface antigens(EpCAM and MUC1),and used multiple reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR)detecting three markers(EpCAM,MUC1 and WT1)for quantification.And then we used a binary logistic regression analysis and focused on EpCAM,MUC1 and WT1 to establish an optimized CTC detection model.Results:The sensitivity and specificity of the optimized model is 79.4%and 92.2%,respectively.The specificity of the CTC detection model is significantly higher than CA125(92.2%vs.82.2%,P=0.044),and the detection rate of CTCs was higher than the positive rate of CA125(74.5%vs.58.2%,P=0.069)in early-stage patients(stage I and II).The detection rate of CTCs was significantly higher in patients with ascitic volume≥500 mL,suboptimal cytoreductive surgery and elevated serum CA125 level after 2 courses of chemotherapy(P<0.05).The detection rate of CTC;and CTC;was significantly higher in chemo-resistant patients(26.3%vs.11.9%;26.4%vs.13.4%,P<0.05).The median progression-free survival time for CTC;patients trended to be longer than CTC;patients,and overall survival was shorter in CTC;patients(P=0.043).Conclusions:Our study presents an optimized detection model for CTCs,which consists of the expression levels of three markers(EpCAM,MUC1 and WT1).In comparison with CA125,our model has high specificity and demonstrates better diagnostic values,especially for early-stage ovarian cancer.Detection of CTC;and CTC;had predictive value for chemotherapy resistance,and the detection of CTC;suggested poor prognosis.Tongxia Wang Yan Gao Xi Wang Junrui Tian Yuan Li Bo Yu Cuiyu Huang Hui Li Huamao Liang David M.Irwin Huanran Tan Hongyan Guo 2022Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2022,34,2:2

7A series of dithienobenzodithiophene based small molecules for highly efficient organic solar cells显示文摘Three acceptor-donor-acceptor(A-D-A) small molecules DCAODTBDT,DRDTBDT and DTBDTBDT using dithieno[2,3-d:2',3'-d']benzo[l,2-b:4,5-b']dithiophene as the central building block,octyl cyanoacetate,3-octylrhodanine and thiobarbituric acid as the end groups were designed and synthesized as donor materials in solution-processed photovoltaic cells(OPVs).The impacts of these different electron withdrawing end groups on the photophysical properties,energy levels,charge carrier mobility,morphologies of blend films,and their photovoltaic properties have been systematically investigated.OPVs device based on DRDTBDT gave the best power conversion efficiency(PCE) of 8.34%,which was significantly higher than that based on DCAODTBDT(4.83%) or DTBDTBDT(3.39%).These results indicate that rather dedicated and balanced consideration of absorption,energy levels,morphology,mobility,etc.for the design of small-molecule-based OPVs(SM-OPVs)and systematic investigations are highly needed to achieve high performance for SM-OPVs.Huanran Feng Miaomiao Li Wang Ni Bin Kan Yunchuang Wang Yamin Zhang Hongtao Zhang Xiangjian Wan Yongsheng Chen 2017Science China Chemistry2017,60,4:1

12Community Structure and Diversity of Ground Cover Plants in Tianjin Binhai International Airport显示文摘By using quadrat sampling method,the community structure and diversity of ground cover plants in the flight area in Tianjin Binhai International Airport were investigated from spring to autumn in 2015. The results showed that 58 plant species were recorded at the airport,belonging to 18 families and 48 genera.Dominant plant species showed seasonal characteristics. Specifically,Ixeris chinensis( Thunb.) Nakai and Lagopsis supina( Steph.) Ik.-Gal. ex Knorr. were the dominant species in spring; Lagopsis supina,Cirsium setosum( Willd.) MB,Plantago asiatica L.,Cynanchum chinense R. Br. and Humulus scandens( Lour.)Merr. were the dominant species in summer; Chloris virgata Sw. and Eleusine indica( L.) Gaertn. were the dominant species in autumn. Quantitative characteristics of the dominant species,including the density,frequency,coverage and height,varied in different seasons. In different seasons,changes in the diversity of plant communities in three sampling points were analyzed. The results indicated that plant communities in summer exhibited the highest diversity and the most uniform distribution. 16Attack Behavior Extraction Based on Heterogeneous Cyberthreat Intelligence and Graph Convolutional Networks显示文摘The continuous improvement of the cyber threat intelligence sharing mechanism provides new ideas to deal with Advanced Persistent Threats(APT).Extracting attack behaviors,i.e.,Tactics,Techniques,Procedures(TTP)from Cyber Threat Intelligence(CTI)can facilitate APT actors’profiling for an immediate response.However,it is difficult for traditional manual methods to analyze attack behaviors from cyber threat intelligence due to its heterogeneous nature.Based on the Adversarial Tactics,Techniques and Common Knowledge(ATT&CK)of threat behavior description,this paper proposes a threat behavioral knowledge extraction framework that integrates Heterogeneous Text Network(HTN)and Graph Convolutional Network(GCN)to solve this issue.It leverages the hierarchical correlation relationships of attack techniques and tactics in the ATT&CK to construct a text network of heterogeneous cyber threat intelligence.With the help of the Bidirectional EncoderRepresentation fromTransformers(BERT)pretraining model to analyze the contextual semantics of cyber threat intelligence,the task of threat behavior identification is transformed into a text classification task,which automatically extracts attack behavior in CTI,then identifies the malware and advanced threat actors.The experimental results show that F1 achieve 94.86%and 92.15%for the multi-label classification tasks of tactics and techniques.Extend the experiment to verify the method’s effectiveness in identifying the malware and threat actors in APT attacks.The F1 for malware and advanced threat actors identification task reached 98.45%and 99.48%,which are better than the benchmark model in the experiment and achieve state of the art.The model can effectivelymodel threat intelligence text data and acquire knowledge and experience migration by correlating implied features with a priori knowledge to compensate for insufficient sample data and improve the classification performance and recognition ability of threat behavior in text.Binhui Tang Junfeng Wang Huanran Qiu Jian Yu Zhongkun Yu Shijia Liu 2023Computers, Materials & Continua2023,,1:0

20Dynamic fluid transport property of hydraulic fractures and its evaluation using acoustic logging显示文摘The existing acoustic logging methods for evaluating the hydraulic fracturing effectiveness usually use the fracture density to evaluate the fracture volume, and the results often cannot accurately reflect the actual productivity. This paper studies the dynamic fluid flow through hydraulic fractures and its effect on borehole acoustic waves. Firstly, based on the fractal characteristics of fractures observed in hydraulic fracturing experiments, a permeability model of complex fracture network is established. Combining the dynamic fluid flow response of the model with the Biot-Rosenbaum theory that describes the acoustic wave propagation in permeable formations, the influence of hydraulic fractures on the velocity dispersion of borehole Stoneley-wave is then calculated and analyzed, whereby a novel hydraulic fracture fluid transport property evaluation method is proposed. The results show that the Stoneley-wave velocity dispersion characteristics caused by complex fractures can be equivalent to those of the plane fracture model, provided that the average permeability of the complex fracture model is equal to the permeability of the plane fracture. In addition, for fractures under high-permeability(fracture width 10~100 μm, permeability ~100 μm^(2)) and reduced permeability(1~10 μm, ~10 μm^(2), as in fracture closure) conditions, the Stoneley-wave velocity dispersion characteristics are significantly different.
