| 1 | Improving Joint Features and Mechanical Properties of Pinless Fiction Stir Welding of Alcald 2A12-T4 Aluminum Alloy显示文摘As a new solid state welding,pinless friction stir welding(PFSW) can be used to join thin-wall structures.In this study,four new pinless tools with different groove distributions were designed and manufactured in order to enrich technological storage of PFSW and obtain sound joint with high quality of alclad 2A12-T4 alloy.The results show that the small-obliquity tool is detrimental to the transfer of plasticized materials,resulting in the formation of kissing bond defect.For the through-groove tool or the large-curvature tool,bigger flashes form on the joint surface and alclad layer is observed in the nugget zone(NZ),deteriorating mechanical properties.Compared with the above-mentioned three tools,using the six-groove tool with rational curvature and obliquity can not only yield sound joint with small flashes and thickness reduction,but also prevent alclad from flowing into NZ,which has potential to weld thin alclad aluminum alloys.Meanwhile,the tensile strength and elongation of joint using the six-groove tool reach the maximum values of 362 MPa and 8.3%,up to 85.1% and 64% of BM. | Zhenlei Liu Hutao Cui Shude Ji Minqiang Xu Xiangchen Meng | 2016 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2016,32,12: | 7 |
| 2 | UPF based autonomous navigation scheme for deep space probe显示文摘The autonomous 'celestial navigation scheme' for deep space probe departing from the earth and the autonomous 'optical navigation scheme' for encountering object celestial body are presented. Then, aiming at the conditions that large initial estimation errors and non-Gaussian distribution of state or measurement errors may exist in orbit determination process of the two phases, UPF (unscented particle filter) is introduced into the navigation schemes. By tackling nonlinear and non-Gaussian problems, UPF overcomes the accuracy influence brought by the traditional EKF (extended Kalman filter), UKF (unscented Kalman filter), and PF (particle filter) schemes in approximate treatment to nonlinear and non-Gaussian state model and measurement model. | 3 | Effects of cecropin-XJ on growth and adherence of oral cariogenic bacteria in vitro显示文摘Background CecropinXJ belongs to cecropinB, which is the most potent antibacterial peptide found naturally The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of cecropinXJ on growth and adherence of oral cariogenic bacteriaMethods Four oral cariogenic bacteria (Streptococcus mutans, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Actinomyces viscosus and Actinomyces naeslundii) were chosen for this experiment The minimal inhibitory concentrations (MICs) and reductive percent of bacterial growth were used to assay the antibacterial activity of cecropinXJ Mammalian cytotoxicity of cecropinXJ was tested with human periodontal membrane fibroblasts by tetrazolium (MTT) colorimetric assay The bacterial morphological changes induced by cecropinXJ were examined on scanning electron microscope (SEM) The influence of cecropinXJ on bacterial adhesion to salivacoated hydroxyapatite (SHA) was measured by scintillation countingResults The MICs of cecropinXJ for inhibition of the growth of four bacteria ranged from 40 to 428 μmol/L with the highest susceptible to A naeslundii and the lowest susceptible to L acidophilus At pH 68, 55 and 82, 1/2 MIC of cecropinXJ reduced the number of viable bacteria by 409%, 678% and 328% for S mutans and by 281%, 572% and 379% for L acidophilus The activities against Smutans and L acidophilus increased at pH 55 compared with pH 68 (P<001, respectively) In present of 50% saliva, 1/2 MIC of the peptide decreased the direct count of viable cells by 292% and 144% for S mutans and L acidophilus, respectively (P<001 and P>005, respectively), whereas almost no reduction counts were detected in the presence of 20% serum for both bacteria (P>005, respectively) Mammalian cytotoxicity of cecropinXJ from 10 to 100 μmol/L exhibited no cytotoxicity against human periodontal membrane fibroblasts (P>005) Bacterial morphological changes induced by MIC of cecropinXJ examined on SEM showed cell surface disruption Furthermore, the ability of A naeslundii adhesion to SHA decreased significantly with MIC of cecropinXJ for 10 and 20 minutes (P=0001 and 0000, respectively), and S mutans, A viscosus to SHA decreased significantly with MIC of cecropinXJ for 20 minutes( P=0000, respectively) Conclusions CecropinXJ exhibited bactericidal action against cariogenic pathogens, and the antibacterial activity enhanced in the acid environment The results also demonstrate that cecropinXJ prevents S mutans and actinomyces adsorption to SHA These findings suggest that CecropinXJ may have potential to prevent | HAOYu-qing ZHOUXue-dong XIAOXiao-rong LUJun-jun ZHANGFu-chun HUTao WUHong-kun CHENXin-mei | 2005 | Chinese Medical Journal2005,,2: | 6 |

| 6 | Synthesis and Characteristics of an Aspartame Analogue,L-Asparaginyl L-3-Phenyllactic Acid Methyl Ester显示文摘An aspartame analogue, L-asparaginyl L-3-phenyllactic acid methyl ester was synthesized with aspartic acid replaced by asparagine and peptide bond replaced by ester bond. The aspartic acid of aspartame could be replaced by asparagine as reported in the literature. In this analogue, the hydrogen of amide group could still form a hydrogen bond with the oxygen of ester bond and the ester bond was isosteric with peptide bond. However, the product was not sweet, showing that the peptide bond could not be replaced by ester bond. The peptide C-N bond behaves as a double bond that is not free to rotate and the C, O, N and H atoms are in the same plane.
