| 2 | One Stone Four Birds:A Novel Liposomal Delivery System Multi-functionalized with Ginsenoside Rh2 for Tumor Targeting Therapy显示文摘Liposomes hold great potential in anti-cancer drug delivery and the targeting treatment of tumors.However,the clinical therapeutic efficacy of liposomes is still limited by the complexity of tumor microenvironment(TME)and the insufficient accumulation in tumor sites.Meanwhile,the application of cholesterol and polyethylene glycol(PEG),which are usually used to prolong the blood circulation and stabilize the structure of liposomes respectively,has been questioned due to various disadvantages.Herein,we developed a ginsenoside Rh2-based multifunctional liposome system(Rh2-lipo)to effectively address these challenges once for all.Different with the conventional’wooden’liposomes,Rh2-lipo is a much more brilliant carrier with multiple functions.In Rh2-lipo,both cholesterol and PEG were substituted by Rh2,which works as membrane stabilizer,long-circulating stealther,active targeting ligand,and chemotherapy adjuvant at the same time.Firstly,Rh2 could keep the stability of liposomes and avoid the shortcomings caused by cholesterol.Secondly,Rh2-lipo showed a specifically prolonged circulation behavior in the blood.Thirdly,the accumulation of the liposomes in the tumor was significantly enhanced by the interaction of glucose transporter of tumor cells with Rh2.Fourth,Rh2-lipo could remodel the structure and reverse the immunosuppressive environment in TME.When tested in a 4T1 breast carcinoma xenograft model,the paclitaxel-loaded Rh2-lipo realized high efficient tumor growth suppression.Therefore,Rh2-lipo not only innovatively challenges the position of cholesterol as a liposome component,but also provides another innovative potential system with multiple functions for anti-cancer drug delivery. | Chao Hong Jianming Liang Jiaxuan Xia Ying Zhu Yizhen Guo Anni Wang Chunyi Lu Hongwei Ren Chen Chen Shiyi Li Dan Wang Huaxing Zhan Jianxin Wang | 2020 | Nano-Micro Letters2020,12,10: | 8 |

| 4 | Dynamic network embedding via incremental skip-gram with negative sampling显示文摘Network representation learning,as an approach to learn low dimensional representations of vertices,has attracted considerable research attention recently.It has been proven extremely useful in many machine learning tasks over large graph.Most existing methods focus on learning the structural representations of vertices in a static network,but cannot guarantee an accurate and efficient embedding in a dynamic network scenario.The fundamental problem of continuously capturing the dynamic properties in an efficient way for a dynamic network remains unsolved.To address this issue,we present an efficient incremental skip-gram algorithm with negative sampling for dynamic network embedding,and provide a set of theoretical analyses to characterize the performance guarantee.Specifically,we first partition a dynamic network into the updated,including addition/deletion of links and vertices,and the retained networks over time.Then we factorize the objective function of network embedding into the added,vanished and retained parts of the network.Next we provide a new stochastic gradient-based method,guided by the partitions of the network,to update the nodes and the parameter vectors.The proposed algorithm is proven to yield an objective function value with a bounded difference to that of the original objective function.The first order moment of the objective difference converges in order of O(1/n^2),and the second order moment of the objective difference can be stabilized in order of O(1).Experimental results show that our proposal can significantly reduce the training time while preserving the comparable performance.We also demonstrate the correctness of the theoretical analysis and the practical usefulness of the dynamic network embedding.We perform extensive experiments on multiple real-world large network datasets over multi-label classification and link prediction tasks to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of the proposed framework,and up to 22 times speedup has been achieved. | Hao PENG Jianxin LI Hao YAN Qiran GONG Senzhang WANG Lin LIU Lihong WANG Xiang REN | 2020 | Science China(Information Sciences)2020,63,10: | 4 |

| 6 | Hydrothermal exfoliated molybdenum disulfide nanosheets as anode material for lithium ion batteries显示文摘Ultrathin MoS2nanosheets were prepared in high yield using a facile and effective hydrothermal intercalation and exfoliation route. The products were characterized in detail using X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy and Raman spectroscopy. The results show that the high yield of MoS2nanosheets with good quality was successfully achieved and the dimensions of the immense nanosheets reached 1 μm–2 μm. As anode material for Li-ion batteries, the as-prepared MoS2nanosheets electrodes exhibited a good initial capacity of 1190 mAh g-1and excellent cyclic stability at constant current density of 50 mA g-1. The effect of homogenization treatment on the microstructures and tensile properties were investigated by OM, SEM and EDS. The results show that adding small amount of Sc and Zr can greatly refine the grain size of the billet, with the average grain size of 10 μm. Grain-boundary becomes coarser firstly and then thinner under different homogenizing condition and grain coarsening were observed. The solute elements content of Zn inside grains has a peak at 490 ℃ /2 h, and Cu element, which was solved into matrix, can enhance the matrix hardness obviously during homogenization. The results indicated that Streptococcus iniae was extremely sensitive to Galla Chinensis,Fructus Hippophae and Fructus Mume,highly sensitive to Sappan Lignum,Pericarpium Granati,Folium Eucalypti and Radix Scutellariae,moderately sensitive to Rhizoma Coptidis,Radix et Rhizoma Rhei,Flos Caryophyllata,Cortex phellodendri and Rabdosia serra( Maxim.) Hara,and insensitive to Herba Portulacae,Herba Houttuyniae,Polygonum hydropiper L.,Herba Menthae,Radix Glycyrrhizae,Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae,Herba Andrographitis and Rhizoma Acori Tatarinowii. Chinese medicinal herbs which Streptococcus iniae was extremely sensitive or moderately sensitive to were selected and prepared into three Chinese herbal medicine formulae for medicated bath of Oreochromis niloticus infected artificially with Streptococcus iniae. The results showed that medicated bath elicited therapeutic effects on infected Oreochromis niloticus. | 11 | Oxygen Vacancy-Rich 2D TiO_(2) Nanosheets:A Bridge Toward High Stability and Rapid Hydrogen Storage Kinetics of Nano-Confined MgH_(2)显示文摘MgH_(2) has attracted intensive interests as one of the most promising hydrogen storage materials.Nevertheless,the high desorption temperature,sluggish kinetics,and rapid capacity decay hamper its commercial application.Herein,2D TiO_(2) nanosheets with abundant oxygen vacancies are used to fabricate a flower-like MgH_(2)/TiO_(2) heterostructure with enhanced hydrogen storage performances.Particularly,the onset hydrogen desorption temperature of the MgH_(2)/TiO_(2) heterostructure is lowered down to 180℃(295℃ for blank MgH_(2)).The initial desorption rate of MgH_(2)/TiO_(2) reaches 2.116 wt% min^(-1) at 300℃,35 times of the blank MgH_(2) under the same conditions.Moreover,the capacity retention is as high as 98.5% after 100 cycles at 300℃,remarkably higher than those of the previously reported MgH_(2)-TiO_(2) composites.Both in situ HRTEM observations and ex situ XPS analyses confirm that the synergistic effects from multi-valance of Ti species,accelerated electron transportation caused by oxygen vacancies,formation of catalytic Mg-Ti oxides,and stabilized MgH_(2) NPs confined by TiO_(2) nanosheets contribute to the high stability and kinetically accelerated hydrogen storage performances of the composite.The strategy of using 2D substrates with abundant defects to support nano-sized energy storage materials to build heterostructure is therefore promising for the design of high-performance energy materials. | Li Ren Wen Zhu Yinghui Li Xi Lin Hao Xu Fengzhan Sun Chong Lu Jianxin Zou | 2022 | Nano-Micro Letters2022,14,9: | 2 |

| 15 | Crystal design of bismuth oxyiodide with highly exposed (110) facets on curved carbon nitride for the photocatalytic degradation of pollutants in wastewater显示文摘Crystalline materials with specific facet atomic arrangements and crystal facet structures exhibit unique functions according to their facet effects, quantum size effects and physical and chemical properties. In this study, a novel high-exposure (110) facet of bismuth oxyiodide (BiOI) was prepared (denoted as BiOI-110), and designed as nanosheets rich in oxygen vacancies by crystal facet design and regulation. Graphitic carbon nitride was designed as curved carbon nitride with dibromopyrazine, denoted as DCN, which contributed to a significant structural distortion in plane symmetry and improved the separation of charge carriers. Novel heterostructured BiOI-110/DCN nanosheets with a high-exposure (110) facet and abundant oxygen vacancies were successfully designed to enhance the photocatalytic degradation of organic pollutants. It was demonstrated that complete and tight contact between BiOI-110 and DCN was achieved by changing the size and crystal facet of BiOI. Oxytetracycline (OTC) and methyl blue dyes were used as targets for pollutant degradation, and 85.6% and 96.5% photocatalytic degradation efficiencies, respectively, were observed in the optimal proportion of 7% BiOI-110/DCN. The experimental results and electron spin resonance analysis showed that •O_(2)^(–) and h^(+) played a major role in the process of pollutant degradation. Additionally, high-resolution liquid chromatography-mass spectrography was used to identify the reaction intermediates of OTC, and the possible degradation pathway of this pollutant was proposed. Finally, the excellent reusability of BiOI-110/DCN nanomaterials was confirmed, providing a new approach for the removal of antibiotics that are difficult to biodegrade.
