1Antibacterial Effects of Chinese Herbal Medicines against Streptococcus iniae in Oreochromis niloticus显示文摘In this study,the antibacterial effects of Chinese herbal medicines against Streptococcus iniae in Oreochromis niloticus were investigated by drug sensitivity test. The results indicated that Streptococcus iniae was extremely sensitive to Galla Chinensis,Fructus Hippophae and Fructus Mume,highly sensitive to Sappan Lignum,Pericarpium Granati,Folium Eucalypti and Radix Scutellariae,moderately sensitive to Rhizoma Coptidis,Radix et Rhizoma Rhei,Flos Caryophyllata,Cortex phellodendri and Rabdosia serra( Maxim.) Hara,and insensitive to Herba Portulacae,Herba Houttuyniae,Polygonum hydropiper L.,Herba Menthae,Radix Glycyrrhizae,Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae,Herba Andrographitis and Rhizoma Acori Tatarinowii. Chinese medicinal herbs which Streptococcus iniae was extremely sensitive or moderately sensitive to were selected and prepared into three Chinese herbal medicine formulae for medicated bath of Oreochromis niloticus infected artificially with Streptococcus iniae. The results showed that medicated bath elicited therapeutic effects on infected Oreochromis niloticus. 2Fluid evolution and hydrocarbon accumulation model of ultra-deep gas reservoirs in Permian Qixia Formation of northwest Sichuan Basin,SW China显示文摘The fluid evolution and reservoir formation model of the ultra-deep gas reservoirs in the Permian Qixia Formation of the northwestern Sichuan Basin are investigated by using thin section,cathodoluminescence,inclusion temperature and U-Pb isotopic dating,combined with gas source identification plates and reservoir formation evolution profiles established based on burial history,thermal history,reservoir formation history and diagenetic evolution sequence.The fluid evolution of the marine ultra-deep gas reservoirs in the Qixia Formation has undergone two stages of dolomitization and one phase of hydrothermal action,two stages of oil and gas charging and two stages of associated burial dissolution.The diagenetic fluids include ancient seawater,atmospheric freshwater,deep hydrothermal fluid and hydrocarbon fluids.The two stages of hydrocarbon charging happened in the Late Triassic and Late Jurassic–Early Cretaceous respectively,and the Middle to Late Cretaceous is the period when the crude oil cracked massively into gas.The gas reservoirs in deep marine Permian strata of northwest Sichuan feature multiple source rocks,composite transportation,differential accumulation and late finalization.The natural gas in the Permian is mainly cracked gas from Permian marine mixed hydrocarbon source rocks,with cracked gas from crude oil in the deeper Sinian strata in local parts.The scale development of paleo-hydrocarbon reservoirs and the stable and good preservation conditions are the keys to the forming large-scale gas reservoirs.LI Jianzhong BAI Bin BAI Ying LU Xuesong ZHANG Benjian QIN Shengfei SONG Jinmin JIANG Qingchun HUANG Shipeng 2022Petroleum Exploration and Development2022,49,4:2
3Air pollutant emissions from the asphalt industry in Beijing,China显示文摘Improving our understanding of air pollutant emissions fromthe asphalt industry is critical for the development and implementation of pollution control policies.In this study,the spatial distribution of potential maximum emissions of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)in the complete life cycle of asphaltmixtures,as well as the particulate matter(PM),asphalt fume,nonmethane hydrocarbons(NMHCs),VOCs,and benzoapyrene(BaP)emissions from typical processes(e.g.,asphalt and concrete mixing stations,asphalt heating boilers,and asphalt storage tanks)in asphalt mixing plants,were determined in Beijing in 2017.The results indicated that the potential maximum emissions of VOCs in the complete life cycle of asphalt mixtures were 18,001 ton,with a large contribution from the districts of Daxing,Changping,and Tongzhou.The total emissions of PM,asphalt fume,NMHC,VOCs,and BaP from asphalt mixing plants were 3.1,12.6,3.1,23.5,and 1.9×10^(−3)ton,respectively.The emissions of PMfromasphalt and concretemixing stations contributed themost to the total emissions.The asphalt storage tankwas the dominant emission source of VOCs,accounting for 96.1%of the total VOCs emissions in asphalt mixing plants,followed by asphalt heating boilers.The districts of Daxing,Changping,and Shunyi were the dominant regions for the emissions of PM,asphalt fume,NMHC,and BaP,while the districts of Shunyi,Tongzhou,and Changping contributed the most emissions of VOCs.Song Qu Shoubin Fan Gang Wang Wanqing He Kangli Xu Lei Nie Yuncheng Zhao Qingchun Zhu Tingting Li Guohao Li 2021Journal of Environmental Sciences2021,33,11:1
4Insight into coupled Ni-Co dual-metal atom catalysts for efficient synergistic electrochemical CO_(2)reduction显示文摘The development of highly active,selective,and stable electrocatalysts can facilitate the effective implementation of electrocatalytic CO_(2)conversion into fuels or chemicals for mitigating the energy crisis and climate problems.Therefore,it is necessary to achieve the goal through reasonable material design based on the actuality of the operational active site at the molecular scale.Inspired by the stimulating synergistic effect of coupled heteronuclear metal atoms,a novel Ni-Co atomic pairs configuration(denoted as NiN_(3)?CoN_(3)-NC)active site was theoretically screened out for improving electrochemical CO_(2)reduction reaction(CO_(2)RR).The structure of NiN_(3)?CoN_(3)-NC was finely regulated by adjusting Zn content in the precursors Zn/Co/Ni-zeolite imidazolate frameworks(Zn/Co/Ni-ZIFs)and pyrolysis temperature.The structural features of NiN_(3)?CoN_(3)-NC were systematically confirmed by aberration-corrected HAADF-STEM coupled with 3D atom-overlapping Gaussian-function fitting mapping,XAFS,and XRD.The results of theoretical calculations reveal that the synergistic effect of Ni-Co atomic pairs can effectively promote the*COOH intermediate formation and thus the overall CO_(2)RR kinetic was improved,and also restrained the competitive hydrogen evolution reaction.Due to the attributes of Ni-Co atomic pairs configuration,the developed NiN_(3)?CoN_(3)-NC with superior catalytic activity,selectivity,and durability,with a high turnover frequency of 2265 h^(-1)at-1.1 V(vs.RHE)and maximum Faradaic efficiency of 97.7%for CO production.This work demonstrates the great potential of DACs as highly efficient catalysts for CO_(2)RR,provides a useful strategy to design heteronuclear DACs,exploits the synergistic effect of multiple metal sites to facilitate complex CO_(2)RR catalytic reactions,and inspires more efforts to develop the potential of DACs in various fields.Qingchun Zhang Di Liu Yaping Zhang Zhiliang Guo Minpeng Chen Yuyun Chen Bo Jin Yingze Song Hui Pan 2023Journal of Energy Chemistry2023,,12:0
5Geological conditions, reservoir evolution and favorable exploration directions of marine ultra-deep oil and gas in China显示文摘By analyzing the structural background,petroleum geological conditions,and typical regional(paleo) oil and gas reservoirs in marine ultra-deep oil and gas regions in China,this paper reveals the evolution processes of the marine ultra-deep oil and gas reservoirs and the key controlling factors of accumulation.The marine ultra-deep oil and gas resources in China are buried at depth of greater than 6000 m,and are mainly distributed in the Precambrian and Lower Paleozoic strata in the Sichuan,Tarim and Ordos cratonic basins.The development of marine ultra-deep source rocks in China is controlled by cratonic rifts and cratonic depressions with the background of global supercontinent breakup-convergence cycles.The source rocks in Sichuan Basin have the most developed strata,followed by Tarim Basin,and the development strata and scale of Ordos Basin needs to be further confirmed.The marine ultra-deep reservoir in China is dominated by carbonate rocks,and the reservoir performance is controlled by high-energy sedimentary environment in the early stage,superimposed corrosion and fracture in the later stage.The regional caprocks are dominated by gypsum salt rocks,shale,and tight carbonate rock.The ultra-deep oil and gas fields in China have generally experienced two stages of oil-reservoir forming,cracking(or partial cracking) of paleo-oil reservoirs,and late finalization of cracked gas(or highly mature to over mature oil and gas).The oil and gas accumulation is controlled by static and dynamic geological elements jointly.Major hydrocarbon generation center,high quality and large-scale reservoir resulted from karstification of high energy facies belt,thick gypsum rock or shale caprock,and stable trapping and preservation conditions are the key factors for accumulation of ultra-deep oil and gas.We propose three favorable exploration directions,i.e.the areas around intracratonic rift and intracratonic depression,and craton margin.LI Jianzhong TAO Xiaowan BAI Bin HUANG Shipeng JIANG Qingchun ZHAO Zhenyu CHEN Yanyan MA Debo ZHANG Liping LI Ningxi SONG Wei 2021Petroleum Exploration and Development2021,48,1:0
6Histopathological Observation of Cynoglossus semilaevis Günther with Abdominal Dropsy in Industrial Aquaculture显示文摘Objective This study aimed to investigate and analyze the histopathological changes in various tissues and organs of Cynoglossus semilaevis Günther with abdominal dropsy. Method By HE staining,pathological tissues of main organs of C. semilaevis Günther with abdominal dropsy were observed. Result According to the results of histopathological observation,C. semilaevis Günther with abdominal dropsy exhibited a large amount of ascites in the abdominal cavity;small intestinal mucosal epithelial cells were denatured and necrotic,and shed into the enteric cavity,with submucosal vascular congestion; the liver and pancreas tissues were denatured and necrotic,and the morphology of most liver cells disappeared. However,there was no remarkable pathological change in the heart,spleen and other organs. 7Uranium mineralization formed through multi-stage superposition: Case of the Qianjiadian deposit in Songliao Basin, China显示文摘The Qianjiadian uranium deposit is located in the Kailu Depression of Songliao Basin.It is a large-scale in-situ leachable uranium deposit of sandstone type and provides a typical case of the uranium deposits in the Songliao Basin.Here we analyze the impact of oil and gas on reduction alteration,and factors including low grade mineralization.The Qianjiadian uranium deposit is characterized as a typical rolltype deposit with interlayers in oxidized zone.The occurrence of reductive low-permeability sandstone in uranium reservoirs controls the morphology of the uranium-rich orebody.We propose a metallogenic model involving multi-stage superposition characterized by“primary sediment enrichment-interlayer oxidation-superimposed transformation”.Our model would be helpful for formulating guidelines in the exploration for sandstone-type uranium deposits in the Songliao Basin.Zhenyan Chen Qingchun Li Mingyi Liu Bairong Song Minqiang Cao Miao Wang 2021Energy Geoscience2021,2,1:0
