| 1 | China's regional transport dominance: Density, proximity, and accessibility显示文摘Transport infrastructure plays an important role in shaping the configuration of spatial socio-economic structures and influences regional accessibility.This paper defines transport dominance from three aspects:quality,quantity,and advantage,measured by density,proximity,and accessibility indices.County is the basic unit for analysis.The results reveal:(1)Transport dominance statistically follows a partial normal distribution.A very few counties,1.4%of the total,have extremely high transport dominance which strongly supports the socio-economic development in these areas.In contrast,one eighth of all counties have poor transport dominance which impedes local socio-economic development to some extent. The remaining areas,about 70%of the counties,have median transport dominance.(2) Transport dominance is spatially unevenly distributed,with values decreasing gradually from the coastal area to the inland area.Areas in the first-highest level of transport dominance are mainly concentrated in the Yangtze River Delta,the Greater Beijing area,and the Pearl River Delta.Areas in the second-highest level are focused in Chengdu,Chongqing,and Wuhan metropolitan areas.Provincial capitals and a few other counties belong to the third-highest level. | JIN Fengjun WANG Chengjin LI Xiuwei WANG Jiao'e | 2010 | Journal of Geographical Sciences2010，20，2： | 58 |

| 4 | In vitro differentiation of adipose-derived stem cells and bone marrow-derived stromal stem cells into neuronal-like cells显示文摘Adipose-derived stem cells and bone marrow-derived stromal stem cells were co-cultured with untreated or Aβ1-40-treated PC12 cells, or grown in supernatant derived from untreated or Aβ1-40-treated PC12 cells. Analysis by western blot and quantitative real-time PCR showed that protein levels of Nanog, Oct4, and Sox2, and mRNA levels of miR/125a/3p were decreased, while expression of insulin-like growth factor-2 and neuron specific enolase was increased. In comparison, the generation of neuron specific enolase-positive cells was most successful when adipose-derived stem cells were co-cultured with Aβ1-40-treated PC12 cells. Our results demonstrate that adipose-derived stem cells and bone marrow-derived stromal stem cells exhibit trends of neuronal-like cell differentiation after co-culture with Aβ1-40-treated PC12 cells. | 7 | Hepatocellular carcinoma: Review of disease and tumor biomarkers显示文摘Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) is a common malignancy and now the second commonest global cause of cancer death. HCC tumorigenesis is relatively silent and patients experience late symptomatic presentation. As the option for curative treatments is limited to early stage cancers, diagnosis in non-symptomatic individuals is crucial. International guidelines advise regular surveillance of high-risk populations but the current tools lack sufficient sensitivity for early stage tumors on the background of a cirrhotic nodular liver. A number of novel biomarkers have now been suggested in the literature, which may reinforce the current surveillance methods. In addition, recent metabonomic and proteomic discoveries have established specific metabolite expressions in HCC, according to Warburg's phenomenon of altered energy metabolism. | 11 | SF_6断路器的热开断性能的数值预测(英文)显示文摘The design technology for HV SF6 gas circuit breakers is very demanding.A numerical method for prediction of the thermal interruption capability of SF6 gas circuit breakers is established based on the two-dimensional magneto-hydrodynamic(MHD) model and a commercial CFD(computational fluid dynamics) software,FLUENT.Nozzle ablation effect is considered by introducing an independent mass conservation equation for the ablated material to the overall conservation equations of mass,momentum,and energy.The ohmic heating and the radiation of the electric arc are considered in the model by adding relevant source terms.To predict the thermal interruption capability,the arc conductance 200 ns before current zero is used as an indicator.The CFD model is applied for the high current arcing phase,and Mayr arc model is used near the current zero period.The arc conductance at 200 ns before current zero(G200) for various arcing periods are computed by the present method.It shows that there exist a limit of the G200.For those whose arcing periods are within the arcing window,the related G200 are below the limit,therefore result a successful current interruption,and vice versa.The validation of the developed computer simulation tool is therefore verified.The numerical prediction by the simulation tool is verified by the direct interrupting test of 550 kV gas circuit breaker(GCB).The developed computer simulation tool was applied in the design of a 550 kV GCB.Significant benefits have been achieved in terms of both the cost saving and shorten of the development cycle. | MU Jingwei GUO Jin DENG Xiang'e | 2013 | 高电压技术2013，39，4： | 6 |
| 12 | Residual Fatigue Life Prediction of Ball Bearings Based on Paris Law and RMS显示文摘Paris law can reflect the failure mechanism of materials and is usually used to be a method to predict fatigue life or residual fatigue life.But the variable which can represent the health of machine is hardly measured on line.To a degree,the difficulty of on-line application restricts the scope of application of Paris law.The relationship between characteristic values of vibration signals and the variable in the Paris equation which can describe the health of machine is investigated by taking ball bearings as investigative objects.Based on 6205 deep groove ball bearings as a living example,historical lives and vibration signals are analyzed.The feasibility of describing that variable in the Paris equation by the characteristic value of vibration signals is inspected.After that vibration signals decomposed by empirical mode decomposition(EMD),root mean square(RMS) of intrinsic mode function(IMF) involving fault characteristic frequency has a consistent trend with the diameter of flaws.Based on the trend,two improved Paris models are proposed and the scope of application of them is inspected.These two Paris Models are validated by fatigue residual life data from tests of rolling element bearings and vibration signals monitored in the process of operation of rolling element bearings.It shows that the first improved Paris Model is simple and plain and it can be easily applied in actual conditions.The trend of the fatigue residual life predicted by the second improved Paris model is close to the actual conditions and the result of the prediction is slightly greater than the truth.In conclusion,after the appearance of detectable faults,these improved models based on RMS can predict residual fatigue life on line and a new approach to predict residual fatigue life of ball bearings on line without disturbing the machine running is provided. | XU Dong HUANG Jin'e ZHU Qin CHEN Xun XU Yongcheng WANG Shuang | 2012 | Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2012，25，2： | 6 |

| 16 | Transportation Development Transition in China显示文摘Scientific development is an invaluable asset to a country.Policies and development modes should be carried out based on scientific findings not only in industry,but also in transportation infrastructure construction.Building an integrated transportation system,which is in line with the national requirements of China and supports sustainable socio-economic development,is a key strategic issue related to building a moderately prosperous society and achieving realistic goals of a medium-level developed country.Based on a systematic review of the advances in China's transportation infrastructure over the last 60 years,this paper explores the main drivers of transportation development,including national policy,transportation structure,investment efficiency,and technological innovation.Analysis shows that China's comprehensive transportation infrastructure construction since 1949 can be divided into five stages initiated by these drivers,which correspond to four transition modes:policy transition,structural transition,efficiency transition,and technology transition.The transition path of China's transportation development shows that the dominant factors have changed,and the interval for each transition has shortened.With the implementation of the '12th Five-Year Plan',China's transportation infrastructure construction is showing some new characteristics and facing a new development transition.Finally,this paper analyzes the trends in transportation development in China and concludes that technological innovation will be the main driving force to increase the transportation supply and service area in the future. | JIN Fengjun DING Jinxue WANG Jiao'e LIU Dong WANG Chengjin | 2012 | Chinese Geographical Science2012，22，3： | 4 |

| 18 | Prognostic value of perioperative leukocyte count in resectable gastric cancer显示文摘AIM: To investigate the prognostic significance of perioperative leukopenia in patients with resected gastric cancer.METHODS: A total of 614 eligible gastric cancer patients who underwent curative D2 gastrectomy and adjuvant chemotherapy were enrolled in this study. The relationship between pre- and postoperative hematologic parameters and overall survival was assessed statistically, adjusted for known prognostic factors.RESULTS: The mean white blood cell count(WBC) significantly decreased after surgery, and 107/614(17.4%) patients developed p-leukopenia, which was defined as a preoperative WBC ≥ 4.0 × 109/L and postoperative WBC < 4.0 × 109/L, with an absolute decrease ≥ 0.5 × 109/L. The neutrophil count decreased significantly more than the lymphocyte count. P-leukopenia significantly correlated with poor tumor differentiation and preoperative WBC. A higher preoperative WBC and p-leukopenia were independent negative prognostic factors for survival [hazard ratio(HR) = 1.602, 95% confidence interval(CI): 1.185-2.165; P = 0.002, and HR = 1.478, 95%CI: 1.149-1.902; P = 0.002, respectively] after adjusting for histology, Borrmann type, p TNM stage, vascular or neural invasion, gastrectomy method, resection margins, chemotherapy regimens, and preoperative WBC count. The patients with both higher preoperative WBC and p- leukopenia had a worse prognosis compared to those with lower baseline WBC and no p-leukopenia(27.5 mo vs 57.3 mo, P < 0.001). | 19 | Trace detection of Ce^(3+) by adsorption strip voltammetry at a carbon paste electrode modified with ion imprinted polymers显示文摘To develop a convenient method for sensitive and selective determination of Ce3+ in aqueous phase with complicated matrices, a carbon paste electrode(CPE) modified with ion imprinted polymers(IIPs) were fabricated. The polymers were prepared by precipitation polymerization using Ce3+ as template, allyl phenoxyacetate(APA) as monomer, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate(EGDMA) as crosslinker and azobisisobutyronitrile(AIBN) as initiator under the molar ratio of Ce3+, APA and EGDMA as 1:4:40, respectively. Ce^(3+) was detected directly by differential pulse adsorptive stripping voltammetry(DPASV) and its oxidation peak appears at about 0.93 V. All parameters affecting the sensor's response are optimized and a calibration curve is plotted at a linear range of 1.0 × 10^(-6)-1.0 x 10^(-5) mol/L and 1.0×10^(-5)-2.0 × 10^(-4)mol/L with the detection limit of 1.5 × 10^(-7) mol/L. | 20 | The Value of Subjective Visual Vertical in Diagnosis of Vestibular Migraine显示文摘Objective To study the value of the subjective visual vertical(SVV)in the diagnosis of vestibular migraine(VM).Methods This study recruited 128 VM patients and 64 age-matched normal subjects.We detected the SVV during the interval between attacks in both groups,in sitting upright,and the head tilted at 45°to the left or right.We then examined the correlation between the SVV results with the vestibular evoked myogenic potential(VEMP)and canal paresis(CP).Results It was found there was a significant difference in SVV at the upright position between VM patients and normal controls(P=0.006)and no significant difference was found at the tilts of 45°to the left or right between the two groups.The SVV results at the upright position were significantly correlated with cervical VEMP(P=0.042)whereas not significantly correlated with CP and VEMP.There existed no significant difference in the conformity to the Müller effect(M effect)between the two groups.ROC analysis exhibited that the sensitivity,specificity of SVVs at the upright were 67.200%and 62.500%respectively.The diagnostic value of SVV at the upright position was significantly higher than that at tilts of 45°to the left and right(P=0.006).Nonetheless the diagnostic accuracy was relatively low.Conclusion Abnormality in SVV possibly stems from the lasting functional disorder of cerebellar or high-level cortical centers in VM patients or is linked to the vestibular compensation.The SVV is of low diagnostic value for VM and the value of SVV in VM warrants further study. | Fei LI Jin XU Gen-ru LI Rui GAO Chen-yong SHANG E TIAN Wei-jia KONG Jian-hua ZHUANG Su-lin ZHANG | 2021 | Current Medical Science2021，41，4： | 3 |
