| 5 | A Novel Peak-to-Average Power Ratio Reduction Scheme via Tone Reservation in OFDM Systems显示文摘In this paper, a novel signal-to-clipping noise ratio and least squares approximation tone reservation scheme(SCR-LSA TR) is proposed to reduce the peak-to-average power ratio for orthogonal frequency division multiplexing systems. During the SCR procedure, only the element with the maximal amplitude is picked for processing, which not only decreases the algorithm complexity, but also helps to overcome the BER deterioration. With the LSA method, the amplitude of the peak-cancelling signals can approximate to that of the original clipping noise as much as possible. Through the combination of the optimization factor in the LSA method, the classic SCR method can achieve better PAPR reduction with faster convergence. Simulation results show that the proposed SCR-LSA TR scheme has less in-band distortion and smaller out-of-band spectral radiation. | 7 | Direct H-He chemical association in superionic FeO_(2)H_(2)He at deep-Earth conditions显示文摘Hydrogen and helium are known to play crucial roles in geological and astrophysical environments;however,they are inert toward each other across wide pressure-temperature(P-T)conditions.Given their prominent presence and influence on the formation and evolution of celestial bodies,it is of fundamental interest to explore the nature of interactions between hydrogen and helium.Using an advanced crystal structure search method,we have identified a quaternary compound FeO_(2)H_(2)He stabilized in a wide range of P-T conditions.Ab initio molecular dynamics simulations further reveal a novel superionic state of FeO_(2)H_(2)He hosting liquid-like diffusive hydrogen in the FeO_(2)He sublattice,creating a conducive environment for H-He chemical association,at P-T conditions corresponding to the Earth’s lowest mantle regions.To our surprise,this chemically facilitated coalescence of otherwise immiscible molecular species highlights a promising avenue for exploring this long-sought but hitherto unattainable state of matter.This finding raises strong prospects for exotic H-He mixtures inside Earth and possibly also in other astronomical bodies. | Jurong Zhang Hanyu Liu Yanming Ma Changfeng Chen | 2022 | National Science Review2022,9,7: | 1 |

| 11 | Ultrathin two-dimensional porphyrinic metal-organic framework nanosheets induced by the axial aryl substituent显示文摘Ultrathin two-dimensional metal-organic framework nanosheets have emerged as a promising kind of heterogeneous catalysts. Herein, we report a new kind of 2D porphyrinic metal-organic framework nanosheets of Rh2-PCN-222, which was prepared from the self-assembly of the metalloporphyrin ligand Rh(TCPP)(DCB)(TCPP = 5,10,15,20-tetrakis(4-methoxycarbonylphenyl)porphyrin;DCB = 3,4-dichlorobenzene) and ZrCl_(4) in the presence of two kinds of monocarboxylic acids as the modulating reagent. The thickness of Rh2-PCN-222 nanosheets was characterized by atomic force microscopy(AFM)and determined to be 5.4-9.6 nm. It was found that the axial aryl dichlorophenyl substituent, which controlled the anisotropic growth of MOFs, was essential for the formation of nanosheets. | 19 | Application of ecosystem health cost-effect analysis in eco-planning in Guangzhou City, China显示文摘Ecosystem health has been a focal point and research frontier of applied ecology in recent years,increa-singly used in urban ecological studies.To quantify the effect of ecological improvement from eco-planning,an ecosystem health assessment method is used in eco-planning evaluation and decision support in the urban eco-planning research of Guangzhou City of China.Based on features of an urban ecosystem,five factors such as vigor,organizational struc-ture,resilience,ability to maintain ecosystem service,and influence on people’s health were selected to develop the assessment indicator system.Then,to evaluate the validity of planning measures,a cost-effect analysis of the different sce-narios on eco-planning was made,taking investment of the planned projects as the cost and ecosystem health state after implementing the scenarios as the effect.To establish priority of all the proposed planning schemes or countermeasures,variation of the ecosystem health state was evaluated when the investment of eco-environmental construction projects changes by P10%,P20%and P50%,respectively.Thus,the order of importance of eco-environment construction projects to the urban ecosystem health state can be worked out,providing a reference for prioritizing the implementation of such urban eco-environmental projects.The study proved the trial value of an ecosystem health evaluation method in urban eco-planning research. | GUO Xiurui MAO Xianqiang YANG Jurong YANG Zhifeng | 2007 | Frontiers of Environmental Science & Engineering2007,1,3: | 1 |
