| 1 | Cobalt atoms dispersed on hierarchical carbon nitride support as the cathode electrocatalyst for high-performance lithium-polysulfide batteries显示文摘Lithium-sulfur batteries are promising candidates for next-generation energy storage but are confronted with several challenges. One of the possible solutions is to design proper cathode electrocatalysts to accelerate the redox interconversion of solvated polysulfide intermediates. Herein, we report cobalt atoms dispersed on hierarchical carbon nitride support as an effective cathode electrocatalyst for lithium-polysulfide batteries. The electrocatalyst material is prepared from the simple reaction between melamine and cyanuric acid in the presence of Co^2+, followed by the Ar annealing. The product has a unique hierarchical structure consisting of many thin and porous C3 N4 nanosheets finely dispersed with Co atoms. The atomic dispersion of Co species is confirmed by X-ray absorption experiments.Electrochemical measurements reveal that it can promote the interconversion of polysulfides. | 2 | Hic74,a novel alanine and glycine rich matrix protein related to nacreous layer formation in the mollusc Hyriopsis cumingii显示文摘Organic matrix proteins play an important role in the biomineralization of mollusc shells.We have identified and characterized a novel matrix protein,namely hic74,isolated from the mantle of the freshwater mussel Hyriopsis cumingii.The hic74 gene encodes a 850 amino acid protein that is rich in alanine(ala,30.8%),glycine(gly,25.8%)and serine(ser,10.6%),with ala mainly existing in poly-ala forms within the ala/gly-rich regions.Quantitative PCR expression analysis demonstrated that hic74 was specifically amplified from the mantle and in situ hybridization showed a strong signal in the epithelial cells in the pallial region of the mantle.Lower levels of expression were detected during the early stages of pearl sac formation but increased and remained constant during nacreous layer formation suggesting that hic74 might be involved in this process. | Xiaojun Liu Can Jin Leiming Wu Shaojian Dong Shimei Zeng Jiale Li | 2017 | Aquaculture and Fisheries2017,2,3: | 6 |
| 3 | Zephyranthes-like Co2NiSe4 arrays grown on 3D porous carbon frame-work as electrodes for advanced supercapacitors and sodium-ion batteries显示文摘Developing suitable electrode materials for electrochemical energy storage devices by biomorph assisted design has become a fascinating topic due to the fantastic properties derived from bio-architectures.Herein,zephyranthes-like Co_(2)NiSe_(4)arrays grown on butterfly wings derived three-dimensional(3D)carbon framework(Z-Co_(2)NiSe_(4)/BWC)is fabricated via hydrothermal assembly and further conversion method.Benefiting from its unique structure and multi-components,the obtained Z-Co_(2)NiSe_(4)/BWC electrode for supercapacitor delivers an excellent specific capacitance of 2,280 F·g^(-1)at 1 A·g^(-1).Impressively,the constructed asymmetric supercapacitor using Co_(2)NiSe_(4)/BWC as positive electrode and activated butterfly wings carbon as negative electrode acquires a high energy density of 42.9 Wh·kg^(-1)at a power density of 800 W·kg^(-1)with robust stability of 94.6%capacitance retention at 10 A·g^(-1)after 5,000 cycles.Moreover,the Z-Co_(2)NiSe_(4)/BWC as anode for sodium-ion batteries exhibits a high specific capacity of 568 mAh·g^(-1)at 0.1 A·g^(-1)and high cycling stability(maintaining 80.1%of the second cycle after 100 cycles).The outstanding electrochemical performances are ascribed to that the synergistic effect of bimetallic selenides and N-doped carbon improves electrochemical activities and conductivity.One-dimensional(1D)nanoneedles grown on 3D porous framework increase the exposure of redox-active sites,endow adequate transmission channels of electrons/ions,and guarantee stability of the electrode during charge/discharge processes.This study will shed light on the avenue towards extending such nanohybrids to excellent energy storage applications. | Yanchun Xue Xingmei Guo Mengrong Wu Jiale Chen Mengting Duan Jing Shi Junhao Zhang Fu Cao Yuanjun Liu Qinghong Kong | 2021 | Nano Research2021,14,10: | 3 |
| 4 | Molecular cloning,sequencing,and expression profiles of heat shock protein 90 (HSP90) in Hyriopsis cumingii exposed to different stressors:Temperature,cadmium and Aeromonas hydrophila显示文摘Heat shock protein 90(HSP90)represents a suite of highly conserved and multi-functional molecular chaperone proteins that play an important role in cellular stress responses.In order to better understand the expression of HSP90 in mollusks,a full-length complementary DNA(cDNA)of HSP90(HcHSP90)was identified in Hyriopsis cumingii.HcHSP90 cDNA was 2659 bp in length,consisting of 30 and 50-untranslated regions and an open reading frame of 2187 bp,that encoded a 728 amino acid protein.Homology analyses showed that the HcHSP90 protein was highly conserved and had 5 well-conserved family signatures of HSP90 proteins.HcHSP90 mRNA expressed in various tissues of H.cumingii.The expression level of HcHSP90 was the highest in the digestive gland.In all tissues,with the exception of the digestive gland where it was down-regulated,HcHSP90 mRNA expression was significantly induced by temperature treatments(0,5,25,and 35℃)relative to the control(15℃).Exposure of H.cumingii to different concentrations of cadmium(50,100,and 200 mg/L),up-regulated HcHSP90 mRNA in the haemolymph and gill but without an obvious dose-dependent response.When H.cumingii were infected with Aeromonas hydrophila,HcHSP90 mRNA expression in the haemolymph was up-regulated and peaked 36 h post-infection,while in the gills it was significantly up-regulated 3 h post-infection in the gills,then remained constant until returning to pre-challenge expression levels at 36 h post-infection.The results show that HcHSP90 expression can be significantly regulated by changes in temperature,cadmium exposure and bacterial infection.We deduced that HSP90 may play an important role in helping H.cumingii to cope with environmental stress. | Qin Wang Junnan Wang Guiling Wang Congdi Wu Jiale Li | 2017 | Aquaculture and Fisheries2017,2,2: | 2 |

| 6 | Quantified assessment of deep brain stimulation on Parkinson’s patients with task fNIRS measurements and functional connectivity analysis:a pilot study显示文摘Background:Deep brain stimulation(DBS)has proved effective for Parkinson’s disease(PD),but the identification of stimulation parameters relies on doctors’subjective judgment on patient behavior.Methods:Five PD patients performed 10-meter walking tasks under different brain stimulation frequencies.During walking tests,a wearable functional near-infrared spectroscopy(fNIRS)system was used to measure the concentration change of oxygenated hemoglobin(ΔHbO_(2))in prefrontal cortex,parietal lobe and occipital lobe.Brain functional connectivity and global efficiency were calculated to quantify the brain activities.Results:We discovered that both the global and regional brain efficiency of all patients varied with stimulation parameters,and the DBS pattern enabling the highest brain efficiency was optimal for each patient,in accordance with the clinical assessments and DBS treatment decision made by the doctors.Conclusions:Task fNIRS assessments and brain functional connectivity analysis promise a quantified and objective solution for patient-specific optimization of DBS treatment.Trial registration:Name:Accurate treatment under the multidisciplinary cooperative diagnosis and treatment model of Parkinson’s disease.Registration number is ChiCTR1900022715.Date of registration is April 23,2019. | Ningbo Yu Siquan Liang Jiewei Lu Zhilin Shu Haitao Li Yang Yu Jialing Wu Jianda Han | 2021 | Chinese Neurosurgical Journal2021,7,3: | 1 |

| 10 | VPFL:A verifiable privacy-preserving federated learning scheme for edge computing systems显示文摘Federated learning for edge computing is a promising solution in the data booming era,which leverages the computation ability of each edge device to train local models and only shares the model gradients to the central server.However,the frequently transmitted local gradients could also leak the participants’private data.To protect the privacy of local training data,lots of cryptographic-based Privacy-Preserving Federated Learning(PPFL)schemes have been proposed.However,due to the constrained resource nature of mobile devices and complex cryptographic operations,traditional PPFL schemes fail to provide efficient data confidentiality and lightweight integrity verification simultaneously.To tackle this problem,we propose a Verifiable Privacypreserving Federated Learning scheme(VPFL)for edge computing systems to prevent local gradients from leaking over the transmission stage.Firstly,we combine the Distributed Selective Stochastic Gradient Descent(DSSGD)method with Paillier homomorphic cryptosystem to achieve the distributed encryption functionality,so as to reduce the computation cost of the complex cryptosystem.Secondly,we further present an online/offline signature method to realize the lightweight gradients integrity verification,where the offline part can be securely outsourced to the edge server.Comprehensive security analysis demonstrates the proposed VPFL can achieve data confidentiality,authentication,and integrity.At last,we evaluate both communication overhead and computation cost of the proposed VPFL scheme,the experimental results have shown VPFL has low computation costs and communication overheads while maintaining high training accuracy. | Jiale Zhang Yue Liu Di Wu Shuai Lou Bing Chen Shui Yu | 2023 | Digital Communications and Networks2023,9,4: | 1 |

| 17 | 彩色多普勒超声在乳腺导管内乳头状瘤中的应用(英文)显示文摘Objective:The aim of this study was to evaluate the application value of high-frequency color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of intraductal papilloma (IDP). Methods:A retrospective analysis of 64 IDP cases was done, the pathology proven by surgery with 89 lesions. According to the ultrasonic performance, the lesions were divided into different types and the solid focal were evaluated according to the classification BI-RADS-US standard. Results:There were 47 patients corresponds with the 64 cases of surgical pathology, the accuracy was 73.4%, according to the ultrasonic performance could be divided into two types, named catheter type and solid type, catheter diagnostic accuracy was 22/25 (88%), compared the morphological features of the solid type, grouped according to their size (≥ 2 cm or < 2 cm lesions), discovered there was no statistically significant difference between the benign and malignant lesions by BI-RADS-US grading standard.
