1Rockburst mechanism in soft coal seam within deep coal mines显示文摘A number of rockburst accidents occurring in soft coal seams have shown that the rockburst mechanism involved in soft coal seams is significantly different from that involved in hard coal seams. Therefore, the method used to evaluate rockburst in hard coal seams is not applicable to soft coal seams. This paper established an energy integral model for the rockburst-inducing area and a friction work calculation model for the plastic area. If the remaining energy after the coal seam is broken in the rockburstinducing area is greater than the friction work required for the coal to burst out, then a rockburst accident will occur. Mechanisms of ‘‘quaking without bursting' and ‘‘quaking and bursting' are clarified for soft coal seams and corresponding control measures are proposed as the optimization of roadway layouts and use of ‘‘three strong systems'(strong de-stressing, strong supporting, and strong monitoring).Zhang Junfei Jiang Fuxing Yang Jianbo Bai Wushuai Zhang Lei 2017International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2017,27,3:15
2Tectonic Evolution of the Tianhuan Depression and the Western Margin of the Late Triassic Ordos显示文摘The Ordos Basin is one of the most important oil and gas basins in China. Based on surface outcrop, key exploratory wells and seismic reflection data and by using the technology of 'prototype basin recovery', seismic profile 'layer flattening' and 'restoration of balanced section',and other methods, the sedimentary boundary, structure and the evolution history of the Tianhuan depression on the western margin of the Ordos Basin are reestablished. The following results have been obtained. (1) The west boundary of the Late Triassic Ordos Basin was far beyond the scope of the current basin. The basin is connected with the Late Triassic Hexi Corridor Basin, and its western margin did not have tectonic characteristics of a foreland basin. (2) The Tianhuan depression was first formed in the Late Jurassic. At the late stage it was impacted by the late Yanshanian and Himalayan tectonic movement and the depression axis gradually moved eastwards to the present location with a cumulative migration distance of ~30 km. 3Properties of Continental Margin and its Hydrocarbon Exploration Significance in Cambrian in the Southern Ordos Kratogen of North China显示文摘It is important to determine the properties of the tectonics in Cambrian period for the sake of prospecting deep hydrocarbon in the near future in the southern Ordos Kratogen of North China. Authors chose the marginal areas of the southern Ordos basin as the object of research, avoided the effects of both the Qinling Orogenic Belts (QOB) and Weihe River Graben (WRG) whose geological structures are too complicated. By surveying typical Cambrian outcrops and profiles in the basin edges and based on the cores of 57 wells which penetrated the Cambrian in the basin, combined with the seismic profiles, the field gammaray measuement results and the carbon isotope analysis, Authors conclude that the southern margin of the Ordos Kratogen during Cambrian was a passive continental margin which resulted from sea-floor spreading of the Ancient Qinling Ocean. Epicontinental sea carbonate sediments formed in the south Ordos continental margin during Cambrian, and were predominant as tidal flat and o litic shoal. Both transgression-regression process and the change in palaeostructure have the obvious cyclicity. Using the junction between the late Nangao age of Qiandong epoch and the early Duyun age of Qiandong epoch as a boundary, each had a full transgression cycle at the upper and lower stages. The early cycle is characterized by high energy clastic littoral facies while the late cycle is characterized by carbonate ramp on which clear water and muddy water developed alternately changing to carbonate platform last. During the early stages, An aulacogen was formed in the middle section of the southern margin. The southern Ordos margin was uplifted and denudated by the Huaiyuan Movement which occurred from the late Furongian age to the middle Flolan age and the history of the passive continental margin ended and entering into a new tectonic cycle. 5Role of TRIM33 in Wnt signaling during mesendoderm differentiation显示文摘Tripartite motif 33(TRIM33), a member of the transcription intermediate factor 1(TIF1) family of transcription cofactors,mediates transforming growth factor-beta(TGF-β) signaling through its PHD-Bromo cassette in mesendoderm differentiation during early mouse embryonic development. However, the role of the TRIM33 RING domain in embryonic differentiation is less clear. Here, we report that TRIM33 mediates Wnt signaling by directly regulating the expression of a specific subset of Wnt target genes, and this action is independent of its RING domain. We show that TRIM33 interacts with β-catenin, a central player in Wnt signaling in mouse embryonic stem cells(mESCs). In contrast to previous reports in cancer cell lines, the RING domain does not appear to function as the E3 ligase for β-catenin, since neither knockout nor overexpression of TRIM33 had an effect on β-catenin protein levels in mESCs. Furthermore, we show that although TRIM33 seems to be dispensable for Wnt signaling through a reporter assay, loss of TRIM33 significantly impairs the expression of a subset of Wnt target genes, including Mixl1,in a Wnt signaling-dependent manner. 6Efficacy of acupuncture therapy for improving anorexia in tumor patients:a Meta-analysis显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To use evidence-based medicine to systematically evaluate the effectiveness and safety of acupuncture therapy for improving anorexia in tumor patients.METHODS:We queried the China National Knowledge Infrastructure Database(CNKI),China Science and Technology Journal Database(VIP),Wanfang Data,Pub Med,Cochrane Library,and Embase databases to identify reports of randomized controlled trials(RCTs)that applied acupuncture therapy to improve anorexia in tumor patients,and used Rev Man 5.3 software to conduct a Meta-analysis of the effective rate,appetite score,Karnofsky Performance Status(KPS)score,Functional Assessment of Anorexia/Cachexia Therapy(FAACT)appetite scale,and body weight in each study.Subgroup analysis was conducted based on whether radiotherapy or chemotherapy were also administered.RESULTS:A total of 10 RCTs were included with a total of 648 patients,including 343 patients in the treatment group and 305 patients in the control group.The Meta-analysis results showed that the clinical efficacy,appetite score,KPS score,and FAACT score of the treatment group(which received acupuncture to improve appetite)were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);however,there was no statistically significant difference in body weight between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).The results of the subgroup analysis showed that the effective rate and appetite score for patients with long-term and chronic loss of appetite who underwent acupuncture were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS:Acupuncture therapy has good efficacy and safety in the treatment of anorexia in tumor patients,and it also has good efficacy and safety for long-term and chronic loss of appetite.The reliability and stability of the above results need to be confirmed by high-quality RCTs with larger sample sizes.ZHAO Weipeng LI Jing ZHANG Yushuang LI He HUANG Jinchang BAI Jing LI Jianbo 2021Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2021,41,4:4

15Hierarchical carbon nanosheet confined defective MoS_(x) cathode towards long-cycling zinc-ion-battery显示文摘Aqueous zinc-ion batteries(ZIBs)have attracted increasing attention due to their low cost and high safety.MoS_(2) is a promising cathode material for aqueous ZIBs due to its favorable Zn^(2+)accommodation ability.However,the structural strain and large volume changes during intercalation/deintercalation lead to exfoliation of active materials from substrate and cause irreversible capacity fading.In this work,a highly stable cathode was developed by designing a hierarchical carbon nanosheet-confined defective MoS_(x)material(CNS@MoS_(x)).This cathode material exhibits an excellent cycling stability with high capacity retention of 88.3%and~100%Coulombic efficiency after 400 cycles at 1.2 A·g^(-1),much superior compared to bare MoS_(2).Density functional theory(DFT)calculations combined with experiments illustrate that the promising electrochemical properties of CNS@MoS_(x)are due to the unique porous conductive structure of CNS with abundant active sites to anchor MoS_(x)via strong chemical bonding,enabling MoS_(x)to be firmly confined on the substrate.Moreover,this unique hierarchical complex structure ensures the fast migration of Zn^(2+)within MoS_(x)interlayer.Xiaoqi Wang Shimeng Zhang Rui Yang Shengchi Bai Jianbo Li Yu Wu Bowen Jin Xu Jin Mingfei Shao Bo Wang 2023Nano Research2023,16,7:0
