| 1 | The Chromosome-Level Genome Sequence of the Autotetraploid Alfalfa and Resequencing of Core Germplasms Provide Genomic Resources for Alfalfa Research显示文摘Alfalfa(Medicago sativa)is one of the most important forage crops in the world;however,its molecular genetics and breeding research are hindered due to the lack of a high-quality reference genome.Here,we report a de novo assembled 816-Mb high-quality,chromosome-level haploid genome sequence for‘Zhongmu No.1’alfalfa,a heterozygous autotetraploid.The contig N50 is 3.92 Mb,and 49165 genes are annotated in the genome.The alfalfa genome is estimated to have diverged from M.truncatula approximately 8 million years ago.Genomic population analysis of 162 alfalfa accessions revealed high genetic diversity,weak population structure,and extensive gene flow from wild to cultivated alfalfa.Genome-wide association studies identified many candidate genes associated with important agronomic traits.Furthermore,we showed that MsFTa2,a Flowering Locus T homolog,whose expression is upregulated in salt-resistant germplasms,may be associated with fall dormancy and salt resistance.Taken together,these genomic resources will facilitate alfalfa genetic research and agronomic improvement. | Chen Shen Huilong Du Zhuo Chen Hongwei Lu Fugui Zhu Hong Chen Xiangzhao Meng Qianwen Liu Peng Liu Lihua Zheng Xiuxiu Li Jiangli Dong Chengzhi Liang Tao Wang | 2020 | Molecular Plant2020,13,9: | 21 |

| 3 | Sensitivity-enhanced surface plasmon resonance sensor utilizing a tungsten disulfide (WS_2) nanosheets overlayer显示文摘Tungsten disulfide(WS_2), as a representative layered transition metal dichalcogenide(TMDC) material, possesses important potential for applications in highly sensitive sensors. Here, a sensitivity-enhanced surface plasmon resonance(SPR) sensor with a metal film modified by an overlayer of WS_2 nanosheets is proposed and demonstrated. The SPR sensitivity is related to the thickness of the WS_2 overlayer, which can be tailored by coating a WS_2 ethanol suspension with different concentrations or by the number of times of repeated post-coating.Benefitting from its large surface area, high refractive index, and unique optoelectronic properties, the WS_2 nanosheet overlayer coated on the gold film significantly improves the sensing sensitivity. The highest sensitivity(up to 2459.3 nm∕RIU) in the experiment is achieved by coating the WS_2 suspension once. Compared to the case without a WS_2 overlayer, this result shows a sensitivity enhancement of 26.6%. The influence of the WS_2 nanosheet overlayer on the sensing performance improvement is analyzed and discussed. Moreover, the proposed WS_2 SPR sensor has a linear correlation coefficient of 99.76% in refractive index range of 1.333 to 1.360. | 4 | Preparation of Gd_2O_3:Eu^(3+) downconversion luminescent material and its application in dye-sensitized solar cells显示文摘Gd_2O_3 :Eu^(3+) downconversion luminescent powder was prepared using the homogeneous precipitation method. Its optical properties were analyzed and it was introduced into a dye-sensitized solar cell (DSSC). As a luminescence medium, Gd_2O_3 :Eu^(3+) improved light harvesting via conversion luminescence and increased the photocurrent of the DSSC. As a p-type dopant insulating rare earth oxides form an energy barrier, and the Gd_2O_3 :Eu^(3+) elevated the energy level of the oxide film and increased the photovoltage. | 6 | Growth of covellite crystal onto azurite surface during sulfurization and its response to flotation behavior显示文摘In this work,the growth of copper sulfide crystal onto azurite surfaces during sulfurization and its response to flotation are investigated.Filed emission scanning electron microscopy-energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(FESEM) and X-ray diffraction(XRD) studies confirmed that the sulfurization of azurite is not limited to the mineral surface,but rather penetrates into the bulk to form covellite crystal(synCuS),creating favorable conditions for the stable adsorption of xanthate and greatly promoting the azurite flotation.Additionally,as demonstrated by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) and time of flight secondary ion mass spectrometry(TOF-SIMS) analyses,a redox reaction occurred during this process,and Cu(Ⅱ) onto the mineral surface was reduced to Cu(Ⅰ).Correspondingly,reduced S^(2-) was oxidized to(S_(2))^(2-),(S_n)^(-2),and even to deeper oxidation state S~0,(S_(x)O_(y))^(n-) and SO_(4)^(2-).Excess sodium sulfide strengthens copper sulfide to form onto the azurite surface,and provides enough raw material for crystal copper sulfide to grow,resulting in the formation of 'flake-like' covellite with a better crystallinity.However,the floatability of azurite decreased dramatically under this condition,because the generated massive colloidal copper sulfide in flotation pulp deteriorates the flotation environment,resulting in a decreased effective adsorption of collector onto azurite surfaces. | Jinpeng Cai Peilun Shen Dianwen Liu Xiaolin Zhang Jianjun Fang Chao Su Xingcai Yu Jiangli Li Han Wang | 2021 | International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2021,31,6: | 4 |

| 16 | Phenylfluorenamine-functionalized poly(N-vinylcarbazole)s as dopant-free polymer hole-transporting materials for inverted quasi-2D perovskite solar cells显示文摘In order to improve the efficiency and stability of inverted three-dimensional(3D) or quasi-2D perovskite solar cells(PSCs) for future commercialization, exploring high efficient dopant-free polymer holetransporting materials(HTMs) is still desired and meaningful. One simple and efficient way to achieve high performance dopant-free HTMs is to synthesize novel non-conjugated side-chain polymers via rational molecular design. In this work, N-(4-methoxyphenyl)-9,9-dimethyl-9H-fluoren-2-amine(FMeNPh) groups are introduced into the poly(N-vinylcarbazole)(PVK) side chains to afford two nonconjugated polymers PVCz-DFMeNPh and PVCz-FMeNPh as dopant-free HTMs in inverted quasi-2D PSCs. Benefited from the flexible properties of polyethylene backbone and excellent optoelectronic natures of FMeNPh side-chain groups, PVCz-DFMeNPh with more FMeNPh units exhibited excellent thermal stability, well-matched energy levels and improved charge mobility as compared to PTAA and PVCzFMeNPh. Moreover, the morphologies investigation of quasi-2D perovskite on PVCz-DFMeNPh shows more compact and homogeneous perovskite films than those on PTAA and PVCz-FMeNPh. As a result,the dopant-free PVCz-DFMeNPh based inverted quasi-2D PSCs deliver power conversion efficiency(PCE) up to 18.44% as well as negligible hysteresis and favorable long-term stability, which represents as excellent performance reported to date for inverted quasi-2D PSCs.
