| 1 | Geological constraints of giant and medium-sized gas fields in Kuqa Depression显示文摘There is a gas-rich and well-charged petroleumsystem in the Kuqa Depression where Triassic and Jurassicsource rocks play important roles. Distributed in an area ofmore than 10000 km and with a thickness of up to 1000 m,they are composed of dark mudstones, carbonaceous mud-stones and coal seams containing 6%, 40% and 90% of TOC,respectively, and are mainly the humic organic matter. Ashigh-quality regional cap rocks, the Neogene and Eogenegypsum rocks and gypseous mudstones matched well withthe underlying Neogene and Cretaceous-Eogene sandstones.They have formed the most favorable reservoir-seal assem-blages in the Kuqa Depression. Also the Jurassic sandstonesand mudstones formed another favorable reservoir-seal as-semblage. The traps are shaped late in the fold-thrust belt,mainly fixed in the Tertiary-Quaternary, where ten structurestyles have been distinguished. These traps spread as a zonein N-S, are scattered like a segmental line in W-E and showtier-styled vertically. The best traps are gypsum-salt coveredfault-bend anticlines related to the passive roof duplex. Thispetroleum system is characterized by late accumulation. Inthe early Himalayan Movement, mainly gas condensate andoil accumulated and were distributed in the outer circularregion of the kitchen; whereas in the middle and late Hima-layan the gas accumulations mainly formed and were dis-tributed in the inner circular region near the kitchen. Theoverpressure of gas pools is common and is formed by sealcapacity of thick gypsum layers, extensive tectonic compres-sion and large uplift. The well-preserved anticline traps un-derlying the high-quality regional cap rocks of the Tertiarygypsum rocks and gypseous mudstones are the main targetsfor the discovery of giant and medium-sized gas fields. | 3 | Reservoir characteristics and genesis of high-porosity and high-permeability reservoirs in Tarim Basin显示文摘Based on detailed studies, this paper proposesthat in the Tarim Basin, hydrocarbon reservoirs widespreadeither in vertical sequences or in plane and high-porosity andhigh-permeability reservoirs are developed all over the basin.However, obvious difference and heterogeneity exist amongdifferent kinds of reservoirs. The lithologic characteristics,reservoir space types and reservoir properties in variousstrata have been probed. The result indicates that althoughthe Paleozoic carbonates have been deeply buried for a longperiod, high-quality reservoirs with the porosity of up to 5%-8% (12% as the maximum) and the permeability of10×10-3-100×10-3 μm2 (1000×10-3μm2 as the maximum)can be found in certain areas. These include the area withthe development of reefs and carbonate beaches, the weath-ered-crust buried-hill belts that have undergone thelong-term exposure, weathering and leaching, the area withthe development of dolomitization, and those areas that haveexperienced the resolution of carbonic acid and organic acidgenerated by the maturity of the organic matter. | 5 | Amphiphilic dextran/magnetite nanocomposites as magnetic resonance imaging probes显示文摘Superparamagnetic iron oxide (SPIO) nanoparticles are effective contrast agents for enhancement of magnetic resonance imaging at the tissue, cellular or even molecular levels. High quality SPIO nanoparticles can be synthesized in the organic phase but need to be transferred into water before any biomedical applications. In this study, amphiphilic poly(ε-caprolactone) grafted dextran (Dex-g-PCL) was used as carriers for particle encapsulation and stabilization in the aqueous phase. Multiple SPIO nanoparticles were self-assembled together with the help of Dex-g-PCL during phase transfer from chloroform to water, and diameters of Dex-g-PCL/SPIO nanocomposites were (64 ± 22) nm through dynamic light scattering measurement. These nanocomposites were superparamagnetic at 300 K with saturated magnetization of 88 emu/g Fe. In the magnetic field of 1.5 T, Dex-g-PCL/SPIO nanocomposites had a T2 relaxivity of 363 Fe mL·mol-1·s-1. This unique nanocomposite brought significant mouse liver contrast with signal intensity changes of -60% at 5 min after intravenous administration. However, uptake of Dex-g-PCL/SPIO nanocomposites in liver reticuloendothelial cells (Kupffer cells) did not immediately happen at shorter time points (<4 h) as verified by histology studies, and it was evident that more iron staining would be located in Kupffer cells 24 h after contrast agent administration. After 24 h and 10 d, the signal intensities (SI) gradually recovered, and SI changes were -44% and -31%, respectively. From our observation, the time window for enhanced-MRI could last at least 12 days and totally recovered after 16 days. | 6 | The telomere-to-telomere genome of Fragaria vesca reveals the genomic evolution of Fragaria and the origin of cultivated octoploid strawberry显示文摘Fragaria vesca,commonly known as wild or woodland strawberry,is the most widely distributed diploid Fragaria species and is native to Europe and Asia.Because of its small plant size,low heterozygosity,and relative ease of genetic transformation,F.vesca has been a model plant for fruit research since the publication of its Illumina-based genome in 2011.However,its genomic contribution to octoploid cultivated strawberry remains a long-standing question.Here,we de novo assembled and annotated a telomere-to-telomere,gap-free genome of F.vesca‘Hawaii 4’,with all seven chromosomes assembled into single contigs,providing the highest completeness and assembly quality to date.The gap-free genome is 220785082 bp in length and encodes 36173 protein-coding gene models,including 1153 newly annotated genes.All 14 telomeres and seven centromeres were annotated within the seven chromosomes.Among the three previously recognized wild diploid strawberry ancestors,F.vesca,F.iinumae,and F.viridis,phylogenomic analysis showed that F.vesca and F.viridis are the ancestors of the cultivated octoploid strawberry F.×ananassa,and F.vesca is its closest relative.Three subgenomes of F.×ananassa belong to the F.vesca group,and one is sister to F.viridis.We anticipate that this high-quality,telomere-to-telomere,gap-free F.vesca genome,combined with our phylogenomic inference of the origin of cultivated strawberry,will provide insight into the genomic evolution of Fragaria and facilitate strawberry genetics and molecular breeding. | Yuhan Zhou Jinsong Xiong Ziqiang Shu Chao Dong Tingting Gu Pengchuan Sun Shuang He Mian Jiang Zhiqiang Xia Jiayu Xue Wasi Ullah Khan Fei Chen Zong-Ming Cheng | 2023 | Horticulture Research2023,10,4: | 4 |

Sedimentary facies and microfacies are the mainfactors controlling the reservoir distribution and interiorheterogeneity. Based on a great deal of data of rock’s thinsections, porosity, permeability, and the parameters of capil-lary pressure, the reservoir diagenesis, controls, mechanismand evolution of pores have been studied. It is consideredthat compaction in the early stage and diagenetic dolomiteand calcite cements have effect on the decline of reservoirsproperty. Now compaction is chiefly middle to weak. Thebetter reservoirs have no or a few calcite cements. In theearly of deep buried stage, there are still mainly remainderprimary intergranular pores. The authigenic kaolinite ofreservoirs is the production of the dissolution of feldsparsand lithic fragments. The dissolution results in the partlymodified and broadened secondary intergranular pores. | 8 | Rule-and PSO Algorithm-based Dynamic Spatial Rescheduling Method for Hull Curved Block Construction显示文摘Due to no effective rescheduling method in hull curved block construction planning, existing scheduling planning can't be applied in practical production effectively. Two-dimensional layout and dynamic attributes of block construction planning are considered to develop a spatial rescheduling method, which is based on the spatial points searching rule and the particle swarm optimization(PSO) algorithm. A dynamic spatial rescheduling method is proposed to solve the manufacturing problem of rush-order blocks. Through spatial rescheduling, the rescheduling start time, the current processing information set and rescheduling blocks set can be obtained automatically. By using and updating the data of these sets, the rescheduling method combines the PSO algorithm with the spatial points searching rule to determine the rescheduling start time and layout of the blocks. Three types of dynamic events, including rush-order block delay, existing block delay and existing block position changes, are used to address problems with different function goals by setting different function weights. Finally, simulations based on three types of rush-order block events are performed to validate this method, including single rush-order block, multi rush-order blocks at the same time and multi rush-order blocks at different times. The simulation results demonstrate that this method can solve the rush-order block problems in hull block construction and reduce the interference to the existing manufacturing schedule. | 9 | Development of a CLDN18.2-targeting immuno-PET probe for non-invasive imaging in gastrointestinal tumors显示文摘Claudin18.2(CLDN18.2)is a tight junction protein that is overexpressed in a variety of solid tumors such as gastrointestinal cancer and oesophageal cancer.It has been identified as a promising target and a potential biomarker to diagnose tumor,evaluate efficacy,and determine patient prognosis.TST001 is a recombinant humanized CLDN18.2 antibody that selectively binds to the extracellular loop of human Claudin18.2.In this study,we constructed a solid target radionuclide zirconium-^(89)(^(89)Zr)labled-TST001 to detect the expression of in the human stomach cancer BGC823CLDN18.2 cell lines.The[^(89)Zr]Zr-desferrioxamine(DFO)-TST001 showed high radiochemical purity(RCP,>99%)and specific activity(24.15±1.34 GBq/mmol),and was stable in 5%human serum albumin,and phosphate buffer saline(>85%RCP at 96 h).The EC_(50) values of TST001 and DFO-TST001 were as high as 0.413±0.055 and 0.361±0.058 nM(P>0.05),respectively.The radiotracer had a significantly higher average standard uptake values in CLDN18.2-positive tumors than in CLDN18.2-negative tumors(1.11±0.02 vs.0.49±0.03,P=0.0016)2 days post injection(p.i.).BGC823CLDN18.2 mice models showed high tumor/muscle ratios 96 h p.i.with[^(89)Zr]Zr-DFO-TST001 was much higher than those of the other imaging groups.Immunohistochemistry results showed that BGC823CLDN18.2 tumors were highly positive(+++)for CLDN18.2,while those in the BGC823 group did not express CLDN18.2().The results of ex vivo biodistribution studies showed that there was a higher distribution in the BGC823CLDN18.2 tumor bearing mice(2.05±0.16%ID/g)than BGC823 mice(0.69±0.02%ID/g)and blocking group(0.72±0.02%ID/g).A dosimetry estimation study showed that the effective dose of[^(89)Zr]Zr-DFO-TST001 was 0.0705 mSv/MBq,which is within the range of acceptable doses for nuclear medicine research.Taken together,these results suggest that Good Manufacturing Practices produced by this immuno-positron emission tomography probe can detect CLDN18.2-overexpressing tumors. | Yan Chen Xingguo Hou Dapeng Li Jin Ding Jiayue Liu Zilei Wang Fei Teng Hongjun Li Fan Zhang Yi Gu Steven Yu Xueming Qian Zhi Yang Hua Zhu | 2023 | Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis2023,13,4: | 2 |

| 11 | Ethnobotanical study on medicinal plants from the Dragon Boat Festival herbal markets of Qianxinan, southwestern Guizhou, China显示文摘Dragon Boat Festival herbal markets in the Qianxinan Buyi and Miao Autonomous Prefecture of southwestern Guizhou have a long well-conserved history.These markets,which are a feature of Buyi and Miao traditional medicines,contain a rich diversity of medicinal plants and traditional medical knowledge.Today,people in southwestern Guizhou still believe that using herbs during the Dragon Boat Festival prevents and can treat disease.In this study,we identified the fresh herbal plants sold at the herbal markets of Xingren City and Zhenfeng County in Qianxinan Buyi and Miao Autonomous Prefecture and quantified their importance.We identified 141 plant species(belonging to 114 genera and 61 families).The plant family with the most species was Asteraceae(14 species).Informants reported that most medicinal plants are herbaceous,with 95.7%of plants used for decoction and 30.5%used for medicinal baths.Medicinal plants are most commonly used to treat rheumatism,injury,and abdominal diseases.The utilization frequency index and relative importance values indicated that Artemisia argyi and Acorus calamus are the most important plants sold at herbal markets during the Dragon Boat Festival.The price of medicinal materials sold in the market may serve as an indicator of the conservation status of species in the region.These findings indicate that the Dragon Boat Festival herbal markets in the Qianxinan Buyi and Miao Autonomous Prefecture fully embodies the characteristics of indigenous ethnomedicine and culture,and also exhibits the diversity of plant resources.We recommend that rare and endangered plants in this region be domesticated and protected. | Wei Gu Xiaojiang Hao Zehuan Wang Jiayu Zhang Liejun Huang Shengji Pei | 2020 | Plant Diversity2020,42,6: | 1 |

| 18 | Neuregulin-1/ErbB4 upregulates acetylcholine receptors via Akt/mTOR/p70S6K:a study in a rat model of obstetric brachial plexus palsy and in vitro显示文摘In obstetric brachial plexus palsy(OBPP),the operative time window for nerve reconstruction of the intrinsic muscles of the hand(IMH)is much shorter than that of biceps.The reason is that the atrophy of IMH becomes irreversible more quickly than that of biceps.A previous study confirmed that the motor endplates of denervated intrinsic muscles of the forepaw(IMF)were destabilized,while those of denervated biceps remained intact.However,the specific molecular mechanism of regulating the self-repair of motor endplates is still unknown.In this study,we use a rat model of OBPP with right C5-C6 rupture plus C7-C8-T1 avulsion and left side as a control.Bilateral IMF and biceps are harvested at 5 weeks postinjury to assess relative protein and mRNA expression.We also use L6 skeletal myoblasts to verify the effects of signaling pathways regulating acetylcholine receptor(AChR)protein synthesis in vitro.The results show that in the OBPP rat model,the protein and mRNA expression levels of NRG-1/ErbB4 and phosphorylation of Akt/mTOR/p70S6K are lower in denervated IMF than in denervated biceps.In L6 myoblasts stimulated with NRG-1,overexpression and knockdown of ErbB4 lead to upregulation and downregulation of AChR subunit protein synthesis and Akt/mTOR/p70S6K phosphorylation,respectively.Inhibition of mTOR abolishes protein synthesis of AChR subunits elevated by NRG-1/ErbB4.Our findings suggest that in the OBPP rat model,lower expression of AChR subunits in the motor endplates of denervated IMF is associated with downregulation of NRG-1/ErbB4 and phosphorylation of Akt/mTOR/p70S6K.NRG-1/ErbB4 can promote protein synthesis of the AChR subunits in L6 myoblasts via phosphorylation of Akt/mTOR/p70S6K. | Jing Qiao Jiayu Sun Liang Chen Bo Li Yudong Gu | 2022 | Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2022,54,11: | 0 |
| 19 | Effects of Combined Stress from Salt and Herbicide on Microbial Remediation of Soil Contaminated by n-Hexadecane and Phenanthrene显示文摘In this study,physicochemical,cluster,and high-throughput sequencing analyses were used to investigate the joint effects of salt and herbicide(glyphosate)stress factors on the microbial remediation of soil contaminated by n-hexadecane and phenanthrene.Based on the soil’s physical and chemical properties,differences in microbial quantity and enzyme activities were analyzed among the samples,and how that influenced distribution of soil community structure was focused upon.After 120 days of indoor simulated remediation,the cumulative degradation rate of n-hexadecane decreased by 94.92%(blank control),96.96%(low concentration salt and glyphosate stress group),65.07%(high concentration salt and glyphosate stress group),while that of phenanthrene decreased by 87.33%(blank control),86.25%(low concentration salt and glyphosate stress group),58.45%(high concentration salt and glyphosate stress group).The combined stress of salt and herbicides was capable of lowering the reduction efficiency of organic matter,total nitrogen,and total phosphorus,and also restricting the growth of microorganisms and enzyme activities.Cluster analysis results indicated that the non-stress group was similar to the low-concentration compound stress group during different remedial period,whereas both of those differed starkly from the high-concentration compound stress group.High-throughput sequencing revealed that the dominant soil bacteria phyla shifted from Firmicutes to Actinobacteria within 120 days of remediation. | Liu Bingkun Zuo Shuai Wang Ruirui Dong Kangning Zhang Xiuxia Li Ruyue Hao Boyu Li Jing Yin Linghao Bai Yuhao Song Jiayu Gu Yingying Sun Juan | 2022 | China Petroleum Processing & Petrochemical Technology2022,24,2: | 0 |
