| 2 | Effect of surfactant on zeta potential and rheology behavior of methylene bis (thiocyanate) suspension concentrate显示文摘Methylene bis(thiocyanate)(MBT) is insoluble in water, so suspension concentrate(SC) of MBT is extremely relied on surfactants. In this paper, SC of MBT was prepared with wet-grinding technology, and the effect of surfactants,such as Morwet D425(D425) and Morwet EFW(EFW)(two kinds of dispersant), on the Zeta potential and rheology behavior of MBT SC were investigated. The results showed that the Zeta potential absolute value of MBT SC increased with the increasing content of D425, and it decreased with the increasing content of EFW at acidic solution(pH = 4.5). In the combination system of D425 and EFW, Zeta potential of MBT SC decreased first and then increased with the increasing content of EFW. The relationship between shear rate(γ) and viscosity(η) was studied according to Herschel–Bulkley model: η = η0+ k/γ, and the relationship between shear rate(γ) and shear force(τ) was investigated according to:τ = τ0+Kγ~n. | 5 | Dynamic phenotypic heterogeneity and the evolution of multiple RNA subtypes in hepatocellular carcinoma:the PLANET study显示文摘Intra-tumor heterogeneity(ITH) is a key challenge in cancer treatment, but previous studies have focused mainly on the genomic alterations without exploring phenotypic(transcriptomic and immune)heterogeneity. Using one of the largest prospective surgical cohorts for hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)with multi-region sampling, we sequenced whole genomes and paired transcriptomes from 67 HCC patients(331 samples). We found that while genomic ITH was rather constant across stages, phenotypic ITH had a very different trajectory and quickly diversified in stage Ⅱ patients. Most strikingly, 30% of patients were found to contain more than one transcriptomic subtype within a single tumor. Such phenotypic ITH was found to be much more informative in predicting patient survival than genomic ITH and explains the poor efficacy of single-target systemic therapies in HCC. | 8 | The Joule–Thomson effect of (CO_(2)+H_(2)) binary system relevant to gas switching reforming with carbon capture and storage(CCS)显示文摘The Joule-Thomson effect is one of the important thermodynamic properties in the system relevant to gas switching reforming with carbon capture and storage(CCS). In this work, a set of apparatus was set up to determine the Joule-Thomson effect of binary mixtures(CO_(2)+ H_(2)). The accuracy of the apparatus was verified by comparing with the experimental data of carbon dioxide. The Joule-Thomson coefficients(μ_(JT)) for(CO_(2)+ H_(2)) binary mixtures with mole fractions of carbon dioxide(x_(CO_(2))= 0.1, 0.26, 0.5,0.86, 0.94) along six isotherms at various pressures were measured. Five equations of state EOSs(PR,SRK, PR, BWR and GERG-2008 equation) were used to calculate the μ_(JT)for both pure systems and binary systems, among which the GERG-2008 predicted best with a wide range of pressure and temperature.Moreover, the Joule-Thomson inversion curves(JTIC) were calculated with five equations of state. A comparison was made between experimental data and predicted data for the inversion curve of CO_(2). The investigated EOSs show a similar prediction of the low-temperature branch of the JTIC for both pure and binary systems, except for the BWRS equation of state.
