| 2 | Effect of integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on Gout显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the curative effect of integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on gout,and to investigate the therapy timing and exact treatment options of integrated medicine.METHODS:Totally 860 patients were enrolled,including 460 patients with intermittent gout,200 patients with active Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)syndrome(TCM syndrome score≥6)and200 patients with stable TCM syndrome(score<6).They were randomly divided into intervention and control groups.The control group was treated according to Western Medicine guidelines.The intervention group was treated with integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine.The efficacy of TCM syndrome,joint pain score,joint swelling score,ESR,C-reactive protein,serum uric acid,liver and kidney function,and the duration of remission of TCM syndrome were compared between the two groups before and after treatments.RESULTS:For the patients with stable TCM syndrome,there was no significant difference in the effective rate and inefficiency between the intervention group and the control group.For the active type,the effective rate of the intervention group is better than the control group significantly.For the stable type,there was no significant difference between the intervention group and the control group in improving the scores of joint pain and swelling,reducing the level of ESR,C-reactive protein,serum uric acid and improving liver and kidney function.For the active type,the differences between the two groups were significant.The stable stage of gout in the intervention group was longer than the control group.CONCLUSION:For the gout patients with stable TCM syndrome in the acute stage of gout,we can use TCM treatment or Western Medicine alternatively;for the patients with active TCM syndrome,the scheme of combination of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine can be applied,with the better curative effect than any medicine alone. | LIU Wei WU Yuanhao XUE Bin JIN Yue ZHANG Shumin LI Peihao XIE Qing WANG Aihua GAO Jingyue CAI Yue ZHANG Bo LIU Xiaoya WANG Yi DUAN Ran | 2021 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2021,41,5: | 3 |
| 3 | Oxidation resistance of powder metallurgy Ti-45Al-10Nb alloy at high temperature显示文摘TiAl alloy with high Nb content,nominally Ti-45Al-10Nb,was prepared by powder metallurgy,and the oxidation resistance at 850,900,and 950℃was investigated.The high-temperature oxidation-resistance mechanism and oxidation dynamics were discussed following the oxide skin morphology and microstructural evolution analysis.The oxide skin structures were similar for 850 and 900℃,with TiO_(2)+Al_(2)O_(3)mixture covering TiO_(2)with dispersed Nb_(2)O_(5).At 950℃,the oxide skin was divided into four sublayers,from the outside to the parent metal:loose TiO_(2)+Al_(2)O_(3),dense Al_(2)O_(3),dense TiO_(2)+Nb_(2)O_(5),and TiO_(2)matrix with dispersed Nb_(2)O_(5).The Nb layer suppressed the outward diffusion of Ti atoms,hindering the growth of TiO_(2),and simultaneously promote the formation of a continuous Al_(2)O_(3)protective layer,providing the alloy with long-term high-temperature oxidation resistance. | Xuchen Jin Peihao Ye Hongrui Ji Zhuanxia Suo Boxin Wei Xuewen Li Wenbin Fang | 2022 | International Journal of Minerals,Metallurgy and Materials2022,29,12: | 0 |
| 4 | Electric-controlled pressure relief valve for enhanced safety in liquid-cooled lithium-ion battery packs显示文摘The liquid-cooled battery energy sto rage system(LCBESS) has gained significant attention due to its superior thermal management capacity.However,liquid-cooled battery pack(LCBP) usually has a high sealing level above IP65,which can trap flammable and explosive gases from battery thermal runaway and cause explosions.This poses serious safety risks and challenges for LCBESS.In this study,we tested overcharged battery inside a commercial LCBP and found that the conventionally mechanical pressure relief valve(PRV) on the LCBP had a delayed response and low-pressure relief efficiency.A realistic 20-foot model of an energy storage cabin was constructed using the Flacs finite element simulation software.Comparative studies were conducted to evaluate the pressure relief efficiency and the influence on neighboring battery packs in case of internal explosions,considering different sizes and installation positions of the PRV.Here,a newly developed electric-controlled PRV integrated with battery fault detection is introduced,capable of starting within 50 ms of the battery safety valve opening.Furthermore,the PRV was integrated with the battery management system and changed the battery charging and discharging strategy after the PRV was opened.Experimental tests confirmed the efficacy of this method in preventing explosions.This paper addresses the safety concerns associated with LCBPs and proposes an effective solution for explosion relief. | Yuhang Song Jidong Hou Nawei Lyu Xinyuan Luo Jingxuan Ma Shuwen Chen Peihao Wu Xin Jiang Yang Jin | 2024 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2024,90,3: | 0 |
