Semi-Supervised Learning with Generative Adversarial Networks on Digital Signal Modulation Classification显示文摘Deep Learning(DL)is such a powerful tool that we have seen tremendous success in areas such as Computer Vision,Speech Recognition, and Natural Language Processing.Since Automated Modulation Classification(AMC)is an important part in Cognitive Radio Networks,we try to explore its potential in solving signal modulation recognition problem. It cannot be overlooked that DL model is a complex model, thus making them prone to over-fitting.DL model requires many training data to combat with over-fitting,but adding high quality labels to training data manually is not always cheap and accessible, especially in real-time system, which may counter unprecedented data in dataset.Semi-supervised Learning is a way to exploit unlabeled data effectively to reduce over-fitting in DL.In this paper,we extend Generative Adversarial Networks(GANs)to the semi-supervised learning will show it is a method can be used to create a more dataefficient classifier.Ya Tu Yun Lin Jin Wang Jeong-Uk Kim 2018Computers, Materials & Continua2018,,5:28
Management of post-hepatectomy complications显示文摘Hepatic resection had an impressive growth over time.It has been widely performed for the treatment of various liver diseases, such as malignant tumors, benign tumors, calculi in the intrahepatic ducts, hydatid disease, and abscesses.Management of hepatic resection is challenging.Despite technical advances and high experience of liver resection of specialized centers,it is still burdened by relatively high rates of postoperative morbidity and mortality.Especially, complex resections are being increasingly performed in high risk and older patient population.Operation on the liver is especially challenging because of its unique anatomic architecture and because of its vital functions.Common posthepatectomy complications include venous catheterrelated infection, pleural effusion, incisional infection, pulmonary atelectasis or infection, ascites, subphrenic infection, urinary tract infection, intraperitoneal hemorrhage, gastrointestinal tract bleeding, biliary tract hemorrhage, coagulation disorders, bile leakage, and liver failure. These problems are closely related to sur-gical manipulations, anesthesia, preoperative evaluation and preparation, and postoperative observation and management. The safety profile of hepatectomy probably can be improved if the surgeons and medical staff involved have comprehensive knowledge of the expected complications and expertise in their management. This review article focuses on the major postoperative issues after hepatic resection and presents the current management.Shan Jin Quan Fu Gerile Wuyun Tu Wuyun 2013World Journal of Gastroenterology2013,19,44:24
Exercise-induced irisin in bone and systemic irisin administration reveal new regulatory mechanisms of bone metabolism显示文摘Irisin is a polypeptide hormone derived from the proteolytic cleavage of fibronectin-type III domaincontaining 5(FNDC5) protein. Once released to circulation upon exercise or cold exposure, irisin stimulates browning of white adipose tissue(WAT) and uncoupling protein 1(UCP1) expression, leading to an increase in total body energy expenditure by augmented UCP1-mediated thermogenesis. It is currently unknown whether irisin is secreted by bone upon exercise or whether it regulates bone metabolism in vivo. In this study, we found that 2 weeks of voluntary wheel-running exercise induced high levels of FNDC5 messenger RNA as well as FNDC5/irisin protein expression in murine bone tissues. Increased immunoreactivity due to exercise-induced FNDC5/irisin expression was detected in different regions of exercised femoral bones, including growth plate, trabecular bone, cortical bone, articular cartilage, and bone–tendon interface. Exercise also increased expression of osteogenic markers in bone and that of UCP1 in WAT, and led to bodyweight loss. Irisin intraperitoneal(IP) administration resulted in increased trabecular and cortical bone thickness and osteoblasts numbers, and concurrently induced UCP1 expression in subcutaneous WAT. Lentiviral FNDC5 IP administration increased cortical bone thickness. In vitro studies in bone cells revealed irisin increases osteoblastogenesis and mineralization, and inhibits receptor activator of nuclear factor-k B ligand(RANKL)-induced osteoclastogenesis. Taken together, our findings show that voluntary exercise increases irisin production in bone, and that an increase in circulating irisin levels enhances osteogenesis in mice.Jin Zhang Paloma Valverde Xiaofang Zhu Dana Murray Yuwei Wu Liming Yu Hua Jiang Michel M Dard Jin Huang Zhiwei Xu Qisheng Tu Jake Chen 2017Bone Research2017,5,1:23
Increased pretreatment levels of serum LDH and ALP as poor prognostic factors for nasopharyngeal carcinoma显示文摘Serum enzymes that play potential roles in tumor growth have recently been reported to have prognostic relevance in a diverse array of tumors.However,prognosis-related serum enzymes are rarely reported for nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC).To clarify whether the level of serum enzymes is linked to the prognosis of NPC,we reviewed the pretreatment data of lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),alkaline phosphatase (ALP),and glutamyl transferase (GGT) in 533 newly diagnosed NPC patients who underwent radical radiotherapy between May 2002 and October 2003 at Sun Yat-sen University Cancer Center.Patients were grouped according to the upper limit of normal values of LDH,ALP,and GGT.The Kaplan-Meier method and log-rank test were used for selecting prognostic factors from clinical characteristics and serum enzymes, and the chi-square test was applied to analyze the relationships of clinical characteristics and serum enzymes. Finally,a Cox proportional hazards model was used to identify the independent prognostic factors. We found that increased levels of LDH had poor effects on both overall survival and distant metastasis-free survival(P=0.009 and 0.035,respectively),and increased pretreatment level of serum ALP had poor effects on both overall survival and local recurrence-free survival(P=0.037 and 0.039,respectively).In multivariate analysis, increased LDH level was identified as an independent prognostic factor for overall survival. Therefore,we conclude that increased pretreatment serum LDH and ALP levels are poor prognostic factors for NPC.Guo Li Jin Gao Ya-Lan Tao Bing-Qing Xu Zi-Wei Tu Zhi-Gang Liu Mu-Sheng Zeng Yun-Fei Xia 2012Chinese Journal of Cancer2012,31,4:21

Evaluation of the antioxidant effects of four main theaflavin derivatives through chemiluminescence and DNA damage analyses显示文摘Theaflavins(TFs) are the dimers of a couple of epimerized catechins, which are specially formed during black tea fermentation. To explore the differences among four main TF derivatives(theaflavin(TF 1),theaflavin3-gallate(TF 2 A),theaflavin-3'-gallate(TF 2 B),and theaflavin-3,3'-digallate(TF 3)) in scavenging reactive oxygen species(ROS) in vitro, their properties of inhibiting superoxide, singlet oxygen, hydrogen peroxide, and the hydroxyl radical, and their effects on hydroxyl radical-induced DNA oxidative damage were systematically analyzed in the present study. The results show that, compared with()-epigallocatechin gallate(EGCG),TF derivatives were good antioxidants for scavenging ROS and preventing the hydroxyl radical-induced DNA damage in vitro.TF 3 was the most positive in scavenging hydrogen peroxide and hydroxyl radical, and TF 1 suppressed superoxide.Positive antioxidant capacities of TF 2 B on singlet oxygen, hydrogen peroxide, hydroxyl radical, and the hydroxyl radical-induced DNA damage in vitro were found. The differences between the antioxidant capacities of four main TF derivatives in relation to their chemical structures were also discussed. We suggest that these activity differences among TF derivatives would be beneficial to scavenge different ROS with therapeutic potential.Yuan-yuan WU Wei LI Yi XU En-hui JIN You-ying TU 2011Journal of Zhejiang University-Science B(Biomedicine & Biotechnology)2011,12,9:13
Comparison of amplicon-sequencing, pyrosequencing and real-time PCR for detection of YMDD mutants in patients with chronic hepatitis B显示文摘AIM: To compare the sequencing of PCR products, pyro- sequencing, and real-time PCR for detection of Tyrosine- methionine-aspartate-aspartate (YMDD) mutants in patients with chronic hepatitis B. METHODS: Mixtures of plasmids and serum samples from 69 chronic hepatitis B patients treated with lamivu- dine were tested for YMDD mutations by sequencing of PCR products, pyrosequencing, and real-time PCR, re- spectively. Time required and reagent costs of the three assays were evaluated. RESULTS: Real-time PCR detected 100%, 50%, 10%, 1% and 0.1% of YVDD plasmid in mixtures with 106 copies/mL of YMDD plasmid, whereas sequencing and pyrosequencing only detected 100% and 50% of YVDD plasmid in aliquots of the corresponding mixtures. Com- pletely concordant results were obtained from 60 (87%) out of the 69 clinical serum samples by the three assays. Mutants were detected by real-time PCR in less than 20% of the total virus population, but no mutant was de- tected by sequencing and pyrosequencing. In addition, real-time PCR required less time and was more cost-ef- fective than the other two assays. However, throughput of pyrosequencing was the highest. CONCLUSION: Among the three assays compared, real-time PCR is the most sensitive, cost-effective, and time saving for monitoring YMDD mutants in patients with chronic hepatitis B on lamivudine therapy.Zhi-Jun Yang Mei-Zeng Tu Jian Liu Xiao-Ling Wang Hong-Zhi Jin 2006World Journal of Gastroenterology2006,12,44:12
A double-blind,randomized,placebo-and positive-controlled phase III trial of 1% benvitimod cream in mild-to-moderate plaque psoriasis显示文摘Background:Benvitimod cream,a novel synthetic small molecule, was effective in treating mild-to-moderate plaque psoriasis. We conducted a phase III clinical trial to assess the efficacy and safety of benvitimod cream in patients with mild-to-moderate plaque psoriasis. Methods:We randomly assigned 686 patients(2:1:1)to receive 1%benvitimod cream,0.005%calcipotriol ointment or placebo twice a day for 12 weeks. The primary efficacy end points were the percentage of patients with a 75%or greater reduction from baseline in the psoriasis area and severity index(PASI 75)score and with a score of 0 or 1 in static physician’s global assessment(sPGA)at week 12.Results:The results showed that 50.4%of patients in the benvitimod group achieved PASI 75,which was significantly higher than that in the calcipotriol(38.5%,P<0.05)and placebo(13.9%,P<0.05)groups.The proportion of patients achieving an sPGA score 0 or 1 was 66.3%in the benvitimod group and 63.9%in the calcipotriol group, which were both significantly higher than that in the placebo group(34%,P<0.05).In the long-term follow-up study,50.8%of patients experienced recurrence. After retreatment with 1%benvitimod,73.3%of patients achieved an sPGA score of 0 or 1 again at week 52.Adverse events included application site irritation, follicular papules, and contact dermatitis. No systemic adverse reactions were reported. Conclusion:During this 12-week study, benvitimod cream was demonstrated with high effectiveness and safety in patients with mild-to-moderate plaque psoriasis.Lin Cai Gen-Hui Chen Qian-Jin Lu Min Zheng Yu-Zhen Li Jin Chen Jie Zheng Fu-Ren Zhang Jian-Bin Yu Sen Yang Fu-Qiu Li Sheng-Xiang Xiao Qiu-Ning Sun Jin-Hua Xu Xing-Hua Gao Hong Fang Tian-Wen Gao Fei Hao Quan-Zhong Liu Ya-Ting Tu Ruo-Yu Li Bao-Xi Wang Dan-Qi Deng Qing-Shan Zheng Hong-Xia Liu Jian-Zhong Zhang 2020Chinese Medical Journal2020,,24:11
Effects of recombinant human canstatin protein in the treatment of pancreatic cancer显示文摘AIM: To examine the effect of canstatin, a newly discovered endogenous inhibitor of angiogenesis, in the treatment of pancreatic cancer in vivo. METHODS: The canstatin cDNA fragment was synthesized and amplified from the total RNA extracted from human placenta tissues by RT-PCR. The resulting product was firstly cloned into pUCm-T vector, then into plasmid pET-22b (+) and transformed into E. coli BL21. Isopropyl-1-thio-b-Dgalactopyran-oside (IPTG) was used to induce the expression of canstatin protein and affinity chromatography was used to purify the protein. To determine the activity of purified recombinant human canstatin (rhCanstatin), orthotopic xenograft human pancreatic cancer models were established. Human pancreatic cancer cells (SW1990) were injected into the pancreas of BALB/c nude mice. Twenty-four nude mice with orthotopic xenograft tumor were randomly divided into 3 groups 10 d after the inoculation, and were treated with PBS 0.3 mL, or canstatin 5 mg/kg, or 10 mg/kg per day for 3 wk intraperitoneally. When the experiment was over, all tumors were resected and the effects of rhCanstatin on tumor growth, microvessel density (MVD) were analyzed. RESULTS: After IPTG induction, SDS-PAGE showed a new monomeric 24 kDa protein band. This protein was purified through affinity chromatography and refolded through dialysis with a final concentration of 60 mg/L. In orthotopic pancreatic cancer models, the final tumor volume in groups treated with PBS, canstatin 5 mg/ kg, 10 mg/kg were 355.21 ± 39.54 mm3, 112.73 ±10.47 mm3, and 61.75 ± 6.99 mm3 respectively. The immunohistochemical examination showed that the MVD in tumors treated with canstatin was significantly less than that in other group. CONCLUSION: These findings demonstrate that the rhCanstatin effectively retards the growth of pancreatic cancer in a dose-dependent manner through inhibiting angiogenesis and may be a promising therapeutic agent for pancreatic cancer treatment in the clinic.Xiao-Ping He Zhao-Shen Li Ren-Min Zhu Zhen-Xing Tu Jun Gao Xue Pan Yan-Fang Gong Jing Jin Xiao-Hua Man Hong-Yu Wu Ai-Fang Xu 2006World Journal of Gastroenterology2006,12,41:10
Suitable internal control genes for qRT-PCR normalization in cotton fiber development and somatic embryogenesis显示文摘The mechanisms of cotton fiber development and somatic embryogenesis have been explored sys-tematically with microarray and suppression subtractive hybridization. Real-time RT-PCR provides the simultaneous measurement of gene expression in many different samples, with which the data from microarray or others can be confirmed in detail. To achieve accurate and reliable gene expression re-sults,normalization of real-time PCR data against one or several internal control genes is required, which should not fluctuate in different tissues during various stages of development. We assessed the gene expression of 7 frequently used housekeeping genes, including 18S rRNA,Histone3,UBQ7,Actin,Cyclophilin,Gbpolyubiquitin-1 and Gbpolyubiquitin-2,in a diverse set of 21 cotton samples. For fiber developmental series the expression of all housekeeping genes had the same down tendency after 17 DPA. But the expression of the AGP gene(arabinogalactan protein) that has high expression level at the later fiber development stage was up-regulated from 15 to 27 DPA. So the relative absolute quanti-fication should be an efficient and convenient method for the fiber developmental series. The expres-sion of nonfiber tissues series varied not so much against the fiber developmental series. And three best control genes Histone3,UBQ7 and Gbpolyubiquitin-1 have to be used in a combinated way to get better normalization.TU LiLi ZHANG XianLong LIU DiQiu JIN ShuangXia CAO JingLin ZHU LongFu DENG FengLin TAN JiaFu ZHANG CunBin 2007Chinese Science Bulletin2007,52,22:10

OsSPL18 controls grain weight and grain number in rice显示文摘Grain weight and grain number are two important traits directly determining grain yield in rice. To date,a lot of genes related to grain weight and grain number have been identified; however, the regulatory mechanism underlying these genes remains largely unknown. In this study, we studied the biological function of OsSPL18 during grain and panicle development in rice. Knockout (KO) mutants of OsSPL18exhibited reduced grain width and thickness, panicle length and grain number, but increased tiller number. Cytological analysis showed that OsSPL18 regulates the development of spikelet hulls by affecting cell proliferation. qRT-PCR and GUS staining analyses showed that OsSPL18 was highly expressed in developing young panicles and young spikelet hulls, in agreement with its function in regulating grain and panicle development. Transcriptional activation experiments indicated that OsSPL18is a functional transcription factor with activation domains in both the N-terminus and C-terminus, and both activation domains are indispensable for its biological functions. Quantitative expression analysis showed that DEP1, a major grain number regulator, was significantly down-regulated in OsSPL18 KO lines. Both yeast one-hybrid and dual-luciferase (LUC) assays showed that OsSPL18 could bind to the DEP1promoter, suggesting that OsSPL18 regulates panicle development by positively regulating the expression of DEP1. Sequence analysis showed that OsSPL18 contains the OsmiR156k complementary sequence in the third exon; 5?RLM-RACE experiments indicated that OsSPL18 could be cleaved by OsmiR156k. Taken together, our results uncovered a new OsmiR156k-OsSPL18-DEP1 pathway regulating grain number in rice.Hua Yuan Peng Qin Li Hu Shijie Zhan Shifu Wang Peng Gao Jing Li Mengya Jin Zhengyan Xu Qiang Gao Anping Du Bin Tu Weilan Chen Bingtian Ma Yuping Wang Shigui Li 2019Journal of Genetics and Genomics2019,46,1:8
Pico-satellite Autonomous Navigation with Magnetometer and Sun Sensor Data显示文摘This article presents a near-Earth satellite orbit estimation method for pico-satellite applications with light-weight and low-power requirements. The method provides orbit information autonomously from magnetometer and sun sensor, with an extended Kalman filter (EKF). Real-time position/velocity parameters are estimated with attitude independently from two quantities: the measured magnitude of the Earth’s magnetic field, and the measured dot product of the magnetic field vector and the sun vector. To guarantee the filter’s effectiveness, it is recommended that the sun sensor should at least have the same level of accuracy as magnetometer. Furthermore, to reduce filter’s computation expense, simplification methods in EKF’s Jacobian calculations are introduced and testified, and a polynomial model for fast magnetic field calculation is developed. With these methods, 50% of the computation expense in dynamic model propagation and 80% of the computation burden in measurement model calculation can be reduced. Tested with simulation data and compared with original magnetometer-only methods, filter achieves faster convergence and higher accuracy by 75% and 30% respectively, and the suggested simplification methods are proved to be harmless to filter’s estimation performance.HAN Ke WANG Hao TU Binjie JIN Zhonghe 2011Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2011,24,1:8
Optimization of Protein Extraction and Decoloration Conditions for Tea Residues显示文摘To optimize alkaline method for extracting proteins from tea residue(TR), the effect of extraction conditions on tea protein extraction rate(TPER) was investigated. Single factor experiment showed the extraction temperature 80 °C, extraction time 100 min, p H value 13 and liquid–solid ratio 40:1 as the optimal extraction conditions. The orthogonal test revealed that the maximum TPER reached 29.71% under the following optimal combination of conditions: extraction temperature 70 °C, extraction time 60 min, p H 12 and liquid–solid ratio 50:1. For optimizing the purification of tea residue proteins, isoelectric point precipitation(p I), ammonium sulfate precipitation(a S) and isoelectric point plus ammonium sulfate precipitation(i PAS) were compared. The result showed that the highest protein precipitation rate(PPR) was 89.70% which was generated by using i PAS. Furthermore, powdered activated carbon was chosen as the most suitable decolorant for the extracted proteins.CUI Qiaoyun NI Xinghong ZENG Liang TU Zheng LI Jin SUN Kang CHEN Xuan LI Xinghui 2017Horticultural Plant Journal2017,3,4:8
Transarterial chemoembolization with PD-(L)1 inhibitors plus molecular targeted therapies for hepatocellular carcinoma(CHANCE001)显示文摘There is considerable potential for integrating transarterial chemoembolization(TACE),programmed death-(ligand)1(PD-[L]1)inhibitors,and molecular targeted treatments(MTT)in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).It is necessary to investigate the therapeutic efficacy and safety of TACE combined with PD-(L)1 inhibitors and MTT in real-world situations. In this nationwide, retrospective, cohort study,826 HCC patients receiving either TACE plus PD-(L)1 blockades and MTT(combination group,n=376)or TACE monotherapy(monotherapy group,n=450)were included from January 2018 to May 2021.The primary endpoint was progression-free survival(PFS)according to modified RECIST.The secondary outcomes included overall survival(OS),objective response rate(ORR),and safety. We performed propensity score matching approaches to reduce bias between two groups. After matching,228 pairs were included with a predominantly advanced disease population.Median PFS in combination group was 9.5 months(95%confidence interval[CI],8.4-11.0)versus 8.0 months(95%CI,6.6-9.5)(adjusted hazard ratio[HR],0.70,P=0.002).OS and ORR were also significantly higher in combination group(median OS,19.2[16.1-27.3]vs.15.7 months[13.0-20.2];adjusted HR,0.63,P=0.001;ORR,60.1%vs.32.0%;P<0.001).Grade 3/4 adverse events were observed at a rate of 15.8%and 7.5%in combination and monotherapy groups, respectively. Our results suggest that TACE plus PD-(L)1 blockades and MTT could significantly improve PFS,OS,and ORR versus TACE monotherapy for Chinese patients with predominantly advanced HCC in real-world practice, with an acceptable safety profile.Hai-Dong Zhu Hai-Liang Li Ming-Sheng Huang Wei-Zhu Yang Guo-Wen Yin Bin-Yan Zhong Jun-Hui Sun Zhi-Cheng Jin Jian-Jian Chen Nai-Jian Ge Wen-Bin Ding Wen-Hui Li Jin-Hua Huang Wei Mu Shan-Zhi Gu Jia-Ping Li Hui Zhao Shu-Wei Wen Yan-Ming Lei Yu-Sheng Song Chun-Wang Yuan Wei-Dong Wang Ming Huang Wei Zhao Jian-Bing Wu Song Wang Xu Zhu Jian-Jun Han Wei-Xin Ren Zai-Ming Lu Wen-Ge Xing Yong Fan Hai-Lan Lin Zi-Shu Zhang Guo-Hui Xu Wen-Hao Hu Qiang Tu Hong-Ying Su Chuan-Sheng Zheng Yong Chen Xu-Ya Zhao Zhu-Ting Fang Qi Wang Jin-Wei Zhao Ai-Bing Xu Jian Xu Qing-Hua Wu Huan-Zhang Niu Jian Wang Feng Dai Dui-Ping Feng Qing-Dong Li Rong-Shu Shi Jia-Rui Li Guang Yang Hai-Bin Shi Jian-Song Ji Yu-E Liu Zheng Cai Po Yang Yang Zhao Xiao-Li Zhu Li-Gong Lu Gao-Jun Teng 2023Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2023,8,3:7
Effect of solid-solution temperature on the microstructure of Fe-Ni based high strength low thermal expansion (HSLTE) alloy显示文摘The influence of solid-solution temperature on the dissolution of carbide precipitates, the average grain size and the micro- hardness of the austenite matrix in an Fe-Ni based high strength low thermal expansion (HSLTE) alloy was investigated to obtain the proper temperature range of the solid-solution process. The XRD analysis, microstructure observations, and the theoretical calculations showed that the Mo-rich M2C-type precipitates in the Fe-Ni based HSLTE alloy dissolve completely at about 1100°C. The average grain size of the studied alloys increases from 14 to 46 μm in the temperature range of 1050 to 1200°C. The microhardness of the matrix decreases first for the sake of solid-solution treatment, but then increases later with increasing solution temperature because of the so- lution strengthening effect.Yifan Tu Jin Xu Jianfu Zhang Boping Zhang Dongliang Zhao 2007Journal of University of Science and Technology Beijing2007,14,1:6
Rumen fermentation and bacterial communities in weaned Chahaer lambs on diets with different protein levels显示文摘We evaluated the effects of diets with different crude protein(CP) levels on growth performance, rumen fermentation and bacterial communities in weaned Chahaer lambs. 128 weaned Chahaer lambs((20.56±1.43) kg body weight; ram:ewe 1:1) aged(61±1.85) d were randomly allotted to one of four diets with CP content of 11.17%(T1), 12.06%(T2), 13.40%(T3) or 14.36%(T4). Ruminal fermentation parameters were measured and bacterial communities were analysed using PCR-denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis(PCR-DGGE) and quantitative PCR. The average daily gain and feed utilization efficiency in T3 were higher than those in the other groups(P<0.05), although the dry matter intake and metabolizable energy intake were similar. Total volatile fatty acid concentration in the ruminal fluid of T3 was lower than that of T1(P=0.011), T2(P=0.008) or T4(P=0.309). The ammonia nitrogen concentration and acetate/propionate ratio of ruminal fluid were significantly higher in lambs fed the higher CP diets, whereas the molar concentrations of propionate and butyrate of ruminal fluid were lower. The rumen bacterial community was similar in T2 and T3 which shown more stable and diverse rumen microbes ecosystem compared with the other groups. The DGGE profiles and phylogenetic tree indicated that Bacteroides uniformis, Clostridium alkalicellulosi, Alkalibaculum bacchi and Saccharofermentans sp. were common bacterium of Chahaer lamb rumen. B. uniformis, C. alkalicellulosi, Saccharofermentans sp. and Gracilibacter thermotolerans, which belong to the Bacteroidetes and Firmicutes phyla, were the dominant species in the rumen of lambs fed 13.40% CP. However, Ruminococcus albus, Ruminococcus flavefaciens and Butyrivibrio fibrisolvens were not different in lambs fed different CP diets. Therefore, it could be concluded that B. uniformis, C. alkalicellulosi, A. bacchi and Saccharofermentans sp. were common bacteria of Chahaer lamb rumen. Furthermore, the dietary CP of 13.04% could improve performance and change rumen fermentation model by increasing the dominant species' peak intensities of B. uniformis, C. alkalicellulosi, Saccharofermentans sp. and Gracilibacter thermotolerans and stabilizing rumen microbial ecosystem.YANG Chun-tao SI Bing-wen DIAO Qi-yu JIN Hai ZENG Shu-qin TU Yan 2016Journal of Integrative Agriculture2016,15,7:6
Centralized isolation of Helicobacter pylori from multiple centers and transport condition influences显示文摘AIM:To evaluate the efficacy of centralized culture and possible influencing factors.METHODS:From January 2010 to July 2012,66452 patients with suspected Helicobacter pylori(H.pylori) infection from 26 hospitals in Zhejiang and Jiangsu Provinces in China underwent gastrointestinal endoscopy.Gastric mucosal biopsies were taken from the antrum for culture. These biopsies were transported under natural environmental temperature to the central laboratory in Hangzhou city and divided into three groups based on their transport time:5,24 and 48 h.The culture results were reported after 72 h and the positive culture rates were analyzed by a χ2 test.An additional 5736 biopsies from H.pylori-positive patients(5646 rapid urease test-positive and 90 14C-urease breath test-positive) were also cultured for quality control in the central laboratory setting.RESULTS:The positive culture rate was 31.66%(21036/66452) for the patient samples and 71.72%(4114/5736) for the H.pylori-positive quality control specimens. In the 5 h transport group, the positiveculture rate was 30.99%(3865/12471),and 32.84%(14960/45553) in the 24 h transport group. In contrast, the positive culture rate declined significantly in the 48 h transport group(26.25%; P < 0.001).During transportation, the average natural temperature increased from 4.67 to 29.14℃,while the positive culture rate declined from 36.67%(1462/3987) to 24.12%(1799/7459).When the temperature exceeded 24℃,the positive culture rate decreased significantly, especially in the 48 h transport group(23.17%).CONCLUSION:Transportation of specimens within 24 h and below 24℃ is reasonable and acceptable for centralized culture of multicenter H.pylori samples.Ya-Nan Gong You-Ming Li Ning-Min Yang Hong-Zhang Li Feng Guo Lang Lin Qun-Ying Wang Jia-Kun Zhang Zi-Zhong Ji Ji-Bo Mao Jun-Liang Mao Zheng-Chao Shi Wu-Heng Tang Xin-Jian Zhu Wei Shao Xiao-Feng Zhang Xing-Hua Wang Yue-Feng Tong Mi-Zu Jiang Guang-Lan Chen Zhi-Yong Wang Hui-Min Tu Guo-Fa Jiang Jian-Sheng Wu Xu-Peng Chen Qiu-Long Ding Hong Ouyang Feng-Zhe Jin Yan-Li Xu Jian-Zhong Zhang 2015World Journal of Gastroenterology2015,21,3:6
