| 1 | 2D titanium carbide(MXene) electrodes with lower-F surface for high performance lithium-ion batteries显示文摘MXene has shown distinctive advantages as anode materials of lithium-ion batteries. However, local surface chemistry, which was confirmed that can block ion transfer and limit redox reaction, has a significant effect on electrochemical performance. Herein, annealing MXene under hydrogen was employed for removing-F and turning-OH to-O terminations. We demonstrate that it improves the kinetics of Li-ion transport between the electrolyte and electrode. As a result, a lower interfacial charge transfer impedance was obtained. | 2 | Casting structure of pure aluminum by electric pulse modification at different superheated temperatures显示文摘Electric pulse modification (EPM) is a novel technique that reduces grain size by altering the structure of a melt. It was investigated that the response of the casting structure of high pure aluminum to EPM in different superheated melts. The results indi- cate that the grain refining effect of a given pulse electric field holds an optimal temperature range, moreover, a lower or higher su- perheated temperature will both disadvantage the improvements of casting structure. | 3 | Influences of electric pulse on solidification structure of LM-29 Al-Si alloy显示文摘The metallographic structure of LM-29 aluminum-silicon alloy modified by electric pulse treatment has been investigated and compared with those untreated.The solidification structure of LM-29 alloy has been analyzed by means of M1AP3 Quantimet image processing and analysis system,and then the solidification process has been analyzed by means of differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).The results indicate that the primary silicon phase was refined remarkably by electric pulse while the tensile strength and elongation properties increased accordingly.Electric pulse treatment can also increase the binding power between silicon clusters and alloy melt matrix,as a result,the precipitation of primary silicon phase is suppressed to meet the demand of supercooling degree for nucleating,correspondingly.The electric pulse modification has great influence on the size of silicon atomic cluster as well as its distribution in the melt,subsequently,leads to the refinement of solidification structure. | He Lijia Wang Jianzhong Qi Jingang Du Huiling Zhao Zuofu | 2010 | China Foundry2010,7,2: | 5 |
| 4 | Preparation and Characterization of Cellulose Nanofibril-Waterborne Polyurethane Composite Films显示文摘To improve the performance of polyurethane films,small amounts of cellulose nanofibrils(CNF)were physically blended with a waterborne polyurethane(WPU)emulsion,and then CNF/WPU composite films were prepared by cast-coating and drying.The particle size of the emulsions and the chemical structure,micromorphology,thermal stability,mechanical properties,and water resistance of the composite films were characterized using a Malvern laser particle size analyzer,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),thermogravimetric analysis(TGA),an electronic strength machine,water contact angle analysis(WCA),and water absorption tests,respectively.The results showed that at a low CNF content of 0.3 wt%,the particle size of the WPU emulsion and chemical structure of the film did not change significantly.In addition,the tensile strength of the composite film increased by up to 108%compared to the neat WPU film,and the thermal stability and water resistance were slightly improved.The addition of CNF greatly enhanced the tensile strength while maintaining the other original properties of the WPU film,which may greatly improve the service life and tear resistance of commercial coatings in the future. | Xinqi Li Jinghuan Chen Jingang Liu Qi Chen | 2023 | Paper And Biomaterials2023,8,1: | 3 |
| 5 | The cluster size transformation model of molten alloy under pulse electric field显示文摘Based on the electric dipole theory, the coupled field distribution of pulse electric field (PEF) with electric dipole field around the cluster in superheated molten alloy is simulated under the effect of PEF. For the difference of electro-migration, the atom of solute and solution will accumulate around the cluster, and then the smaller cluster may reorganize and grow up under the action of the coupled field. We also apply the electrostatic induction theory to analyze the bearing behavior of the half side of the cluster. The bigger the cluster is, the stronger the electrostatic force is, therefore, the bigger cluster's stability is weak apparently. | 6 | Further study on heredity of liquid aluminum modified by electric pulse显示文摘The remarkable heredity of liquid aluminum modified by electric pulse (EP, EPM) has been uncovered. For better understanding from all aspects on the hereditary properties, the present research deals with the heredity destruction and the secondary EPM procedure. It is shown that the secondary EPM is capable of preventing the heredity reduction of EP-modified liquid aluminum, and that the final refining effect has a close relationship with technique parameters of the secondary EPM. Furthermore, at a certain superheated temperature depending on the initial EPM technique parameters, the heredity relationship of EP-modified liquid aluminum can be cut off during remelting. | 7 | Impacts of land use and planning on island ecosystem service values: a case study of Dinghai District on Zhoushan Archipelago, China显示文摘Recently designated as a new special economic zone in China,Zhoushan Archipelago is going through a rapid land use change that is expected to have significant impacts on ecosystem services.However,there is no baseline of ecosystem service value(ESV)of the Zhoushan Archipelago up to date,making it impossible to assess any impacts of land use changes.In this study,we adopted the concept of“equivalent value per unit area of ecosystem services in China”and computed the ESV for 2006,2012,and 2020 of a representative district,Dinghai,on the Zhoushan Archipelago.We then analyzed the spatial and temporal patterns of land use changes and their impacts on ESV.The results indicated that the ESV of Dinghai District declined by 59.3 M Chinese yuan($9.5 M US dollars)from 2006 to 2012 and would further decrease by an additional 30.9 M yuan($5 M US dollars)by 2020 according to its planned land uses.These declines in ESV were primarily due to increases in buildup areas and losses in wetland,farmland,and water areas.The results imply that more attention should be paid to controlling urban growth and protecting coastal wetlands in order to preserve valuable ecosystem services of the Archipelago. | Xiaoyun Shao Changwei Jing Jiaguo Qi Jingang Jiang Qiankun Liu Xiumin Cai | 2017 | Ecological Processes2017,6,1: | 2 |

| 11 | Degradable Foam Tray Based on High-concentration Dispersed Cellulose Fibers Obtained by a Hot-press Baking Process显示文摘Degradable industrial packaging foam trays made from cellulose fibers were fabricated using a hot-press baking process.Bleached softwood pulp fibers with a concentration of 30%were dispersed at a high speed under the action of a dispersant.The effects of the dispersant dosage of the fibers on the porosity,foam density,and static compression characteristics were discussed.Furthermore,the effects of the reinforcing adhesive including polyvinyl alcohol(PVA),and cassava starch on the physical and mechanical properties of the foam trays were studied,as well as the relationship between these properties and the microstructure of the foam trays.The dispersant enhanced the rheological and blistering properties of the fiber dispersion.As the dispersant dosage increased from 2%to 4%,the foam density gradually increased and the compressive strain performance and residual compressive strain of the foam trays decreased.Under the condition of constant dosage of dispersant,increasing the fiber proportion from 67%to 77%improved the porosity and foam density and slightly reduced the static compression performance.In additioton,the static compression resistance of the foamed materials was improved by increasing the PVA dosage since PVA was beneficial for improving the strength of the foam trays. | Ruijuan Zhang Yanqun Su Tao Zhao Jingang Liu Hongjie Zhang Leilei Hou Xianling Fu Qi Chen | 2023 | Paper And Biomaterials2023,8,4: | 0 |
