12018 Chinese Pediatric Cardiology Society(CPCS) guideline for diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents显示文摘Syncope belongs to the transient loss of consciousness(TLOC), characterized by a rapid onset, short duration, and spontaneous complete recovery. It is common in children and adolescents, accounting for 1% to 2% of emergency department visits.Recurrent syncope can seriously affect children's physical and mental health, learning ability and quality of life and sometimes cardiac syncope even poses a risk of sudden death. The present guideline for the diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents was developed for guiding a better clinical management of pediatric syncope. Based on the globally recent development and the evidence-based data in China, 2018 Chinese Pediatric Cardiology Society(CPCS) guideline for diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents was jointly prepared by the Pediatric Cardiology Society, Chinese Pediatric Society, Chinese Medical Association(CMA)/Committee on Pediatric Syncope, Pediatricians Branch, Chinese Medical Doctor Association(CMDA)/Committee on Pediatric Cardiology, Chinese College of Cardiovascular Physicians, Chinese Medical Doctor Association(CMDA)/Pediatric Cardiology Society, Beijing Pediatric Society, Beijing Medical Association(BMA). 2Age of the Miyun dyke swarm:Constraints on the maximum depositional age of the Changcheng System显示文摘A group of NE-trending(~30°)mafic dykes,termed Miyun swarm herein,are distributed around the Miyun Reservoir,northe China,and have individual widths of over 40 m,and lengths of up to 8000 m.Baddeleyite grains were extracted from a~40 wide dyke.Using an isotope dilution thermal ionization mass spectrometry method,these grains yield an average 207Pb/206Pb a of 1731±4 Ma(n=4;or 1731±1 Ma,n=3).Because this dyke is overlain unconformably by conglomerates of the Changzhoug Formation,the lowermost formation of the Changcheng Group,the maximum depositional age of this group is constrained to no earlier than 1731 Ma.This result also suggests that the Changcheng System,with the Changcheng Group as its standard stra graphic section,is younger than 1731 Ma.The Miyun dykes possibly have distinct petrogenesis from the subsequent anorth site-rapakivi intrusions(1730-1680 Ma),which are thought to be responsible for the opening of the Yan-Liao rift,where Changcheng Group was deposited.Thus it is reasonable to set the initial boundary of the Changchengian Period at 1730 Ma slightly younger.PENG Peng LIU Fu ZHAI MingGuo GUO JingHui 2012Chinese Science Bulletin2012,57,1:40
3Implantable sandwich PHBHHx film for burst-free controlled delivery of thymopentin peptide显示文摘Sustained release and non-parental formulations of peptides and protein drugs are highly desirable because of enhanced therapeutic effects as well as improved patient compliance. This is especially true for small peptides such as thymopentin(TP5). To this end, implantable sandwich poly(hydroxybutyrate-co-hydroxyhexanoate)(PHBHHx) films were designed to prolong release time and to inhibit burst release phenomenon of TP5 by a simple volatilization method. In vitro release studies revealed that sandwich films had nearly no burst release. In vivo release time of sandwich films was prolonged to 42 days. Pharmacodynamic evaluation demonstrated that TP5 sandwich films significantly increased survival rates in a rat immunosuppressive model and normalized CD4^+/CD8^+ values. These results suggest that TP5 released from sandwich films can attenuate cyclophosphamide's immunosuppressive activity, and possibly achieve results comparable to daily TP5 injection therapy. 4Highly crystalline ReSe2 atomic layers synthesized by chemical vapor transport显示文摘Two-dimensional (2D) anisotropic rhenium diselenide (ReSe2) has attracted lots ofattention due to its promising applications in electronics and optoelectronics. However,controlled synthesis of high quality ultrathin ReSe2 remains as a challenge.Here we developed an approach for synthesizing high quality 2D ReSe2 flakes witha thickness down to monolayer by chemical vapor transport (CVT) through carefullytuning the growth kinetics. The atomic structures and anisotropy of theobtained ReSe2 flakes were intensively characterized with scanning transmissionelectron microscope and angle-resolved polarized Raman spectroscopy. Fieldeffecttransistors fabricated on the CVT-grown ReSe2 flakes showed n-typesemiconducting behavior with an on/off current ratio of 105 and a mobility up to5 cm2 V−1 s−1, which is comparable to mechanically exfoliated flakes and isobvious higher than the samples synthesized with other approaches. 5Porous Co_(2)VO_(4) Nanodisk as a High-Energy and Fast-Charging Anode for Lithium-Ion Batteries显示文摘High-energy–density lithium-ion batteries(LIBs)that can be safely fast-charged are desirable for electric vehicles.However,sub-optimal lithiation potential and low capacity of commonly used LIBs anode cause safety issues and low energy density.Here we hypothesize that a cobalt vanadate oxide,Co_(2)VO_(4),can be attractive anode material for fast-charging LIBs due to its high capacity(~1000 mAh g^(−1))and safe lithiation potential(~0.65 V vs.Li^(+)/Li).The Li+diffusion coefficient of Co2VO4 is evaluated by theoretical calculation to be as high as 3.15×10^(-10) cm^(2) s^(−1),proving Co_(2)VO_(4) a promising anode in fast-charging LIBs.A hexagonal porous Co2VO4 nanodisk(PCVO ND)structure is designed accordingly,featuring a high specific surface area of 74.57 m^(2) g^(−1) and numerous pores with a pore size of 14 nm.This unique structure succeeds in enhancing Li^(+) and electron transfer,leading to superior fast-charging performance than current commercial anodes.As a result,the PCVO ND shows a high initial reversible capacity of 911.0 mAh g^(−1) at 0.4 C,excellent fast-charging capacity(344.3 mAh g^(−1) at 10 C for 1000 cycles),outstanding long-term cycling stability(only 0.024% capacity loss per cycle at 10 C for 1000 cycles),confirming the commercial feasibility of PCVO ND in fast-charging LIBs.Jinghui Ren Zhenyu Wang Peng Xu Cong Wang Fei Gao Decheng Zhao Shupei Liu Han Yang Di Wang Chunming Niu Yusong Zhu Yutong Wu Xiang Liu Zhoulu Wang Yi Zhang 2022Nano-Micro Letters2022,14,1:1

11Dynamic Characteristics of the Jet Force on the Flapper of the Pilot Stage in a Flapper Nozzle Servo Valve Under the Flow-Solid Interaction显示文摘Nowadays,more and more attention has been paid to improve the performance of the nozzle flapper servo valve.As a core part of nozzle flapper servo valve,the armature assembly is affected by electromagnetic force,jet force and feedback force at the same time.Due to the complex structure of the pilot stage flow field and the high jet pressure,the prediction of the jet force has always been difficult in modeling the transient motion of the servo valve.Whereupon,a numerical simulation method based on the flow-solid interaction(FSI)is applied to observe the variation of the jet force when the flapper is moving.Different parameters are employed to seek a suitable numerical simulation model which can balance the accuracy and computational cost.By comparing with the experiment results,the effectiveness of numerical simulation method in predicting the variation of the jet force and cavitation is verified.By this numerical simulation model,the distribution of flow field and the force on the flapper predicted by the moving and fixed flapper are compared.The results show that more dynamic details are achieved by the transient simulation.By analyzing the numerical simulation results of different inlet pressures and flapper vibration frequencies,the relationship between the movement of the flapper,the flow field distribution,the jet force and the inlet pressure is established,which provides a theoretical basis for the subsequent modeling of the armature assembly.Xinbei Lü Jinghui Peng Songjing Li 2020Journal of Beijing Institute of Technology2020,29,4:0
12Origin and geological significance of the 1.81 Ga hyalophane-rich pegmatite veins from the high-pressure granulite terrain in the Central Zone of North China Craton显示文摘Hyalophane-rich pegmatites are identified from the Manjinggou high-pressure granulite terrain in the Central Zone of North China Craton. Based on field investigation, mineral assemblage and mineral geochemistry, two types of pegmatites can be defined, i.e., hyalophane pegmatite and hyalophane-rich pegmatite. The hyalophane pegmatite is composed of pure hyalophane with 18.7 mol%-19.4 mol% celsian, whereas the hyalophane-rich pegmatite consists of clinopyroxene + titanite + epidote + hyalophane with 11.9 mol%-12.5 mol% celsian. Hyalophane-rich pegmatite has typical magmatic zircons with oscillatory zoning and high Th/U ratios, implying that this type of pegmatite crystallized from special melt similar to magma. SIMS (Cameca 1280) zircon U-Pb dating shows that the crystallization age of the hyalophane-rich pegmatite is 1812±5 Ma, younger than the regional metamorphic age (peak of ca. 1.85 Ga). Zircon δ18O (8.0 ‰-9.3 ‰) and ?Hf (-7.0 to-2.7) values measured by SIMS suggest that the high-pressure granulite terrain was the source of these veins. Therefore, the hyalophane-rich pegmatite veins were likely to be generated by melting of the high-pressure granulite terrain during post collisional uplift. 13Mathematical modeling of an armature assembly in pilot stage of a hydraulic servo valve based on distributed parameters显示文摘The dynamic performance of a nozzle-flapper servo valve can be affected by several factors such as the disturbance of the input signal,the motion of the armature assembly and the oscillation of the jet force.As the part of vibrating at high frequency,the armature assembly plays a vital role during the operation of the servo valve.In order to accurately predict the transient response of the armature assembly during the vibration,a mathematical model of armature assembly is established based on the distributed parameters method(DPM)and Hamilton principle.The new mathematical model is composed of three main parts,the modal eigenfunction,modal mechanical response expressions of the spring tube and the motion equation of the other armature assembly.After programing,the purpose of using the DPM to predict the dynamic response of different positions located on the armature assembly is achieved.For verifying the validity of the mathematical model,the finite element method(FEM)and classic model(CM)of armature assembly are applicated by commercial software under the same condition.The comparison results prove that the DPM can effectively predict the axial and tangential deflection of the armature assembly different positions which the CM can’t duing to its over-simplification.A certain error is generated when predicting the axial deformation at different heights by DPM,which is caused by an approximate method to simulate the torsion of the spring tube.The comparison results of the spring tube deflection at different vibration frequencies shows that the adaptability of DPM is significantly higher than the classic model,which verify the model is more adaptable for predicting the dynamic response of the armature assembly.Xinbei LV Jinghui PENG Songjing LI 2021Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2021,34,3:0
14Boron and nitrogen co-doped porous carbon derived from sodium alginate enhanced capacitive deionization for water purification显示文摘Capacitive deionization can alleviate water shortage and water environmental pollution, but performances are greatly determined by the electrochemical and desalination properties of its electrode materials. In this work, B and N co-doped porous carbon with micro-mesoporous structures is derived from sodium alginate by a carbonization, activation, and hydrothermal doping process, which exhibits large specific surface area (2587 m^(2)·g^(‒1)) and high specific capacitance (190.7 F·g^(‒1)) for adsorption of salt ions and heavy metal ions. Furthermore, the materials provide a desalination capacity of 26.9 mg·g−1 at 1.2 V in 500 mg·L^(‒1) NaCl solution as well as a high removal capacity (239.6 mg·g^(‒1)) and adsorption rate (7.99 mg·g^(‒1)·min^(‒1)) for Pb2+ with an excellent cycle stability. 16Tadpole-shaped polymers based on UV-induced strain promoted azide-alkyne cycloaddition reaction显示文摘In the present study, we synthesized well-defined tadpole-shaped polystyrene(PS) via the combination of atom transfer radical polymerization(ATRP) and UV-induced strain promoted azide-alkyne cycloaddtion(SPAAC) reaction. A di-bromo ATRP initiator(Br-ini-Br) containing cyclopropenone-masked dibenzocyclooctyne group was used to prepare the linear PS with a cyclopropenone-masked dibenzocyclooctyne in the middle of the chain and bromo groups at both ends(Br-PS-Br). Then we used the single electron transfer-nitroxide radical coupling(SET-NRC) reaction to transfer the bromo end groups to azide groups(N_3-PS-N_3). 17A single-nucleus transcriptomic atlas of primate testicular aging reveals exhaustion of the spermatogonial stem cell reservoir and loss of Sertoli cell homeostasis显示文摘The testis is pivotal for male reproduction,and its progressive functional decline in aging is associated with infertility.However,the regulatory mechanism underlying primate testicular aging remains largely elusive.Here,we resolve the aging-related cellular and molecular alterations of primate testicular aging by establishing a single-nucleus transcriptomic atlas.Gene-expression patterns along the spermatogenesis trajectory revealed molecular programs associated with attrition of spermatogonial stem cell reservoir,disturbed meiosis and impaired spermiogenesis along the sequential continuum.Remarkably,Sertoli cell was identified as the cell type most susceptible to aging,given its deeply perturbed age-associated transcriptional profiles.Concomitantly,downregulation of the transcription factor Wilms'Tumor 1(WTi),essential for Sertoli cell homeostasis,was associated with accelerated cellular senescence,disrupted tight junctions,and a compromised cell identity signature,which altogether may help create a hostile microenvironment for spermatogenesis.Collectively,our study depicts in-depth transcriptomic traits of non-human primate(NHP)testicular aging at single-cell resolution,providing potential diagnostic biomarkers and targets for therapeutic interventions against testicular aging and age-related male reproductive diseases.Daoyuan Huang Yuesheng Zuo Chen Zhang Guoqiang Sun Ying Jing Jinghui Lei Shuai Ma Shuhui Sun Huifen Lu Yusheng Cai Weiqi Zhang Fei Gao Andy Peng Xiang Juan Carlos Izpisua Belmonte Guang-Hui Liu Jing Qu Si Wang 2023Protein & Cell2023,14,12:0
18Dynamic Camouflage Characteristics of a Thermal Infrared Film Inspired by Honeycomb Structure显示文摘Thermal infrared camouflage technology has attracted increasing attention with the progress of infrared surveillance technologies.Inspired by honeycombs,a thermal infrared camouflage film with honeycomb sandwich structure based on fluid and temperature control is proposed to cloak objects and display false targets in the thermal infrared spectrum.The structure and manufacturing method of the film are introduced,and the fluid and temperature control system is established and tested to explore the thermal infrared characteristics of the film composed of different thermal units.The camouflage performance of the film is intuitively displayed through the temperature frequency histograms of the infrared images photographed by an infrared camera.The temperature control accuracy of the thermal infrared camouflage system and the dynamic camouflage response of the film are evaluated by the temperature distribution map of each pixel in infrared images and the salient degree values.Furthermore,the influential factors on the camouflage responding time are investigated,including the heating and cooling time of the liquid,the flow rate of pumps inside the driving module,and the energy loss along the liquid lines.An application of displaying false target is also introduced and tested.The results show that the camouflage film has a well camouflage effect and a wide adjustment temperature range,showing promise for a broad range of potential applications,such as counter-surveillance,thermal control and heat shielding.Lujia Li Huanhuan Li Gang Kou Dafeng Yang Wei Hu Jinghui Peng Songjing Li 2022Journal of Bionic Engineering2022,19,2:0
