| 1 | Structure change of 430 stainless steel in the heating process显示文摘The microstructure analysis was employed for the ferritic stainless steel(SUS430)with the carbon content from 0.029wt% to 0.100wt% under the simulated heating process condition.The higher carbon sample(430H)contains the duplex phase micro- structure at the temperature of 1150℃;on the other hand,the lower carbon content sample(430L)does not touch two phase area even at the temperature of 1450℃and has the single phase ferritic microstructure.The carbon content need be well controlled for the 430 ferritic stainless steel since it can significantly affect the heating process curve,and the heating process may not be done in the two phase area due to the uncontrolled carbon content.With the low carbon content and the proper soaking time,the grain size is not sensitive to the heating process temperature and the soaking time.In the present heat treatment experiments,the soaking time is about 10 min,and the processing parameters can be chosen according to the requirement of the gross energy,the efficiency and the continual forming. | Xinzhong Liu Jingtao Han Wanhua Yu Shifeng Dai | 2008 | Journal of University of Science and Technology Beijing2008,15,1: | 6 |
| 2 | Modeling uniaxial tensile deformation of polycrystalline Al using CPFEM显示文摘The crystal plasticity finite element modeling(CPFEM)is realized in commercial finite element code ABAQUS with UMAT subroutine on the basis of the crystal plasticity theory of rate dependent polycrystal constitutive relations in the mesoscopic scale.The initial orientations obtained by electron backscatter diffraction(EBSD)are directly input into the CPFEM to simulate the mechanical response of polycrystaUine 1050 pure Al in uniaxial tensile deformation.Two polycrystal models and two tensile strain rates were used in the simulations.The stress-strain curves of tensile deformation were analyzed.The predictions and the corre- sponding experiment result show reasonable agreement and slight deviation with experiments.The flow true stress of strain rate 0.01 s^(-1)is higher than that of strain rate 0.001 s^(-1).At the strain less than 0.05,the stress saturated rate of the experiment is higher than the simulated results.However,the stress saturated rate of the experiment becomes gentler than the corresponding simulated predictions at the strain over 0.05.Also,necking was simulated by the two models,but the necking strain is not well predicted.Tensile textures at strain 0.25 were predicted at the low strain rate of 0.001 s^(-1).The predictions are in good accord with the experimental results. | Huachun pi Jingtao Han Chuanguo Zhang A. The hardness, bending strength andimpact toughness of the specimens were determined. | 6 | All-trans retinoic acid(ATRA)inhibits insufficient radiofrequency ablation(IRFA)-induced enrichment of tumor-initiating cells in hepatocellular carcinoma显示文摘Objective:Local recurrence of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)after radiofrequency ablation(RFA)treatment remains a serious problem.Tumor-initiating cells(TICs)are thought to be responsible for tumor relapse.Here,we investigated the effect of the TIC differentiation inducer,all-trans retinoic acid(ATRA),on RFA and explored the potential molecular mechanisms.Methods:The proportions of CD133+and epithelial cell adhesion molecule(Ep CAM);TICs in recurrent HCC after RFA and primary HCC were first determined in clinic.Then,the effect of heat intervention or insufficient RFA(IRFA)on the malignant potential of HCC cells,including cell migration,sphere formation ability,tumor growth,the proportion of CD133+and Ep CAM+TICs and expression of stem cell-related genes,was evaluated in vitro and in vivo.Finally,the effect of ATRA on the tumor growth and the proportion of TICs was evaluated.Results:In clinical data,a higher proportion of CD133+and Ep CAM+TICs was found in recurrent tumors than in primary tumors.In vitro heat intervention promoted the cell migration and sphere formation ability.Additionally,it increased the proportion of CD133+and Ep CAM+TICs and the expression of stem cell-related genes.In addition,after IRFA the residual tumors in xenografts grew faster and had more TICs than untreated tumors.ATRA remarkably inhibited residual tumor growth after IRFA by elimination of TICs though the PI3 K/AKT pathway.Combination treatment with ATRA resulted in longer survival outcomes in mouse xenografts than RFA alone.Conclusions:ATRA,as a TIC differentiation inducer,could help to improve the effect of RFA treatment,which was partially attributed to its effect against TICs.The data indicated its potential as an alternative drug in the development of better therapeutic strategies for use in combination with RFA. | Song Wang Jingtao Liu Hao Wu Anna Jiang Kun Zhao Kun Yan Wei Wu Haibo Han Yanhua Zhang Wei Yang | 2021 | Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2021,33,6: | 2 |
| 7 | Study on rolling process optimization of high carbon steel wire显示文摘The existing problems in the manufacture of SWRH82B high carbon steel wire were discussed by sampling and testing the microstructure and properties of the steel from the workshop. To solve the problems, the experimental parameters for thermal simula- tion were optimized, and the thermal simulating experiments were carried out on a Gleeble1500 thermal simulator. The process pa- rameters for the manufacture were optimized after analysis of the data, and the productive experiments were performed after the wa- ter box in front of the no-twist blocks was reconstructed, to control the temperature of the loop layer. The results from the productive experiments showed that the cooling rate of 10-15°C/s was reasonable before phase transformation, about 5°C/s during phase trans- formation, and 600-620°C was the suitable starting temperature for phase transformation. | 8 | Effect of plastic deformation on diffusion-rolling bonding of steel sandwich plates显示文摘Diffusion bonding is one of the most important techniques for composite materials, while bonding temperature, holding time,and rolling reduction are the key parameters that affect the bonding strength of sandwich plates. To study the effect of plastic deformation on the bonding strength, laboratory experiments were carried on a Gleeble Thermal Simulator to imitate the diffusion-rolling bonding under different reductions for steel sandwich plates. The bonding strength and interlayer film thickness were measured, and the element diffusion was analyzed using line scanning. The relationship between the bonding strength and “diffused interlayer” thickness was investigated. It has been found that the bonding strength increases with reduction, whereas the interlayer film thickness decreases gradually as the reduction increases. The diffusion under plastic deformation is obviously enhanced in comparison with that of nil reduction. | 9 | Physical and Numerical Simulation for Inner Crack Healing in Metals显示文摘The research purpose on the healing of inner crack in metallic materials is to provide an effective approach for improving their properties and prolonging their lifetime. The crack healing process of 20MnMo steel with inner pre-crack was analyzed. It was found that all inner cracks could be healed in different degree. There were very fine ferrite grains in healing region. The micro-crack healing process in single crystal of BBC-Fe was simulated by the molecule dynamics method, which showed that the critical temperature of crack healing in BBC-Fe is 673K. | 10 | Synthesis of crystals and particles by crystallization and polymerization in droplet-based microfluidic devices显示文摘The recent advances in crystallization and polymerization assisted by droplet-based microfluidics to synthesize micro-particles and micro-crystals are reviewed in this paper.Droplet-based microfluidic devices are powerful tools to execute some precise controls and operations on the flow inside microchannels by adjusting fluid dynamics parameters to produce monodisperse emulsions or multiple-emulsions of various materials.Major features of this technique are producing particles of monodispersity to control the shape of particles in a new level,and to generate droplets of diverse materials including aqueous solutions,gels and polymers.Numerous microfluidic devices have been employed to generate monodisperse droplets of range from nm toμm,such as T junctions,flow-focusing devices and co-flow or cross-flow capillaries.These discrete,independently controllable droplets are ideal microreactors to be manipulated in the channels to synthesize the nanocrystals,protein crystals,polymer particles and microcapsules.The generated monodisperse particles or crystals are to meet different technical demands in many fields,such as crystal engineering,encapsulation and drug delivery systems.Microfluidic devices are promising tools in the synthesis of micron polymer particles that have diverse applications such as the photonic materials,ion-exchange and chromatography columns,and field-responsive rheological fluids.Processes assisted by microfluidic devices are able to produce the polymer particles(including Janus particles)with precise control over their sizes,size distribution,morphology and compositions.The technology of microfluidics has also been employed to generate core-shell microcapsules and solid microgels with precise controlled sizes and inner structures.The chosen“smart”materials are sensitive to an external stimulus such as the change of the pH,electric field and temperature.These complex particles are also able to be functionalized by encapsulating nanoparticles of special functions and by attaching some special groups like targeting ligands.The nucleation kinetics of some crystals like KNO_(3)was investigated in different microfluidic devices.Because of the elimination of the interactions among crystallites in bulk systems,using independent droplets may help to measure the nucleation rate more accurately.In structural biology,the droplets produced in microfluidic devices provide ideal platforms for protein crystallization on the nanoliter scale.Therefore,they become one of the promising tools to screen the optimal conditions of protein crystallization. | Jingtao WANG Jin ZHANG Junjie HAN | 2010 | Frontiers of Chemical Science and Engineering2010,4,1: | 1 |
