| 2 | Optical nonlinearity and ultrafast dynamics of ion exchanged silver nanoparticles embedded in soda-lime silicate glass显示文摘Ag nanoparticles embedded in soda-lime silicate glass were fabricated by ion-exchange and subse-quently annealing method. Z-scan technique, femtosecond time-resolved optical Kerr effect (OKE) technique and femtosecond pump-probe experiment were used to investigate the effects of laser wavelength and laser pulse duration as well as annealing temperature on the third-order optical nonlinearity and ultrafast dynamics of the composites. It was found that the third-order susceptibility of Ag nanoparticles composite glass measured by 400 nm pulse source is larger than that measured by 800 nm pulse source due to an enhancement effect of local field near surface plasmon resonance of Ag nanoparticles in silicate glass. The third-order optical nonlinearity measured by ns laser source is about two orders of magnitude larger than that measured from fs pulse. The annealing temperature has an important effect on the third-order optical nonlinearity and ultrafast dynamics of the composites. | 3 | Quantum proxy signature scheme with public verifiability显示文摘In recent years, with the development of quantum cryptography, quantum signature has also made great achievement. However,the effectiveness of all the quantum signature schemes reported in the literature can only be verified by a designated person.Therefore, its wide applications are limited. For solving this problem, a new quantum proxy signature scheme using EPR quantumentanglement state and unitary transformation to generate proxy signature is presented. Proxy signer announces his public key whenhe generates the final signature. According to the property of unitary transformation and quantum one-way function, everyone canverify whether the signature is effective or not by the public key. So the quantum proxy signature scheme in our paper can be publicverified. | 6 | Long- versus short-interval follow-up after resection of hepatocellular carcinoma: a retrospective cohort study显示文摘Background:Average postoperative follow-up intervals vary in patients undergoing hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)resection because of limited evidence regarding the optimal interval.We aimed to compare the associations of long-versus short-interval follow-up with survival and recurrence in risk-stratified HCC patients.Methods:We performed a retrospective cohort study between 2007 and 2014.In total,1227 patients treated by curative resection of Barcelona Clinic Liver Cancer stage A or B HCC were stratified as having a low(n=865)or high(n=362)risk of early recurrence(within the first 2 years after resection)based on prognostic factors identified by the least absolute shrinkage and selection operation algorithm.Patients were further classified into long-interval(every 4-6 months)and short-interval(every 2-4 months)follow-up subgroups based on follow-up within 2 years after resection(low risk,long vs.short:n=390 vs.n=475;high-risk,long vs.short:n=149 vs.n=213).Results:The short-interval follow-up did not prolong overall survival in either the low-risk(hazard ratio[HR]=1.152;95%confidence interval[CI]0.720-1.843)or high-risk(HR=1.213;95%CI 0.702-2.094)patients.Early recurrence occurred in 401 patients.For high-risk patients,the short-interval follow-up subgroup exhibited smaller intrahepatic recurrence than did the long-interval group(2.6 vs.3.5 cm,respectively,P=0.045).However,no significant difference in the rate of Barcelona Clinic Liver Cancer stage 0/A recurrence was found between the long-and short-interval follow-up groups in either low-or high-risk patients(63.1%vs.68.2%,respectively,P=0.580;31.3%vs.41.5%,respec-tively,P=0.280).The rate of curative intent treatment for recurrence(34.5%vs.39.7%,respectively,P=0.430;14.6%vs.20.3%,respectively,P=0.388)was also similar between the follow-up groups for low-and high-risk patients.Conclusions:Shortening the postoperative follow-up interval from every 4-6 months to every 2-4 months within the first 2 years after resection did not increase the rate of curative intent treatment or prolong the overall survival of patients with Barcelona Clinic Liver Cancer stage A or B HCC. | Wei He Yun Zheng Ruhai Zou Jingxian Shen Junping Yang Jiliang Qiu Qiang Tao Wenwu Liu Zhiwen Yang Yuanping Zhang Binkui Li Yunfei Yuan | 2018 | Cancer Communications2018,38,1: | 2 |

| 8 | The semiannual variation of transpolar arc incidence and its relationship to the Russell–McPherron effect显示文摘Earth’s aurora is a luminescent phenomenon generated by the interaction between magnetospheric precipitating particles and the upper atmosphere;it plays an important role in magnetosphere–ionosphere(M-I)coupling.The transpolar arc(TPA)is a discrete auroral arc distributed in the noon-midnight direction poleward of the auroral oval and connects the dayside to the nightside sectors of the auroral oval.Studying the seasonal variation of TPA events can help us better understand the long-term variation of the interaction between the solar wind,the magnetosphere,and M-I coupling.However,a statistical study of the seasonal variation of TPA incidence has not previously been carried out.In this paper,we have identified 532 TPA events from the IMAGE database(2000–2005)and the Polar database(1996–2002),and calculated the incidence of TPA events for different months.We find a semiannual variation in TPA incidence.Clear peaks in the incidence of TPAs occur in March and September;a less pronounced peak appears in November.We also examine seasonal variation in the northward interplanetary magnetic field(IMF)over the same time period.The intensity and occurrence rate of the northward IMF exhibit patterns similar to that of the TPA incidence.Having studied IMF Bz before TPA onset,we find that strong and steady northward IMF conditions are favorable for TPA formation.We suggest that the semiannual variation observed in TPA incidence may be related to the Russell–McPherron(R-M)effect due to the projection effect of the IMF By under northward IMF conditions. | Tao Tang Jun Yang QuanQi Shi AnMin Tian Shi-Chen Bai Alexander William Degeling SuiYan Fu JingXian Liu Tong Shao ZeYuan Sun | 2020 | Earth and Planetary Physics2020,4,6: | 1 |

| 12 | Data-driven Optimal Dynamic Dispatch for Hydro-PV-PHS Integrated Power Systems Using Deep Reinforcement Learning Approach显示文摘To utilize electricity in a clean and integrated manner,a zero-carbon hydro-photovoltaic(PV)-pumped hydro storage(PHS)integrated power system is studied,considering the uncertainties of PV and load demand.It is a challenge for operators to develop a dynamic dispatch mechanism for such a system,and traditional dispatch methods are difficult to adapt to random changes in the actual environment.Therefore,this study proposes a real-time dynamic dispatch strategy considering economic operation and complementary regulatory ability.First,the dynamic dispatch of a hydro-PV-PHS integrated power system is presented as a multi-objective optimization problem and the weight factor between different goals is effectively calculated using information entropy.Afterwards,the dispatch model is converted into the Markov decision process,where the dynamic dispatch decision is formulated as a reinforcement learning framework.Then,a deep deterministic policy gradient(DDPG)is deployed towards the online decision for dispatch in continuous action spaces.Finally,a case study is applied to evaluate the performance of the proposed method based on a real hydroPV-PHS integrated power system in China.Simulations show that the system agent reduces the power volatility of supply by 26.7%after hydropower regulating and further relieves power fluctuation at the point of common coupling(PCC)to the upperlevel grid by 3.28%after PHS participation.The comparison results verify the effectiveness of the proposed method. | Jingxian Yang Jichun Liu Yue Xiang Shuai Zhang Junyong Liu | 2023 | CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2023,9,3: | 1 |
