2Ultrasonic Nondestructive Signals Processing Based on Matching Pursuit with Gabor Dictionary显示文摘The success of ultrasonic nondestructive testing technology depends not only on the generation and measurement of the desired waveform, but also on the signal processing of the measured waves. The traditional time-domain methods have been partly successful in identifying small cracks, but not so successful in estimating crack size, especially in strong backscattering noise. Sparse signal representation can provide sparse information that represents the signal time-frequency signature, which can also be used in processing ultrasonic nondestructive signals. A novel ultrasonic nondestructive signal processing algorithm based on signal sparse representation is proposed. In order to suppress noise, matching pursuit algorithm with Gabor dictionary is selected as the signal decomposition method. Precise echoes information, such as crack location and size, can be estimated by quantitative analysis with Gabor atom. To verify the performance, the proposed algorithm is applied to computer simulation signal and experimental ultrasonic signals which represent multiple backscattered echoes from a thin metal plate with artificial holes. The results show that this algorithm not only has an excellent performance even when dealing with signals in the presence of strong noise, but also is successful in estimating crack location and size. 3Microstructural evolution and tensile properties of low-carbon steel with martensitic microstructure during warm deforming and annealing显示文摘For preparing large-scale nano-grained and ultrafine-grained steel sheets by warm rolling and annealing,the effects of de- forming temperature on both the flow stress and the microstructure evolution of 09MnNiD steel with lath martensitic microstructure were studied by warm-compression test and transmission electron microscopy(TEM)observation.Thereafter,the steel with the lath martensitic structure was multi-pass warm-rolled and then annealed.TEM results indicate that nano-grained and ultrafine-grained steel sheets are formed by warm rolling at 400℃and annealing at 400-600℃.In comparison with the as-warm-rolled specimen,the tensile strength at room temperature changes a little when the rolled samples are annealed below 450℃,and the tensile strength is greatly lowered as the annealing temperature increases to above 550℃.Yuwei Gao Tianfu Jing Guiying Qiao Jinku Yu Tiansheng Wang Qun Li Xinyu Song Shuqiang Wang Hong Gao 2008Journal of University of Science and Technology Beijing2008,15,3:4

10A novel mannose-binding lectin from Liparis nervosa with anti-fungal and anti-tumor activities显示文摘Plant lectins are carbohydrate-binding proteins with nonimmune origin,which can reversibly bind with carbohydrates,agglutinate cells,and precipitate polysaccharides and glycoconjugates.Plant lectins have attracted much attention for their anti-virus,anti-proliferation,and pro-apoptosis properties.Thus the exploration of new lectins has received special attention.Here we purified a mannose-binding lectin from the rhizomes of Liparis nervosa by ion exchange chromatography on DEAE-Sepharose,affinity chromatography on Mannose-Sepharose 4B,and gel filtration chromatography on Sephacryl S-100.The purified L.nervosa lectin(LNL)was identified to be a monomeric protein with a molecular mass of 13 kDa.LNL exhibited hemagglutinating activity towards rabbit erythrocytes,and its activity could be strongly inhibited by D-mannose,N-acetyl glucosamine and thyroglobulin.In vitro experiments showed that LNL exhibited a comparable anti-fungal activity against Piricularia oryzae(Cavara),Bipolaris maydis,Fusarium graminearum,and Sclerotium rolfsii,and anti-proliferation activity against tumor cells by inducing apoptosis.The full-length cDNA sequence of LNL is 715 bp in length and contains a 525 bp open reading frame(ORF)encoding a 110-residue mature protein.It was predicted to have three mannose-binding conserved motifs‘QXDXNXVXY’.The binding pattern of LNL was further revealed by homology modeling and molecular docking.We demonstrated that LNL is not only a potential therapeutic candidate against tumor but also a new anti-fungal agent.Na Jiang Yuqing Wang Jing Zhou Ruxiao Zheng Xiao Yuan Miaomiao Wu Jinku Bao Chuanfang Wu 2020Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2020,52,10:1

The pressure-induced structural relaxation is exhibited.
