3The point-of-care-testing of nucleic acids by chip, cartridge and paper sensors显示文摘Point-of-care nucleic acid testing(POCNAT) has played an important role in the outbreak of infectious diseases(e.g., COVID-19) over recent years. POCNAT aims to realize the rapid, simple and automatic detection of nucleic acid. Thanks to the development of manufacturing technology, electronic information technology, artificial intelligence technology, and biological information technology in recent years, the development of the POCNAT device has led to significant advancement. Instead of the normal nucleic acid detection methods used in the laboratory, some novel experimental carriers have been applied, such as chips, cartridges and papers. The application of these experimental carriers has realized the automation and integration of nucleic acid detection. The entire process of nucleic acid detection is normally divided into three steps(nucleic acid extraction, target amplification and signal detection). All of the reagents required by the process can be pre-stored on these experimental carriers, without unnecessary manual operation. Furthermore, all of the processes are carried out in this experimental carrier, with the assistance of a specific control device. Although they are complicated to manufacture and precise in design,their application provides a significant step forwards in nucleic acid detection and realizes the integration of nucleic acid detection. This technology has great potential in the field of point-of-care molecular diagnostics in the future. 4Molecular dynamics simulation of small gas molecule permeation through CAU-1 membrane显示文摘CAU-1 is one of aluminum-based amine-functionalized Metal-Organic Frameworks(MOFs).Gas permeation and separation behaviors through CAU-1 membrane were simulated by the dual-control plane nonequilibrium molecular dynamics(DCP-NEMD)method.The thickness of membrane was 3.55 nm.Gases CO_(2),N_(2),CH_(4),H_(2),He,Kr and Xe were chosen for the calculation in both single component and binary mixtures.The permeation process was calculated in grand canonical(μVT)ensemble with periodic boundary conditions(PBC)in x-and y-directions at different temperatures.The calculated permeance of H_(2),CH_(4),N_(2),CO_(2) and Kr decreased with increasing temperature in both single and binary system,while that of Xe with kinetic molecule of 0.41 nm increased with increasing temperature.It shows Xe permeation is governed by activated diffusion.The simulated separation factors of CO_(2)/N_(2) and CO_(2)/CH_(4) of 4.2 and 1.3 respectively were lower than the experimental ones when only considering van der Waals interaction.Further consideration of electrostatic potential leads to improved calculation CO_(2)/N_(2) and CO_(2)/CH_(4) separation factor of 23.0 and 12.9 respectively that were consistent with the experimental ones of 26.2 and 14.8.It suggests the necessity of considering the Coulomb interactions between CO_(2) and NH_(2)-on the pore wall of CAU-1 for permeation of CO_(2).For H_(2)/N_(2) and H_(2)/CH_(4) the ideal selectivities also keep consistent with our experimental results.Interestingly,the simulated separation factor for noble Kr/Xe reaches infinite,predicting that CAU-1 membrane possesses potential separation properties for radioactive Kr/Xe.Mingming Zhai Tomohisa Yoshioka Jianhua Yang Jinqu Wang Dinglin Zhang Jinming Lu Yan Zhang 2021Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2021,34,5:1

7Synthesis of Silicalite-1 Zeolite Membranes Under Microwave Heating显示文摘Silicalite-1 membranes supported on macroporous Al2O3 tubes were prepared by in-situ crystallization and secondary growth method under microwave-assisted closed system. The influences of crystallization time and temperature on properties of the as-prepared membranes were investigated. Results show that by in-situ crystallization at different temperatures it's hardly to obtain uniform membranes on the poor supports, while by secondary growth method dense and well-intergrown silicalite-1 membranes with thickness of 2 μm on seeded supports can be obtained even at 393 K for 60 min. At 423 K, 30 min was enough to synthesize well-intergrown and uniform zeolite membrane under microwave heating. These silicalite-1 membranes also exhibit well hydrogen permeation performance. 8Preparation and permeability of ZSM-35 zeolite membranes on porous stainless steel tubes显示文摘ZSM-35 zeolite membranes were prepared on porous stainless steel tubes with silica sol and tetraethoxysi-lane as silica source,and with 1-butylamine and ethylenedi-amine as templates,respectively.The characterization of X-ray diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM)showed that the membranes prepared with ethylene-diamine as the template displayed growth orientation with their crystal planes(h00)parallel to the support surface.The single-component permeability tests of H2,N2 and C3H8 showed that the membranes synthesized with ethylene-diamine as the template,compared with those with 1-butylamine as the template,showed relatively higher permeation rates and ideal separation factors,and above their corresponding ideal Knudsen diffusion factors,which might be attributed to the different growth orientation of zeolite membranes synthesized with different templates.ZHU Gang WANG Jinqu ZHANG Yan LU Jinming XIU Jinghai 2007Frontiers of Chemical Science and Engineering2007,1,3:0
