| 1 | Enormous enhancement in electrical performance of few-layered MoTe2 due to Schottky barrier reduction induced by ultraviolet ozone treatment显示文摘Doping can improve the band alignment at the metal-semiconductor interface to modify the corresponding Schottky barrier,which is crucial for the realization of high-performance logic components.Here,we systematically investigated a convenient and effective method,ultraviolet ozone treatment,for p-type doping of MoTe2 field-effect transistors to enormously enhance the corresponding electrical performance.The resulted hole concentration and mobility are near 100 times enhanced to be〜1.0×10^13 cm^-2 and 101.4 cm^2/(V·s),respectively,and the conductivity is improved by 5 orders of magnitude.These values are comparable to the highest ones ever obtained via annealing doping or non-lithographic fabrication methods at room temperature.Compared with the pristine one,the photoresponsivity(522 mA/W)is enhanced approximately 100 times.Such excellent performances can be attributed to the sharply reduced Schottky barrier because of the surface charge transfer from MoTe2 to MoOx(x<3),as proved by photoemission spectroscopy.Additionally,the p-doped devices exhibit excellent stability in ambient air.Our findings show significant potential in future nanoelectronic and optoelectronic applications. | Xiaoming Zheng Xueao Zhang Yuehua Wei Jinxin Liu Hang Yang Xiangzhe Zhang Shitan Wang Haipeng Xie Chuyun Deng Yongli Gao Han Huang | 2020 | Nano Research2020,13,4: | 3 |

| 4 | Quantum dots-hydrogel composites for biomedical applications显示文摘Quantum dots-hydrogel composites are promising new materials that have attracted extensive attention due to their incomparable biocompatibility and acceptable biodegradability, leading to enormous potential applications for various fields. This review summarizes the recent advances in quantum dots-hydrogel composites with a focus on synthesis methods, including hydrogel gelation in quantum dots(QDs) solution, embedding prepared QDs into hydrogels after gelation, forming QDs in situ within the preformed gel and cross-linking via QDs to form hydrogels. In particularly, biomedical applications as bioimaging,biosensing and drug delivery are also reviewed, followed by a discussion on the inherent challenges of design optimization, biocompatibility and bimodal applications and the prospect of the future development. | 5 | Monitoring Contact State of Laboratory Fault with Coda Transmission Waves显示文摘We monitored the amplitude changes of coda transmission waves around 500 kHz across the frictional interface of a simulated 1. 5-meter-long fault during normal stress holding test.We find that the amplitude of coda transmission waves increases with the logarithm of stationary contact time. Localized increase amounted to a level ranging from 4% to 16%along the fault is observed during the 1-hour experiment. We discuss that the frictional strength at mesoscopic scale,which is related to the amplitude of coda transmission waves,is responsible for the phenomenon. | 7 | Aqueous synthesis of 79%efficient AgInGaS/ZnS quantum dots for extremely high color rendering white light-emitting diodes显示文摘Over the past few decades,I-III-VI quantum dots(QDs)have attracted considerable attention due to their large Stokes shifts,good eco-friendliness,and wide tunable emissions.In this work,a facile microwave-assisted aqueous route using glutathione(GSH)and citric acid(CA)as dual stabilizers is introduced to synthesize AgInGaS/ZnS(AIGS/ZnS)core/shell QDs.An exceptional photoluminescence quantum yield(PL QY)as high as 79%is successfully achieved,boosting the best performance of water-dispersible AIGS QDs.By varying the Ag/Ga ratio,the PL peak wavelength can be tuned from 547 to 616 nm,and luminescent hydrogel films with different colors are obtained by embedding AIGS/ZnS QDs in polyacrylamide/poly-vinyl alcohol(PAAm/PVA)hydrogels.The white light-emitting diode(WLED)with a high color rendering index(CRI)of 92.1(R_(9)=92.0)and a correlated color temperature(CCT)of 3022 K is fabricated using QDs-PAAm/PVA hydrogel films in combination with a blue InGaN LED chip,indicating that the as-prepared QDs are competitive color-conversion materials for WLEDs. | Zhe Hu Hanxu Lu Wenjie Zhou Jinxin Wei Hanqing Dai b Hong Liu Zhiyong Xiong Fengxian Xie Wanlu Zhang Ruiqian Guo | 2023 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,3: | 1 |

| 10 | Joint Bandwidth Allocation and Path Selection in WANs with Path Cardinality Constraints显示文摘In this paper,we study the joint bandwidth allocation and path selection problem,which is an extension of the well-known network utility maximization(NUM)problem,via solving a multi-objective minimization problem under path cardinality constraints.Specifically,such a problem formulation captures various types of objectives including proportional fairness,average delay,as well as load balancing.In addition,in order to handle the'unsplittable flows',path cardinality constraints are added,making the resulting optimization problem quite challenging to solve due to intrinsic nonsmoothness and nonconvexity.Almost all existing works deal with such a problem using relaxation techniques to transform it into a convex optimization problem.However,we provide a novel solution framework based on the linearized alternating direction method of multipliers(LADMM)to split the original problem with coupling terms into several subproblems.We then derive that these subproblems,albeit nonconvex nonsmooth,are actually simple to solve and easy to implement,which can be of independent interest.Under some mild assumptions,we prove that any limiting point of the generated sequence of the proposed algorithm is a stationary point.Numerical simulations are performed to demonstrate the advantages of our proposed algorithm compared with various baselines. | Jinxin Wang Fan Zhang Zhonglin Xie Zaiwen Wen Gong Zhang | 2021 | Journal of Communications and Information Networks2021,6,3: | 0 |
| 11 | Stabilizing semi-transparent perovskite solar cells with a polymer composite hole transport layer显示文摘Semi-transparent perovskite solar cells(ST-PSCs)have broad applications in building integrated photovoltaics.However,the stability of ST-PSCs needs to be improved,especially in n-i-p ST-PSCs since the doped 2,2',7,7'-tetrakis(N,N-di-p-methoxyphenyl-amine)-9,9'-spirobifluorene(Spiro-OMeTAD)is unstable at elevated temperatures and high humidity.In this work,aπ-conjugated polymer poly[(2,6-(4,8-bis(5-(2-ethylhexyl)thiophene-2-yl)-benzo[1,2-b:4,5-b']dithiophene))-alt-(5,5-(1',3'-di-2-thienyl-5',7'-bis(2-ethylhexyl)benzo[1',2'-c:4',5'-c']dithiophene-4,8-dione)](PBDB-T)is selected to form a polymer composite hole transport layer(HTL)with Spiro-OMeTAD.The sulfur atom of the thiophene unit and the carbonyl group of the polymer interact with the undercoordinated Pb2+at the perovskite surface,which stabilizes the perovskite/HTL interface and passivates the interfacial defects.The incorporation of the polymer also increases the glass transition temperature and the moisture resistance of Spiro-OMeTAD.As a result,we obtain ST-PSCs with a champion efficiency of 13.71%and an average visible light transmittance of 36.04%.Therefore,a high light utilization efficiency of 4.94%can be obtained.Moreover,the encapsulated device can maintain 84%of the initial efficiency after 751 h under continuous one-sun illumination(at 30%relative humidity)at the open circuit and the unencapsulated device can maintain 80%of the initial efficiency after maximum power tracking for more than 1250 h under continuous one-sun illumination. | Yongbin Jin Huiping Feng Zheng Fang Liu Yang Kaikai Liu Bingru Deng Jingfu Chen Xueling Chen Yawen Zhong Jinxin Yang Chengbo Tian Liqiang Xie Zhanhua Wei | 2024 | Nano Research2024,17,3: | 0 |
| 12 | Electro-catalytic activity of CeO_(x) modified graphite felt for carbamazepine degradation via E-peroxone process显示文摘E-peroxone(EP)was one of the most attractive AOPs for removing refractory organic compounds from water,but the high energy consumption for in situ generating H_(2)O_(2) and its low reaction efficiency for activating O_(3) under acidic conditions made the obstacles for its practical application.In this study,cerium oxide was loaded on the surface of graphite felt(GF)by the hydrothermal method to construct the efficient electrode(CeO_(x)/GF)for mineralizing carbamazepine(CBZ)via EP process.CeO_(x)/GF was an efficient cathode,which led to 69.4%TOC removal in CeO_(x)/GF-EP process with current intensity of 10 mA in 60 min.Moreover,CeO_(x)/GF had the flexible application in the pH range from 5.0 to 9.0,TOC removal had no obvious decline with decrease of pH.Comparative characterizations showed that CeO_(x)could enhance surface hydrophilicity and reduce the charge-transfer resistance of GF.About 5.4 mg/L H_(2)O_(2) generated in CeO_(x)/GF-EP process,which was 2.1 times as that in GF-EP process.The greater ozone utility was also found in CeO_(x)/GF-EP process.More O_(3) was activated into hydroxyl radicals,which accounted for the mineralization of CBZ.An interfacial electron transfer process was revealed,which involved the function of oxygen vacancies and Ce^(3+)/Ce^(4+)redox cycle.CeO_(x)/GF had the good recycling property in fifth times'use. | Xinyu Wang Ye Jin Weirui Chen Ruini Zou Jinxin Xie Yiming Tang Xukai Li Laisheng Li | 2021 | Frontiers of Environmental Science & Engineering2021,15,6: | 0 |
| 13 | Hybrid peroxi-coagulation/ozonation process for highly efficient removal of organic contaminants显示文摘Aromatic compounds such as phenols presented widely in coal chemical industry wastewater(CCW)render the treatment facing great challenge due to their biorefractory characteristics and potential risks to the environment and human health.Ozone-based advanced oxidation processes show promising for these pollutants removal,but the mineralization via ozonation alone is unsatisfactory and not cost-effective.Herein,a hybrid peroxi-coagulation/ozonation process(denoted as PCO)was developed using sacrificial iron plate as an anode and carbon black modified carbon felt as cathode in the presence of ozonation.An enhanced phenol removal of∼100%within 20 min and phenol mineralization of∼80%within 60 min were achieved with a low energy consumption of 0.35 kWh/g TOC.In this novel process,synergistic effect between ozonation and peroxi-coagulation was observed,and beside O_(3) direct oxidation,peroxone played a dominant role for phenol removal.In the PCO process,the hydrolyzed Fe species enhanced the generation of reactive oxygen species(ROS),while•OH was dominantly responsible for pollutant degradation.This process also illustrated high resistance to high ionic strength and better performance for TOC removal in real wastewater when compared with ozonation and peroxi-coagulation process.Therefore,this process is more cost-effective,being very promising for CCW treatment. | Shasha Li Jinxin Xie Jinyu Gu Minghua Zhou | 2023 | Chinese Chemical Letters2023,34,10: | 0 |
| 14 | Research on the Measurement of Urban Sprawl with a Multi-Factor Indicator in the Context of Rapid Urbanization in China显示文摘This paper attempts to create a multi-factor urban sprawl indicator containing population, economy, land use, and infrastructure by using statistical data, and empirically measures the urban sprawl level of 69 cities in China between 2000 to 2014. It then analyzes the results from regional and periodic perspectives, and divides urban sprawl into four types as well as discusses their characteristics. | 16 | Characteristics of the AE Distribution and Triggering Mechanism of a Simulated Meter-Scale Fault after Stick-Slip Events显示文摘With the more complete acoustic emission(AE)catalog improved by the multi-channel AE matched-filter technique(MFT),we study the spatiotemporal evolution of the AE activities after laboratory stick-slip events incorporate with the slip data recorded by displacement transducers on an^1.5 m granite fault.The results show that the number of the AE events identified by MFT is about 9 times larger than that of the traditional method.A logarithmic expansion of early AE events along the fault strike is observed as a function of time,whereas the fault does not slip in the same manner.Thus,we related the expansion of the early AE events along the fault to the stress transfer caused by the adjacent AE events.Moreover,there is a good correlation between the cumulative number of the later AE events and the amount of fault slip.It suggests that the stress change caused by the continuous slip of the simulated fault after the stick-slip events response for the later AE events near or on the simulated fault. | HOU Jinxin XIE Fan REN Yaqiong WANG Baoshan | 2020 | Earthquake Research in China2020,34,3: | 0 |
