1Optimal power allocation for secure directional modulation networks with a full-duplex UAV user显示文摘This paper makes an investigation of a secure unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)-aided communication network based on directional modulation(DM). In this network, ground base station(GBS) acts as a control center to transmit confidential message and artificial noise(AN). The UAV user, moving along a linear flight trajectory, is intended to receive the useful information from GBS. At the same time, it also sends AN signals to further interference eavesdropper’s channel. Aiming at maximizing secrecy rate during the UAV flight process, a joint optimization problem is formulated with respect to power allocation(PA)factors, beamforming vector and AN projection matrices. For simplicity, maximum rate transmission, nullspace projection and the leakage-based method are applied to form the transmit beamforming vector, AN projection matrix at GBS, and AN projection vector at UAV user, respectively. Following this, the optimization problem reduces to a bivariate optimization programme with two PA factors. An alternating iterative algorithm(AIA) is proposed to optimize the two PA factors. 2Effect of Cellular Structure on Mechanical Properties of Polyurethane Foam Curing Materials显示文摘Based on the mechanical properties and microstructure of polyurethane foam solidified material, a two-dimensional model of polyurethane foam solidified material was constructed. Polyurethane foam was obtained by fully and uniformly mixing the two components. The research was carried out through the combination of experimental test and finite element simulation. The experimental results show that when the pore density is constant, the size of the bubble hole is an important factor affecting the mechanical properties of the model. The smaller the size of the bubble hole, the less likely it is to produce stress concentration inside the model, and the stronger the resistance to material deformation. Under the random distribution, the lower the density of the polyurethane cured material, the higher the probability of damage between the adjacent bubbles, which is not conducive to the stability of the material. 3An overview of multi-antenna technologies for space-ground integrated networks显示文摘Multi-antenna technologies have already achieved a series of great successes in the development of information networks. For future space-ground integrated networks(SGINs), the traditional various kinds of separated information networks will converge to a whole fully connected information network to provide more flexible and reliable services on a world scale. Regarding their great successes in existing systems, multiantenna technologies will be of critical importance for the realization of SGINs and multi-antenna technologies are definitely one of the most important enabling technologies for future converged SGINs. In this article, a comprehensive overview on multi-antenna technologies is given. We first investigate multi-antenna technologies from a theoretical viewpoint. It is shown that we can understand multi-antenna technologies in a general and unified point of view. This fact has two-fold meanings. First, the research on multi-antennas can help us understand the relationships between different technologies e.g., OFDMA, CDMA, etc. On the other hand,multi-antenna technologies are easy to integrate into various information systems. Following that, we discuss in depth the potentials and challenges of the multi-antenna technologies on different platforms and in different applications case by case. 5Regeneration of immunocompetent B lymphopoiesis from pluripotent stem cells guided by transcription factors显示文摘Regeneration of functional B lymphopoiesis from pluripotent stem cells(PSCs)is challenging,and reliable methods have not been developed.Here,we unveiled the guiding role of three essential factors,Lhx2,Hoxa9,and Runx1,the simultaneous expression of which preferentially drives B lineage fate commitment and in vivo B lymphopoiesis using PSCs as a cell source.In the presence of Lhx2,Hoxa9,and Runx1 expression,PSC-derived induced hematopoietic progenitors(iHPCs)immediately gave rise to pro/pre-B cells in recipient bone marrow,which were able to further differentiate into entire B cell lineages,including innate B-1a,B-1b,and marginal zone B cells,as well as adaptive follicular B cells.In particular,the regenerative B cells produced adaptive humoral immune responses,sustained antigen-specific antibody production,and formed immune memory in response to antigen challenges.The regenerative B cells showed natural B cell development patterns of immunoglobulin chain switching and hypermutation via cross-talk with host T follicular helper cells,which eventually formed T cell-dependent humoral responses.This study exhibits de novo evidence that B lymphopoiesis can be regenerated from PSCs via an HSC-independent approach,which provides insights into treating B cell-related deficiencies using PSCs as an unlimited cell resource.Qi Zhang Bingyan Wu Qitong Weng Fangxiao Hu Yunqing Lin Chengxiang Xia Huan Peng Yao Wang Xiaofei Liu Lijuan Liu Jiapin Xiong Yang Geng Yalan Zhao Mengyun Zhang Juan Du Jinyong Wang 2022Cellular & Molecular Immunology2022,19,4:0
6In Situ Reaction Strengthening and Toughening of B_(4)C/TiSi_(2)Ceramics显示文摘B_(4)C-SiC-TiB_(2)ceramics were prepared by in situ reactive hot-pressing sintering with TiSi_(2)as an additive.The reaction pathways of TiSi_(2)and B_(4)C were investigated.The sintering was found to be a multistep process.The reaction started at approximately 1000℃,and TiB_(2)was formed first.Part of Si and C started to react at 1300℃,and the unreacted Si melted at 1400℃to form a liquid phase.TiSi_(2)predominantly affected the intermediate sintering process of B_(4)C and increased the sintering rate.Due to the unique reaction process of TiSi_(2)and B_(4)C,a large number of aggregates composed of SiC and TiB_(2)were generated.The results showed that composite ceramics with the optimal flexural strength of 807 MPa,fracture toughness of 3.2 MPa·m1/2,and hardness of 32 GPa,were obtained when the TiSi_(2)content was 10 wt%.夏涛 涂晓诗 张帆 ZHANG Jinyong REN Lin 2023Journal of Wuhan University of Technology(Materials Science)2023,38,1:0
7Ultrastructural Observations of The Anterior Chamber Angle Tissues in Congenital Glaucoma显示文摘Eighteen trabeculectomy specimens of congenital glaucoma were examined by light and transimssion electron microscopy. 8Electrical properties of Si/Si bonded wafers based on an amorphous Ge interlayer显示文摘An amorphous Ge(a-Ge) intermediate layer is introduced into the Si bonded interface to lower the annealing temperature and achieve good electrical characteristics. The interface and electrical characteristics of nSi/n-Si and p-Si/n-Si junctions manufactured by low-temperature wafer bonding based on a thin amorphous Ge are investigated. It is found that the bubble density tremendously decreases when the a-Ge film is not immersed in DI water. This is due to the decrease of the –OH groups. In addition, when the samples are annealed at 400 °C for20 h, the bubbles totally disappear. This can be explained by the appearance of the polycrystalline Ge(absorption of H_2) at the bonded interface. The junction resistance of the n-Si/n-Si bonded wafers decreases with the increase of the annealing temperature. This is consistent with the recrystallization of the a-Ge when high-temperature annealing is conducted. 9The AaCBF4-AaBAM3.1 module enhances freezing tolerance of kiwifruit (Actinidia arguta)显示文摘Beta-amylase(BAM)plays an important role in plant resistance to cold stress.However,the specific role of the BAM gene in freezing tolerance is poorly understood.In this study,we demonstrated that a cold-responsive gene module was involved in the freezing tolerance of kiwifruit.In this module,the expression of AaBAM3.1,which encodes a functional protein,was induced by cold stress.AaBAM3.1-overexpressing kiwifruit lines showed increased freezing tolerance,and the heterologous overexpression of AaBAM3.1 in Arabidopsis thaliana resulted in a similar phenotype.The results of promoter GUS activity and cis-element analyses predicted AaCBF4 to be an upstream transcription factor that could regulate AaBAM3.1 expression.Further investigation of protein-DNA interactions by using yeast one-hybrid,GUS coexpression,and dual luciferase reporter assays confirmed that AaCBF4 directly regulated AaBAM3.1 expression.In addition,the expression of both AaBAM3.1 and AaCBF4 in kiwifruit responded positively to cold stress.Hence,we conclude that the AaCBF-AaBAM module is involved in the positive regulation of the freezing tolerance of kiwifruit.Shihang Sun Chungen Hu Xiujuan Qi Jinyong Chen Yunpeng Zhong Abid Muhammad Miaomiao Lin Jinbao Fang 2021Horticulture Research2021,8,1:0

11Sea-urchin-like ReS_(2) nanosheets with charge edge-collection effect as a novel cocatalyst for high-efficiency photocatalytic H_(2) evolution显示文摘The recombination of charge carriers arriving from the random charge movement in semiconductor pho-tocatalysts greatly limits the practical application of solar-driven H_(2)evolution.The design of photo-catalytic systems with spatially oriented charge-transfer is a promising route to achieve high charge-separation efficiency for photocatalysts.Herein,novel sea-urchin-like Re S_(2)nanosheet/TiO_(2)nanoparticle heterojunctions(SURTHs)are constructed.The unique sea-urchin-like structure endows the ReS_(2)cocat-alyst with an unusual charge edge-collection effect,which leads to a significant acceleration of charge separation and transfer,as evidenced by the well-designed selective photodeposition of Pt quantum dots in SURTHs.The markedly improved charge transfer capacity contributes to a high photocatalytic H_(2)evo-lution rate of 3.71 mmol h^(−1)g^(−1)for SURTHs(an apparent quantum efficiency(AQE)of 16.09%),up to 231.9 times by contrast with that of P25 TiO_(2).This work would provide a new platform for designing the high-efficiency cocatalyst/photocatalyst system with excellent charge transfer capacity.Bo Lin Bowen Ma Jiangang Chen Yao Zhou Jiadong Zhou Xiaoqing Yan Chao Xue Xiao Luo Qing Liu Jinyong Wang Renji Bian Guidong Yang Fucai Liu 2022Chinese Chemical Letters2022,33,2:0

13Combining urine surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy with PCA-SVM algorithm for improving the identification of colorectal cancer at different stages显示文摘Cancer staging detection is important for clinician to assess the patients' status and make optimal therapy decision. In this study, the machine learning algorithm based on principal component analysis(PCA) and support vector machine(SVM) was combined with urine surface-enhanced Raman scattering(SERS) spectroscopy for improving the identification of colorectal cancer(CRC) at early and advanced stages. Two discriminant methods, linear discriminant analysis(LDA) and SVM were compared, and the results indicated that the diagnostic accuracy of SVM(93.65%) was superior to that of LDA(80.95%).
