2Chinese Stroke Association guidelines for clinical management of cerebrovascular disorders: executive summary and 2019 update of clinical management of cerebral venous sinus thrombosis显示文摘Aim Cerebral venous sinus thrombosis(CVST)is a less common cerebrovascular disease that predominantly affects young patients.The incidence of CVST is 2-5/10000000/year,accounting for 0.5%-1%of all stroke.To reduce mortality and morbidity associated with CVST,Chinese Stroke Association commissioned the authors to write the current guideline on the management of CVST.Methods PubMed(MEDLINE),CNKI and Wanfang database were searched for studies related to CVST from 1 January 1990 to 31 July 2019.Data were synthesised by evidence tables.Each recommendation was fully discussed by the writing group members and reviewed by Chinese Stroke Association Stroke Fellow Committees.Levels of evidence grading algorithm of Chinese Stroke Association was used to grade each recommendation.results This guideline mainly focuses on the diagnostic evaluation,therapeutic strategies and secondary prevention of CVST.CT/CTV and MRI/MRV are recommended in the initial imaging evaluation of patients with suspected CVST.Anticoagulation therapy with low-molecular weight heparin should be initiated in patients with CVST immediately.After the acute stage,warfarin is recommended for 3-6 months to prevent the recurrence of CVST and other venous thromboembolic events.Conclusions The guideline summarises the current evidence regarding the management of CVST,and provides references for diagnosis,treatment and secondary prevention of CVST in China.Yuhua Fan Jian Yu Hongbing Chen Jian Zhang Jiangang Duan Dapeng Mo Wenhao Zhu Bo Wang Fubing Ouyang Yicong Chen Linfang Lan Jinsheng Zeng Chinese Stroke Association Stroke Council CVST Guideline Writing Committee 2020Stroke & Vascular Neurology2020,5,2:14

4Predictors of post coronary artery bypass grafting atrial fibrillation显示文摘Objective: To investigate the incidence and relative risk factors of post coronary artery bypass grafting(post-CABG) atrial fibrillation(AF). Methods: 312 patients with CABG were reviewed and divided into an AF group and a non-AF group. Statistical analysis was used to compare the data between the two groups and screen for risk factors of post-CABG AF. Results: 103/312 (33.01%) patients developed post-CABG AF. Univariate analysis showed that patients in AF group compared with those in non-AF group were more likely to have advanced age (≥70 years), early postoperative withdrawal of β-blockers, hypertension, left atrial enlargement (≥40 mm), a history of AF, prolonged p-wave duration (≥120 ms) and increased number of grafts (≥3). Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that advanced age (≥70 years), early postoperative withdrawal of β-blockers, hypertension, left atrial enlargement (≥40 mm) and a history of AF were highly related to post-CABG AF. Conclusion: The incidence of AF in patients following CABG was 33.01% in this study. 5Mapping and validation of a dominant salt tolerance gene in the cultivated soybean(Glycine max) variety Tiefeng 8显示文摘Salt is an abiotic stress factor that strongly affects soybean growth and production. A single dominant gene has been shown to confer salt tolerance in the soybean cultivar Tiefeng 8.The objective of the present study was to genetically map the salt-tolerance gene in an F2:3population and a recombinant inbred line(RIL) population derived from a cross between two cultivated soybeans, Tiefeng 8(tolerant) and 85-140(sensitive). The F2:3families and RILs were treated with 200 mmol L-1Na Cl to evaluate salt tolerance. The F2:3population showed 1(42 tolerant): 2(132 segregating): 1(65 sensitive) segregation, indicating a single dominant gene for salt tolerance in Tiefeng 8. A sequence-characterized amplified region(SCAR) marker from a previously identified random amplified polymorphic DNA(RAPD)marker and four insertion/deletion polymorphism(In Del) markers were developed within the mapping region. Using these markers along with SSR markers, the salt-tolerance gene was mapped within 209 kb flanked by SCAR marker QS08064 and SSR marker Barcsoyssr_3_1301 on chromosome 3. Three markers that cosegregated with the salt tolerance gene and SCAR marker QS08064 were used to genotype 35 tolerant and 23 sensitive soybean accessions. These markers showed selection efficiencies of 76.2% to94.2%. 6Synergistic co-removal of zinc(Ⅱ) and cefazolin by a Fe/amine-modified chitosan composite显示文摘A novel Fe/amine modified chitosan composite(Fe/N-CS) was facilely synthesized and showed higher affinity to both Zn(Ⅱ) and cefazolin(CEF) than its precursors.Synergistic co-adsorption of them by Fe/NCS was observed in varied conditions.The adsorption amount maximally increased by 100.1% for Zn and68.2% for CEF in bi-solute systems.The initial adsorption rate of Zn(Ⅱ) also improved with CEF.The increasing temperature facilitated coadsorption.The results of the preloading tests,FTIR/XPS characterizations and DFT calculations suggested that(1) both polyamines and Fe sites participated in the adsorption of Zn(Ⅱ) and CEF,(2) Zn(Ⅱ) could serve as a new efficient site for CEF,forming [amineZn-CEF]/[FeOH-Zn-CEF] ternary complexes,and(3) the co-presence of CEF shielded the electrostatic repulsion between protonated amines and Zn(Ⅱ),contributing to the enhancement of Zn(Ⅱ) adsorption.Further,the ion strength exerted positive and negative influences on the adsorption of Zn(Ⅱ) and CEF,respectively.Additionally,CEF and Zn(Ⅱ) were successively recovered by 0.1 mol/L NaOH followed by2 mmol/L HCl.Fe/N-CS could be stably reused five times.The findings imply that Fe/N-CS is promising for the highly efficient co-removal of concurrent heavy metals and antibiotics.Chen Ling Yixuan Zhao Zixi Ren Jiangang Han Changqing Zhu Fu-Qiang Liu 2019Chinese Chemical Letters2019,30,12:4
7Nuclear miR-665 aggravates heart failure via suppressing phosphatase and tensin homolog transcription显示文摘Although numerous miRNAs have been discovered,their functions in the different subcellular organelles have remained obscure.In this study,we found that miR-665 was enriched in the nucleus of cardiomyocytes,and then investigated the underlying role of nuclear miR-665 in heart failure.RNA fluorescence in situ hybridization assays in human heart tissue sections and primary cardiomyocytes showed that miR-665 was localized in the nucleus of cardiomyocytes.Increased expression of nuclear miR-665 was observed not only in the cardiomyocytes isolated from the heart of mice treated in vivo by transverse aortic constriction(TAC),but also in phenylephrine(PE)-treated cultured cardiomyocytes in vitro.To further explore the role of miR-665 in heart failure,a type 9 recombinant adeno-associated virus(rAAV)system was employed to manipulate the expression of miR-665 in mice.Overexpression of miR-665 aggravated TAC-induced cardiac dysfunction,while down-expression of miR-665 showed opposite effects.Bioinformatic prediction and biological validation confirmed that the PTEN(phosphatase and tensin homolog)gene was one of the targets of miR-665 in the nucleus.Furthermore,restoring PTEN expression significantly eliminated the destructive effects of miR-665 over-expression in TAC-induced cardiac dysfunction.Our data showed that nuclear miR-665 aggravates heart failure via inhibiting PTEN expression,which provided a therapeutic approach for heart failure.Jiahui Fan Xudong Zhang Xiang Nie Huaping Li Shuai Yuan Beibei Dai Jiabing Zhan Zheng Wen Jiangang Jiang Chen Chen Daowen Wang 2020Science China(Life Sciences)2020,63,5:4
8Surface charge accumulation and preflashover characteristics induced by metal particles on the insulator surfaces of 1100 kV GILs under AC voltage显示文摘With the increase in the voltage and capacitance of gas-insulated transmission lines(GILs),the insulation failure of GIL has attracted more and more attention.Further understanding of the partial discharge(PD)and flashover characteristics of metal particles on the insulator surface,as well as the flashover mechanism,is necessary to reduce the failure rate and improve the reliability of the equipment.In this study,an ultra-high voltage(UHV)AC insulator PD test and measurement system based on the cross-reference pulse current(PC)and ultra-high frequency(UHF)methods were established.The PD development and flashover characteristics of 5 mm-long metal particles at different positions on the surface of a UHV AC insulator,as well as the surface charge accumulation,were studied.The results show that the discharge of millimetre-scale metal particles on the insulator surface under PD test conditions is relatively low(generally lower than 2PC),and it is difficult to be detected by the conventional PC and UHF methods due to their insufficient sensitivity.Moreover,it is found that the weak PDs of the millimetrescale metal particles will result in a charge accumulation on the insulator surface under AC voltage,which eventually will lead to the insulator flashover.The PDs of the UHV AC insulator before flashover are generally small,which will make it difficult for online monitoring systems to give an effective alarm before flashover.Li Xing Liu Weidong Xu Yuan Chen Weijiang Bi Jiangang 2020High Voltage2020,5,2:4
9Profiling and bioinformatics analysis of differentially expressed circular RNAs in human intervertebral disc degeneration显示文摘The functional changes of nucleus pulposus (NP) cells are considered to be the initiating factors of intervertebral disc degeneration (IDD), and the differentially expressed circRNAs in NP cells may play an important role in the process of IDD. To identify circular RNAs (circRNAs) associated with human IDD, we isolated the NP cells from human degenerated and non-degenerated intervertebral disc and identified NP cells by microscopy and cell proliferation. CircRNA microarray expression profiles were obtained from NP cells of degenerated and non-degenerated intervertebral disc and further validated by quantitative reverse transcription PCR (qRTPCR). The expression data were analyzed by bioinformatics. Microarray analysis identified 7294 circRNAs differentially expressed in degenerated human IDD NP cells. Among them, 3724 circRNAs were up-regulated and 3570 circRNAs were down-regulated by more than 2 folds. After validating by qRT-PCR, we predicted the possible miRNAs of the top dysregulated circRNAs using TargetScan, and miRanda. Furthermore, Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) pathway analysis showed that the most modulated circRNAs regulate the viability, degradation, apoptosis and oxidative stress in NP cells, and the possible mechanism underlying IDD was discussed. 12Changes in compressed neurons from dogs with acute and severe cauda equina constrictions following intrathecal injection of brain-derived neurotrophic factor-conjugated polymer nanoparticles显示文摘This study established a dog model of acute multiple cauda equina constriction by experimental constriction injury (48 hours) of the lumbosacral central processes in dorsal root ganglia neurons. The repair effect of intrathecal injection of brain-derived neurotrophic factor with 15 mg encapsulated biodegradable poly(lactide-co-glycolide) nanoparticles on this injury was then analyzed. Dorsal root ganglion cells (L7) of all experimental dogs were analyzed using hematoxylin-eosin staining and immunohistochemistry at 1, 2 and 4 weeks following model induction. Intrathecal injection of brain-derived neurotrophic factor can relieve degeneration and inflammation, and elevate the expression of brain-derived neurotrophic factor in sensory neurons of compressed dorsal root ganglion. Simultaneously, intrathecal injection of brain-derived neurotrophic factor obviously improved neurological function in the dog model of acute multiple cauda equina constriction. 13Tpeak-Tend interval as a new risk factor for arrhythmic event in pa-tient with Brugada syndrome显示文摘Objective: To evaluate Tpeak- Tend ( Tp- e) interval in surface standard ECG as a new risk factor for arrhythmic event inpatient with Brugada syndrome. Methods: 23 male patients with Brugada syndrome and 20 male patients with paroxysmalsupraventricular tachycardia ( PSVT) as the control group were investigated in this study. Tp- e interval in surface standardECG was compared between BrS and PSVT patients. Results: Tp- e interval in BrS patients was significantly longer thanthat in PSVT patients ( 109.57±22.86 ms vs. 88.50±13.08ms, P<0.05) . There was significant difference in Tp- e interval be-tween 16 BrS patients with arrhythmic events ( including syncope, clinical ventricular fibrillation [ VF] and programmed elec-trical stimulation [ PES] - induced VF) and 7 BrS patients without arrhythmic events and PSVT patients ( 118.12±20.40ms vs.90.00±15.27ms, P<0.05; 118.12±20.40ms vs. 88.50±13.08ms, P<0.05). However, Tp- e interval was similar in BrS patients with-out arrhythmic events and PSVT patients (90.00±15.27ms vs 88.50±13.08ms, P>0.05). 14Adversarial Heterogeneous Network Embedding with Metapath Attention Mechanism显示文摘Heterogeneous information network (HIN)-structured data provide an effective model for practical purposes in real world. Network embedding is fundamental for supporting the network-based analysis and prediction tasks. Methods of network embedding that are currently popular normally fail to effectively preserve the semantics of HIN. In this study, we propose AGA2Vec, a generative adversarial model for HIN embedding that uses attention mechanisms and meta-paths. To capture the semantic information from multi-typed entities and relations in HIN, we develop a weighted meta-path strategy to preserve the proximity of HIN. We then use an autoencoder and a generative adversarial model to obtain robust representations of HIN.
