1Spatial econometric analysis of carbon emissions from energy consumption in China显示文摘作为技术支持从 1997~2009 并且用 ArcGIS9.3 和 GeoDA9.5 在中国基于每个区域的精力消费数据,这篇论文用精力消费在碳排出物的地区性的水平在空间模式的变化趋势上做了初步的研究,碳排出物的空间自相关分析,在碳排出物和他们的影响因素之间的空间回归分析。分析结果如下被显示出。(1 ) 从精力消费的碳排出物从 1997 ~ 2009 增加了超过 148% 但是高、低的排放区域的空间模式没极大地变化。( 2 )从精力消费的碳排出物的全球空间自相关从 1997~2009 增加了,空间自相关分析证明那在那里存在极化现象,高高度的凝块的中心没极大地变化,但是当前膨胀,低低的凝块的中心也没极大地变化,但是当前变窄。(3 ) 空间回归分析显示出那碳从精力消费的排出物与 GDP 和人口有一种靠近的关系,在碳排出物和 GDP 之间的空间回归的摆平 R 的率在碳排出物和人口之间比那高。到碳排出物的人口的贡献增加了,但是 GDP 的贡献从 1997 ~ 2009 减少了。碳排出物溢出效果由于两个从 1997 ~ 2009 被加重 GDP 和人口的增加, GDP 和人口因此是加强了碳排出物的空间自相关的二个主要因素。CHUAI Xiaowei HUANG Xianjin WANG Wanjing WEN Jiqun CHEN Qiang PENG Jiawen 2012Journal of Geographical Sciences2012,22,4:26
2Land subsidence monitoring by D-InSAR technique显示文摘Nowadays, the researches of using Differential Interferometric Synthetic Aperture Radar (D-InSAR) tech- nique to monitor the land subsidence are mainly on how to qualitatively analyze the subsidence areas and values, but the analysis of subsidence process and mechanism are insufficient. In order to resolve these problems, 6 scenes of ERS1/2 images captured during 1995 and 2000 in a certain place of Jiangsu province were selected to obtain the subsidence and velocities in three time segments by ''two-pass'' D- InSAR method. Then the relationships among distributions of pumping wells, exploitation quantity of groundwater, and confined water levels were studied and the subsidence mechanism was systematically analyzed. 3Preparation of Novel Dechlorination Adsorbent and Study on Its Adsorption Mechanism显示文摘The preparation of novel dechlorination adsorbent by using the modified 13 X molecular sieve and its adsorption mechanism were studied. XRD and SEM analyses showed that the Ag-13 X molecular sieve revealed a new crystal plane,while other molecular sieve samples more or less contained some impurities. The BET data showed that only Ag^+ ions could enlarge the pore size and the pore volume at the same time. The NH_3-TPD diagram showed that the acid sites of the adsorbent increased after its modification by metal ions and only the Ag-13 X molecular sieve generated new medium strong acid sites. 4The long non-coding RNA expression profile of Coxsackievirus A16 infected RD cells identified by RNA-seq显示文摘Coxsackievirus A16(CVA16) is one of major pathogens of hand, foot and mouth disease(HFMD) in children. Long non-coding RNAs(Inc RNAs) have been implicated in various biological processes,but they have not been associated with CVA16 infection. In this study, we comprehensively characterized the landscape of Inc RNAs of normal and CVA16 infected rhabdomyosarcoma(RD)cells using RNA-Seq to investigate the functional relevance of Inc RNAs. We showed that a total of 760 Inc RNAs were upregulated and 1210 Inc RNAs were downregulated. Out of these dysregulated Inc RNAs, 43.64% were intergenic, 22.31% were sense, 15.89% were intronic, 8.67% were bidirectional, 5.59% were antisense, 3.85% were s RNA host Inc RNAs and 0.05% were enhancer. Six dysregulated Inc RNAs were validated by quantitative PCR assays and the secondary structures of these Inc RNAs were projected. Moreover, we conducted a bioinformatics analysis of an Inc RNAs(ENST00000602478) to elucidate the diversity of modification and functions of Inc RNAs. In summary, the current study compared the dysregulated Inc RNAs profile upon CVA16 challenge and illustrated the intricate relationship between coding and Inc RNAs transcripts. 5Effects of renal sympathetic denervation on cardiac systolic function after myocardial infarction in rats显示文摘This study investigated the therapeutic effects of renal denervation on cardiac systolic function after myocardial infarction(MI) in rats and the mechanism involved.Fifty male SD rats were randomly assigned to the sham group(n = 15),the MI group(n = 20),and the MI plus renal denervation group(n = 15).MI was established through thoracotomic ligation of the anterior descending artery.Renal denervation was achieved by laparotomic stripping of the renal arterial adventitial sympathetic nerve,approximately 3 mm from the abdominal aorta.Left ventricular function and hemodynamics were measured several weeks following MI.The left ventricular systolic function of the MI group was significantly reduced and the systolic blood pressure(SBP) remarkably declined.In rats with MI treated with renal denervation,the left ventricular ejection fraction(EF),fractional shortening(FS) and SBP markedly improved compared with the MI group.However,heart rate and fibrosis decreased significantly.These findings suggest that renal denervation has therapeutic effects on post-MI cardiac dysfunction.These effects are associated with increased left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) and SBP,as well as reduced heart rate and fibrosis.This may represent a new approach to the treatment of post-MI remodeling and subsequent heart failure.Jiqun Guo Zhongxia Zhou Zhenzhen Li Qian Liu Guoqing Zhu Qijun Shan 2016The Journal of Biomedical Research2016,30,5:3

14Understanding information seeking behavior of rural women:Field studies in China显示文摘Purpose:The purpose of this research is to investigate Chinese rural women's information needs and information seeking behavior,with an emphasis on exploration of the intervening variables that influence information needs and information seeking behavior.Design/methodology/approach:The sample consisted of 27 women from 9 villages in Gansu Province,Anhui Province and Tianjin City,China.Data were collected through in-depth individual interview.Both quantitative and qualitative methods were employed to analyze the data.Findings:Chinese rural women's needs are basically tied to agricultural technologies,employment and health information.Social network,rather than the Internet,serves as the most frequently used information channel.Women's cognitive ability,social role and their living environment are the 3 intervening variables that have an impact on their information needs and their information seeking behavior.Research limitations:This qualitative research is based on a small sample and conducted on specific socio-economic settings in China,which may restrict the generalization and application of relevant findings in other settings and countries.Practical implications:The study results will help librarians and information professionals better understand Chinese rural women's information needs and information seeking behavior in an effort to find ways to solve problems they may encounter in their information seeking process.Originality/value:This paper introduced an analysis framework that provides an integrated perspective on understanding information needs and information seeking behavior of Chinese women in rural areas.Jiqun LIU Hui YAN 2014Chinese Journal of Library and Information Science2014,,4:0
15Effects of annealing temperature on electrochemical performance of SnSx embedded in hierarchical porous carbon with N-carbon coating by in-situ structural phase transformation as anodes for lithium ion batteries显示文摘Tuned tin chalcogenides rooted in hierarchical porous carbon(HPC)with N-carbon coating layers are prepared by thermal shock under various temperatures(denoted as HPC-SnS_(2)-PAN-Various T).With the increase of annealing temperature,the morphology and phase structure of Sn S_(2),as well as the cyclization degree of polyacrylonitrile(PAN),are significantly changed,which leads to the formation of rod-like Sn S and ordered structure of conductive N-carbon layer.By combining HPC,N-carbon coating derived from the cyclization of PAN,with 1D Sn S nanorods generated from structural phase transformation of SnS_(2),the optimized composite(HPC-SnS_(2)-PAN-500)as anode for lithium ion batteries(LIBs)provides buffer space for volume changes during alloying/dealloying process,builds a highly conductive network as well as decreases irreversible capacity from solid electrolyte interphase and enhances the ion/electron transport.Attributed to the above merits from composition regulation and architecture modification by sulfur depletion and PAN cyclization,this target anode exhibits an extraordinary cycling stability with a high specific capacity of 652.5 m A h/g at 0.5 A/g after 900 cycles.It suggests that rod-like Sn S embedded in HPC with cyclized PAN layers by thermal treatment approach renders a potential structural design of anode materials for LIBs.Qianqian Hu Biao Wang Shiyong Chang Chun Yang Yunjian Hu Shubin Cao Jiqun Lu Lingzhi Zhang Ye Hong 2021Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,25:0
162D self-assembly of 1,3,2-dioxaborine derivatives on HOPG显示文摘Two-dimensional (2D) self-assembly of two 1,3,2-dioxaborine derivatives was investigated by STM. The molecules consist of π system and steric end groups. A droplet of toluene solution containing the molecules was deposited onto HOPG for preparing the assemblies. STM images showed that the mo- lecular structures affect the assembly structure. 17ICT acceptance behavior of rural digital poverty communities: Field reports from China’s six provinces and municipalities显示文摘Digital poverty, one significant profile of digital inequality, refers to the poor situations in which residents are difficult to approach, accept and use continuously information and communication technologies. Based on importing of the theories of technology acceptance behavior and IT continuance in digital poverty, the paper proposes two research questions: 1) How do digital poor communities in rural areas get access to and accept ICTs? How do they expect their future usage of ICTs? 2) What factors are typically pushing the rural residents towards acceptance of ICTs? The authors conducted field studies in seventeen rural communities in four provinces(Gansu, Anhui, Hunan, and Guizhou) and two municipalities(Tianjin and Chongqing) in fifty-six days between 2011 and 2013.We established the three stages of ICT acceptance behavior of the rural digitally poor which includes ICT access, ICT use, and ICT expectance, and further structured a three-layered transmission model, from objective contexts, subjective perception to actual ICT acceptance behavior. The objective contexts consist of individual’s personal attributes and external social environment. 18Osa-miR439 Negatively Regulates Rice Immunity Against Magnaporthe oryzae显示文摘Osa-miR439 is a rice-specific microRNA family. Here we showed that Osa-miR439 acted as anegative regulator in rice immunity against blast fungus Magnaporthe oryzae. Osa-miR439 differentiallyresponded to M. oryzae between susceptible and resistant rice accessions. The accumulation ofOsa-miR439 was constitutively more in the susceptible accession than in the resistant one. Transgeniclines overexpressing Osa-miR439a (OX439a) showed higher susceptibility associating with lower inductionof defense-related genes and less hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) accumulation at the infection sites than thecontrol plants. In contrast, transgenic lines expressing a target mimic of Osa-miR439 (MIM439) displayedcompromised susceptibility associating with increased H2O2 accumulation.
