| 2 | Metal-organic framework-derived CoSn/NC nanocubes as absorbers for electromagnetic wave attenuation显示文摘Metal-organic framework-derived composites have been widely used in electromagnetic wave(EMW)absorption,but the traditional synthetic strategy greatly limits the structure and species of MOFs.This research provided a solvent-free method to synthesize Co-MOF and its derivatives.Using CoSnO_(3)as the precursor,the preparation of Co-MOF is achieved by bridging the cobalt(II)ion of CoSnO_(3)and the 2-methylimidazole skeleton.The CoSn/N-doped carbon(CoSn/NC)composites derived from CoSnO_(3)-MOF(Co-MOF with CoSnO_(3)as Co source)retain the original morphology of CoSnO_(3).Besides,the polarization effect produced by the N-doped carbon layers also benefits the excellent EMW absorption performance of the CoSn/NC composites.It is reflected in the minimum reflection loss(RL)of-48.2 dB at 2.2 mm and the effective bandwidth(EBA)of 5.84 GHz.This work provides a new channel to the construction of Co-MOFs,which could be extended to other Co-based oxides and vastly expand the species of MOFs based on metallic Co. | Chenxi Wang Zirui Jia Shuangqiao He Jixi Zhou Shuo Zhang Mengli Tian Bingbing Wang Guanglei Wu | 2022 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,13: | 4 |
| 3 | Construction of NiCeO_(x) nanosheets-skeleton cross-linked by carbon nanotubes networks for efficient electromagnetic wave absorption显示文摘In this work,two-dimensional NiCeOx nanosheet-modified carbon nanotubes(CNTs)composites were prepared by a hydrothermal method.NiCeOx with different morphologies can be formed by adjusting the addition ratio of nickel salt and cerium salt,and the introduction of CNTs in the subsequent synthesis process can effectively prevent the aggregation of NiCeOx nanosheets.Microstructural studies show that hexagonal NiCeOx nanosheets with a size of 100 nm are uniformly intertwined with CNTs.When applied to the attenuation of electromagnetic waves,NiCeOx/CNTs composites exhibit better electromagnetic wave(EMW)absorption performance than pure CNTs and NiCeOx nanosheets due to improved impedance matching and multiple polarization relaxation.At the matching thickness of 1.9 mm,the composite exhibits a minimum reflection loss(RL_(min))of–53.2 dB and an effective absorption bandwidth(RL<–10 dB)of 5.04 GHz with a thickness of 2.3 mm.These results indicate that the as-prepared NiCeOx/CNTs composites have excellent EMW absorption performance and are expected to be a candidate material for EMW absorption. | Xinmeng Huang Xuehua Liu Yan Zhang Jixi Zhou Guanglei Wu Zirui Jia | 2023 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,16: | 3 |

| 5 | Application of Water-Based Polyurethane in Sunscreen Products显示文摘With the development of the economy and improving quality of life,sunscreen products have become an indispensable part of people’s daily lives.However,traditional sunscreen products have several shortcomings,such as sticky skin feel,clumping,and skin irritation.In addition,the price of sunscreen products is relatively high due to the expensive ingredient:UV absorbers.To solve the above problems,a film-forming agent had been added to the general sunscreen formula to synergistically improve the consumer experience without causing any adverse side effects.It is crucial to achieve sun protection factors(SPF)booster through other cheaper agents.This article mainly studies and verifies the synergistic impact of Carfil■UV35(a water-based polyurethane product)in sunscreen products and discusses its application scope.The hen’s eggchorioallantoic membrane assay(HET-CAM)test and the human patch test were used to verify its mildness to the skin.Results also showed that Carfil■UV35 could effectively improve the water resistance of sunscreen products.What’s more,the SPF improvement test shows that only 5% Carfil■UV35 can increase the SPF value from 15 to 30.In short,the research in this article can provide specific ideas for the formulation design of sunscreen products and is of great significance to the application and SPF increase of water-based polyurethane film-forming agents in sunscreen cosmetics. | Zhou Meng Sophia Sun Li Bangbang Shen Jixie Ji Xueshun | 2022 | China Detergent & Cosmetics2022,7,1: | 0 |

| 7 | Polymorphic cerium-based Prussian blue derivatives with in situ growing CNT/Co heterojunctions for enhanced microwave absorption via polarization and magnetization显示文摘In this paper,the structure evolution of cerium cobaltohexanoate(Ce[Co(CN)6],Ce-Co Prussian blue analog(PBA))has been realized by solvent catalysis at room temperature.The hexagonal bipyramidal microcrystals of Ce-Co PBA can be gradually transformed into dendrites by different proportions of ethanol(EtOH)and water.At the same time,the porous dendrites CeO_(2)/Co@carbon nanotub(CNT)with oxygen-rich vacancies(OVs)can be obtained by annealing Ce-Co PBA at 700℃.The microstructure study shows that carbon nanotubes will be catalyzed after annealing at high temperature,and the cobalt metal particles encapsulated in carbon nanotubes will be anchored in the matrix,regulating the impedance matching and multi-polarization suppression of the material,and its unique structure,vacancies,and strong interface effect make the material exhibit excellent electromagnetic wave(EMW)absorption performance.When the matching thickness is 2.5 mm,the minimum reflection loss(RLmin)of the composite is-51.68 dB,and the effective absorption bandwidth(RL<-10 dB)is 7.76 GHz.These results show that the prepared CeO_(2)/Co@CNT composite has excellent EMW absorption properties.It is expected to be a candidate material for EMW absorption. | Jixi Zhou Xinmeng Huang Di Lan Yuhang Cheng Fengyi Xue Chenyu Jia Guanglei Wu Zirui Jia | 2024 | Nano Research2024,17,3: | 0 |
| 8 | HSPA8 acts as an amyloidase to suppress necroptosis by inhibiting and reversing functional amyloid formation显示文摘Ultra-stable fibrous structure is a hallmark of amyloids.In contrast to canonical disease-related amyloids,emerging research indicates that a significant number of cellular amyloids,termed‘functional amyloids’,contribute to signal transduction as temporal signaling hubs in humans.However,it is unclear how these functional amyloids are effectively disassembled to terminate signal transduction.RHIM motif-containing amyloids,the largest functional amyloid family discovered thus far,play an important role in mediating necroptosis signal transduction in mammalian cells.Here,we identify heat shock protein family A member 8(HSPA8)as a new type of enzyme—which we name as‘amyloidase’—that directly disassembles RHIM-amyloids to inhibit necroptosis signaling in cells and mice.Different from its role in chaperone-mediated autophagy where it selects substrates containing a KFERQ-like motif,HSPA8 specifically recognizes RHIM-containing proteins through a hydrophobic hexapeptide motif N(X_(1))φ(X_(3)).The SBD domain of HSPA8 interacts with RHIM-containing proteins,preventing proximate RHIM monomers from stacking into functional fibrils;furthermore,with the NBD domain supplying energy via ATP hydrolysis,HSPA8 breaks down pre-formed RHIM-amyloids into non-functional monomers.Notably,HSPA8’s amyloidase activity in disassembling functional RHIM-amyloids does not require its co-chaperone system.Using this amyloidase activity,HSPA8 reverses the initiator RHIM-amyloids(formed by RIP1,ZBP1,and TRIF)to prevent necroptosis initiation,and reverses RIP3-amyloid to prevent necroptosis execution,thus eliminating multi-level RHIM-amyloids to effectively prevent spontaneous necroptosis activation.The discovery that HSPA8 acts as an amyloidase dismantling functional amyloids provides a fundamental understanding of the reversibility nature of functional amyloids,a property distinguishing them from disease-related amyloids that are unbreakable in vivo. | Erpeng Wu Wenyan He Chenlu Wu Zhangcheng Chen Shijie Zhou Xialian Wu Zhiheng Hu Kelong Jia Jiasong Pan Limin Wang Jie Qin Dan Liu Junxia Lu Huayi Wang Jixi Li Sheng Wang Liming Sun | 2023 | Cell Research2023,33,11: | 0 |
| 9 | Exo/endogenous factors co-activatable nanodevice for spatiotem-porally controlled miRNA imaging and guided tumor ablation显示文摘Remote activation of biomarker sensing holds a great promise of shifting the success of in vitro diagnostics to spatiotemporally controlled in vivo visualization of tumor,and in turn,imaging guided therapy.Herein,a'dual-key-one-lock'nanodevice was designed and built by assembling thermo-activatable probe of trimeric DNA hybrids into a mesoporous polydopamine nanoparticle-based multifunctional nanotransducer(probe host,fluorescence quencher,and photothermal conversion agent),enabling precisely switchable theranostic operations under the co-activation of exo/endogenous stimulations(near-infrared(NIR)light and microRNA(miRNA)).By this design,the NIR irradiation-induced local heat through the porous nanotransducer can be transferred to the DNA nanothermometer for triggering the exposure of the miRNA recognition segment,as well as the subsequent fluorescence activation by strand displacement reactions(SDR).A programmable application of short-(3 min)and long-duration(10 min)NIR irradiation was administered sequentially to induce a milder and a stronger hyperthermia,respectively,to activate the localized miRNA imaging,and in turn,tumor thermoablation under the fluorescence guidance in vivo.By reducing nonspecific activation,dual factor co-activatable nanodevices exhibited a high tumor-to-background ratio(TBR)value of 8.9,as well as a significantly lower(6-9-fold)normal tissue fluorescence as compared with those sensing miRNA solely.The in vivo results show that the tumors were significantly suppressed after the photothermal therapy with the assistance of the accurate miRNA diagnosis.This rationally integrated nanoplatform may pave a new avenue for advanced theranostic systems with high spatiotemporal precision by activatable designs. | Zhenqiang Wang Tao Ding Liucan Wang Shuai Wang Meizhen Zhou Jixi Zhang Kaiyong Cai | 2022 | Nano Research2022,15,2: | 0 |
