| 1 | Expression Analysis of Proline Metabolism-related Genes From Halophyte Arabis stelleri under Osmotic Stress Conditions显示文摘Arabis stelleri var.japonica evidenced stronger osmotic stress tolerance than Arabidopsis thaliana.Using an A.thaliana microarray chip,we determined changes in the expression of approximately 2 800 genes between A.stelleri plants treated with 0.2 M mannitol versus mock-treated plants.The most significant changes in the gene expression patterns were in genes defining cellular components or in genes associated with the endomembrane system,stimulus response,stress response,chemical stimulus response,and defense response.The expression patterns of three de novo proline biosynthesis enzymes were evaluated in A.stelleri var.japonica seedlings treated with 0.2 M mannitol,0.2 M sorbitol,and 0.2 M NaCl.The expression of 1-pyrroline-5-carboxylate synthetase was not affected by NaCl stress but was similarly induced by mannitol and sorbitol.The proline dehydrogenase gene,which is known to be repressed by dehydration stress and induced by free L-proline,was induced at an early stage by mannitol treatment,but the level of proline dehydrogenase was increased later by treatment with both mannitol and NaCl.The level of free L-proline accumulation increased progressively in response to treatments with mannitol,sorbitol,and NaCl.Mannitol induced L-proline accumulation more rapidly than NaCl or sorbitol.These findings demonstrate that the osmotic tolerance of the novel halophyte,Arabis stelleri,is associated with the accumulation of L-proline. | Yuchul Jung Jungan Park Yunjung Choi Jin-Gweon Yang Donggiun Kim Beom-Gi Kim Kyunghee Roh Dong-Hee Lee Chung-Kyoon Auh Sukchan Lee | 2010 | Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2010,52,10: | 7 |
| 2 | Palynomorphs in the first paleosol layer in the Yangtze Delta and their paleoenvi-ronmental implication显示文摘The relatively abundant palynomorphs were recovered from the samples of the first paleosol layer of core CY in Shanghai for the first time. A total of 55 genera and families of spore, pollen and phytoplankton were identified. According to the characteristics of the palynological assemblages, the depositional conditions in the development period of the paleosols were discussed and the microfossil evidence to study the origin of the paleosols in the Yangtze Delta area was provided as well. The research results show that paleosols should be freshwater deposits. The palynological assemblage sequence in the first paleosol layer reveals fluctuations of freshwater palynomorphs, mainly Concentricystis, and terricolous herbs pollen, reflecting the alternations of deposition and exposure in the development period of the paleosols. Concentricystis developed prosperously in the period of flood, while terricolous herbs grew on the emerged land in the period of exposure. | 3 | Design and Experiment of Electronic-hydraulic Loading Test-bed Based on Tractor's Hydraulic Steering By-wire显示文摘An Electro-hydraulic loading system is designed based on a test-bed of tractor's hydraulic steering by-wire. To simulate the steering resistance driving tractor in many kinds of soils and roads,the loading force is controlled to make proportional and continuous variable by an electro-hydraulic proportional relief valve. A steering resistance loading test-bed is built to test three kinds of steering resistance including constant,step and sine style. Tire lateral resistance is also tested under different steering conditions. The result shows that the electro-hydraulic loading system has high stability and following performance. | 10 | Hole-Transporting Low-Dimensional Perovskite for EnhancingPhotovoltaic Performance显示文摘Halide perovskites with low-dimensionalities(2D or quasi-2D)have demonstrated outstanding stabilities compared to their 3D counterparts.Nevertheless,poor charge-transporting abilities of organic components in 2D perovskites lead to relatively low power conversion efficiency(PCE)and thus limit their applications in photovoltaics.Here,we report a novel hole-transporting low-dimensional(HT2D)perovskite,which can form a hole-transporting channel on the top surface of 3D perovskite due to self-assembly effects of metal halide frameworks.This HT2D perovskite can significantly reduce interface trap densities and enhance hole-extracting abilities of a heterojunction region between the 3D perovskite and hole-transporting layer.Furthermore,the posttreatment by HT2D can also reduce the crystal defects of perovskite and improve film morphology.As a result,perovskite solar cells(PSCs)can effectively suppress nonradiative recombination,leading to an increasement on photovoltage to>1.20 V and thus achieving>20%power conversion efficiency and>500 h continuous illumination stability.This work provides a pathway to overcome charge-transporting limitations in low-dimensional perovskites and delivers significant enhancements on performance of PSCs. | Fangfang Wang Qing Chang Yikai Yun Sizhou Liu You Liu Jungan Wang Yinyu Fang Zhengchun Cheng Shanglei Feng Lifeng Yang Yingguo Yang Wei Huang Tianshi Qin | 2021 | Research2021,,1: | 0 |
