| 2 | Reverse micelles extraction ofnattokinase:From model system to real system显示文摘Nattokinase is a novel fibrinolytic en- zyme, which is homologous to Subtilisin Carlsberg. In this paper, Subtilisin Carlsberg was taken as a model protein of nattokinase. Effects of pH, ionic strength, concentration of isopropanol on the extraction of Subtilisin Carlsberg with AOT/isooctane reverse mi- celles system were investigated. Further, the process of reverse micelles extraction of nattokinase from fermentation broth was studied. By taking the reverse micelles of AOT/isooctane as extractant to perform a full extraction cycle, it was found that about eighty percent of the total activity of nattokinase in the fer- mentation broth could be recovered and the purifica- tion factor was about 2.5. | 4 | Preparation and surface modification of magnetic poly(methyl methacrylate) microspheres显示文摘A novel method for preparation of magnetic polymer microspheres by spraying suspension polymerization (SSP) was developed. Relatively uniform magnetic poly(methyl methacrylate) microspheres were prepared by the spraying suspension polymerization (SSP) using methyl methacrylate (MMA) as monomer, divinylbenzene (DVB) as cross-linking agent, benzoyl peroxide (BPO) as initiator and polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) as stabilizer in the presence of hydrophobic Fe3O4 magnetic fluid. The microspheres prepared were modified by surface chemical reaction. The magnetic properties and morphology of the microspheres were examined by SEM and VSM respectively. The active functional groups of microspheres were examined by infrared spectra. | 10 | Management of Associations in the IRBAC 2000 Model显示文摘Secure interaction and interoperability between two or more administrative domains is a major concern. The IRBAC 2000 model accomplishes secure interaction and interoperability by flexibly dynamic inter-domain role translations. Associations are the key element of the IRBAC 2000 model, which have a great impact on security and efficiency of dynamic role translations. Therefore, it is a crucial problem how to manage the associations in the IRBAC 2000 model. There are two cases under which some matters will emerge. One is where conflicting associations may result in a security hazard. Another is where redundant associations may reduce the efficiency of dynamic role translations and increase the difficulty of management of associations. The formal definitions on conflicting associations and redundant associations are given, and the methods are discusses to judge whether there are conflicting associations or redundant associations in IRBAC 2000 model. | 14 | Environmental Sustainability of Water Footprint in China' Mainland显示文摘Water footprint(WF)measures human appropriation of water resources for consumptive use of surface and ground water(blue WF)and soil water(green WF)and for assimilating polluted water(grey WF).Questions have been often asked about the exact meaning behind the numbers from WF accounting.However,to date environmental sustainability of WF has never been assessed at the sub-national level over time.This study evaluated the environmental sustainability of blue,green and grey WF for China’s 31 mainland provinces in 2002,2007 and 2012,and identified the unsustainable hotspots.Overall,the total WF increased by 30%between 2002 and 2012.The growth can be attributed to the increase of grey WF because the green and blue WF showed only a slight rise.Among all provinces investigated in 2012,eleven showed unsustainable blue WF(sustainability index SI<0),which were mainly located in the North China Plain.There were 12 provinces that displayed unsustainable green WF,and they were distributed in China’s southern and southeastern areas.The grey WF was not sustainable in approximately two third of provinces(19),which were mainly located in China’s middle and northern regions and Guangdong province.More than half of China’s provinces showed trends of improved SI of green and blue WF from 2002 to 2012.However,the SI of grey WF decreased in almost two third of provinces.Poor levels of WF sustainability were due to water scarcity and pollution,which intensify the degradation of local rivers and ecosystems and make restoration more difficult.The results shed light on the policy making needed to improve sustainable water management,and ecological restoration of hotspot regions. | Junguo Liu Dandan Zhao Ganquan Mao Wenhui Cui He Chena Hong Yang | 2020 | Geography and Sustainability2020,1,1: | 1 |

| 16 | Evaluation of individualized treatment of nonproliferative diabetic retinopathy:a multicenter,randomized,parallel-controlled study显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the differences in the efficacy of stationary treatment and individualized treatment for patients with nonproliferative diabetic retinopathy(NPDR).METHODS:This study was a randomized,controlled,multicenter clinical trial.Participants with NPDR were randomized into the stationary treatment group or the individualized treatment group.The stationary treatment group was given the basic treatment and Qiming granules,and the individualized treatment group was given the basic treatment,Qiming granules,and individualized Chinese herbal medicines over a 12-week period.The individualized therapeutic formula was also changed over time to adjust to the changes in the clinical presentation of the patient.We conducted observations of fundus retinal exudation and hemorrhage,visual acuity,Traditional Chinese Medicine symptom scores and other indicators.RESULTS:A total of 140 participants with NPDR were randomized into the stationary treatment group or the individualized treatment group,and 132 participants completed this study.Following the 12-week treatment,significant improvements in both primary and secondary outcomes were observed in the stationary and individualized treatment groups.No remarkable difference in the primary outcomes between the two groups was observed.However,there was a significant difference in the Traditional Chinese Medicine symptom scores(18±7 vs 15±6;P<0.05).There were no severe adverse effects.CONCLUSION:Compared with stationary treatment,individualized treatment is more effective at relieving the Traditional Chinese Medicine symptoms and improving vision and fundus lesions at 12 weeks post treatment. | HUO Jian DUAN Junguo LIU Lisha ZHANG Fuwen ZHU Keyu SUI Jiaqing JIAN Wenyuan | 2022 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2022,42,1: | 1 |

| 20 | Variations regularity of microorganisms and corrosion of cast iron in water distribution system显示文摘Corrosion, one of the most common problems of metal pipe for water supply, generally leads to poor water quality, bacteria proliferation, water capacity decrease and other problems. As microorganisms affect corrosion by changing the characteristics of metal surface, the mechanism of microbial corrosion still remains unclear. The corrosion behavior of ductile cast iron is implemented in the dynamic flow and static conditions, in which variations of water quality and microbial community are analyzed in details. The results show that if the corrosion rate of ductile cast iron decreases, the corrosion of cast iron will result in a lower DO and a higher total iron in bulk water. The number of microorganisms is not a decisive factor of corrosion, even though the counts of bacteria had a close relationship with DO. On the basis of the detection of the 10 kinds of nitratereducing bacteria by Miseq sequencing, NRB of the biofilm biomass accounts for 18.3% on the 30 th day and 20.5% on the 55 th day.
