2Spatially Bandgap-Graded Mo S2(1-x)Se2x Homojunctions for Self-Powered Visible–Near-Infrared Phototransistors显示文摘Ternary transition metal dichalcogenide alloys with spatially graded bandgaps are an emerging class of two-dimensional materials with unique features,which opens up new potential for device applications.Here,visible–near-infrared and self-powered phototransistors based on spatially bandgap-graded MoS2(1−x)Se2x alloys,synthesized by a simple and controllable chemical solution deposition method,are reported.The graded bandgaps,arising from the spatial grading of Se composition and thickness within a single domain,are tuned from 1.83 to 1.73 eV,leading to the formation of a homojunction with a builtin electric field.Consequently,a strong and sensitive gate-modulated photovoltaic effect is demonstrated,enabling the homojunction phototransistors at zero bias to deliver a photoresponsivity of 311 mA W−1,a specific detectivity up to^10^11 Jones,and an on/off ratio up to^10^4.Remarkably,when illuminated by the lights ranging from 405 to 808 nm,the biased devices yield a champion photoresponsivity of 191.5 A W−1,a specific detectivity up to^1012 Jones,a photoconductive gain of 10^6–10^7,and a photoresponsive time in the order of^50 ms.These results provide a simple and competitive solution to the bandgap engineering of two-dimensional materials for device applications without the need for p–n junctions.Hao Xu Juntong Zhu Guifu Zou Wei Liu Xiao Li Caihong Li Gyeong Hee Ryu Wenshuo Xu Xiaoyu Han Zhengxiao Guo Jamie HWarner Jiang Wu Huiyun Liu 2020Nano-Micro Letters2020,12,2:4
3Efficacy of Lidan Tang on high-fat-diet induced gallstone in mice and possible mechanism显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To investigate efficacy of Lidan Tang(LDT)on gallstone induced by high fat diet in mice,and to study its underlying mechanism.METHODS:Mice were fed with high fat diet every day and treated with LDT(9.01 times of human clinic dosage).Mice were randomly divided into 6 groups as control group,gallstone model group(high-fat diet),positive control ursodeoxycholic acid(UDCA)group(80 mg·kg^-1·d^-1,i.g.),LDT low dose group(6 kg/d,i.g.),LDT middle dose group(12 kg/d,i.g.),and LDT high dose group(24 kg/d,i.g.).The whole experiment was lasted for 4 weeks.The levels of ALT,AST,LDH,CHO,HDL-C and LDL-C in serum were measured,the pathological sections were observed by hematoxylin-eosin staining,the activities of antioxidant enzymes were measured by kits,and the proteins related to oxidative stress and lipid transport were detected by Western blot analysis.RESULTS:LDT could significantly reduce the contents of ALT and AST in serum and improve the pathological tissue of liver.LDT could significantly reduce the content of MDA and LPO,and increase the level of GSH and GSH-PX in liver tissue.The data of Western blot showed that LDT had antioxidant effect promoting Keap1/Nrf2 pathway and regulated the process of lipid transport,which was statistically significant.In addition,LDT treatment inhibited the expression of ATP-binding cassette transports ABCG5/8 in liver,and reduced cholesterol transport from the hepatocytes to the gallbladder.CONCLUSION:LDT has protective effect on gallstones induced by high fat diet in mice,which might be based on the protective effect on liver,including enhancing the antioxidant capacity of liver and reducing the production of lipid peroxides.Gao Yan Liu Caipin Li Juntong Zhai Yingying Lin Meiyu Wu Qinglin Chu Shifeng Zhang Zhao Li Jianping Zhou Xin Li Yueting Chen Naihong 2020Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2020,40,4:4
4Detection of collapsed buildings with the aerial images captured from UAV显示文摘In this paper, we present a method of detecting the collapsed buildings with the aerial images which are captured by an unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV) for the postseismic evaluation. Different from the conventional methods that apply the satellite images or the high-altitude UAV for the coarse disaster evaluation over large area, the purpose of this work is to achieve the accurate detection of collapsed buildings in small area from low altitude. By combining the motion and appearance features of collapsed buildings extracted from successive aerial images, each pixel in the input image will be measured by a statistical method where the background pixels will be penalized and the ones of collapsed buildings will be assigned with high value.The candidates of collapsed buildings will be established by integrating the extracted feature points into local groups with the online clustering algorithm. To reduce the false alarm caused by the complex background noise,each predicted candidate will be further verified by the temporal tracking framework where both the trajectory and the appearance of a candidate will be measured. The candidate of collapsed buildings that can survive through long time will be considered as true positive, otherwise rejected as a false alarm. 5Observation of ambipolar photoresponse from 2D MoS_(2)/MXene heterostructure显示文摘Two-dimensional materials have been demonstrated as promising toolboxes for optoelectronics.Transition metal carbides and nitrides(MXenes),members of an emerging family of two-dimensional materials,have drawn extensive attention in optoelectronics owing to their excellent conductivity and tunable electronic properties.Herein,a photodetector based on the two-dimensional van der Waals heterostructure of Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)MXene and a MoS_(2)monolayer was constructed to observe the ambipolar photoresponse,which showed a positive photoresponse in the visible spectrum(500-700 nm)and a negative photoresponse at longer wavelengths(700-800 nm).The device exhibited a high negative responsivity of 1.9 A/W and a detectivity of 2.1×10^(10)Jones under 750 nm light illumination.Detailed experiments demonstrate that the negative photoresponse arises from the heterostructureinduced trap energy level,which confines the excited photoelectrons and leads to an inverse current.This work demonstrates a unique optoelectronic phenomenon in MoS_(2)/MXene heterostructures and provides valuable insights into the development of new photodetection materials.Juntong Zhu Hao Wang Liang Ma Guifu Zou 2021Nano Research2021,14,10:3

7Pathogenesis of allergic diseases and implications for therapeutic interventions显示文摘Allergic diseases such as allergic rhinitis (AR), allergic asthma (AAS), atopic dermatitis (AD), food allergy (FA), and eczema aresystemic diseases caused by an impaired immune system. Accompanied by high recurrence rates, the steadily rising incidence ratesof these diseases are attracting increasing attention. The pathogenesis of allergic diseases is complex and involves many factors,including maternal-fetal environment, living environment, genetics, epigenetics, and the body’s immune status. The pathogenesisof allergic diseases exhibits a marked heterogeneity, with phenotype and endotype defining visible features and associatedmolecular mechanisms, respectively. With the rapid development of immunology, molecular biology, and biotechnology, manynew biological drugs have been designed for the treatment of allergic diseases, including anti-immunoglobulin E (IgE), antiinterleukin(IL)-5, and anti-thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP)/IL-4, to control symptoms. For doctors and scientists, it is becomingmore and more important to understand the influencing factors, pathogenesis, and treatment progress of allergic diseases. 8PROTOTYPE SURFACE MICRO- PRECISION IN FUSED DEPOSITION MODELING PROCESS显示文摘To aim at prototype parts fabricated with fused deposition modeling (FDM) process, the problems how to improve and enhance their surface micro-precision are studied. The producing mechanism of surface roughness is explained with three aspects concretely including the principle error of rapid prototyping (RP) process, the inherent characteristics of FDM process, and some micro-scratches on the surface of the extruded fiber. Based on the micro-characters of section shape of the FDM prototype, a physical model reflecting the outer shape characters is abstracted. With the physical simplified and deduced, the evaluating equations of surface roughness are acquired. According to the FDM sample parts with special design for experimental measurement, the real surface roughness values of different inclined planes are obtained. And the measuring values of surface roughness are compared with the calculation values. Furthermore, the causes of surface roughness deviation between measuring values and calculation values are respectively analyzed and studied. With the references of analytic conclusions, the measuring values of the experimental part surface are revised, and the revised values nearly accord with the calculation values. 10A H_(2)O-in-zircon perspective on the heterogeneous water content of crust-derived magmas in southern Tibet显示文摘Geophysical and geochemical evidence revealed that certain amounts of water are stored in the Earth’s interior,and its distribution exhibits temporal and spatial differences.Recent studies indicate that the H_(2)O-in-zircon has a potential to reveal magma water content.Using secondary ion mass spectrometry(SIMS),we analyzed the zircon water content and oxygen isotopes in granitoids(two-mica granite,quartz monzonite,diorite,and granodiorite)from southern Tibet.The results are used to explore the diversity of water content in crust-derived magmas,which is also supported by the LA-ICPMS zircon trace element analysis.There are low zircon water contents for two partial melting products of the ancient crust(peak at 85 and300 ppm,respectively).Meanwhile,there are high H_(2)O-in-zircon peaks(435 and 475 ppm,respectively)for two partial melting products of the juvenile crust.The calculated radiation damage accumulation in these zircon grains is below 3×10^(15)αdecay events mg^(–1),suggesting that the zircon grains are well crystalline.There is no correlation between REE+Y and H+P,indicating that the mechanism of charge balance for water uptaking into zircon,in which the excess of REE+Y to P controls Hcontent,is not applicable to the studied samples.The degree of magma fractionation cannot account for the zircon water content variation,because there is no co-variation between zircon Hf and H_(2)O contents.Similarly,the degree of partial melting was unlikely to be responsible for the H_(2)O-in-zircon distinction.We interpret that the H_(2)O-in-zircon variation reflects the influence of melting mode(dehydration vs.water-fluxed)and water content in the crustal source.In the Late Devonian,dehydration melting of the crustal rocks was facilitated at elevated temperatures,which produced magmas with the lowest water contents.Water-fluxed melting of the ancient crust would produce relatively“drier”magma than water-fluxed melting of the juvenile crust.Juntong MENG Xiaoping XIA Lin MA Ziqi JIANG Jian XU Zexian CUI Qing YANG Wanfeng ZHANG Le ZHANG 2021Science China Earth Sciences2021,64,7:1

18Effects of long-term exposure to TDCPP in zebrafish( Danio rerio )–Alternations of hormone balance and gene transcriptions along hypothalamus-pituitary axes显示文摘Background : TDCPP is one of the major chemical of organophosphate flame retardants(OPFRs) that has been detected ubiquitously in both the environment and biota. Previously we observed that it influenced the concentrations of sex and thyroid hormones in a sex-dependent pattern, leading to reproductive impairments after short-term exposure in zebrafish. Here we investigate the consequences of longerterm exposure to TDCPP on the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonad(HPG), hypothalamicpituitary-i nterrenal(HPI), and hypothalamic-pituitary-thyroid(HPT) axes of zebrafish( Danio rerio).Methods : A 120-day exposure test to 0.005, 0.05 and 0.5 mg/L TDCPP was initiated with fertilized eggs. Sex steroid hormones in the treated fishes were measured and transcriptional changes were analyzed.Results : In female fish, exposure to TDCPP resulted in increases in plasma cortisol,follicle stimulating hormone(FSH), luteinizing hormone(LH), 17β-estradiol(E2), cortisol, thyroxine(T4), and triiodothyronine(T3). Transcription of most target genes along HPG, HPI and HPT axes were increased by the exposure. While in male fish the exposure led to decreases in cortisol, FSH, LH, T4, T3, testosterone(T), and 11-ketotestosterone(11-KT). Transcription of genes along HPG, HPI and HPT axes,especially steroidogenic genes, were inhibited in male zebrafish. While, E2/T or E2/11-KT ratio was increased in both female and females. The sex-dependent changes in hormones might be due to differential responses to TDCPP induced stresses. An increase in cortisol level coincided with increases in E2 and THs in female fish, while in males decreases in cortisol as well as T, 11-KT and THs were observed. 20Integrated metabolomics analysis of the effect of PPARδ agonist GW501516 on catabolism of BCAAs and carboxylic acids in diabetic mice显示文摘The peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor(PPARδ)agonists are reported to improve insulin sensitivity,reduce glucose levels,and alleviate dysfunctional lipid metabolism in animal models of type 2 diabetes mellitus.However,the underlying mechanisms remain incompletely understood.Metabolism plays an essential role in the biological system.Monitoring of metabolic changes in response to disease conditions or drug treatment is critical for better understanding of the pathophysiological mechanisms.In this study,metabolic profiling analysis by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry integrated with targeted analysis by liquid chro matography-mass spectrometry was carried out in plasma samples of db/db diabetic mice after six-week treatment of PPARδagonist GW501516.GW501516 treatment significantly altered levels of metabolites,such as branched-chain amino acids(BCAAs),BCAA metabolites(3-hydroxyisobutyric acid and 3-hydroxyisovaleric acid),long-chain fatty acids,uric acid and ketone bodies(3-hydroxybutyric acid and 2-hydroxybutyric acid)which are all associated with the impaired systemic insulin sensitivity.The pre sent results indicate the beneficial effect of PPARδagonist in alleviating insulin resistance of diabetic mice by favorably modulating metabolic profile,thus providing valuable information in understanding the therapeutic potential of PPARδagonists in correcting metabolic dysfunction in diabetes.Li Xiang Juan Nie Li Wang Yu Wang Jingchun Shi Juntong Wei Chi-Wai Lau Zongwei Cai Yu Huang 2021Chinese Chemical Letters2021,32,7:1
