| 1 | Phase diagrams of permanent magnet alloys: Binary rare earth alloy systems显示文摘Thermodynamic optimization of the binary rare earth alloy(Cee La, Cee Pr, Cee Nd and Lae Nd) systems was performed in this work through the CALPHAD method based on the critical evaluation of all available phase diagram and thermodynamic data reported in the literature. During the thermodynamic modeling, the solution phases including liquid, bcc, fcc and dhcp, were treated as the substitutional solution model. Thermodynamic parameters of the stable phases in the Cee La, Cee Pr, Cee Nd and Lae Nd binary systems are obtained finally and would be used directly to develop the thermodynamic database of the multi-component Nde Fee B-based alloys, which is indispensable for designing alloy compositions and processes of Nde Fee B permanent magnets with highly abundant rare earth metals. | Kaicheng Yang Jiang Wang Qingrong Yao Zhao Lu Maohua Rong Huaiying Zhou Guanghui Rao | 2019 | Journal of Rare Earths2019,37,10: | 3 |
| 2 | Hymecromone:a clinical prescription hyaluronan inhibitor for efficiently blocking COVID-19 progression显示文摘Currently,there is no effective drugs for treating clinically COVID-19 except dexamethasone.We previously revealed that human identical sequences of SARS-CoV-2 promote the COVID-19 progression by upregulating hyaluronic acid(HA).As the inhibitor of HA synthesis,hymecromone is an approved prescription drug used for treating biliary spasm.Here,we aimed to investigate the relation between HA and COVID-19,and evaluate the therapeutic effects of hymecromone on COVID-19.Firstly,HA was closely relevant to clinical parameters,including lymphocytes(n=158;r=−0.50;P<0.0001),C-reactive protein(n=156;r=0.55;P<0.0001),D-dimer(n=154;r=0.38;P<0.0001),and fibrinogen(n=152;r=0.37;P<0.0001),as well as the mass(n=78;r=0.43;P<0.0001)and volume(n=78;r=0.41;P=0.0002)of ground-glass opacity,the mass(n=78;r=0.48;P<0.0001)and volume(n=78;r=0.47;P<0.0001)of consolidation in patient with low level of hyaluronan(HA<48.43 ng/mL).Furthermore,hyaluronan could directly cause mouse pulmonary lesions.Besides,hymecromone remarkably reduced HA via downregulating HAS2/HAS3 expression.Moreover,89%patients with hymecromone treatment had pulmonary lesion absorption while only 42%patients in control group had pulmonary lesion absorption(P<0.0001).In addition,lymphocytes recovered more quickly in hymecromone-treated patients(n=8)than control group(n=5)(P<0.05).These findings suggest that hymecromone is a promising drug for COVID-19 and deserves our further efforts to determine its effect in a larger cohort. | Shuai Yang Yun Ling Fang Zhao Wei Li Zhigang Song Lu Wang Qiuting Li Mengxing Liu Ying Tong Lu Chen Daoping Ru Tongsheng Zhang Kaicheng Zhou Baolong Zhang Peng Xu Zhicong Yang Wenxuan Li Yuanlin Song Jianqing Xu Tongyu Zhu Fei Shan Wenqiang Yu Hongzhou Lu | 2022 | Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2022,7,4: | 2 |
| 3 | Aberrant functional connectivity network in subjective memory complaint individuals relates to pathological biomarkers显示文摘Background:Individuals with subjective memory complaints(SMC)feature a higher risk of cognitive decline and clinical progression of Alzheimer’s disease(AD).However,the pathological mechanism underlying SMC remains unclear.We aimed to assess the intrinsic connectivity network and its relationship with AD-related pathologies in SMC individuals.Methods:We included 44 SMC individuals and 40 normal controls who underwent both resting-state functional MRI and positron emission tomography(PET).Based on graph theory approaches,we detected local and global functional connectivity across the whole brain by using degree centrality(DC)and eigenvector centrality(EC)respectively.Additionally,we analyzed amyloid deposition and tauopathy via florbetapir-PET imaging and cerebrospinal fluid(CSF)data.The voxel-wise two-sample T-test analysis was used to examine between-group differences in the intrinsic functional network and cerebral amyloid deposition.Then,we correlated these network metrics with pathological results.Results:The SMC individuals showed higher DC in the bilateral hippocampus(HP)and left fusiform gyrus and lower DC in the inferior parietal region than controls.Across all subjects,the DC of the bilateral HP and left fusiform gyrus was positively associated with total tau and phosphorylated tau181.However,no significant between-group difference existed in EC and cerebral amyloid deposition.Conclusion:We found impaired local,but not global,intrinsic connectivity networks in SMC individuals.Given the relationships between DC value and tau level,we hypothesized that functional changes in SMC individuals might relate to pathological biomarkers. | Kaicheng Li Xiao Luo Qingze Zeng Yeerfan Jiaerken Xiaojun Xu Peiyu Huang Zhujing Shen Jingjing Xu Chao Wang Jiong Zhou Min-Ming Zhang the Alzheimer’s Disease Neuroimaging Initiative | 2018 | Translational Neurodegeneration2018,7,1: | 2 |

| 6 | Enhancement of the efficiency and stability of planar p-i-n perovskite solar cells via incorporation of an amine-modified fullerene derivative as a cathode buffer layer显示文摘A methanol-soluble diamine-modified fullerene derivative(denoted as PCBDANI)was applied as an efficient cathode buffer layer(CBL)in planar p-i-n perovskite solar cells(pero-SCs)based on the CH_3NH_3PbI_(3-x)Cl_x absorber.The device with PCBDANI single CBL exhibited significantly improved performance with a power conversion efficiency(PCE)of 15.45%,which is approximately17%higher than that of the control device without the CBL.The dramatic improvement in PCE can be attributed to the formation of an interfacial dipole at the PCBM/Al interface originating from the amine functional group and the suppression of interfacial recombinationby the PCBDANI interlayer.To further improve the PCE of pero-SCs,PCBDANI/LiF double CBLs were introduced between PCBM and the top Al electrode.An impressive PCE of 15.71%was achieved,which is somewhat higher than that of the devices with LiF or PCBDANI single CBL.Besides the PCE,the long-term stability of the device with PCBDANI/LiF double CBLs is also superior to that of the device with LiF single CBL. | Xiaodong Liu Peng Huang Qingqing Dong Zhaowei Wang Kaicheng Zhang Hao Yu Ming Lei Yi Zhou Bo Song Yongfang Li | 2017 | Science China Chemistry2017,60,1: | 0 |
