1Development of single row automatic transplanting device for potted vegetable seedlings显示文摘In China,low degree of automation seriously affects the working efficiency and quality in vegetable transplanting.As one of the most important vegetables in China even in the world,tomato was taken as the research object in this study.An automatic single-row transplanting device was designed,based on the statistical analysis of the physical and mechanical properties of tomato seedlings of a typical variety.Based on the technology of mechatronics,the device integrated the functions of transporting seedling tray,automatic seedling extraction and mechanical planting.The kinematics orthogonality solution combined with the dynamic sequence solution method was used to optimize and analyze the kinematic parameters of the automatic seeding mechanism,and the“sickle”trajectory was obtained.According to the position and movement requirement for taking and dropping seedling,the mechanical conditions and the working parameters of key execution parts were obtained by using analytic drawing method to analyze the mechanical condition of seedling collecting mechanism.The transplanting experiment was conducted at room temperature of 25°C,and the age and moisture content of the seedlings were 40 d and 55%,respectively.The results showed that the highest success rate was 92.59%,and the lowest rate of leakage was 23.13%,when the transplanting frequency was 60 plants/min.The lowest success rate was 77.78%,and the highest rate of leakage was 38.75%,when transplanting frequency was 120 plants/min.When the transplanting frequency is between 60-90 plants/min,the device can meet the requirement of high speed transplanting for potted vegetable seedling.Xin Jin Daoyi Li Hao Ma Jiangtao Ji Kaixuan Zhao Jing Pang 2018International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2018,11,3:27
20.04 degree-per-hour MEMS disk resonator gyroscope with high-quality factor (510 k) and long decaying time constant(74.9 s)显示文摘The disk resonator gyroscope is an attractive candidate for high-performance MEMS gyroscopes.This gyroscope consists of a sensor and readout electronics,and the characteristics of the sensor directly determine the performance.For the sensor,a high-quality factor and long decaying time constant are the most important characteristics required to achieve high performance.We report a disk resonator gyroscope with a measured quality factor of 510 k and decaying time constant of 74.9 s,which is a record for MEMS silicon disk resonator gyroscopes,to the best of our knowledge.To improve the quality factor of the DRG,the quality factor improvement mechanism is first analyzed,and based on this mechanism two stiffness-mass decoupled methods,i.e.,spoke length distribution optimization and lumped mass configuration design,are proposed and demonstrated.A disk resonator gyroscope prototype is fabricated based on these design strategies,and the sensor itself shows an angle random walk as low as 0.001°/√h,demonstrating true potential to achieve navigation-grade performance.The gyroscope with readout electronics shows an angle random walk of 0.01°/√h and a bias instability of 0.04°/h at room temperature without compensation,revealing that the performance of the gyroscope is severely limited by the readout electronics,which should be further improved.We expect that the quality factor improvement methods can be used in the design of other MEMS gyroscopes and that the newly designed DRG can be further improved to achieve navigation-grade performances for high-end industrial,transportation,aerospace,and automotive applications.Qingsong Li Dingbang Xiao Xin Zhou Yi Xu Ming Zhuo Zhanqiang Hou Kaixuan He Yongmeng Zhang Xuezhong Wu 2018Microsystems & Nanoengineering2018,4,1:16
3Target detection method for moving cows based on background subtraction显示文摘Target detection is the fundamental work for perceiving the behavior of cows using video analysis automatically.The videos captured in farming scenes often suffer from a complex background,which leads to difficulty in detecting the target and inconvenience in the subsequent images analysis.In this study,a method was proposed to detect the moving target accurately for cows based on background subtraction.Firstly,the bounding rectangle of cows was calculated using the frames difference method to extract the local background in frames,which were averaged and spliced into one image as the entire background image.Secondly,the size and location of a cow’s body were determined by the bounding rectangle of cows,and the body area was tracked through the video by the binary images.Thirdly,the summation coefficients on RGB channels were adjusted to improve the contrast between the target and background images.Finally,taking the body area in every frame as reference area,the performance of target detection was evaluated by the reference area to determine the optimal summation coefficients on RGB channels,and then background subtraction was processed again to finish the detection.A total of 129 videos were used to test the detection algorithm,and the accuracy of the algorithm was 88.34%,which was 24.85%higher than the classical background subtraction method.The study shows that the algorithm proposed in this study is feasible to detect the target accurately and timely when cows are walking straight in the farming environment under natural light,and this method can improve the detection performance and is an extension to the classical background subtraction method.Zhao Kaixuan He Dongjian 2015International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2015,8,1:13
4Review of the fabrication and application of porous materials from silicon-rich industrial solid waste显示文摘Porous materials have promise as sound insulation, heat barrier, vibration attenuation, and catalysts. Most industrial solid wastes, such as tailings, coal gangue, and fly ash are rich in silicon. Additionally, a high silicon content waste is a potential raw material for the syn- thesis of silicon-based, multi-porous materials such as zeolites, mesoporous silica, glass-ceramics, and geopolymer foams. Representative sil- icon-rich industrial solid wastes (SRISWs) are the focus of this mini review of the processing and application of porous silicon materials with respect to the physical and chemical properties of the SRISW. The transformation methods of preparing porous materials from SRISWs are summarized, and their research status in micro-, meso-, and macro-scale porous materials are described. Possible problems in the application of SRISWs and in the preparation of functional porous materials are analyzed, and their development prospects are discussed. 6Selection of candidates for surgery as local therapy among early-stage small cell lung cancer patients: a population-based analysis显示文摘Background:Surgery and radiotherapy are considered local therapies for small cell lung cancer(SCLC).The present study aimed to select candidates for surgery as local therapy among patients with stage I or II SCLC,based on the eighth edition of the TNM classification for lung cancer.Methods:Patients diagnosed with SCLC between 2004 and 2013 were selected from the Surveillance,Epidemiology,And End Results database.The TNM stage of SCLC in these patients was re-classified according to the eighth edition of the TNM classification for lung cancer.Patients with stage I or II SCLC were included in the present study.Overall survival(OS)and lung cancer-specific survival(LCSS)were separately compared in the different TNM stages between patients who received surgery and radiotherapy as local therapy.Multivariate analysis was applied to evaluate multi-ple factors associated with survival.Results:Among the 2129 patients included in the present study,387(18.2%)received surgery,1032(48.5%)under-went radiotherapy as local therapy,154(7.2%)underwent surgery and radiotherapy,and 556(26.1%)did not undergo either surgery or radiotherapy.Among patients with T1-2N0(tumor size≤50 mm without positive lymph nodes)dis-ease,patients who underwent surgery had higher 5-year OS and LCSS rates than patients who received radiotherapy(T1N0:46.0%vs.23.8%,P<0.001,and 58.4%vs.36.4%,P<0.001,respectively;T2N0:42.6%vs.24.7%,P=0.004,and 48.8%vs.31.3%,P=0.011,respectively).Multivariate analysis results revealed that surgery was associated with low risk of death.However,among T3N0 or T1-2N1(stage IIB)SCLC patients,patients who underwent surgery did not have higher 5-year OS and LCSS rates than patients who received radiotherapy(T3N0:16.2%vs.26.5%,P=0.085,and 28.7%vs.30.9%,P=0.372,respectively;T1-2N1:20.3%vs.29.0%,P=0.146,and 25.6%vs.35.5%,P=0.064,respectively).Conclusions:Based on the assumption that the overwhelming majority of stage I or II SCLC patients who underwent surgery or radiotherapy also received certain types of systemic therapy,only patients with T1-2N0 SCLC may benefit from surgery as local therapy.Patients with T3N0 or T1-2N1 SCLC may consider radiotherapy as local therapy.Kaiqi Jin Kaixuan Zhang Feng Zhou Jie Dai Peng Zhang Gening Jiang 2018Cancer Communications2018,38,1:9

8Microstructural evolution and performance of carbon fiber-toughened ZrB_2 ceramics with SiC or ZrSi_2 additive显示文摘ZrB_2–SiC/ZrSi_2 ceramics containing 30 vol% carbon fiber(Cf) additive were fabricated by hot pressing at low temperature(1500 ℃) using submicron ZrB_2 powders, and their microstructural evolution and performance were investigated. The addition of SiC or ZrSi_2 significantly reduced the onset sintering temperature and enhanced the densification of ZrB_2. ZrB_2–ZrSi_2–Cf showed poor performance owing to the serious fiber degradation, while the fiber degradation was effectively inhibited in ZrB_2–SiC–Cf resulting in high fracture toughness, substantial fiber pull-out, and non-brittle fracture mode for such material. The critical thermal shock temperature difference of ZrB_2–SiC–Cf was up to 741 ℃, significantly higher than those of ZrB_2–SiC/ZrSi_2 and ZrB_2–ZrSi_2–Cf. 9Preparation and Characterization of Natural Bamboo Fiber显示文摘In this study,natural bamboo fiber was prepared combining chemical pretreatment with mechanical disc refining,opening,and carding.An orthogonal experiment was designed based on four factors and three levels;thereafter,the manufacturing process was optimized.The length,diameter,tensile strength,and elastic modulus of the bamboo fiber were determined,and the crystallinity and morphology of the fiber were analyzed using X-ray diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results showed that the optimum parameters for the chemical pretreatment were a cooking temperature of 130℃,heating time of 2 h,NaOH dosage of 2%,and Na2SO3 dosage of 10%.The cooking yield of bamboo chips was 89.5%,and the carding yield of natural bamboo fiber was 43.0% under the optimum conditions.The length,diameter,tensile strength,and elastic modulus of the obtained fiber were 36.71 mm,0.285 mm,407 MPa,and 27.7 GPa,respectively.XRD analysis and SEM observations showed that the technology used in this study can produce bright and compact natural bamboo fibers with high crystallinity.Kaixuan Li Qingxian Miao He Zhao Jiawei Yang Haitao Cheng Lihui Chen 2020Paper And Biomaterials2020,5,2:6
10Predictors of dysphagia screening and pneumonia among patients with acute ischaemic stroke in China:findings from the Chinese Stroke Center Alliance(CSCA)显示文摘Background and purpose Guidelines recommend dysphagia screening to identify those at high risk of pneumonia.However,little is known about the prevalence and predictors of dysphagia screening and pneumonia among patients with acute ischaemic stroke in China.Methods Using data from the Chinese Stroke Center Alliance,which is a multicentre,prospective,consecutive patient enrolment programme,univariate and multivariate analyses were conducted to identify patient and hospital characteristics associated with dysphagia screening and pneumonia during acute hospitalisation.Results Of 790811 patients admitted to 1476 hospitals,622718(78.7%)underwent dysphagia screening,and 64398(8.1%)developed pneumonia.Patients in stroke units were more likely to be screened for dysphagia than those not in stroke units(OR 1.50;95%CI 1.48 to 1.52),while patients with a past history of stroke were less likely to be screened(OR 0.87;95%CI 0.86 to 0.88).Dysphagia screening(OR 1.46;95%CI 1.30 to 1.65),dysphagia(OR 7.31;95%CI 7.15 to 7.46),and admission to stroke units(OR 1.17;95%CI 1.14 to 1.19)were significantly associated with a greater risk of pneumonia.Conclusions Dysphagia was a critical factor in the development of pneumonia.Nearly one in five patients with acute ischaemic stroke in the Chinese Stroke Center Alliance were not screened for dysphagia.Pneumonia prevention during acute hospitalisation is dependent not only on dysphagia screening but also on the effectiveness of subsequent dysphagia management interventions.Further studies are needed to elucidate the relationship between dysphagia screening,stroke unit care and pneumonia in patients with acute ischaemic stroke.Jianshu Liang Zhike Yin Zixiao Li Hongqiu Gu Kaixuan Yang Yunyun Xiong Yongjun Wang Chunjuan Wang 2022Stroke & Vascular Neurology2022,7,4:5
11Large chromosomal segment deletions by CRISPR/LbCpf1-mediated multiplex gene editing in soybean显示文摘The creation of new soybean varieties has been limited by genomic duplication and redundancy.Efficient multiplex gene editing and large chromosomal segment deletion through clustered regularly interspaced palindromic repeats(CRISPR)/CRISPR-associated protein(Cas)systems are promising strategies for overcoming these obstacles.CRISPR/Cpf1 is a robust tool for multiplex gene editing.However,large chromosomal excision mediated by CRISPR/Cpf1 has been reported in only a few non-plant species.Here,we report on CRISPR/LbCpf1-induced large chromosomal segment deletions in soybean using multiplex gene targeting.The CRISPR/LbCpf1 system was optimized for direct repeat and guide RNA lengths in crispr RNA(crRNA)array.The editing efficiency was evaluated using LbCpf1 driven by the CaMV35S and soybean ubiquitin promoter.The optimized system exhibited editing efficiencies of up to 91.7%.Our results showed eight gene targets could be edited simultaneously in one step when a single eight-gRNA-target crRNA array was employed,with an efficiency of up to 17.1%.We successfully employed CRISPR/LbCpf1 to produce small fragments(<1 Kb)and large chromosomal segment deletions(10 Kb-1 Mb)involving four different gene clusters in soybean.Together,these data demonstrate the power of the CRISPR/LbCpf1 platform for multiplex gene editing and chromosomal segment deletion in soybean,supporting the use of this technology in both basic research and agricultural applications.Kaixuan Duan Yuanyuan Cheng Jing Ji Chenchen Wang Yongshu Wei Yuanchao Wang 2021Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2021,63,9:5

13Development and test of an electric precision seeder for small-size vegetable seeds显示文摘An electric seeder for small-size vegetable seeds was designed based on the power drive and the optical fiber detection technology.The seeder is driven by electric power during the sowing process.At the same time,using the fiber sensor technology to monitor the sowing condition,the seeder is more efficient with high seeding precision in terms of different seed sizes.In order to achieve the precision seeding for the 2-10 mm seeds,the driving motor is equipped in the rear crackle.The power drive reduces pollution and dyeing.Also the other components of the electric seeder were modularly designed.The seeder was designed with buckle,which could be quickly disassembled on the sowing machine to replace the sowing wheel.It can quickly adjust row spacing and sowing depth during sowing process to meet the requirements of agricultural planting.Field test was carried out for coriander,pakchoi,and radish on the accuracy and monitoring of the system,respectively.The results showed that during the field operation,the sowing precision of the sowing machine was 95%.When the seeder worked at the speeds of 3 km/h and 4 km/h,the relative error of the monitoring precision of the system was less than 6%.This system can meet the real-time monitoring requirements of the seed metering device and improve the quality of the sowing work.Xin Jin Qianwen Li Kaixuan Zhao Bo Zhao Zhitao He Zhaomei Qiu 2019International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2019,12,2:4
14CuS nanoplatelets arrays grown on graphene nanosheets as advanced electrode materials for supercapacitor applications显示文摘CuS nanoplatelets arrays grown on graphene nanosheets are successfully synthesized via a facile lowtemperature solvothermal reaction with graphene oxide(GO), CH_3 CSNH_2 and Cu(CH_3 COO)_2·H_2O as the reactants. CH_3CSNH_2 plays an important role in being the reducing agent for GO and the sulfur source of CuS. Supercapacitive performance of the graphene/CuS nanocomposite as active electrode materials has been evaluated by cyclic voltammetry, galvanostatic charge-discharge and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy measurements. The results indicate that graphene/CuS electrode delivers a high capacitance of 497.8 F g^(-1) at a current density of 0.2 A g^(-1), which outperforms bare CuS electrode. 15Long-term gravity changes in Chinese mainland from GRACE and ground-based gravity measurements显示文摘A long-term (9 years) gravity change in Chinese mainland is obtained on the basis of observations of the ground-based national gravity network. The result shows several features that may be related to some large-scale groundwater pumping in North China, glacier-water flow and storage in Tianshan region, and pre-seismic gravity changes of the 2008 Ms8.0 Wenchuan earthquake, which are spatially similar to co-seismic changes but reversed in sign. 16Effect of age on the pharmacokinetics of polymorphic nimodipine in rats after oral administration显示文摘The previous investigation has proved that their existed pharmacokinetic difference between the different crystal forms of the polymorphic drugs after oral administration.However,no systemic investigations have been made on the change of this pharmacokinetic difference,resulted either from the physiological or from the pathological factors.In this paper,we used polymorphic nimodipine(Nim) as a model drug and investigated the effect of age difference(2- and 9-month old) on the pharmacokinetics after oral delivery in rats.As the results shown,for L-form of Nim(L-Nim),the AUC0–24 hin 2-month-old rats was 343.68747.15 ng h/m L,which is 23.36% higher than that in 9-month-old rats.For H-form of Nim(H-Nim),the AUC0–24 hin 2-monthold rats was 140.91719.47 ng h/m L,which is 54.64% higher than that in 9-month-old rats.The AUC0–24 h ratio between H-Nim and L-Nim was 2.44 in 2-month-old rats and 3.06 in 9-month-old rats.Since age difference could result in unparallelled change of the absorption and bioavailability of the polymorphic drugs,the results in this experiment are of value for further investigation of crystal form selection in clinical trials and rational clinical application of the polymorphic drugs.Wenli Liu Xiaona Wang Ruilian Chen Kaixuan Zhang Yao Li Yi Li Duanyun Si Junbo Gong Dianshu Yin Yongli Wang Zhenping Wei Mingshi Yang 2016Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2016,6,5:3
17The influence of Stokes drift on oil spills:Sanchi oil spill case显示文摘Spilled oil floats and travels across the water’s surface under the influence of wind,currents,and wave action.Wave-induced Stokes drift is an important physical process that can affect surface water particles but that is currently absent from oil spill analyses.In this study,two methods are applied to determine the velocity of Stokes drift,the first calculates velocity from the wind-related formula based upon a one-dimensional frequency spectrum,while the second determines velocity directly from the wave model that was based on a twodimensional spectrum.The experimental results of numerous models indicated that:(1)oil simulations that include the influence of Stokes drift are more accurate than that those do not;(2)for medium and long-term simulations longer than two days or more,Stokes drift is a significant factor that should not be ignored,and its magnitude can reach about 2%of the wind speed;(3)the velocity of Stokes drift is related to the wind but is not linear.Therefore,Stokes drift cannot simply be replaced or substituted by simply increasing the wind drift factor,which can cause errors in oil spill projections;(4)the Stokes drift velocity obtained from the two-dimensional wave spectrum makes the oil spill simulation more accurate.Yiqiu Yang Yan Li Juan Li Jingui Liu Zhiyi Gao Kaixuan Guo Han Yu 2021Acta Oceanologica Sinica2021,40,10:3

19Changes in Soil Enzyme Activity and Nutrient Content in Different Years of Continuous Cropping Tobacco Fields显示文摘In order to find out changes in the main fertility indicators of continuous cropping tobacco fields in Henan Province with years of continuous cropping,5 typical tobacco fields( Jia County,Shaoling District,Fangcheng County,Xiangcheng County,and Song County) were studied. Indicators in question included activity of main enzymes( sucrase,urease,catalase,and acid phosphatase),p H value,organic matters,total nitrogen,available phosphorus and available potassium. The results indicate that in most tobacco fields,the activity of sucrase and urease increased in two years of continuous cropping,later,it showed a declining trend with increase in years of continuous cropping; in some fields,it directly declined with increase in years of continuous cropping; the activity of catalase increased in two years of continuous cropping,later,it showed a declining trend with increase in years of continuous cropping,and it became stable after three years of continuous cropping;generally,the activity of acid phosphatase declined with increase in the years of continuous cropping within 3 years continuous cropping,later,it became stable. Except Fangcheng County,the soil p H value of other districts( counties) generally declined with increase in years of continuous cropping,and it was in the range of 5. 6-6. 8. With the increase in continuous cropping,the soil organic matters( SOM) in tobacco fields of Jia County and Song County declined,changes of SOM in tobacco fields of Fangcheng County and Xiangcheng County were not obvious,and SOM showed the trend of first decline then rise in Shaoling District. In most tobacco fields( Jia County,Xiangcheng County,and Song County),the total nitrogen showed a declining trend; in Shaoling District,it showed a trend of first decline then rise; in Fangcheng County,it showed a rising trend. The available phosphorus firstly slightly declined then rose in tobacco fields of Shaoling District and Song County; it showed a trend of first rise then decline in Jia County; there were no obvious changes in Fangcheng County and Xiangcheng County. Changes in the available potassium were different in tobacco fields. In sum,there are certain rules for changes in soil enzyme activity and nutrient content in tobacco fields in Henan Province,but changes are not completely the same. It is concluded that the site conditions and farming activities exert a certain influence on soil enzyme activity,p H value,organic matters,and nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium content. 20从早期小细胞肺癌患者中选择以手术作为局部治疗的候选者:基于人群的分析显示文摘背景与目的手术和放疗被认为是治疗小细胞肺癌(small cell lung cancer,SCLC)的局部疗法。本研究旨在基于'第8版肺癌TNM分期指南',在I或II期SCLC患者中选择接受手术作为局部治疗的候选者。方法从监测、流行病学和最终结果(Surveillance, Epidemiology and End Results,SEER)数据库中选择在2004年至2013年间被诊断为SCLC的患者。根据'第8版肺癌TNM分期指南',对这些SCLC患者的TNM分期进行了重新分类。I或II期SCLC患者被纳入本研究。在不同TNM分期中分别比较接受手术和放疗作为局部治疗的患者间的总生存(overall survival,OS)和肺癌特异性生存(lung cancer-specific survival,LCSS)。多因素分析用于评价与生存相关的多种因素。结果在纳入本研究的2129例患者中,387例(18.2%)接受了手术治疗,1032例(48.5%)接受了放疗作为局部治疗,154例(7.2%)接受了手术和放疗,556例(26.1%)未接受任何手术或放疗。在T1–2N0期(肿瘤大小≤50 mm,无阳性淋巴结)患者中,接受手术的患者5年OS和LCSS率高于接受放疗的患者(T1N0:46.0?%vs. 23.8%,P <0.001,58.4%vs. 36.4%,P <0.001;T2N0:42.6%vs. 24.7%,P=0.004,48.8%vs. 31.3%,P=0.011)。多因素分析结果显示,手术与低死亡风险相关。然而,在T3N0或T1–2N1(IIB期)SCLC患者中,接受手术的患者5年OS和LCSS率并未高于接受放疗的患者(T3N0:16.2%vs. 26.5%,P=0.085,28.7%vs. 30.9%,P=0.372;T1–2N1:20.3%vs. 29.0%,P=0.146,25.6%vs. 35.5%,P=0.064)。结论基于绝大多数接受手术或放疗的I或II期SCLC患者也接受了特定类型的全身治疗的假设,只有T1–2N0期SCLC患者可以从作为局部治疗的手术中获益。T3N0或T1–2N1期SCLC患者可考虑将放疗作为局部治疗。Kaiqi Jin Kaixuan Zhang Feng Zhou Jie Dai Peng Zhang Gening Jiang 2018癌症2018,37,10:2
