1基于高斯过程建模的物联网数据不确定性度量与预测显示文摘物联网已经成为农业大数据最重要的数据源之一,自动观测数据的质量控制对农业生产分析以及基础科研数据应用非常重要。针对农业物联网观测的一类非平稳时间序列数据中的数据缺失、野值剔除、感知故障预警和长时间预测等问题,采用光滑弱假设高斯先验,构建了基于高斯过程的自回归模型表征的动态系统,并通过样本集学习,形成能考虑噪声干扰的传感变化规律建模,并可提供预测误差带用于预测数据的不确定性度量。针对原始数据的缺失和野值问题,采用基于高斯过程的短期预测,可补齐缺失数据,利用其不确定性度量可甄别数据野值,进行野值剔除与替换,并在此基础上判断感知故障;给出了基于输入数据不确定性传播的多步迭代预测方法,使长期预测仍可以跟踪农业数据的动态轨迹,并可为其预测值提供不确定性度量;将温室采集的真实传感数据用于分析试验,验证了高斯过程用于服务器端的农业时间序列数据采集质量控制的可行性。苑进 胡敏 Kesheng Wang 刘雪美 侯加林 米庆华 2015农业机械学报2015,46,5:15
2Landslide identification using machine learning显示文摘Landslide identification is critical for risk assessment and mitigation.This paper proposes a novel machinelearning and deep-learning method to identify natural-terrain landslides using integrated geodatabases.First,landslide-related data are compiled,including topographic data,geological data and rainfall-related data.Then,three integrated geodatabases are established;namely,Recent Landslide Database(Rec LD),Relict Landslide Database(Rel LD)and Joint Landslide Database(JLD).After that,five machine learning and deep learning algorithms,including logistic regression(LR),support vector machine(SVM),random forest(RF),boosting methods and convolutional neural network(CNN),are utilized and evaluated on each database.A case study in Lantau,Hong Kong,is conducted to demonstrate the application of the proposed method.From the results of the case study,CNN achieves an identification accuracy of 92.5%on Rec LD,and outperforms other algorithms due to its strengths in feature extraction and multi dimensional data processing.Boosting methods come second in terms of accuracy,followed by RF,LR and SVM.By using machine learning and deep learning techniques,the proposed landslide identification method shows outstanding robustness and great potential in tackling the landslide identification problem.Haojie Wang Limin Zhang Kesheng Yin Hongyu Luo Jinhui Li 2021Geoscience Frontiers2021,12,1:8
3Recovery of Ferric Oxide from Bayer Red Mud by Reduction Roasting-Magnetic Separation Process显示文摘A great amount of red mud generated from alumina production by Bayer process was considered as a low-grade iron ore with a grade of 5wt% to 30wt% iron.We adopted the reduction roastingmagnetic separation process to recover ferric oxide from red mud.The red mud samples were processed by reduction roasting,grinding and magnetic separating respectively.The effects of different parameters on the recovery rate of iron were studied in detail.The optimum techqicalparameters were proposed with 700 ℃roasting for 20 min,as 50wt% carbon and 4wt% additive were added.The experimentalresults indicated that the iron recovery and the grade of totaliron were 91% and 60%,respectively.A novelprocess is applicable to recover ferric oxide from the red mud waste fines.刘艳杰 ZUO Kesheng YANG Guang SHANG Zhe ZHANG Jianbin 2016Journal of Wuhan University of Technology(Materials Science)2016,31,2:6

5Effects of P+Cr complex modification and solidification conditions on microstmcture of hypereutectic Al-Si alloys by wedge-shaped copper mould casting显示文摘Large and segregated primary Si particles may drastically decrease the mechanical properties of Al-Si alloys. To solve this problem, a P-Cr complex modif ier was added into the alloy, and the effects of P-Cr complex modification and solidification conditions on the microstructure of hypereutectic Al-Si alloys casting produced in wedge-shaped copper mould were studied. The thermal analysis technique was applied to calculate the cooling rate during solidification. The microstructures were observed by means of optical and scanning electron microscopies. Results showed that the primary Si segregates in the as-cast hypereutectic Al-Si alloys. The segregation of primary Si can be inhibited by adding a P+Cr complex modif ier and increasing the cooling rate during solidif ication. The ref inement of primary Si particles by P+Cr complex modif ication is due to the formation of CrS i2 and AlP particles which act as the heterogeneous nuclei for the primary Si phase. 13Time-varying Reliability Analysis of Long-span Continuous Rigid Frame bridge under Cantilever Construction Stage based on the Monitored Strain Data显示文摘In general,the material properties,loads,resistance of the prestressed concrete continuous rigid frame bridge in different construction stages are time-varying.So,it is essential to monitor the internal force state when the bridge is in construction.Among them,how to assess the safety is one of the challenges.As the continuous monitoring over a long-term period can increase the reliability of the assessment,so,based on a large number of monitored strain data collected from the structural health monitoring system(SHMS)during construction,a calculation method of the punctiform time-varying reliability is proposed in this paper to evaluate the stress state of this type bridge in cantilever construction stage by using the basic reliability theory.At the same time,the optimal stress distribution function in the bridge mid-span base plate is determined when the bridge is closed.This method can provide basis and direction for the internal force control of this type bridge in construction process.So,it can reduce the bridge safety and quality accidents in construction stages.Yinghua Li Kesheng Peng Lurong Cai Junyong He 2020Journal of Architectural Environment & Structural Engineering Research2020,3,1:1
