1Broaching Performance of Superalloy GH4169 Based on FEM显示文摘The nickel-based superalloy GH4169 is an important material for high temperature applications in the aerospace industry. However, due to its poor machinability, GH4169 is hard to be cut and generates saw-tooth chips during high speed machining, which could significantly affect the dynamic cutting force, cutting temperature fluctuation, tool life, and the surface integrity of the parts. In this paper, the saw-tooth chip formation mechanism of superalloy GH4169 was investigated by the elasto-viscoplastic finite element method (FEM). Using the finite element software of ABAQUS/Explicit, the deformation of the part during high speed machining was simulated. The effective plastic strain, the temperature field, the stress distribution, and the cutting force were analyzed to determine the influence of the cutting parameters on the saw-tooth chip formation. 3Continuous Cooling Bainite Transformation Characteristics of a Low Carbon Microalloyed Steel under the Simulated Welding Thermal Cycle Process显示文摘Continuous cooling transformation of a low carbon microalloyed steel was investigated after it was subjected to the simulation welding thermal cycle process and the interrupted cooling test.Microstructure observation was performed by optical microscopy and transmission electron microscopy.On the basis of the dilatometric data and microstructure observation,the continuous cooling transformation(CCT) diagram was determined,which showed that the main microstructure changes from a mixture of lath martensite and bainitic ferrite to full granular bainite with the increase in the cooling time t_(8/5) from 10 to 600 s,accompanied with a decrease in the microhardness.The interrupted cooling test confirmed that the bainitic ferrite can form attached to grain boundaries at the beginning of transformation even if the final microstructure contains a mixture of granular bainite and bainitic ferrite.Xiangwei Kong Chunlin Qiu 2013Journal of Materials Science & Technology2013,29,5:3
4SECURE STEGANOGRAPHY BASED ON BINARY PARTICLE SWARM OPTIMIZATION显示文摘The objective of steganography is to hide message securely in cover objects for secret communication.How to design a secure steganographic algorithm is still major challenge in this re-search field.In this letter,developing secure steganography is formulated as solving a constrained IP(Integer Programming) problem,which takes the relative entropy of cover and stego distributions as the objective function.Furthermore,a novel method is introduced based on BPSO(Binary Particle Swarm Optimization) for achieving the optimal solution of this programming problem.Experimental results show that the proposed method can achieve excellent performance on preserving neighboring co-occurrence features for JPEG steganography.Guo Yanqing Kong Xiangwei You Xingang 2009Journal of Electronics(China)2009,26,2:2

9Contextual modeling on auxiliary points for robust image reranking显示文摘Image reranking is an effective post-processing step to adjust the similarity order in image retrieval. As key components of initialized ranking lists, top-ranked neighborhoods of a given query usually play important roles in constructing dissimilarity measure. However, the number of pertinent candidates varies with respect to different queries. Thus the images with short lists of ground truth suffer from insufficient contextual information. It consequently introduces noises when using k-nearest neighbor rule to define the context. In order to alleviate this problem, this paper proposes auxiliary points which are added as assistant neighbors in an unsupervised manner. These extra points act on revealing implicit similarity in the metric space and clustering matched image pairs. By isometrically embedding each constructed metric space into the Euclidean space, the image relationships on underlying topological manifolds are locally represented by distance descriptions. Furthermore, by combining Jaccard index with our auxiliary points, we present a contextual modeling on auxiliary points ( CMAP ) method for image reranking. With richer contextual activations, the Jaccard similarity coefficient defined by local distribution achieves more reliable outputs as well as more stable parameters. 10A PRIVACY-PRESERVING AUTHENTICATION SCHEME USING BIOMETRICS FOR PERVASIVE COMPUTING ENVIRONMENTS显示文摘In pervasive computing environments,users can get services anytime and anywhere,but the ubiquity and mobility of the environments bring new security challenges.The user and the service provider do not know each other in advance,they should mutually authenticate each other.The service provider prefers to authenticate the user based on his identity while the user tends to stay anonymous.Privacy and security are two important but seemingly contradictory objectives.As a result,a user prefers not to expose any sensitive information to the service provider such as his physical location,ID and so on when being authenticated.In this paper,a highly flexible mutual authentication and key establishment protocol scheme based on biometric encryption and Diffie-Hellman key exchange to secure interactions between a user and a service provider is proposed.Not only can a user's anonymous authentication be achieved,but also the public key cryptography operations can be reduced by adopting this scheme.Different access control policies for different services are enabled by using biometric encryption technique.The correctness of the proposed authentication and key establishment protocol is formally verified based on SVO logic.Yao Lin Kong Xiangwei Wu Guowei Fan Qingna Lin Chi 2010Journal of Electronics(China)2010,27,1:1
11Application of Instantaneous Rotational Speed to Detect Gearbox Faults Based on Double Encoders显示文摘Considerable studies have been carried out on fault diagnosis of gears, with most of them concentrated on conventional vibration analysis. However, besides the complexity of gear dynamics, the diagnosis results in terms of vibration signal are easily misjudged owing to the interference of sensor position or other components. In this paper, an alternative gearbox fault detection method based on the instantaneous rotational speed is proposed because of its advantages over vibration analysis. Depending on the timer/counter-based method for the pulse signal of the optical encoder, the varying rotational speed can be obtained e ectively. Owing to the coupling and meshing of gears in transmission, the excitations are the same for the instantaneous rotational speed of the input and output shafts. Thus, the di erential signal of instantaneous rotational speeds can be adopted to eliminate the e ect of the interference excitations and extract the associated feature of the localized fault e ectively. With the experiments on multistage gearbox test system, the di erential signal of instantaneous speeds is compared with other signals. It is proved that localized faults in the gearbox generate small angular speed fluctuations, which are measurable with an optical encoder. 12AUTOMATIC FAST CLASSIFICATION OF PRODUCT-IMAGES WITH CLASS-SPECIFIC DESCRIPTOR显示文摘To achieve online automatic classification of product is a great need of e-commerce de-velopment. By analyzing the characteristics of product images, we proposed a fast supervised image classifier which is based on class-specific Pyramid Histogram Of Words (PHOW) descriptor and Im-age-to-Class distance (PHOW/I2C). In the training phase, the local features are densely sampled and represented as soft-voting PHOW descriptors, and then the class-specific descriptors are built with the means and variances of distribution of each visual word in each labelled class. For online testing, the normalized chi-square distance is calculated between the descriptor of query image and each class-specific descriptor. The class label corresponding to the least I2C distance is taken as the final winner. 13Fault diagnosis of bearings based on deep separable convolutional neural network and spatial dropout显示文摘Bearing pitting,one of the common faults in mechanical systems,is a research hotspot in both academia and industry.Traditional fault diagnosis methods for bearings are based on manual experience with low diagnostic efficiency.This study proposes a novel bearing fault diagnosis method based on deep separable convolution and spatial dropout regularization.Deep separable convolution extracts features from the raw bearing vibration signals,during which a 3×1 convolutional kernel with a one-step size selects effective features by adjusting its weights.The similarity pruning process of the channel convolution and point convolution can reduce the number of parameters and calculation quantities by evaluating the size of the weights and removing the feature maps of smaller weights.The spatial dropout regularization method focuses on bearing signal fault features,improving the independence between the bearing signal features and enhancing the robustness of the model.A batch normalization algorithm is added to the convolutional layer for gradient explosion control and network stability improvement.To validate the effectiveness of the proposed method,we collect raw vibration signals from bearings in eight different health states.The experimental results show that the proposed method can effectively distinguish different pitting faults in the bearings with a better accuracy than that of other typical deep learning methods.Jiqiang ZHANG Xiangwei KONG Xueyi LI Zhiyong HU Liu CHENG Mingzhu YU 2022Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2022,35,10:1

20AMENDATORY DEFINITION OF SECURITY FOR STEGANOGRAPHIC SYSTEM显示文摘The security of steganographic system is significant in this research field. The security defined by relative entropy D (P C || PS )is widely cited to measure the security of different steg-anographic systems. However,two examples are presented to show that some limitations exist in Cachin’s definition. Based on the analysis of a basal hypothesis testing problem,a very useful con-clusion can be drawn to define the security of steganographic system. According to the above illation,an amendatory definition is presented based on the probability of the empirical probability distribution.
