1Genetic testing and PGD for unexplained recurrent fetal malformations with MAGEL2 gene mutation显示文摘Birth defects are caused by multiple factors,such as chromosome abnormality,environmental factors,and maternal factors.In this study,we focused on exploring the genetic causes of a non-consanguineous couple who suffered from four times of unsuccessful pregnancy due to unexplained recurrent fetal malformations with similar symptoms and normal chromosome copy number variations.Using trio-whole exome sequencing(trio-WES) for this couple and one of the affected fetuses,we found a mutation,c.1996 delC on the maternal imprinted gene MAGEL2 that was carried by the affected fetus and husband,leading to Schaaf-Yang syndrome.To screen this mutation,we further performed preimplantation genetic diagnosis(PGD) strategy followed by a gene pedigree validation and pathogenicity analysis.After the transfer of a PGD-screened embryo,a normal newborn without previous abnormal symptoms was born(February 15,2019).We present the first data that identified a pathogenic gene(MAGEL2 c.1996 delC) in a fetus with Schaaf-Yang syndrome in the EAS(East Asian) database and overcame this genetic defect by using processed PGD for this couple based on the WES results.Wei Guo Yanli Nie Zhiqiang Yan Xiaohui Zhu Yuqian Wang Shuo Guan Ying Kuo Wenxin Zhang Xu Zhi Yuan Wei Liying Yan Jie Qiao 2019Science China(Life Sciences)2019,62,7:4

3The Synthesis of 7-[1-Aza-2-(dimethylamino)vinyl]-4-methylhydroquinolin-2-ones and their Isomerism in Different Solvents显示文摘The reaction of 7-amino-4-methyl-2(1H)-quinolone 1 and its 6-methyl derivative 2 with Vilsmeier reagent (DMF and POCl3) afforded 7-[1-aza-2-(dimethylamino)vinyl]-4-methyl- hydro- quinolin-2-one 3 and 7-[1-aza-2-(dimethylamino)vinyl]-4,6-dimethylhydroquinolin- 2-one 4, respec-tively. 1H-NMR analysis in different solvents indicated that isomerism occurred due to hindered rotation around the (CH3)2N-C:N σ-bond. 6In situ construction of ligand nano-network to integrin αvβ3 for angiogenesis inhibition显示文摘Angiogenesis occurs during the process of tumor growth,invasion and metastasis,and is essential for the survival of solid tumors.As an integrin significantly ove rexpressed in human tumor vascular endothelial cells,αvβ3 is a suitable targeting site for anti-angiogenesis of tumor.We designed and prepared a selfassembling peptide(SAP)with the ability to targeting αvβ3 and self-assembly.SAP formed nanoparticles in solution and transformed into nanofibrous network once specifically binding to integrin αvβ3 on the surface of human umbilical vein endothelial cells(HUVECs).The SAP network stably anchored on HUVECs over 24h,which consequently resulted in high-efficient inhibition of vascularization.In vitro anti-angiogenesis experiment displayed that the inhibition rate of tube-formation reached 94.9%.In vivo anti-angiogenesis array based on chick chorioallantoic membrane(CAM)model exhibited that the SAP had an inhibition rate up to 63.1%.These results indicated the outstanding anti-angiogenic ability of SAP,potentially for tumor therapy.Ziming Chen Kuo Zhang Jiaqi Fan Yu Fan Chao Yang Wen Tian Yuan Li Wenliang Li Jingping Zhang Hao Wang Lei Wang 2020Chinese Chemical Letters2020,31,12:2
7Thermal Insulation Materials of Alumina Based Porous Ceramics显示文摘Significant energy saving effects can be made through the improvement of furnace refractories,especially the thermal insulation refractories. In this study,the preparation and the application of different alumina based porous ceramics were briefly introduced. Alumina based porous ceramics were prepared combined foaming method with gelcasting,sol- gel process or cement curing process. The influences of different preparation methods on the sintering shrinkage, porosity, phase composition, microstructure, compressive strength and thermal conductivity were discussed. Alumina based porous ceramics with relatively high strength and low thermal conductivity could be obtained through the above mentioned methods.
