1Changes in Lignin Content and Activity of Related Enzymes in the Endocarp During the Walnut Shell Development Period显示文摘Lignification was observed using the phloroglucinol–HCl method and the content of lignin,cellulose,and polyphenol and the activity of related enzymes were measured during development with the materials of walnut of ‘Zanmei' and ‘Zhenzhuxiang'.Results showed that lignification occurred at the beginning of June,initially took shape in mid-June and finished in late July.From shell lignification to harvest,the concentrations of lignin,cellulose,and phenolic content increased before harvest,but phenolic content decreased slightly.The activities of both POD and PAL decreased and PPO varied somewhat.Correlation analysis showed lignin content to be significantly positively correlated with the cellulose content.Phenolic content had a significant positive correlation with that of lignin.Phenolic content was positively correlated with cellulose.The activity of POD had a significant negative correlation with lignin,cellulose,and phenolic content,but it was positively correlated with the activity of PAL.ZHAO Shugang WEN Jing WANG Hongxia ZHANG Zhihua LI Xibo 2016Horticultural Plant Journal2016,2,3:11

3Understanding the improved performance of sulfur-doped interconnected carbon microspheres for Na-ion storage显示文摘As one of the low-cost energy storage systems,Na-ion batteries(NIBs)have received tremendous attention.However,the performance of current anode materials still cannot meet the requirements of NIBs.In our work,we obtain sulfur-doped interconnected carbon microspheres(S-CSs)via a simple hydrothermal method and subsequent sulfurizing treatment.Our S-CSs exhibit an ultrahigh reversible capacity of 520 mAh g^(-1) at 100 mA g^(-1) after 50 cycles and an excellent rate capability of 257 mAh g^(-1),even at a high current density of 2 A g^(-1).The density functional theory calculations demonstrate that sulfur doping in carbon favors the adsorption of Na atom during the sodiation process,which is accountable for the performance enhancement.Furthermore,we also utilize operando Raman spectroscopy to analyze the electrochemical reaction of our S-CSs,which further highlights the sulfur doping in improving Na-ion storage performance.Xinran Yuan Siming Chen Jinliang Li Junpeng Xie Genghua Yan Botian Liu Xibo Li Rui Li Likun Pan Wenjie Mai 2021Carbon Energy2021,3,4:3

5Mechanical Properties of Sea Water Sea Sand Coral Concrete Modified with Different Cement and Fiber Types显示文摘The mechanical properties of modified sea water sea sand coral concrete(SWSSCC)under axial compression were experimentally studied.Two different parameters were considered in this test:types of cement and fiber.An experimental campaign was developed involving uniaxial compression tests and the use of digital image correlation(DIC)method to analyze the strain distribution and crack propagation of specimen.Test results indicated that the compressive strength and elastic modulus of SWSSCC were improved by adding stainless steel fibers(SSF),while polypropylene fibers(PF)enhanced the SWSSCC peak deformation.It was found that the elastic modulus and strength of SWSSCC using ordinary Portland cement(OPC)were higher compared to specimen with low alkalinity sulphoaluminate cement(LAS).Typical strain distribution changed with the variation of fiber types.The propagation and characteristics of cracks in SWSSCC containing PF were similar to those of cracks in SWSSCC.However,the propagation of cracks and the development of plastic deformation in SWSSCC were effectively hindered by adopting SSF.Finally,an analytical stress-strain expression of specimen considering the influences of fibers was established.The obtained results would provide a basis for the application of SWSSCC.Xibo Qi Yijie Huang Xiaowei Li Zhenhua Hu Jingwei Ying Dayong Li 2020Journal of Renewable Materials2020,8,8:2

14Periodic continuum solvation model integrated with first-principles calculations for solid surfaces显示文摘The structural and reactivity properties of the solute in aqueous solution are vital in chemistry and condensed matter physics. In order to understand the detailed adsorption structures and reaction processes on the solid surfaces or liquid/solid interfaces, the solvation effect should be considered in the realistic first-principle calculation. In this work, a periodic continuum solvation model(PCSM) was implemented into a mixed Gaussian and plane-wave density functional theory(DFT) program, CP2K/Quickstep. The reliability of such approach is carefully examined for several typical systems. The results exhibit that the current application can give the accurate solvation energy and reaction pathway for the clusters compared with the available theoretical and experimental ones. We further extend the application to water adsorption on the periodic slab systems, such as metal and semiconductor surface systems. 18Cyber Hierarchy Multiscale Integrated Energy Management of Intelligent Hybrid Electric Vehicles显示文摘The full-lifespan management concept provides a new pathway to seeking solutions from macro-application scenarios to micro-mechanism levels.This paper presents a cyber hierarchy multiscale optimal control method for multiple intelligent hybrid vehicles to fully release the potentials of vehicle components while guaranteeing driving safety and stability.It can be generally divided into the cyber intelligent driving system on the cyber-end and the intelligent vehicle system on the vehicle-end.On the cyber-end,the state information of the surrounding vehicles is transmitted via the Vehicle-to-Everything structure and further processed in the cloud platform to generate future driving behaviors based on a car-following theory.On the vehicle-end,an optimized control sequence for vehicle components at micro-levels is derived by incorporating a physics-informed neural network model for battery health prediction.The results show that global optimization needs high coupling between the macro-and micro-physical processes.By introducing the genetic algorithm for time smoothing,the improved driving strategy is capable of macro-and micro-coupling,and thus improves the controllable performance in time series.Moreover,this method spans the complexity of space,time,and chemistry,enhances the interpretation performance of machine learning,and slows down the battery aging in the process of multiscale optimization.Yanfei Gao Shichun Yang Xibo Wang Wei Li Qinggao Hou Qin Cheng 2022Automotive Innovation2022,5,4:0
19The Coupling Coordination Evolution Research of Economy - Ecology - Society System in Xinjiang:Based on the Interaction Perspective of Water Resources显示文摘Under the water resources perspective,coupling coordination of economy-ecology-society system in Xinjiang was taken as the research object. By building the coupling evaluation index system of the water resources-economy-ecology-society system,quantitative evaluation and analysis of the coupling coordination of the water resources-economy-ecology-society system from 2001 to 2014 were conducted. The results showed that benefit indexes of economic system and social system grew rapidly,while benefit indexes of water resources system and ecosystem fluctuated smoothly from 2001 to 2014; coupling state of the whole system was at rival stage,and coupling coordination was reluctant coordination type,and the coupling index was slightly higher than the coupling coordination index. 20Evaluating the performance of genomic selection on purebred population by incorporating crossbred data in pigs显示文摘Genomic selection(GS)has been widely used in livestock,which greatly accelerated the genetic progress of complex traits.The population size was one of the significant factors affecting the prediction accuracy,while it was limited by the purebred population.Compared to directly combining two uncorrelated purebred populations to extend the reference population size,it might be more meaningful to incorporate the correlated crossbreds into reference population for genomic prediction.In this study,we simulated purebred offspring(PAS and PBS)and crossbred offspring(CAB)base on real genotype data of two base purebred populations(PA and PB),to evaluate the performance of genomic selection on purebred while incorporating crossbred information.The results showed that selecting key crossbred individuals via maximizing the expected genetic relationship(REL)was better than the other methods(individuals closet or farthest to the purebred population,CP/FP)in term of the prediction accuracy.Furthermore,the prediction accuracy of reference populations combining PA and CAB was significantly better only based on PA,which was similar to combine PA and PAS.Moreover,the rank correlation between the multiple of the increased relationship(MIR)and reliability improvement was 0.60-0.70.But for individuals with low correlation(Cor(Pi,PA or B),the reliability improvement was significantly lower than other individuals.Our findings suggested that incorporating crossbred into purebred population could improve the performance of genetic prediction compared with using the purebred population only.The genetic relationship between purebred and crossbred population is a key factor determining the increased reliability while incorporating crossbred population in the genomic prediction on pure bred individuals.Jun Zhou Qing Lin Xueyan Feng Duanyang Ren Jinyan Teng Xibo Wu Dan Wu Xiaoke Zhang Xiaolong Yuan Zanmou Chen Jiaqi Li Zhe Zhang Hao Zhang 2024Journal of Integrative Agriculture2024,23,2:0
