Free return orbit design and characteristics analysis for manned lunar mission显示文摘A circumlunar free return orbit design model that satisfies manned lunar mission constraints is established. By combining analytical method with numerical method,a serial orbit design strategy from initial value design to precision solution is proposed. A simulation example is given, and the conclusion indicates that the method has excellent convergence performance and precision. According to a great deal of simulation results solved by the method, the free return orbit characters such as accessible moon orbit parameters, return orbit parameters, transfer delta velocity, etc. are analyzed, which can supply references to constitute manned lunar mission orbit scheme.PENG QiBo SHEN HongXin LI HaiYang 2011Science China(Technological Sciences)2011,54,12:24
Point return orbit design and characteristics analysis for manned lunar mission显示文摘Point return orbit(PRO) of manned lunar mission is constrained by both lunar parking orbit and reentry corridor associated with reentry position.Besides, the fuel consumption and flight time should be economy. The patched conic equations which are adaptive to PRO are derived first, the PRO is modeled with fuel and time constraints based on the design variables of orbit parameters with clear physical meaning. After that,by combining analytical method with numerical method,a serial orbit design strategy from initial value design to precision solution is proposed.Simulation example indicates that the method has excellent convergence performance and precision.According to a great deal of simulation results by the method, the PRO characteristics such as Moon centered orbit parameters,Earth centered orbit parameters, transfer velocity change, etc.are analyzed, which can supply references to the manned lunar mission orbit scheme.SHEN HongXin ZHOU JianPing PENG QiBo LI HaiYang 2012Science China(Technological Sciences)2012,55,9:13
Characteristic model based control of the X-34 reusable launch vehicle in its climbing phase显示文摘In this paper, a characteristic model based longitudinal control design for the trans-aerosphere vehicle X-34 in its transonic and hypersonic climbing phase is proposed. The design is based on the dynamic characteristics of the vehicle and the curves it is to track in this climbing phase. Through a detailed analysis of the aerodynamics and vehicle dynamics during this climbing phase, an explicit description of the tracking curve for the flight path angle is derived. On the basis of this tracking curve, the tracking curves for the two short-period variables, the angle of attack and the pitch rate, are designed. An all-coefficient adaptive controller is then designed, based on the characteristic modeling, to cause these two short-period variables to follow their respective tracking curves. The proposed design does not require multiple working points, making the design procedure simple. Numerical simulation is performed to validate the performance of the controller. The simulation results indicate that the resulting control law ensures that the vehicle climbs up successfully under the restrictions on the pitch angle and overloading.MENG Bin WU HongXin LIN ZongLi LI Guo 2009Science in China(Series F)2009,52,11:12
Multi-objective interplanetary trajectory optimization combining low-thrust propulsion and gravity-assist maneuvers显示文摘To expand mission capabilities needed without a proportional increase in cost or risk for exploration of the solar system, the multiple objective trajectory using low-thrust propulsion and gravity-assist technique is considered.However,low-thrust,gravity-assist trajectories pose significant optimization challenges because of their large design space. Here, the planets are selected as primal scientific mission goals, while the asteroids are selected as secondary scientific mission goals, and a global trajectory optimization problem is introduced and formulated. This multi-objective decision making process is transformed into a bi-level programming problem, where the targets like planets with small subsamples but high weight are optimized in up level, and targets like asteroids with large subsamples but low weight are optimized in down level. Then, the selected solutions for bi-level programming are optimized thanks to a cooperative Differential Evolution(DE) algorithm that is developed from the original DE algorithm;in addition,an sequential quadratic programming(SQP) method is used in low-thrust optimization. This solution approach is successfully applied to the simulation case of the multi-objective trajectory design problem. The results obtained are presented and discussed.SHEN HongXin ZHOU JianPing PENG QiBo LI HaiYang LI JiuTian 2012Science China(Technological Sciences)2012,55,3:8
Efficacy of Lubeikangru formulation in mice with hyperplasia of the mammary glands induced by estrogen and progesterone显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the protective effects of Lubeikangru formula(LF) on hyperplasia of the mammary glands(HMG) induced by estrogen and progesterone in mice.METHODS: Female mice were divided randomly into five groups: normal, model, tamoxifen(3 mg/kg),Rupixiao(900 mg/kg) and LF(900 mg/kg). All mice except those in the normal group were treated sequentially with estradiol and progesterone to induce HMG. From the tenth day of induction, mice in normal and model groups received distilled water and mice in the other groups were given the corresponding drugs by gavage, once a day, for 30 d.At the end of treatment, the mammary glands, ovaries, hypothalamus, and serum was collected for whole-mount and hematoxylin and eosin(HE)staining, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays(ELISAs), or western blotting.RESULTS: Whole-mount and HE staining of mammary glands showed that LF rescued(at least in part) the hyperplasic morphology of the mammary glands, and the number of branch points decreased after LF treatment(P < 0.05). ELISAs revealed that levels of estrogen and progesterone were decreased following LF treatment, whereas levels of gonadotropin-releasing hormone, follicle-stimulating hormone, and luteinizing hormone were increased in serum and tissues. Western blotting confirmed that LF treatment led to a reduction in expression of phosphorylated(p)-Erk, p-p38 and p-c-Jun N-terminal kinase. LF was also confirmed to be safe by acute-toxicity tests.CONCLUSION: LF can protect the mammary glands of mice from estrogen-and progesterone-induced hyperplasia by adjusting hormone levels and regulating the mitogen-activated protein kinase pathway.Sun Li Guo Donghui Liu Qian Xue Yanan Jiang Ning Zheng Hongxin 2019Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2019,39,2:8
Recognition of motor imagery tasks for BCI using CSP and chaotic PSO twin SVM显示文摘Accurate modeling and recognition of the brain activity patterns for reliable communication and interaction are still a challenging task for the motor imagery(MI) brain-computer interface(BCI) system. In this paper, we propose a common spatial pattern(CSP) and chaotic particle swarm optimization(CPSO) twin support vector machine(TWSVM) scheme for classification of MI electroencephalography(EEG). The self-adaptive artifact removal and CSP were used to obtain the most distinguishable features. To improve the recognition results, CPSO was employed to tune the hyper-parameters of the TWSVM classifier. The usefulness of the proposed method was evaluated using the BCI competition IV-IIa dataset. The experimental results showed that the mean recognition accuracy of our proposed method was increased by 5.35%, 4.33%, 0.78%, 1.45%, and 9.26% compared with the CPSO support vector machine(SVM), particle swarm optimization(PSO) TWSVM, linear discriminant analysis(LDA), back propagation(BP) and probabilistic neural network(PNN), respectively. Furthermore, it achieved a faster or comparable central processing unit(CPU) running time over the traditional SVM methods.Li Duan Zhang Hongxin Muhammad Saad Khan Mi Fang 2017The Journal of China Universities of Posts and Telecommunications2017,24,3:7
African Swine Fever Virus Protein E199L Promotes Cell Autophagy through the Interaction of PYCR2显示文摘African swine fever virus(ASFV),as a member of the large DNA viruses, may regulate autophagy and apoptosis by inhibiting programmed cell death. However, the function of ASFV proteins has not been fully elucidated, especially the role of autophagy in ASFV infection. One of three Pyrroline-5-carboxylate reductases(PYCR),is primarily involved in conversion of glutamate to proline.Previous studies have shown that depletion of PYCR2 was related to the induction of autophagy. In the present study,we found for the first time that ASFV E199 L protein induced a complete autophagy process in Vero and HEK-293 T cells.Through co-immunoprecipitation coupled with mass spectrometry(Co IP-MS)analysis,we firstly identified that E199 L interact with PYCR2 in vitro.Importantly, our work provides evidence that E199 L down-regulated the expression of PYCR2,resulting in autophagy activation.Overall, our results demonstrate that ASFV E199 L protein induces complete autophagy through interaction with PYCR2 and down-regulate the expression level of PYCR2,which provide a valuable reference for the role of autophagy during ASFV infection and contribute to the functional clues of PYCR2.Sheng Chen Xinheng Zhang Yu Nie Hongxin Li Weiguo Chen Wencheng Lin Feng Chen Qingmei Xie 2021Virologica Sinica2021,36,2:7
Energy-Efficient Resource Allocation for Small-Cell Networks:A Stable Queue Perspective显示文摘The small-cell technology is promising for spectral-efficiency enhancement. However, it usually requires a huge amount of energy consumption. In this paper, queue state information and channel state information are jointly utilized to minimize the time average of overall energy consumption for a multi-carrier small-cell network, where the inter-cell interference is an intractable problem. Based on the Lyapunov optimization theory, the problem could be solved by dynamically optimizing the problem of user assignment, carrier allocation and power allocation in each time slot. As the optimization problem is NP-hard, we propose a heuristic iteration algorithm to solve it. Numerical results verify that the heuristic algorithm offers an approximate performance as the brute-force algorithm. Moreover, it could bring down the overall energy consumption to different degrees according to the variation of traffic load. Meanwhile, it could achieve the same sum rate as the algorithm which focuses on maximizing system sum rate.Hongxin Wei Wei Feng Yunzhou Li Shidong Zhou 2017China Communications2017,14,10:7
Comparing salinities of 0, 10 and 20 in biofloc genetically improved farmed tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) production systems显示文摘A 150 days(150-d)experiment was carried out to investigate the production efficiency, inorganic nitrogen syndrome and bacteria community of indoor biofloc technology(BFT)systems used to rear genetically improved farmed tilapia(Oreochromis niloticus)under 0(S-0),10(S-10),and 20 salinities(S20).The start-up period for BFT was 50,60 and 80 d for S-0,S-10 and S-20 groups, respectively. At steady state, the total ammonium nitrogen(NH4þ-N)and nitrite nitrogen(NO2-N)were lower than 3.0 mg/L and 0.34 mg/L,respectively and no nitrate-nitrogen(NO3-N)accumulation was observed. The fish survival rate was above 95%for all the groups. The final fish biomass of the S-10 group(35.83±1.08 kg/m^(3))was not significantly different from the S-0(34.79±1.33 kg/m^(3))group but was significantly higher than S-20(32.6±1.04 kg/m3).The feed conversion ratio for the tilapia in S-20 was 1.46,which was higher than the ratio in S-0(1.40)and S-10(1.39)tilapia.There was no significant difference in the crude protein content of the back muscle from tilapia of the three experimental groups. No significant difference in blood parameters, except for aspartate aminotransferase and alkaline phosphatase was observed between the three groups.Evaluation of microorganisms in the three BFT systems revealed that Proteobacteria,Bacteroidetes, and Fusobacteria were the top three at the phylum level in all groups. However,a significant difference was observed at the genus level in the bacteria of the three BFTs at different salinity(P<0.05).©2017 Published by Elsevier B.V.on behalf of Shanghai Ocean University. This is an open access article。Guozhi Luo Wenqing Li Hongxin Tan Xiaoqing Chen 2017Aquaculture and Fisheries2017,2,5:5

Wetting behavior and interfacial characteristic of Sn-Ag-Cu solder alloy on Cu substrate显示文摘Wettability of molten Sn-Ag-Cu alloy on Cu substrate has been determined by sessile drop method, as well as its dependence on time and temperature. It was found that the evolution of contact angle at the alloy’s melting point experienced four different stages. Especially, the contact angle was unstable and fluctuant in stage II, and gradually decreased in stage III mainly due to a chemical reaction between Sn-Ag-Cu alloy and Cu substrate. The contact angle decreased with increasing temperature, but increased slightly at 629 K, for another chemical reaction occurred. Interfacial characteristic has been further investigated by examining the sample’s cross section. Intermetallic compounds of Cu6Sn5 and β-Sn phase were found at the interface of Sn-Ag-Cu/Cu.ZHANG XiaoRui YUAN ZhangFu ZHAO HongXin ZANG LiKun LI JianQiang 2010Chinese Science Bulletin2010,55,9:3
Electromagnetic side-channel attack based on PSO directed acyclic graph SVM显示文摘Machine learning has a powerful potential for performing the template attack(TA) of cryptographic device. To improve the accuracy and time consuming of electromagnetic template attack(ETA), a multi-class directed acyclic graph support vector machine(DAGSVM) method is proposed to predict the Hamming weight of the key. The method needs to generate K(K ? 1)/2 binary support vector machine(SVM) classifiers and realizes the K-class prediction using a rooted binary directed acyclic graph(DAG) testing model. Further, particle swarm optimization(PSO) is used for optimal selection of DAGSVM model parameters to improve the performance of DAGSVM. By exploiting the electromagnetic emanations captured while a chip was implementing the RC4 algorithm in software, the computation complexity and performance of several multi-class machine learning methods, such as DAGSVM, one-versus-one(OVO)SVM, one-versus-all(OVA)SVM, Probabilistic neural networks(PNN), K-means clustering and fuzzy neural network(FNN) are investigated. In the same scenario, the highest classification accuracy of Hamming weight for the key reached 100%, 95.33%, 85%, 74%, 49.67% and 38% for DAGSVM, OVOSVM, OVASVM, PNN, K-means and FNN, respectively. The experiment results demonstrate the proposed model performs higher predictive accuracy and faster convergence speed.Li Duan Zhang Hongxin Li Qiang Zhao Xinjie He Pengfei 2015The Journal of China Universities of Posts and Telecommunications2015,22,5:3

Overview of the Solar Polar Orbit Telescope Project for Space Weather Mission显示文摘The Solar Polar ORbit Telescope(SPORT) project for space weather mission has been under intensive scientific and engineering background studies since it was incorporated into the Chinese Space Science Strategic Pioneer Project in 2011.SPORT is designed to carry a suite of remote-sensing and in-situ instruments to observe Coronal Mass Ejections(CMEs),energetic particles, solar high-latitude magnetism, and the fast solar wind from a polar orbit around the Sun.The first extended view of the polar regions of the Sun and the ecliptic enabled by SPORT will provide a unique opportunity to study CME propagation through the inner heliosphere, and the solar high-latitude magnetism giving rise to eruptions and the fast solar wind.Coordinated observations between SPORT and other spaceborne/ground-based facilities within the International Living With a Star(ILWS) framework can significantly enhance scientific output.SPORT is now competing for official selection and implementation during China's 13 th Five-Year Plan period of 2016-2020.XIONG Ming LIU Ying LIU Hao LI Baoquan ZHENG Jianhua ZHANG Cheng XIA Lidong ZHANG Hongxin RAO Wei CHEN Changya SUN Weiying WU Xia DENG Yuanyong HE Han JIANG Bo WANG Yuming WANG Chuanbing SHEN Chenglong ZHANG Haiying ZHANG Shenyi YANG Xuan SANG Peng WU Ji 2016空间科学学报2016,36,3:3
Adriamycin Thermotherapy through the Hepatic Artery Using VX2 Carcinoma in Rabbit Liver as a Model显示文摘OBJECTIVE It has been reported that heating can enhance sensitivity of rabbit VX2 cells to adriamycin and increase the intracellular concentration of adriamycin. This study was designed to evaluate the anti-tumor effect of interventional hyperthermia and interventional thermochemotherapy on VX2 carcinoma in rabbit liver. METHODS VX2 carcinoma cells were surgically implanted into the right liver lobe of 60 male New Zealand white rabbits, which were randomly divided into 4 groups (15 per group). The 4 groups (designated as 1, 2, 3, 4 respectively) were injected with 10 ml of the following via the hepatic artery: physiological saline (37℃); adriamycin (37℃); physiological saline (60℃); adriamycin (60℃). One week later, the tumor volume, serum level of aspartate transaminase (AST) and the survival of the rabbits bearing VX2 were observed and compared among the different treated groups. RESULTS The tumor growth rate in group 4 (ADM 60℃) (0.53±0.21)% was significantly lower than that in group 1 (3.48±1.17)%, in group 2 (1.09±0.26)% and group 3 (3.32±1.28)% (P<0.05, P<0.05, P<0.01, respectively). The days of survival days for group 4 (87.0±2.0) were significantly more than that in group 1 (40.0±3.0). Group 4 showed a significantly higher increase in serum AST compared to group 1 (P<0.05), but without significant differences compared to the other groups (P>0.05). CONCLUSION Adriamycin treatment at 60℃ significantly deceased the tumor growth, prolonged the survival period and resulted in reversible liver damage.Hongxin Zhang Wei Cao Zhimin Wang Weiping Guo Daihui Ni Wenxian Li Chen Lan Heng Wang 2006Chinese Journal of Clinical Oncology2006,3,2:3
A novel cancer vaccine with the ability to simultaneously produce anti-PD-1 antibody and GM-CSF in cancer cells and enhance Th1-biased antitumor immunity显示文摘Tumor escape from immune-mediated destruction has been associated with immunosuppressive mechanisms that inhibit T-cell activation.A promising strategy for cancer immunotherapy is to disrupt key pathways regulating immune tolerance, such as program death-1(PD-1/PD-L1)pathway in the tumor environment. However, the determinants of response to anti-PD-1 monoclonal antibodies(mAbs)treatment remain incompletely understood. In murine models,PD-1 blockade alone fails to induce effective immune responses to poorly immunogenic tumors, but is successful when combined with additional interventions, such as cancer vaccines.Novel cancer vaccines combined with antibody may offer promising control of cancer development and progression. In this investigation,we generated a novel tumor cell vaccine simultaneously expressing anti-PD-1 mAbs and granulocyte-macrophage colony stimulating factor(GM-CSF)in CT26 colon cancer and B16-F10 melanoma. The antitumor effect of the vaccine was verified by therapeutic and adoptive animal experiments in vivo. The antitumor mechanism was analyzed using Flow cytometry,Elispot and in vivo intervention approaches. The results showed that tumor cell vaccine secreting PD-1 neutralizing antibodies and GM-CSF induced remarkable antitumor immune effects and prolonged the survival of tumor-bearing animals compared with animals treated with either PD-1 mAbs or GM-CSF alone.Antitumor effects and prolonged survival correlated with strong antigen-specific T-cell responses by analyzing CD11c^(+)CD86^(+)DC,CD11b^(+)F4/80^(+)MΦcells,increased ratio of Teff/Treg in the tumor microenvironment, and higher secretion levels of Th1 proinflammatory cytokines in serum.Furthermore, the results of ELISPOT and in vivo blocking strategies further confirmed that the antitumor immune response is acquired by CD4 and CD8 T immune responses, primarily dependent on CD4 Th1 immune response, not NK innate immune response. The combination of PD-1 blockade with GM-CSF secretion potency creates a novel tumor cell vaccine immunotherapy, affording significantly improved antitumor responses by releasing the state of immunosuppressive microenvironment and augmenting the tumor-reactive T-cell responses.Hongwei Tian Gang Shi Qin Wang Yiming Li Qianmei Yang Chunlei Li Guoyou Yang Min Wu Qian Xie Shuang Zhang Yang Yang Rong Xiang Dechao Yu Yuquan Wei Hongxin Deng 2016Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2016,1,1:3

Two Ultraviolet Radiation Datasets that Cover China显示文摘Ultraviolet(UV) radiation has significant effects on ecosystems, environments, and human health, as well as atmospheric processes and climate change. Two ultraviolet radiation datasets are described in this paper. One contains hourly observations of UV radiation measured at 40 Chinese Ecosystem Research Network stations from 2005 to 2015. CUV3 broadband radiometers were used to observe the UV radiation, with an accuracy of 5%, which meets the World Meteorology Organization's measurement standards. The extremum method was used to control the quality of the measured datasets. The other dataset contains daily cumulative UV radiation estimates that were calculated using an all-sky estimation model combined with a hybrid model. The reconstructed daily UV radiation data span from 1961 to 2014. The mean absolute bias error and root-mean-square error are smaller than 30% at most stations, and most of the mean bias error values are negative, which indicates underestimation of the UV radiation intensity. These datasets can improve our basic knowledge of the spatial and temporal variations in UV radiation. Additionally, these datasets can be used in studies of potential ozone formation and atmospheric oxidation, as well as simulations of ecological processes.Hui LIU Bo HU Yuesi WANG Guangren LIU Liqin TANG Dongsheng JI Yongfei BAI Weikai BAO Xin CHEN Yunming CHEN Weixin DING Xiaozeng HAN Fei HE Hui HUANG Zhenying HUANG Xinrong LI Yan LI Wenzhao LIU Luxiang LIN Zhu OUYANG Boqiang QIN Weijun SHEN Yanjun SHEN Hongxin SU Changchun SONG Bo SUN Song SUN Anzhi WANG Genxu WANG Huimin WANG Silong WANG Youshao WANG Wenxue WEI Ping XIE Zongqiang XIE Xiaoyuan YAN Fanjiang ZENG Fawei ZHANG Yangjian ZHANG Yiping ZHANG Chengyi ZHAO Wenzhi ZHAO Xueyong ZHAO Guoyi ZHOU Bo ZHU 2017Advances in Atmospheric Sciences2017,34,7:2
