2Protective electrode/electrolyte interphases for high energy lithium-ion batteries with p-toluenesulfonyl fluoride electrolyte additive显示文摘High energy density lithium-ion batteries using Ni-rich cathode(such as LiNi0.6Co0.2Mn0.2O2) suffer from severe capacity decay.P-toluenesulfonyl fluoride(pTSF) has been investigated as a novel film-forming electrolyte additive to enhance the cycling performances of graphite/LiNi0.6Co0.2Mn0.2O2 pouch cell.In comparison with the baseline electrolyte,a small dose of pTSF can significantly improve the cyclic stability of the cell.Theoretical calculations together with experimental results indicate that pTSF would be oxidized and reduced to construct protective interphase film on the surfaces of LiNi0.6Co0.2Mn0.2O2 cathode and graphite anode,respectively.These S-containing surface films derived from pTSF effectively mitigate the decomposition of electrolyte,reduce the interphasial impedance,as well as prevent the dissolution of transition metal ions from Ni-rich cathode upon cycling at high voltage.This finding is beneficial for the practical application of high energy density graphite/LiNi0.6Co0.2Mn0.2O2 cells.Yanxia Che Xiuyi Lin Lidan Xing Xiongcong Guan Rude Guo Guangyuan Lan Qinfeng Zheng Wenguang Zhang Weishan Li 2021Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,1:3

9Genetic dissection of carotenoids in maize kernels using high-density single nucleotide polymorphism markers in a recombinant inbred line population显示文摘Carotenoids are antioxidants and vitamin A precursors that have important roles in human health. Hence, improving the carotenoid contents in maize kernels is a priority objective for breeders in order to obtain nutritional biofortification outcomes. In the current study, the genetic architecture of carotenoids in maize kernels was explored using a recombinant inbred line(RIL) population derived from a cross between inbred lines By804 and B73. A total of 81 QTLs were detected by using a high-density bin map and a simple sequence repeat(SSR)-based linkage map, with one to seven QTLs for each trait explaining 4.21%–47.53% of the phenotypic variation. A comparison of the QTL mapping efficiency between the two linkage maps revealed that the high-density bin map had higher resolution. In the current study 46 additional QTLs were identified, with 16 being common with previous studies and14 newly identified. Among the results, 29.6%(24/81) of QTLs explained > 10% of the phenotypic variation in the RIL population, and 70.4%(57/81) explained ≤ 10%. 12Spatial Distribution and Ecological Risk Assessment of Heavy Metals in Surface Sediment of Songhua River,Northeast China显示文摘The Songhua River,one of the seven major rivers in China,locates in Northeast China with 1897 km long.This study aims to investigate the concentrations,distribution,source apportionment and ecological risk assessment of heavy metals including copper(Cu),zinc(Zn),cadmium(Cd),lead(Pb),nickel(Ni)and chromium(Cr)in main stream and tributaries of the Songhua River in Jilin Province,Northeast China.Surface sediment samples(0–15 cm)were collected from 39 sampling sites in the Songhua River in July 2012.Concentrations of Cu,Zn,Cd,Pb,Ni and Cr were analyzed.The mean concentrations of heavy metals were(24.0±9.2)mg/kg,(59.3±18.0)mg/kg,(4.0±2.1)mg/kg,(39.0±27.9)mg/kg,(18.5±8.6)mg/kg and(56.1±17.6)mg/kg for Cu,Zn,Cd,Pb,Cr and Ni,respectively.The average contents of Cu,Cd,Pb,Cr and Ni were higher than their background values.Higher concentrations of heavy metals were found in the lower reaches with industrial enterprises and cities along the Songhua River.Zn,Pb and Ni might come from industrial sewage and mineral processing,while Cu and Cd were derived from electroplating wastewater and agricultural non-point source sewage.Cr originated from lithogenic sources.The concentrations of Cu,Zn and Cr were below the effect range low(ERL)at all sites,while Cd,Pb and Ni concentrations were detected ranging from ERL to the effect range median(ERM)at more than 15%of samples.Concentrations of Ni exceeded ERM in more than 50%of samples.The mean toxic units of heavy metals in the Songhua River decreased following the order:Cd(6.7)>Pb(2.2)>Ni(1.6)>Cu(0.7)>Cr(0.5)=Zn(0.5).Potential ecological risk index was found to be higher in middle and lower reaches of the Songhua River,where Cd could impose an extremely high ecological risk.LIU Baolin DONG Deming HUA Xiuyi DONG Weihua LI Ming 2021Chinese Geographical Science2021,31,2:1

14Genetic architecture of embryo size and related traits in maize显示文摘The embryo in maize has a critical role in controlling kernel nutrition components and grain yield.We measured five embryo weight and size traits,six kernel weight and size traits,and five embryo-tokernel ratio traits in a nested association mapping(NAM)population of 611 recombinant inbred lines(RILs)derived from four inbred lines including the high-oil,giant-embryo line BY815 as the common parent.Using three statistical methods,we identified 5–22 quantitative trait loci(QTL)for each trait,explaining 4.7%–46.7%of the phenotypic variation.The genetic architecture of maize embryo size and its related traits appeared to be dominated by multiple small-effect loci with little epistasis,and the genetic control underlying embryo size appeared to be distinct from that underlying kernel size.A trait–QTL association network included 205 nodes and 439 edges and revealed 28 key loci associated with at least three traits.Cloned maize genes including Zm Urb2,Emp12 and Zm BAM1 d,maize orthologs of known rice genes that control seed size including BG1,XIAO and GS9,and 11 maize orthologs of Arabidopsis EMBRYO-DEFECTIVE(EMB)genes were identified as underlying these key loci.Further,the phenotypic and genetic relationships between embryo size and kernel size were evaluated,and genetic patterns for identified loci that control embryo size and its related traits were proposed.Our findings reveal distinct genetic architectures for embryo size,kernel size,and embryo-to-kernel ratio traits and establish a foundation for the improvement of embryo-size-mediated kernel nutrition and grain yield.Xiaowei Li Min Wang Renyu Zhang Hui Fang Xiuyi Fu Xiaohong Yang Jiansheng Li 2022The Crop Journal2022,10,1:1

16Construction of amorphous/crystalline heterointerfaces for enhanced electrochemical processes显示文摘Amorphous nanomaterials have emerged as potential candidates for energy storage and conversion owing to their amazing physicochemical properties.Recent studies have proved that the manipulation of amorphous nanomaterials can further enhance electrochemical performance.To date,various feasible strategies have been proposed,of which amorphous/crystalline(a-c)heterointerface engineering is deemed an effective approach to break through the inherent activity limitations of electrode materials.The following review discusses recent research progress on a-c heterointerfaces for enhanced electrochemical processes.The general strategies for synthesizing ac heterojunctions are first summarized.Subsequently,we highlight various advanced applications of a-c heterointerfaces in the field of electrochemistry,including for supercapacitors,batteries,and electrocatalysts.We also elucidate the synergistic mechanism of the crystalline phase and amorphous phase for electrochemical processes.Lastly,we summarize the challenges,present our personal opinions,and offer a critical perspective on the further development of a-c nanomaterials.Binbin Jia Baohong Zhang Zhi Cai Xiuyi Yang Lidong Li Lin Guo 2023eScience2023,3,2:0
17Kinetically controlled, high-yield, direct synthesis of [Au_(25)(SePh)_(18)]^-TOA^+显示文摘In this article, we present a facile, direct, synthetic approach of preparing monodisperse [Au25(SePh)18]-nanoclusters in high yield. In this synthetic approach, two-phase Brust-Schiffrin method is used. Both PhSeH and NaBH4 should be added drop-wise to the solution of Au(III) at the same time. The formula and molecular purity of [Au25(SePh)18]-TOA+ clusters are characterized by MALDI-TOF mass spectrometry, NMR and TGA analysis. Furthermore, some critical parameters to obtain pure [Au25(SePh)18]-TOA+ are identified, including the NaBH4-to-Au ratio, the selenolate-to-Au ratio and the temperature. 19Research on FMC analytic algorithm of PBN track transition coding显示文摘Airborne navigation database(NavDB)coding directly affects the result of analysis on the instrument flight procedure by the modern aircraft flight management computer(FMC).A reasonable flight track transition mode can improve the track tracking accuracy and flight quality of the aircraft.According to the path terminator(PT)and track transition characteristics of the performance based navigation(PBN)instrument flight procedure and by use of the world geodetic system(WGS)-84 ellipsoidal coordinate system,the algorithms for“fly by”and“fly over”track transition connections are developed,together with the algorithms for coordinates of fix-to-altitude(FA)altitude termination point and heading-to-an-intercept(VI)track entry point and for track transition display of the navigation display(ND).According to the simulation carried out based on the PBN instrument approach procedure coding of a certain airport and the PBN route data at a high altitude,the algorithm results are consistent with the FMC-calculated results and the actual ND results.ZHANG Guangming REN Siqian ZHAO Weiwei LI Xiuyi 2023Journal of Systems Engineering and Electronics2023,34,4:0
