2Geological characteristics of shale rock system and shale oil exploration breakthrough in a lacustrine basin:A case study from the Paleogene 1st sub-member of Kong 2 Member in Cangdong sag,Bohai Bay Basin,China显示文摘A deep understanding of the basic geologic characteristics of the fine-grained shale layers in the Paleogene 1 st sub-member of Kong 2 Member(Ek_2~1) in Cangdong sag, Bohai Bay Basin, is achieved through observation of 140 m continuous cores and systematic analysis of over 1 000 core samples from two wells. Basic geological conditions for shale oil accumulation are proposed based on the unconventional geological theory of oil and gas. The shale rock system mainly developed interbedded formation of felsic shale, calcareous and dolomitic shale and carbonates; high quality hydrocarbon source rock formed in the stable and closed environment is the material base for shale oil enrichment; intergranular pores in analcite, intercrystalline pores in dolomite and interlayer micro-fractures make tight carbonate, calcareous and dolomitic shale and felsic shale effective reservoirs, with brittle mineral content of more than 70%; high abundance laminated shale rock in the lower section of Ek_2~1 is rich in shale oil, with a total thickness of 70 m, burial depth between 2 800 to 4 200 m, an average oil saturation of 50%, a sweet spot area of 260 km^2 and predicted resources of over 5×10~8 t. Therefore, this area is a key replacement domain for oil exploration in the Kongdian Formation of the Cangdong sag. At present, the KN9 vertical well has a daily oil production of 29.6 t after fracturing with a 2 mm choke. 3Use of acupuncture to treat cerebral infarction in the last 10 years A Scopus-based literature analysis显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To identify global research trends in the use of acupuncture to treat cerebral infarction. DATA RETRIEVAL: We performed a bibliometric analysis of studies on the use of acupuncture to treat cerebral infarction published during 2002-2011, retrieved from Scopus, using the Key Words of acupuncture and cerebral infarction or ischemic stroke. SELECTION CRITERIA: Inclusion criteria: peer-reviewed articles on the use of acupuncture to treat cerebral infarction indexed in Scopus and published between 2002 and 2011; types of publications were original research articles, reviews, meeting abstracts, proceedings papers, book chapters, editorial material, and news items. Exclusion criteria: articles that required manual searching or telephone access; documents that were not published in the public domain; and corrected papers. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: (a) Annual publication output; (b) language of publication; (c) type of publication; (d) key words of publication; (e) publication by research field; (f) publication by journal; (g) publication by country and institution; (h) publication by author; (i) most-cited papers between 2002 and 2006; and (j) most-cited papers between 2007 and 2011. RESULTS: A total of 160 publications on the use of acupuncture to treat cerebral infarction from 2002-2011 were retrieved from Scopus. The number of publications increased gradually over the 10-year study period; most were written in Chinese or English. Articles and reviews constituted the major types. The most frequent key word used was acupuncture. The most prolific journals in this area were Zhongguo Zhen Jiu and the Chinese Journal of Clinical Rehabilitation. Of the 160 publications retrieved, half came from Chinese authors and institutions. Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine was the most prolific research institute. Two papers were cited 30 times; they were published in 2002 and 2009, respectively. CONCLUSION: In the field of neuroscience, there is little literature on acupuncture for cerebral infarction. The most-cited papers were cited 30 times in the past 3 years. 4Theories,technologies and practices of lacustrine shale oil exploration and development:A case study of Paleogene Kongdian Formation in Cangdong sag,Bohai Bay Basin,China显示文摘As the main factors affecting stable and high production and the production regularity of lacustrine shale oil are unclear,the theoretical understandings,key exploration and development technologies,development effect and production regularity of lacustrine shale oil have been analyzed and summarized based on 700 m cores taken systematically from Paleogene Kong 2 Member of 4 wells in Cangdong sag,over 100000 analysis data and formation testing data.Three theoretical understandings on shale oil enrichment and high production have been reached:(1)High-quality shale with“three highs and one low”is the material base for shale oil enrichment.(2)Medium-slightly high thermal evolution degree is the favorable condition for shale oil enrichment.(3)Laminar felsic shale is the optimal shale layer for oil enrichment in semi-deep lake facies.Key exploration and development technologies such as shale oil enrichment layer and area evaluation and prediction,horizontal well pattern layout,shale oil reservoir fracturing,optimization of shale oil production regime have been established to support high and stable shale oil production.Under the guidance of these theoretical understandings and technologies,shale oil in Cangdong sag has achieved high and stable production,and 4 of them had the highest production of over 100 tons a day during formation testing.In particular,Well GY5-1-1 L had a daily oil production of 208 m^(3).By April,2022,the 28 wells combined have a stable oil production of 300–350 tons a day,and have produced 17.8×10^(4) t of oil cumulatively.It is found that the shale oil production of horizontal well declines exponentially in natural flow stage,and declines in step pattern and then tends stable in the artificial lift stage.Proportion of light hydrocarbons in produced shale oil is in positive correlation with daily oil production and decreases regularly during production test.ZHAO Xianzheng ZHOU Lihong PU Xiugang JIN Fengming HAN Wenzhong SHI Zhannan CHEN Changwei JIANG Wenya GUAN Quansheng XU Jing LIU Xuewei ZHANG Wei MA Jianying 2022Petroleum Exploration and Development2022,49,3:4
5Factors Affecting Small Axial Cooling Fan Performance显示文摘Many factors such as outer diameter,hub ratio,blade numbers,shape and stagger angle affect the performance of small cooling fans.A small cooling fan was simulated using CFD software for three blade stagger angles (30.5°,37.5°,44.5°)and obtained the internal flow field and the static characteristics.Research indicated that the stagger angle has an obvious effect on the static characteristics of a fan.For flow rates below 0.0104 m3/s,total pressure is the greatest when the stagger angle is 37.5°;flow rates higher than 0.0104 m3/s,the total pressure is greatest when the stagger angle is 44.5° For the same flow rates,the velocity at inlet of pressure surface increases with increasing stagger angle,but the change of velocity on the suction surface is very small.For one model,vortices and the speed of revolution surfaces decrease with tip clearance increasing.But for other three models,increasing the stagger angle,the vortex intensity and speed of revolution surfaces at same height tip clearance increases,simultaneously,the position of vortex offset from the top of the rotor blade to the suction surface.Lihong Wang,Yingzi Jin,Baoling Cui,Yuzhen Jin,Jin Lin,Yanping Wang and Chuanyu Wu College of Mechanical Engineering & Automation,Zhejiang Sci-Tech University,Xiasha Education Zone,Hangzhou 310018,China 2010Journal of Thermal Science2010,19,2:4

7Temperature-regulated self-assembly of lipids at free bubbles interface:A green and simple method to prepare micro/nano bubbles显示文摘Micro/nanobubbles play an essential role in ultrasound-based biomedical applications.Here,a green and simple method to fabricate micro/nanobubbles was developed by the temperature-regulated self-assembly of lipids in the presence of free bubbles.The self-assembly mechanism of lipids interacting with gas-water interfaces was investigated,and the ultrasound imaging of the obtained lipid-encapsulated bubbles(LBs)was further confirmed.Above the phase transition temperature(Tm),fluid lipids transform from vesicles to micelles,and further assemble to the free bubbles interface to be a compressed monolayer,resulting in lipid shelled microbubbles.Cooling below 7m induces the lipid shell to glassy state and stables the LBs.Moreover,increasing the 1,2-distearoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoethanolamine-N-[methoxy(polyethylene glycol)-2000](DSPE-PEG2K)content in lipids formulation can further manipulate the shell curvature and reduce the LBs size into nanobubbles.LBs with diameters of 1.68±0.11 pm,704±7 nm and 208±6 nm were successfully prepared.The in vitro and in vivo ultrasound imaging results showed that all of the LBs had excellent echogenicity.The nanosized LBs revealed elongated imaging duration time and greater microvascular details for the liver tissue.Avoiding the organic solvent and complicated multiple preparation process,this method has great potential in construction of various multifunctional micro/nanobubbles with size control for theranostic applications.Juan Jin Fang Yang Bin Li Dong Liu Lihong Wu Yan Li Ning Gu 2020Nano Research2020,13,4:3

9DRodVir:A resource for exploring the virome diversity in rodents显示文摘Emerging zoonotic diseases have received tremendous interests in recent years,as they pose a significant threat to human health,animal welfare,and economic stability.A high proportion of zoonoses originate from wildlife reservoirs.Rodents are the most numerous,widespread,and diverse group of mammals on the earth and are reservoirs for many zoonotic viruses responsible for significant morbidity and mortality.A better understanding of virome diversity in rodents would be of importance for researchers and professionals in the field.Therefore,we developed the DRodVir database(http://www.mgc.ac.cn/DRodVir/),a comprehensive,up-to-date,and well-curated repository of rodent-associated animal viruses.The database currently covers 7690 sequences from 5491 rodent-associated mammal viruses of 26 viral families detected from 194 rodent species in 93 countries worldwide.In addition to virus sequences,the database provides detailed information on related samples and host rodents,as well as a set of online analytical tools for text query,BLAST search and phylogenetic reconstruction.The DRodVir database will help virologists better understand the virome diversity of rodents.Moreover,it will be a valuable tool for epidemiologists and zoologists for easy monitoring and tracking of the current and future zoonotic diseases.As a data application example,we further compared the current status of rodent-associated viruses with bat-associated viruses to highlight the necessity for including additional host species and geographic regions in future investigations,which will help us achieve a better understanding of the virome diversities in the two major reservoirs of emerging zoonotic infectious diseases.Lihong Chen Bo Liu Zhiqiang Wu Qi Jin Jian Yang 2017Journal of Genetics and Genomics2017,44,5:2
10Isolation and Identification of a Porcine Pseudorabies Virus Strain in Taizhou City显示文摘In this study,the liver,kidney and spleen tissues were collected from pigs with suspected PR in a pig farm in Jiangyan District,Taizhou City for virus isolation and identification. The isolated virus was inoculated onto PK15 monolayer cells. The virus culture was collected to extract genomic DNA for PCR assay and indirect immunoinfluscent assay. The results showed that the isolated virus was porcine pseudorabies virus,which was named TAIZ130417. The growth titer of the isolated virus reached 108. 12 TCID50/ml on PK15 cells. Rabbits inoculated with the isolated virus soon exhibited pseudorabies symptoms such as itching and eventually died. 19Heterologous expression of bovine lactoferrin C‑lobe in Bacillus subtilis and comparison of its antibacterial activity with N‑lobe显示文摘The natural concentration of bovine lactoferrin C-lobe is low and its separation by proteolytic enzyme digestion is difcult.Here,we expressed the codon-optimized fragment of C-lobe on plasmid pMA0911 with the P_(veg) promoter in Bacillus subtilis 168 at 20℃.The yield was 7.5 mg/L,and 90.6%purity was achieved using ammonium sulfate precipitation,Ni–NTA and molecular exclusion.The C-lobe at 10 mg/mL completely inhibited cell growth of Escherichia coli JM109(DE3)and Pseudomonas aeruginosa CGMCC 1.6740,and 48.4%of growth of Staphylococcus aureus CGMCC 1.282,the result is similar to that of 200 ng/mL N-lobe.The minimum inhibitory concentrations of C-lobe were 4,8 and 16 mg/mL,while those of N-lobe were 128,256 and 512μg/mL for E.coli,P.aeruginosa and S.aureus,respectively.This is the frst report on bovine lactoferrin C-lobe expression and the comparative resistance of the recombinant N-and C-lobes in a food-safe strain of B.subtilis.Our fndings ofer the potential to study the structure–function relationship of the N-and C-lobes recombinantly produced in the same host.Liang Jin Lihong Li Wenchi Zhang Rongzhen Zhang Yan Xu 2022Systems Microbiology and Biomanufacturing2022,2,2:1
20Deep learning acceleration of multiscale superresolution localization photoacoustic imaging显示文摘A superresolution imaging approach that localizes very small targets,such as red blood cells or droplets of injected photoacoustic dye,has significantly improved spatial resolution in various biological and medical imaging modalities.However,this superior spatial resolution is achieved by sacrificing temporal resolution because many raw image frames,each containing the localization target,must be superimposed to form a sufficiently sampled high-density superresolution image.Here,we demonstrate a computational strategy based on deep neural networks(DNNs)to reconstruct high-density superresolution images from far fewer raw image frames.The localization strategy can be applied for both 3D label-free localization optical-resolution photoacoustic microscopy(OR-PAM)and 2D labeled localization photoacoustic computed tomography(PACT).For the former,the required number of raw volumetric frames is reduced from tens to fewer than ten.For the latter,the required number of raw 2D frames is reduced by 12 fold.Therefore,our proposed method has simultaneously improved temporal(via the DNN)and spatial(via the localization method)resolutions in both label-free microscopy and labeled tomography.Deep-learning powered localization PA imaging can potentially provide a practical tool in preclinical and clinical studies requiring fast temporal and fine spatial resolutions.Jongbeom Kim Gyuwon Kim Lei Li Pengfei Zhang Jin Young Kim Yeonggeun Kim Hyung Ham Kkim Lihong V.Wang Seungchul Lee Chulhong Kim 2022Light(Science & Applications)2022,11,6:1
