2An anther-specific chalcone synthase-like gene D5 related to rice pollen development显示文摘It was shown in a previous analysis that D5 gene from rice (Oryza sativa L.) was an anther-specific gene encoding a chalcone synthase-related protein. In this study, D5 gene was found specifically expressed in tapetum cells as well as in the peripheral cells of the vascular bundle of rice anthers by RNA in situ hybridization. In order to study its function, D5 was transformed into rice in both sense and antisense directions driven by a rice Actin 1 promoter. 3Enhanced zinc storage performance of mixed valent manganese oxide for flexible coaxial fiber zinc-ion battery by limited reduction control显示文摘While manganese-based cathodes have been intensively studied for zinc-ion batteries(ZIBs),the limited rate capability and cycle life have always been a difficult problem to be solved.Here,we report a mixed valent manganese oxide(MnOx)cathode with superior electrochemical performance,which exhibits a high specific capacity of 450 mA h/g at 0.2 C and a satisfactory specific capacity of 158.3 mA h/g at a high rate of 5 C.The mixed cathode system reduces the charge transfer resistance,and show good surface stability and adsorption properties,so it is beneficial for the storage of Zn^(2+).Meanwhile,coaxial fiber ZIBs(CFZIBs)with splendid flexibility are assembled utilizing the elaborately prepared cathode material.The CFZIBs achieve a reversible capacity of 255.8 m A h/g and the capacity retention rate is as high as 80%after 1000 bending deformations.This study provides new opportunities for designing ZIBs with high performance and high flexibility.Xiaobei Zang Li Lingtong Jiaxin Meng Lijia Liu Yuanyuan Pan Qingguo Shao Ning Cao 2021Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,15:2
4An infrared thermographic analysis of the sensitization acupoints of women with primary dysmenorrhea显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To explore the sensitization acupoints of women with primary dysmenorrhea(PD)by comparing infrared radiation temperatures between acupoints and non-acupoints.METHODS:We tested 10 acupoints of every woman with PD and healthy subjects on premenstrual,menstrual,and postmenstrual days using an infrared imaging device.The primary outcome was the absolute value of body surface temperature difference(AVTD)between the left and right sides of the same testing point.RESULTS:A total of 58 PD patients and 57 healthy volunteers completed the test from May 2016 to May 2017.Compared with the healthy group,we observed a significant reduction and increase in the AVTD in Taichong(LR3)and Sanyinjiao(SP6),respectively,during menstrual days in the PD group(P=0.01;P=0.04);while during postmenstrual days,all AVTDs of Shuiquan(KI5),Diji(SP8),and Xuehai(SP10)were diminished in the PD group(P=0.01;P=0.03;P=0.01,respectively).No significant differences in AVTD were detected at any other points or testing times.CONCLUSIONS:Compared with the healthy group,the AVTDs of Taichong(LR3),Sanyinjiao(SP6),Shuiquan(KI5),Diji(SP8),and Xuehai(SP10)at menstruationrelevant points of PD patients were sensitized,providing a reference for the selection of acupoints in the treatment of PD.FAN Xisheng DU Xiaoyi PAN Lijia SONG Xiaodan LIU Jun ZHANG Juncha CHEN Hao GAO Yayu ZHANG Mingjian SHI Xuliang SHE Yanfen 2022Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2022,42,5:2

15Skin-inspired electronics:emerging semiconductor devices and systems显示文摘Current electronics are driven by advanced microfabrication for fast and efficient information processing.In spite of high performance,these wafer-based devices are rigid,non-degradable,and unable to autonomous repair.Skin-inspired electronics have emerged as a new class of devices and systems for next-generation flexible and wearable electronics.The technology gains inspiration from the structures,properties,and sensing mechanisms of the skin,which may find a broad range of applications in cutting-edge fields such as healthcare monitoring,human-machine interface,and soft robotics/prostheses.Practical demands have fueled the development of electronic materials with skin-like properties in terms of stretchability,self-healing capability,and biodegradability.These materials provide the basis for functional sensors with innovative and biomimetic designs.Further system-level integrations and optimizations enable new forms of electronics for real-world applications.This review summarizes recent advancements in this active area and speculates on future directions.Zhong Ma Desheng Kong Lijia Pan Zhenan Bao 2020Journal of Semiconductors2020,41,4:1

19Direct contact moxibustion promotes apoptosis of gastric cancer cells in rats by regulating intestinal flora显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To examine whether direct contact moxibustion(DCM)can prevent and treat gastric cancer(GC)by regulating intestinal flora in rats.METHODS:Male Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal group,normal+DCM control group,model group,and model+DCM group.Gastric cancer rats were induced by N-methyl-N-nitro-N-nitrosoguanidine(MNNG,20 mg/mL)by gavage.At the same time,the model rats and normal rats were given DCM at Zusanli(ST36),Weishu(BL21),and Zhongwan(CV12)for 16 weeks.After treatment,gastric tissues were collected to analyze the pathological changes and the apoptosis of gastric mucosa cells.In addition,the cecal stool was taken and analyzed by 16 s r RNA sequencing.RESULTS:Gastric cancer-like pathological changes and different abundance of the intestinal flora were found in the model group.DCM promoted mucosa tissue apoptosis and regulated the abnormal changes of the intestinal microflora caused by MNNG;DCM also inhibited the growth of Ruminococcaceae and Prevotellaceae flora and promoted the growth of probiotic Akkermansia.Furthermore,DCM made the composition and abundance of intestinal microflora in the GC rats tending to the normal rats.CONCLUSION:DCM stimulating Zusanli(ST36),Weishu(BL21),and Zhongwan(CV12)promoted the apoptosis of gastric mucosa and delayed the progression of gastric cancer,possibly by decreasing Ruminococcaceae and Prevotellaceae bacteria(bacteria that produce short-chain fatty acids in the intestine)and promoting the growth of probiotic Akkermansia.PAN Lijia MA Shuya WEN Jing ZHANG Xiaoqi XING Haijiao JIA Chunsheng 2021Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2021,41,6:0
