1COPD患者社会支持与生活质量的研究显示文摘目的:评估慢性阻塞性肺部疾病(COPD)患者的社会支持和生活质量、并分析该组患者的社会支持和生活质量的关系,以指导临床实践,提高患者生活质量。方法:采用会谈方法,应用个人资源量表(PRQ—85)以及改良的生活质量指数量表(MQIL),对73例门诊COPD患者进行调查。结果:大部分患者的社会支持和生活质量均处于中等水平;社会支持和生活质量的总均分、躯体健康因子分、心理健康因子分、社会方面因子分以及对待诊断和治疗因子分的相关性均有统计学意义(P值均< 0 .05)。结论: COPD患者的社会支持是影响生活质量的重要因素,提高患者的社会支持,将会改善其生活质量。颜美琼 Linchong Pathiba 2000中国临床医学杂志2000,7,2:51

4Metabolic reprogramming and epigenetic modifications on the path to cancer显示文摘Metabolic rewiring and epigenetic remodeling,which are closely linked and reciprocally regulate each other,are among the well-known cancer hallmarks.Recent evi-dence suggests that many metabolites serve as sub-strates or cofactors of chromatin-modifying enzymes as a consequence of the translocation or spatial regional-ization of enzymes or metabolites.Various metabolic alterations and epigenetic modifications also reportedly drive immune escape or impede immunosurveillance within certain contexts,playing important roles in tumor progression.In this review,we focus on how metabolic reprogramming of tumor cells and immune cells reshapes epigenetic alterations,in particular the acety-lation and methylation of histone proteins and DNA.We also discuss other eminent metabolic modifications such as,succinylation,hydroxybutyrylation,and lacty-lation,and update the current advances in metabolism-and epigenetic modification-based therapeutic pro-spects in cancer.Linchong Sun Huafeng Zhang Ping Gao 2022Protein & Cell2022,13,12:10

6An operational radar current observing and data service platform in the East China Sea显示文摘An ocean state monitor and analysis radar(OSMAR), developed by Wuhan University in China, have been mounted at six stations along the coasts of East China Sea(ECS) to measure velocities(currents, waves and winds) at the sea surface. Radar-observed surface current is taken as an example to illustrate the operational high-frequency(HF) radar observing and data service platform(OP), presenting an operational flow from data observing, transmitting, processing, visualizing, to end-user service. Three layers(systems): radar observing system(ROS), data service system(DSS) and visualization service system(VSS), as well as the data flow within the platform are introduced. Surface velocities observed at stations are synthesized at the radar data receiving and preprocessing center of the ROS, and transmitted to the DSS, in which the data processing and quality control(QC) are conducted. Users are allowed to browse the processed data on the portal of the DSS, and access to those data files. The VSS aims to better show the data products by displaying the information on a visual globe. 7The diapycnal mixing in the upper Pacific estimated from GTSPP observations显示文摘Diapycnal mixing(DM) in the upper 600 m of the Pacific Ocean was estimated based on the huge amount of the observations from Global Temperature-Salinity Profile Programme(GTSPP), using the strain version of the finescale parameterization. It is found that DM in each season exhibits similar distribution pattern, but differs in details. The intensification of DM is related to bottom roughness, surface near-inertial energy, and proximity to the equator. The intensified DM caused by rough topography shows in the profiles near the Mendocino fracture zone in the northeast Pacific, and the heightened DM caused by wind-generated near-inertial energy appears in the westerly region of the Southern Ocean. 9Stability analysis on tunnels with karst caves using the distinct lattice spring model显示文摘The effects of karst caves on tunnel stability were numerically investigated using the distinct lattice spring model(DLSM).The DLSM was validated by investigating the mechanical behavior of Brazilian discs with various sizes of central circular holes.Then,the effects of karst cave on U-shaped tunnel were investigated under various karst caves positions(top,bottom,and right side of the tunnel),tunnelcave distances(0.5-4 times the radius of the tunnel arc),and cave shapes(circular,rectangular flat,and rectangular vertical caves).The failure processes of the tunnel under those various conditions were analyzed and both the failure process and the final failure patterns of the tunnel were discussed.Numerical simulation demonstrated that karst caves around the tunnel could weaken the stability of the tunnel,indicating tunnel-cave distance effects.The closer the cave to the tunnel,the weaker the tunnel under loading.This effect was not significant when the tunnel-cave distance(d)was larger than three times the tunnel arc radius(R).In addition,the final failure pattern of the tunnel and its surrounding rock mass were dependent on both the position and the size of the cave.The larger the cave,the weaker the tunnel and its surrounding rock mass.Furthermore,compared with those cases with top and bottom caves,the tunnel with a right side cave had more impacts on tunnel stability.The main research finding could help engineers carry out stability analysis on tunnels in karst areas and take effective measures to enhance tunnel stability.Jianjun Ma Junwei Guan Junfeng Duan Linchong Huang Yu Liang 2021Underground Space2021,6,4:1

12KDELR2 promotes breast cancer proliferation via HDAC3-mediated cell cycle progression显示文摘Background:Histone deacetylases(HDACs)engage in the regulation of various cellular processes by controlling global gene expression.The dysregulation of HDACs leads to carcinogenesis,making HDACs ideal targets for cancer therapy.However,the use of HDAC inhibitors(HDACi)as single agents has been shown to have limited success in treating solid tumors in clinical studies.This study aimed to identify a novel downstream effector of HDACs to provide a potential target for combination therapy.Methods:Transcriptome sequencing and bioinformatics analysis were performed to screen for genes responsive toHDACi in breast cancer cells.The effects of HDACi on cell viability were detected using the MTT assay.The mRNA and protein levels of genes were determined by quantitative reverse transcription-PCR(qRT-PCR)andWestern blotting.Cell cycle distribution and apoptosis were analyzed by flow cytometry.The binding of CREB1(cAMP-response element binding protein 1)to the promoter of the KDELR(The KDEL(Lys-Asp-Glu-Leu)receptor)gene was validated by the ChIP(chromatin immunoprecipitation assay).The association between KDELR2 and protein of centriole 5(POC5)was detected by immunoprecipitation.A breast cancer-bearing mouse model was employed to analyze the effect of the HDAC3-KDELR2 axis on tumor growth.Results:KDELR2 was identified as a novel target of HDAC3,and its aberrant expression indicated the poor prognosis of breast cancer patients.We found a strong correlation between the protein expression patterns of HADC3 and KDELR2 in tumor tissues from breast cancer patients.The results of the ChIP assay and qRT-PCR analysis validated that HDAC3 transactivated KDELR2 via CREB1.The HDAC3-KDELR2 axis accelerated the cell cycle progression of cancer cells by protecting the centrosomal protein POC5 from proteasomal degradation.Moreover,the HDAC3-KDELR2 axis promoted breast cancer cell proliferation and tumorigenesis in vitro and in vivo.Conclusion:Our results uncovered a previously unappreciated function of KDELR2 in tumorigenesis,linking a critical Golgi-the endoplasmic reticulum traffic transport protein to HDAC-controlled cell cycle progression on the path of cancer development and thus revealing a potential therapeutical target for breast cancer.Haoran Wei Wenhao Ma Xiaofei Lu Haiying Liu Kashuai Lin Yinghui Wang Zijian Ye Linchong Sun Zhitong Huang Tingting Pan Zilong Zhou Eric Y.Cheng Huafeng Zhang Ping Gao Xiuying Zhong 2021Cancer Communications2021,41,9:0

15Meshless acoustic analysis using a weakly singular Burton-Miller boundary integral formulation显示文摘The Burton-Miller boundary integral formulation is solved by a complex variable boundary element-free method(CVBEFM)for the boundary-only meshless analysis of acoustic problems with arbitrary wavenumbers.To regularize both strongly singular and hypersingular integrals and to avoid the computation of the solid angle and its normal derivative,a weakly singular Burton-Miller formulation is derived by considering the normal derivative of the solid angle and adopting the singularity subtraction procedures.To facilitate the implementation of the CVBEFM and the approximation of gradients of the boundary variables,a stabilized complex variable moving least-square approximation is selected in the meshless discretization procedure.The results show the accuracy and efficiency of the present CVBEFM and reveal that the method can produce satisfactory results for all wavenumbers,even for extremely large wavenumbers such as k=10000.Linchong CHEN Xiaolin LI 2020Applied Mathematics and Mechanics(English Edition)2020,41,12:0
