| 2 | Magnetron sputtering deposition of silicon nitride on polyimide separator for high-temperature lithium-ion batteries显示文摘To date,lithium-ion batteries are becoming increasingly significant in the application of portable devices and electrical vehicles,and revolutionary progress in theoretical research and industrial application has been achieved.However,the commercial polyolefin separators with unsatisfying electrolytes affinity and poor thermal stability have extremely restricted the further application of lithium-ion batteries,especially in the high-temperature fields.In this work,magnetron sputtering deposition technique is employed to modify the commercial polyimide separator by coating silicon nitride on both sides.Magnetron sputtering deposition modified polyimide(MSD-PI)composite separator shows high thermal stability and ionic conductivity.More importantly,compared with the cells using Celgard separator,the cells with MSD-PI separator exhibit superior electrochemical performance,especially long-term cycle performance under high temperature environment,owing to the high thermal conductivity of surface Si3 N4 particles.Hence,lithium-ion batteries with MSD-PI separator are capable of improving thermal safety and capacity retention,which demonstrates that magnetron sputtering deposition technique could be regarded as a promising strategy to develop advanced organic/inorganic composite separators for high-temperature lithium-ion batteries. | Can Liao Wei Wang Junling Wang Longfei Han Shuilai Qiu Lei Song Zhou Gui Yongchun Kan Yuan Hu | 2021 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,5: | 2 |

| 4 | Characterization of Mediterranean Magnetotactic Bacteria显示文摘Magnetotactic bacteria are a diverse group of motile prokaryotes that are ubiquitous in aquatic habitats and cosmopolitan in distribution. In this study, we collected magnetotactic bacteria from the Mediterranean Sea. A remarkable diversity of morphotypes was observed, including multicellular types that seemed to differ from those previously found in North and South America. Another interesting organism was one with magnetosomes arranged in a six-stranded bundle which occupied one third of the cell width. The magnetosome bundle was evident even under optic microscopy. These cells were connected together and swam as a linear entire unit. Magnetosomes did not always align up to form a straight linear chain. A chain composed of rectangle magnetosomes bent at a posi- tion with an oval crystal. High resolution transmission electron microscopy analysis of the crystal at the pivotal position suggested uncompleted formation of the crystal. | 9 | Study on instability fracture and simulation of surrounding rock induced by fault activation under mining influence显示文摘The fault is potentially vulnerability's geological structure in the working face and its vicinity,and it is also a crucial geological factor affecting coal mine safety exploitation.To investigate the unstable failure of surrounding rock induced by fault activation under the influence of adoption,which was studied utilizing field case and numerical analysis for the deformation and failure process of surrounding rock near the fault-affected zone.Combined with field cases,this paper analyzes disturbance stress and roof abscission layer monitoring in effecting zones of fault activation.Using the discrete element 3DEC numerical analysis method,the model of surrounding rock unstable fracture induced by fault activation under adoption is established.The unstable fracture and stress variation characteristics of surrounding rock induced by fault activation during the excavation of the upper side wall and lower side wall of the faults are simulated and analyzed.Field analysis shows that as the coal working face continues to advance,the mining stress gradually increases.There is a zigzag wave on the relationship curve between coal mining and roof displacement near the fault,which reveals that the surrounding rock of the fault activation affected zone is in the superposition state of static load and dynamic load.Furthermore,the simulation results show that the stress and displacement of surrounding rock near the fault increase with the advance of coal mining face.The closer to the fault plane,the displacement gradually returns to zero,and the stress is also in a lower state. | Jie Chen Kaiwen Shi Yuanyuan Pu Derek B.Apel Chuanjiu Zhang Yujun Zuo Jiongkun Chen Le Xu Zhen Gui Longfei Song | 2023 | Rock Mechanics Bulletin2023,2,2: | 1 |
| 10 | A bull-heading water control technique of thermo-sensitive temporary plugging agent显示文摘Aimed at the disadvantages of secondary damage to oil layers caused by the conventional bull-heading water control technique, a thermo-sensitive temporary plugging agent for water control was synthesized by water solution polymerization and applied in the field with a new secondary temporary plugging technique. The optimization and performance evaluation of thermo-sensitive temporary plugging agent were carried out through laboratory experiments. The optimized formula is as follows:(6%-8%) acrylamide +(0.08%-0.12%) ammonium persulfate +(1.5%-2.0%) sepiolite +(0.5%-0.8%) polyethylene glycol diacrylate. The thermo-sensitive temporary plugging agent is suitable for formation temperatures of 70-90 ?C, it has high temporary plugging strength(5-40 k Pa), controllable degradation time(1-15 d), the apparent viscosity after degradation of less than 100 m Pa?S and the permeability recovery value of simulated cores of more than 95%. Based on the research results, secondary temporary plugging technique was used in a horizontal well in the Jidong Oilfield. | 11 | Multi-scale simulation model of air system based on cross-dimensional data transmission method显示文摘The Secondary Air System(SAS)plays an important role in the safe operation and performance of aeroengines.The traditional 1D-3D coupling method loses information when used for secondary air systems,which affects the calculation accuracy.In this paper,a Cross-dimensional Data Transmission method(CDT)from 3D to 1D is proposed by introducing flow field uniformity into the data transmission.First,a uniformity index was established to quantify the flow field parameter distribution characteristics,and a uniformity index prediction model based on the locally weighted regression method(Lowess)was established to quickly obtain the flow field information.Then,an information selection criterion in 3D to 1D data transmission was established based on the Spearman rank correlation coefficient between the uniformity index and the accuracy of coupling calculation,and the calculation method was automatically determined according to the established criterion.Finally,a modified function was obtained by fitting the ratio of the 3D mass-average parameters to the analytical solution,which are then used to modify the selected parameters at the 1D-3D interface.Taking a typical disk cavity air system as an example,the results show that the calculation accuracy of the CDT method is greatly improved by a relative 53.88%compared with the traditional 1D-3D coupling method.Furthermore,the CDT method achieves a speedup of 2 to 3 orders of magnitude compared to the 3D calculation. | Lei WANG Junkui MAO Song WEI Longfei WANG Jin PAN | 2023 | Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2023,36,5: | 0 |
| 12 | A flame retardant separator modified by MOFs-derived hybrid for safe and efficient Li-S batteries显示文摘In this work,we have successfully prepared a novel separator modified with N,S co-doped carbon framework(named NSPCF)with confined CoS_(2) nanoparticles and rooted carbon nanotubes material(named NSPCF@CoS_(2))to apply for high-performance Lithium-Sulfur batteries(Li-S batteries).Robust carbon structure with large specific surface can act as a physical barrier and possess physical adsorption effect on lithium polysulfides(LiPSs).In addition,highly-conductive carbon can improve integral conductivity,leading to the fast charge transport and reaction kinetics.Also,doping heteroatoms could form more active sites to adsorb LiPSs strongly so that modified separator could inhibit the shuttle effect effectively.Moreover,the presence of CoS_(2) further enhances the ability of modified separator to trap LiPSs owing to the Lewis acid-base action.As a result,the NSPCF@CoS_(2)@C-150 battery can deliver initial discharge capacities of 863.0,776.2,649.1 and 489.4 mAh g^(-1) at 0.1,0.5,1 and 2C with a high sulfur loading of 2.04 mg cm^(-2),respectively.Notably,when turning the current density back to 0.1 C,its discharge capacity can recover to 1008.7 mAh g^(-1).In addition,the modified separators exhibit outstanding capacities to restrain the growth of lithium dendrites.It is noteworthy that the flame retardant performances of Li-S batteries are improved dramatically owing to the novel structures of modified separators.This rationally designed separator endows Li-S batteries with higher safety and excellent electrochemical performances,providing a feasible strategy for practical application of Li-S batteries. | Na Wu Junling Wang Can Liao Longfei Han Lei Song Yuan Hu Xiaowei Mu Yongchun Kan | 2022 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2022,31,1: | 0 |
| 13 | Comparative analysis of DNA-SIP and magnetic-nanoparticle mediated isolation (MMI) on unraveling dimethoate degraders显示文摘Microorganisms are crucial in the bioremediation of organophosphorus pesticides. However, most functional microorganisms (> 99%) are yet to be cultivated. This study applied two cultivation-independent approaches, DNA-SIP and magnetic-nanoparticle mediated isolation (MMI), to identify the functional microorganisms in degrading dimethoate in agricultural soils. MMI identified five dimethoate degraders: Pseudomonas, Bacillus, Ramlibacter, Arthrobacter, and Rhodococcus, whereas DNA-SIP identified three dimethoate degraders: Ramlibacter, Arthrobacter, and Rhodococcus. Also, MMI showed higher resolution than DNA-SIP in identifying functional microorganisms. Two organic phosphohydrolase (OPH) genes: ophC2 and ophB, were involved in dimethoate metabolism, as revealed by DNA-SIP and MMI. The degradation products of dimethoate include omethoate, O,O,S-trimethyl thiophosphorothioate, N-methyl-2-sulfanylacetamide, O,O-diethyl S-hydrogen phosphorodithioate, O,O,O-trimethyl thiophosphate, O,O,S-trimethyl thiophosphorodithioate, and O,O,O-trimethyl phosphoric.
