20饲喂湿酒糟和湿玉米谷蛋白制品对饲育场牛的影响显示文摘文章旨在探讨干压的湿玉米谷蛋白饲料(WCGF)和加湿酒糟可溶物(WDGS)组合及高水分玉米基础饲粮对肉牛的作用,为此做了3个试验。试验1,250头小公牛(BW=34.3±13.5kg),分为5个处理组,对照组以玉米为基础饲粮(含0%副产物)、含30%湿玉米谷蛋白组、含30%湿酒糟可溶物组、含15%湿玉米谷蛋白附加15%湿酒糟可溶物组、含30%湿玉米谷蛋白附加30%湿酒糟可溶物组。结果表明,饲喂WCGF15%附加WDGS15%无相关影响。在30%的饲粮干物质基础上添加WCGF或WDGS,DMI、平均日增重(ADG)和料肉比(G:F)处于中等水平。与饲喂玉米为基础饲粮的对照组相比,在30%和60%的饲粮干物质基础上添加副产物显著增加了ADG、G:F、和末重(P<0.05)。试验2,给280周龄的小公牛(BW=370±0.45kg)饲喂0、25%、50%、75%的副产物(50%的WCGF:50%的WDGS,干物质基础),除此之外,饲粮中畜牧干草分别下降5%、2.5%、0,副产物混合物分别增加25%、50%、75%。苜蓿干草与副产物混合物没有互作效应,且对ADG、G:F无影响(P>0.21)。采食量、ADG、G:F二次方的反应了副产物的效用,副产物含量为25%和50%时,ADG和G:F最高,混合物含量为0、75%时有相似的ADG和G:F。试验3,选择504头小公牛(BW=376±16kg)分别饲喂WDGS0、10%、15%、20%、25%、30%,并分别添加WCGF30%的副产物及无副产物的对照组。结果表明,与对照组相比,饲粮中含WCGF30%能显著增加DMI、ADG、G:F。WDGS的不同含量水平对DM(IP=0.12)、ADG(P=0.05)呈现二次方的关系,但对G:F无影响(P=0.96)。饲粮中含WDGS15%到20%和WCGF30%时平均日增重达到最大值,与基础日粮玉米组相比,饲粮中使用WCGF和WDGS能够改善小公牛的性能,建议如果饲喂粗饲料,饲粮中副产物高达75%代替玉米是可行的。Loza P L Buckner C D Vander Pol K J Erickson G E Klopfenstein T J Stock R A 2010饲料博览2010,,5:0
