1Effects of clay and calcium ions on coal flotation显示文摘The microflotation of three single minerals,mixed coal–kaolinite and mixed coal–montmorillonite were examined to study the effects of clay and calcium ions on coal flotation.The results show that the ash content of flotation concentrate increases by 3%in the presence of clay minerals,and the ash content would further increase by 3%in co-presence of clay minerals and high concentration of Ca2+.Scanning electron microscope(SEM)images and elemental spectrum analysis indicate that fne clay particles that coat on the coal surface,which is called slime coating,can affect the coal flotation.The slime coating would be induced much more easily in the presence of Ca2+.Zhang Zhijun Liu Jiongtian Xu Zhiqiang Ma Liqiang 2013International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2013,23,5:24

3Observation of mega-dune evaporation after various rain events in the hinterland of Badain Jaran Desert, China显示文摘The formation mechanisms of the mega-dunes and lakes in the hinterland of Badain Jaran Desert,China,is the focus of extensive academic research in the field of geoscience,and an often debated topic is whether atmospheric precipitation on the mega-dune can infiltrate to recharge groundwater.In the present study,the probability distribution functions and the return period analysis of extreme daily precipitation based on long-term precipitation records for the southern margin of Badain Jaran Desert and 2-year observation of hinterland precipitation were used to classify precipitation in the desert region.The data of automatic weather station and eddy covariance system in the desert hinterland were used to analyze evaporation on the mega-dune surface after various rain events.The results showed that the rain events in the desert could be divided into three categories.The first is conventional precipitation(CP),which is below 5 mm,accounting for roughly 90%of all rain events in the desert.The second and third categories are ordinary annual maximum(OAM)and extreme precipitation(EP),in which precipitation is roughly 20 mm and more than 40 mm,respectively.The atmospheric precipitation of CP and OAM evaporated from the megadune surface in 1–3 days and 3–4 weeks,respectively.Following an EP event,the mega-dune evaporation was negatively influenced by the upper dry sand layer,and a lengthy period was required for its complete removal.The accumulative evaporation and accumulative precipitation of all three types of rain events indicated that local atmospheric precipitation had no significant contribution to recharging the groundwater system in the hinterland of Badain Jaran Desert.This research will benefit comprehensive elucidation of the formation mechanism of lakes in the hinterland of Badain Jaran Desert.Ning Ma Naiang Wang Liqiang Zhao Zhenyu Zhang Chunyu Dong Shiping Shen 2014Chinese Science Bulletin2014,59,2:14
4Theoretical and experimental study on relationship between stress-strain and temperature variation显示文摘Principle on temperature response to the stress-strain variation is fundamental to the relationship between thermal radiation variation and stress-strain field. Current research indicates that temperature has a sensitive response to rock deformation under the condition of normal temperature background. However, the basic physical relationship between deformation and temperature variation is not clear and need to be investigated further. In this paper, principle on temperature response to stress-strain variation is studied in detail, based on thermodynamics, elastic strain theory, and experiments on both ideal material and rock. In the stage of elastic deformation, results indicate that: 1) temperature increment is positively correlated with volume strain variation. Temperature rises with hydrostatic pressure increase. In other words, temperature rises when the specimen is under the compressive state whereas temperature drops under the tensile state. 2) Pure shear deformation does not contribute to tempera- ture variation. Namely, shape change of specimen does not produce temperature variation. However, there exist the relative tensile area and the compressive one in the specimen under the state of pure shear. 5Experimental evidence for seismic nucleation phase显示文摘The friction experiments on macroscopically homogeneous and non-homogeneous faults were performed by using a double-shear friction rig, and the waveforms of acoustic emission and the fault slip corresponding to the stick-slip instability events were analyzed. The results indicate that there exist two types of nucleation phase for stick-slip instability of non-homogeneous faults, and one is coincident with the preslip model, the other with the cascade model. 6Huge thick conglomerate movement induced by full thick longwall mining huge thick coal seam显示文摘A discrete elemental method was used to study the thickness of conglomerate layer in a full thick seam mining activities under the influence of the law, pointing out the thickness of the conglomerate at different seam mining, and during the destruction and instability of existing state of laws. At 21141 thick seam mining, the face toward the direction of separation between the thick layer of conglomerate rock and the next bit after reaching its maximum capacity due to pull from the bottom of the plastic zone, formed a stratified and hierarchical down collapse. The shape of caving area is a ''triangular block'', the length of the plastic zone and face advancement from the linear fit between the height of the plastic zone and the advancing face is a quadratic function of distance, while the top layer of thick gravel layer is the overall bending subsidence trend. Tilting the direction of the face, a thick gob of collapsed conglomerate layer is formed in the coal gob entity on both sides of the thick conglomerate at the top of the overall fracture morphology performance, thus forming a mutual extrusion of articulated block structure. The instability, separation and balance of the thick conglomerate layer in the hinged block stope stress leads to abnormal occurrence of rock burst induced by face as the major factor in the accident. 7Water-conserving mining influencing factors identification and weight determination in northwest China显示文摘Water-conserving mining is an effective way to alleviate the contradiction between fragile ecological environment and high-intensity coal mining in the arid and semi-arid region of northwest China. It needs to consider the engineering and geological conditions, hydrogeological conditions and mining methods of coal seams. From the three aspects, this paper systematically analyzes the influencing factors and establishes an identification model with multi-level structures. The model includes three primary factors (including the engineering and geological conditions, hydrogeological conditions and mining methods), nine secondary factors (including overlying strata thickness, aquiclude, mining parameters and etc.), sixteen third-tier factors (including the faults, aquiclude thickness and effective mining height and etc.) and twelve fourth-tier factors (including the fault throw exp on ent, aquiclude permeability and coal pillar sizes and etc.). On the basis, the analytic hierarchy process is used to build the judgment matrix and obtain the weight of each influencing factor. The results indicate that the overlying strata thickness, aquiclude and effective mining height are the most import a nt factors among the primary factors of engineering and geological conditions, hydrogeological conditions and mining methods, respectively. 8The Formation of the Jiaodong Gold Province显示文摘Gold deposits in Jiaodong,termed Jiaodong-type,are tectonically located in the southeastern margin of the North China Craton.Their major features are reviewed in this paper to highlight the differences between Jiaodong deposits and other genetic types of gold deposits.The mineralization was synchronized with asthenosphere upwelling indicated by synore OIB-like mafic dike and large-scale crustal thinning suggested by decrease of Sr/Y from pre-ore to syn-ore granites.Asthenosphere upwelling induced by the roll-back of Paleo-Pacific Plate drove partial melting of lithospheric mantle and devolatilization,which induced the release of the ore-forming fluids.In concomitant with magmatic records,mineralization migrated from the western Jiaobei terrane(133–127 Ma)to the eastern Sulu orogenic belt(114–108 Ma),corresponding to the eastward roll-back of Paleo-Pacific Plate.Gold mineralization in Jiaodong formed in the transitions of ductile to brittle deformation,rapid to slow crustal uplift,and regional compression to extension.In the regional-scale,the gold deposits in the Jiaobei terrane are mostly situated at intersections between NE-trending faults and EW-trending basement faults,and gold orebodies dominantly controlled by the lithologic contacts between Precambrian metamorphic rocks and Mesozoic granites.The mineralization was dominated by the disseminated-veinlet ores related to quartz–sericite alteration in strong cataclasite-breccia zone,with subsidiary thick quartz-sulfide veins developed in secondary fault zones.The ore-forming fluids belong to a H_(2)O–CO_(2)–NaCl±CH_(4)system and show minor variations in salinity among different types of ore.Structure-fluid feedback involving fluid-rock reaction and hydrofracturing triggered the fluid phase separation and resultant gold deposition.The Jiaodong gold deposits are distinct from orogenic and intrusion-related gold deposits in terms of tectonic setting,origin of ore-forming fluids,and mechanism of gold deposition.DENG Jun WANG Qingfei LIU Xuefei ZHANG Liang YANG Liqiang YANG Lin QIU Kunfeng GUO Linnan LIANG Yayun MA Yao 2022Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2022,96,6:7
9Scalable microfabrication of three-dimensional porous interconnected graphene scaffolds with carbon spheres for high-performance all carbon-based micro-supercapacitors显示文摘As one of the most important micro energy storage devices(MESDs),graphene-based micro-supercapacitors(G-MSCs)possess the advantages of excellent flexibility,long cycle life,affordability and high reliability.In most cases,constructing three-dimensional(3D)graphene networks is widely utilized to promote the permeation of electrolyte and enhance the utilization of active materials.In this work,conventional freeze-drying process is utilized in the fabrication of G-MSCs to constitute 3D interconnected networks micro-electrodes,and further by regulating the composition of inks,carbon spheres(CSs)at different mass loadings are introduced into the graphene scaffolds to further increase the active sites of the micro-electrodes.The fabricated all carbon-based MSC with the optimal mass loading of CSs(0.406 mg cm^(-2))exhibits a high specific areal capacitance of 17.01mF cm^(-2)at the scan rate of 10mV s^(-1)and a capacitance retention of 93.14%after 10000 cycles at the scan rate of 500 mV s^(-1).The proposed microfabrication process is facile and fully compatible with modern microtechnologies and will be highly suitable for large-scale production and integration.Yiming Chen Minghao Guo Liang He Wei Yang Lin Xu Jiashen Meng Xiaocong Tian Xinyu Ma Qiang Yu Kaichun Yang Xufeng Hong Liqiang Mai 2019Journal of Materiomics2019,5,2:6
10A laboratory acoustic emission experiment and numerical simulation of rock fracture driven by a high-pressure fluid source显示文摘In order to improve our understanding of rock fracture and fault instability driven by high-pressure fluid sources, the authors carried out rock fracture tests using granite under a confining pressure of 80 MPa with fluid injection in the laboratory. Furthermore, we tested a number of numerical models using the FLAC^(3D) modeling software to find the best model to represent the experimental results. The high-speed multichannel acoustic emission(AE) waveform recording system used in this study made it possible to examine the total fracture process through detailed monitoring of AE hypocenters and seismic velocity.The experimental results show that injecting high-pressure oil into the rock sample can induce AE activity at very low stress levels and can dramatically reduce the strength of the rock. The results of the numerical simulations show that major experimental results, including the strength, the temporal and spatial patterns of the AE events, and the role of the fluid can be represented fairly well by a model involving(1) randomly distributed defect elements to model pre-existing cracks,(2) random modification of rock properties to represent inhomogeneity introduced by different mineral grains, and(3)macroscopic inhomogeneity. 11Comparative genomic and transcriptomic analyses uncover the molecular basis of high nitrogen-use efficiency in the wheat cultivar Kenong 9204显示文摘Studying the regulatory mechanisms that drive nitrogen-use efficiency(NUE)in crops is important for sustainable agriculture and environmental protection.In this study,we generated a high-quality genome assembly for the high-NUE wheat cultivar Kenong 9204 and systematically analyzed genes related to nitrogen uptake and metabolism.By comparative analyses,we found that the high-affinity nitrate transporter gene family had expanded in Triticeae.Further studies showed that subsequent functional differentiation endowed the expanded family members with saline inducibility,providing a genetic basis for improving the adaptability of wheat to nitrogen deficiency in various habitats.To explore the genetic and molecular mechanisms of high NUE,we compared genomic and transcriptomic data from the high-NUE cultivar Kenong 9204(KN9204)and the low-NUE cultivar Jing 411 and quantified their nitrogen accumulation under high-and low-nitrogen conditions.Compared with Jing 411,KN9204 absorbed significantly more nitrogen at the reproductive stage after shooting and accumulated it in the shoots and seeds.Transcriptome data analysis revealed that nitrogen deficiency clearly suppressed the expression of genes related to cell division in the young spike of Jing 411,whereas this suppression of gene expression was much lower in KN9204.In addition,KN9204 maintained relatively high expression of NPF genes for a longer time than Jing 411 during seed maturity.Physiological and transcriptome data revealed that KN9204 was more tolerant of nitrogen deficiency than Jing 411,especially at the reproductive stage.The high NUE of KN9204 is an integrated effect controlled at different levels.Taken together,our data provide new insights into the molecular mechanisms of NUE and important gene resources for improving wheat cultivars with a higher NUE trait.Xiaoli Shi Fa Cui Xinyin Han Yilin He Long Zhao Na Zhang Hao Zhang Haidong Zhu Zhexin Liu Bin Ma Shusong Zheng Wei Zhang Jiajia Liu Xiaoli Fan Yaoqi Si Shuiquan Tian Jianqing Niu Huilan Wu Xuemei Liu Zhuo Chen Deyuan Meng Xiaoyan Wang Liqiang Song Lijing Sun Jie Han Hui Zhao Jun Ji Zhiguo Wang Xiaoyu He Ruilin Li Xuebin Chi Chengzhi Liang Beifang Niu Jun Xiao Junming Li Hong-Qing Ling 2022Molecular Plant2022,15,9:6

13Experimental study on patterns of fault interaction显示文摘Based on the data of strain field, fault slip and acoustic emission during the deformation of some fault models, the fault interaction patterns are studied. The experiments reveal four patterns of fault interaction, i.e. static promotion or delay of earthquake, creep triggering, dynamic triggering and dynamic loading-relaxation. 14Support-surrounding rock relationship and top-coal movement laws in large dip angle fully-mechanized caving face显示文摘When mining the fully-mechanized longwall caving face along strike, the unstable equipment, the low top-coal recovery ratio and the difficulty in controlling surrounding rock may occur due to large dip angle. Considering the effects of strike angle on support stability, the ‘‘support-surrounding rock'mechanical models of support topple and support slip were established in this paper. On the basis, the influencing factors of support stability were analyzed and the technical measures of controlling support and surrounding rock stability were put forward. Then the loose particles simulation experiment was conducted to analyze the impacts of caving directions and methods on the top-coal recovery in large dip angle fully-mechanized caving face. Finally, the ‘‘upward sequence and double-openings doublerounds' caving technology was determined. 16Experimental study on nucleation process of stick-slip instability on homogeneous and non-homogeneous faults显示文摘The nucleation process of stick-slip instability was analyzed based on the experimental measurements of strain and fault slip on homogeneous and non-homogeneous faults. The results show that the nucleation process of stick-slip on the homogeneous fault is of weak slip-weakening behavior under constant loading point velocity. The existence of a short 'weak segment' on the fault makes slip-weakening phenomenon in nucleation process more obvious, while the existence of a long 'weak segment' on the fault makes the nucleation process changed. The nucleation is characterized by accelerating slip in a local region and rapid increase of shear stress along the fault in this case, which is more coincident with the rate and state friction law. 17Information acquisition system of multipoint soil surface height variation for profiling mechanism of seeding unit of precision corn planter显示文摘The emergence rate and vitality of maize are directly affected by the sowing depth,and the uniformity of this depth is an important performance indicator of a planter,while the effective soil surface height information acquisition is the prerequisite for ensuring the accuracy of sowing depth control.The soil surface height variation acquisition system of a precision corn planter often produces profiling errors when performing active profiling due to interference from ground debris.In this study,a multipoint soil surface height variation information acquisition system was investigated,which consists of a ranging sensor group and a microcontroller unit(MCU)using a data comparison and screening method.The structure and specifications of the ranging sensors were determined according to the soil surface height variation and debris size,and a nonessential profiling control program was developed.Performed tests on the information acquisition system indicated that the measurement accuracy of the system was 3 mm,and when advancing at a speed of 8 km/h,the accuracy of the profiling decision and the system stability were 97.1%and 94.1%,respectively,indicating that the system was capable of nonessential profile control.The designed ranging system could provide a reference for the design of a ground information acquisition system of precision planters with an active profiling mechanism.Bo Zhang Wei Zhang Liqiang Qi Haiba Fu Lijuan Yu Rui Li Yue Zhao Xinxian Ma 2018International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2018,11,6:4

19Dynamic Recrystallization Behaviour of Nb-Ti Microalloyed Steels显示文摘The dynamic recrystallization(DRX)behavior of Nb-Ti microalloyed steels was investigated by isothermal single compression tests in the temperature range of 900-1 150℃ at constant strain rates of 0.1-5 s-1.DRX was retarded effectively at low temperature due to the onset of dynamic precipitation of Nb and Ti carbonitrides,resulting in higher values of the peak strain.An expression was developed for the activation energy of deformation as a function of the contents of Nb and Ti in solution as well as other alloying elements.A new value of corrective factor was determined and applied to quantify the retardation produced by increase in the amount of Nb and Ti dissolved at the reheating temperature.The ratio of critical strain to peak strain decreases with increasing equivalent Nb content.In addition,the effects of Ti content and deformation conditions on DRX kinetics and steady state grain size were determined.Finally,the kinetics of dynamic precipitation was determined and effect of dynamic precipitation on the onset of DRX was clarified based on the comparison between precipitate pinning force and recrystallization driving force.MA Liqiang LIU Zhenyu JIAO Sihai YUAN Xiangqian WU Di 2008Journal of Wuhan University of Technology(Materials Science)2008,23,4:3
