1Dynamic Prediction Method of Production Logistics Bottleneck Based on Bottleneck Index显示文摘In modern manufacturing pattern,there are many uncertain factors in the modern manufacturing process,such as changes of product attribute,changes of manufacturing resources' state,and so on,which cause production logistics bottleneck frequently shift,and make decisions of production planning and control based on formed bottleneck deviated from practical production process.Considering these factors,present researches mainly apply afterwards control to optimize production process to passively adapt to bottleneck changes.If the direction of bottleneck shifting can be accurately forecasted,the transition from afterwards control of chasing bottleneck to beforehand control can be realized.Therefore,aiming at the phenomenon of production logistics bottleneck shifting under uncertain manufacturing circumstances,this paper starts off with dynamic property of capability and requirement and then builds the concepts of bottleneck degree and bottleneck index to describe dynamic bottleneck characteristic of production unit;taken production capability,production load and quality assurance capability into consideration,mathematical model of bottleneck index is established to measure bottleneck degree accurately,consequently,quantitative research on mechanism of production logistics shifting is achieved.Based on bottleneck index,the prediction model of production logistics bottleneck is founded to predict dynamic change of bottleneck accurately.Finally,an example of forecasting and monitoring the production logistics bottleneck in one manufacturing shop is given to testify the validation and practicability of the prediction method.LIU Mingzhou TANG Juan GE Maogen JIANG Zengqiang HU Jing LING Lin 2009Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2009,22,5:22

3Vesicle-shaped ZIF-8 shell shielded in 3D carbon cloth for uniform nucleation and growth towards long-life lithium metal anode显示文摘Lithium metal has aroused extensive research interests as the anode for next-generation rechargeable batteries.However,the well-known dendritic Li growth and consequent safety issues still impair the long-term cycling performance.Herein,a hybrid structure composed of 3 D carbon cloth and vesicleshaped hollow ZIF-8 modification shell(HZS@CC)was prepared as a smart host for guiding uniform Li deposition.The long-range interconnected 3 D carbon fiber network enables the reduced local current density with homogeneous electrons distribution.Synergistically,abundant surface polar groups and the ultrastructure on ZIF-8 particles effectively guide a well-distributed Li-ions flow to promote the uniform Li nucleation and growth.As a result,stable Li plating/stripping for 2000 h with a low overpotential(≈15 mV)at 1 mA cm^(-2) were achieved in symmetric cells.Coupling with LiFePO_(4) cathode,the full cell delivered long life over 1200 cycles at 6 C.This research demonstrated that a homogenization guiding of Li-ions is of great importance to better make use of the structural advantage of 3 D hosts and achieve improved electrochemical performance.Yuting Fang Wenlong Cai Shanshan Zhu Kangli Xu Maogen Zhu Guannan Xiao Yongchun Zhu 2021Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,3:2

20Significance of extracellular signal-regulated kinase (ERK) in the development of rectal carcinoma显示文摘Objective: To study the ERK expression and its significance in the development of human rectal carcinoma. Methods: Samples were obtained from 62 patients with rectal carcinoma, including tumor tissue and adjacent normal rectal tissue. Western blot was used to measure the expression of ERK-1 and ERK-2. S-P immunohistochemical method was used to count the microvessel density (MVD). Results: ERK-1 and ERK-2 protein levels were increased in rectal carcinoma tissue compared with those in adjacent normal tissues (t = 2.980 and 2.194, P < 0.01 and 0.05 respectively). The MVD was higher in patients with higher ERK-1 and/or ERK-2 protein levels than that in cases with lower ERK-1 and/or ERK-2 levels.
