2Contralateral needling at the foot of unaffected side combining with rehabilitation treatment for motor dysfunction of hand after ischemic stroke:study protocol for a randomized controlled pilot trial显示文摘This pilot study is to assess the feasibility and the effect of a combination therapy of rehabilitation treatment and contralateral needling,which is manipulated at the foot of the unaffected side,for the recovery of the paretic hand post-stroke.This prospective pilot clinical trial will recruit 72 stroke patients with paretic hands and a disease course of 14 to 90 d.Patients will be randomized into two groups:the control group will receive conventional Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture and basic treatment for the stroke;based on the control group,the observation group will receive the contralateral needling at the foot of the unaffected side combined with the rehabilitation movement of the paretic hand.12 sessions will be administrated for 2 weeks.The primary outcome,FuglMeyer Assessment,and the secondary outcomes,the handgrip strength,the range of motion,the modified Barthel index,and the Brunnstrom recovery stages,will be measured the recovery of the hand motor function during the 2 weeks'intervention.This study aims to investigate the instant effect of contralateral needling at the foot of the unaffected side combined with the rehabilitation treatment movement for patients with the paretic hand of Poststroke motor dysfunction and provide the previous evidence for the future large sample studies.LI Menghan YAN Yan DENG Shizhe WANG Yu FU Yu SHI Lei YANG Jin ZHANG Chunhong 2023Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2023,43,5:1

4Role of Stokes Drift in Ocean Dynamics Under Typhoon Conditions in the Bohai Sea显示文摘The effect of Stokes drift production(SDP),which includes Coriolis-Stokes forcing,Langmuir circulation,and Craik-Lei-bovich vortexes,on the upper ocean during typhoon passage in the Bohai Sea(BS),China,is investigated by using a coupled wave-current model.The role of SDP in turbulent mixing and the further dynamics during the entire typhoon period are comprehensively stud-ied.Experimental results show that SDP greatly increases turbulent mixing at all depths under typhoon conditions by up to seven times that under normal weather conditions.SDP generally strengthens sea surface cooling by more than 0.4℃,with the maximum reduction in sea surface temperature(SST)at the during-typhoon stage exceeding 2℃,which is approximately seven times larger than that under normal weather conditions.The SDP-induced decrease in current speed can exceed 0.2ms^(-1),and the change in current direction is generally opposite the wind direction.These results suggest that Stokes drift depresses the effect of strong winds on currents by intensifying turbulent mixing.Mixed layer depth(MLD)is distinctly increased by O(1)during typhoons due to SDP and can deepen by more than 5m.In addition,the continuous effects of SDP on SST,current,and MLD at the after-typhoon stage indi-cate a hysteretic response between SDP and typhoon actions.LI Haoqian WAN Kai WANG Menghan DENG Zeng’an CAO Yu 2024Journal of Ocean University of China2024,23,1:0
5High-speed all-optic optical coherence tomography and photoacoustic microscopy dual-modal system for microcirculation evaluation显示文摘We propose a high-speed all-optic dual-modal system that integrates spectral domain optical coherence tomography and photoacoustic microscopy(PAM).A 3*3 coupler-based interfer-ometer is used to remotely detect the surface vibration caused by photoacoustic(PA)waves.Three outputs of the interferometer are acquired simultaneously with a multi-channel data ac-quisition card.One channel data with the highest PA signal detection sensitivity is selected for sensitivity compensation.Experiment on the phantom demonstrates that the proposed method can sucessfully compensate for the loss of intensity caused by sensitivity variation.The imaging speed of the PAM is improved compared to our previous system.The total time to image a sample with 256×256 pixels is~20s.Using the proposed system,the microvasculature in the mouse auricle is visualized and the blood flow state is accessed.Yang Lin Menghan Yu Yi Wang Ziyue Meng Ang Li Zhonghai He Qiaoyun Wang Jian Liu Yao Yu Yuqian Zhao Xin Zhu Zhenhe Ma 2022Journal of Innovative Optical Health Sciences2022,15,4:0
6The environmental analysis and site selection of mussel and large yellow croaker aquaculture areas based on high resolution remote sensing显示文摘Mussel aquaculture and large yellow croaker aquaculture areas and their environmental characteristics in Zhoushan were analyzed using satellite data and in-situ surveys.A new two-step remote sensing method was proposed and applied to determine the basic environmental characteristics of the best mussel and large yellow croaker aquaculture areas.This methodology includes the first step of extraction of the location distribution and the second step of the extraction of internal environmental factors.The fishery ranching index(FRI1,FRI2)was established to extract the mussel and the large yellow croaker aquaculture area in Zhoushan,using Gaofen-1(GF-1)and Gaofen-6(GF-6)satellite data with a special resolution of 2 m.In the second step,the environmental factors such as sea surface temperature(SST),chlorophyll a(Chl-a)concentration,current and tide,suspended sediment concentration(SSC)in mussel aquaculture area and large yellow croaker aquaculture area were extracted and analyzed in detail.The results show the following three points.(1)For the extraction of the mussel aquaculture area,FRI1 and FRI2 are complementary,and the combination of FRI1 and FRI2 is suitable to extract the mussel aquaculture area.As for the large yellow croaker aquaculture area extraction,FRI2 is suitable.(2)Mussel aquaculture and the large yellow croaker aquaculture area in Zhoushan are mainly located on the side near the islands that are away from the eastern open waters.The water environment factor template suitable for mussel and large yellow croaker aquaculture was determined.(3)This two-step remote sensing method can be used for the preliminary screening of potential site selection for the mussels and large yellow croaker aquaculture area in the future.the fishery ranching index(FRI1,FRI2)in this paper can be applied to extract the mussel and large yellow croaker aquaculture areas in coastal waters around the world.Lina Cai Jie Yin Xiaojun Yan Yongdong Zhou Rong Tang Menghan Yu 2024Acta Oceanologica Sinica2024,43,3:0
7Effects of anterior sciatic nerve acupuncture on lower limb paralysis after cerebral infarction:study protocol for a randomized controlled trial显示文摘Stroke is the main cause of disability in the middle and old age.Hemiplegia,especially lower limb paralysis,often leads to the loss of self-care ability and a series of secondary injuries.The main method to improve hemiplegic limb movement is exercise therapy,but there are still many patients with disabilities after rehabilitation treatment.As one of the non-pharmacological therapies for stroke,acupuncture has been recognized to improve motor function in patients.Here,we propose a new method,anterior sciatic nerve acupuncture,which can stimulate both the femoral nerve and the sciatic nerve.We designed this study to determine the effect of this method on lower limb motor function.Sixty participants recruited with hemiplegia after cerebral infarction will be randomly assigned to the test group or control group in a 1:1 ratio.The control group will receive Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture,and the test group will receive anterior sciatic nerve acupuncture on this basis.All participants will get acupuncture treatment once a day,6 times a week for 2 weeks.The primary outcome is Fugl-Meyer Assessment of Lower Extremity and the secondary outcomes are Modified Ashworth Scale and Modified Barthel Index.Data will be collected before treatment,1week after treatment,and 2 weeks after treatment,and then statistical analysis will be performed.This study can preliminarily verify the effect of anterior sciatic nerve acupuncture on improving lower limb motor function in patients with cerebral infarction,which may provide an alternative approach for clinical treatment of hemiplegia.LI Menghan WANG Yu RAN Dawei YANG Xinming DENG Shizhe SHI Lei MENG Zhihong 2024Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2024,44,1:0
8Plasmon Bi in-situ anchored on BiOCl nanosheets assembled microspheres towards optimized photothermal-photocatalytic performance显示文摘Interface engineering is of great importance to improve the photocatalytic performance.Herein,in-situ formation plasmon Bi/BiOCl nanosheets assembled heterojunction microspheres are fabricated via facile reductive solvothermal approach.The aldehyde group in the DMF structure is used to exert the weak reducing property of the solvent and thus strip out the metal Bi in BiOCl.The metal Bi is anchored on surface of BiOCl firmly due to in-situ formation engineered interface,which could realize efficient charge transfer channel.The resultant Bi/BiOCl heterojunctions assemblies with narrow bandgap of 3.05 eV and mesoporous structure extend the photoresponse to visible light region and could provide sufficient surface active sites.The visible-light-driven photocatalytic degradation of high-toxic norfloxacin for Bi/BiOCl heterojunctions is up to 95.5%within 20 min,representing several times that of pristine BiOCl nanosheets and the physical mixture.It is attributed to the in-situ formation of Bi/BiOCl heterojunctions and surface plasmon resonance(SPR)effect of plasmon Bi promoting charge transfer,and the obvious photothermal effect promoting the photocatalytic reaction,which are verified by experimental and density functional theory(DFT)calculations.This strategy provides ideal perspectives for fabricating metal/semiconductor heterojunctions photocatalysts with high-performance.Dongxue Song Mingxia Li Fan Yang Menghan Yu Zhenzi Li Jie Chen Xiaoshuang Zhang Wei Zhou 2024Chinese Chemical Letters2024,35,2:0
9Study of coexisting upstream solitary wave packet and downstream wakes induced by Diaoyu Dao and its affiliated islands detected by satellite sun glitter显示文摘Taking the advantage of sun glitter(SG)observed from high-resolution satellites Gaofen-1(GF-1)and Gaofen-6(GF-6),a new method named Shield and Vortex 1-2(SAV1-2)for extracting spatial texture information from sun glitter was established.Sea surface texture detail information around Diaoyu Dao and its affiliated islands was extracted using SAV1-2.Meanwhile,the dynamic characteristics of the water environment were analyzed by combining the water color,temperature and dynamic data.The results show the following information.(1)Stable westward shield effect and eastward Karman vortex streets,extracted from SG,appear upstream(westward)and downstream(eastward)of the Diaoyu Dao and its affiliated islands respectively.(2)The dominant direction of the Kuroshio Current in the Diaoyu Dao and its affiliated islands area is east,the Diaoyu Dao and its affiliated islands interacting with Kuroshio,inducing western shield and eastern shelter and wake.Furthermore,wave intervals of the shield in front of the island range from hundreds to thousands of metres,and extend wider than the island itself.(3)Combining with high-resolution sea surface temperature(SST)and chlorophyll a(Chl a)concentration,the directional changes of water color elements are mutually supported and proved with the stable shield(wave packet)effect in the west and vortex street effect in the east.The change of SST upstream of the island(western shield area)is not significant,the temperature in the downstream shelter area decreases slightly,and the SST in the downstream wake area shows a general trend of obvious decrease.The wake area is dominated by Karman vortex streets in shape,supplementing by vortices.The concentration of Chl a in the west shield of island is as low as that in downstream shelter area,while it increases significantly in the downstream wake area with shape in eddy or ribbon.(4)The SAV methods of extracting sea surface texture detail using SG can be widely used in different sea areas and water quality.This paper can provide reference for the protection and development of Diaoyu Dao and its affiliated islands and its surrounding waters.It is suggested that some kind of current buffer,such as marine wind farm,should be established in the western waters of Diaoyu Dao and its affiliated islands to protect the islands,and marine pasture should be developed in the downstream of eastern waters of Diaoyu Dao and its affiliated islands.Lina Cai Xiaoqi Jiang Xiaojun Yan Yan Bai Jianqiang Liu Menghan Yu Rong Tang Jingjing Jiang 2023Acta Oceanologica Sinica2023,42,4:0
10Application of Hidden Markov Models in Stock Forecasting显示文摘In this paper,we tested our methodology on the stocks of four representative companies:Apple,Comcast Corporation(CMCST),Google,and Qualcomm.We compared their performance to several stocks using the hidden Markov model(HMM)and forecasts using mean absolute percentage error(MAPE).For simplicity,we considered four main features in these stocks:open,close,high,and low prices.When using the HMM for forecasting,the HMM has the best prediction for the daily low stock price and daily high stock price of Apple and CMCST,respectively.By calculating the MAPE for the four data sets of Google,the close price has the largest prediction error,while the open price has the smallest prediction error.The HMM has the largest prediction error and the smallest prediction error for Qualcomm’s daily low stock price and daily high stock price,respectively.Menghan Yu Panji Wang Tong Wang 2022Proceedings of Business and Economic Studies2022,5,6:0
