| 1 | Synthesis, characterization and dielectric properties of a novel temperature stable(1-x)CoTiNb2O8-xZnNb2O6 ceramic显示文摘(1-x)CoTiNb2O8-x ZnNb2O6 microwave dielectric ceramics were prepared via the conventional solid-state reaction route with the aim of reducing thetf value and improving the thermal stability.The phase composition and the microstructure were investigated using X-ray diffraction,Raman spectra,and scanning electron microscopy.A set of phase transitions which were induced by composition had been confirmed via the sequence:rutile structure→coexistence of rutile and columbite phase→columbite phase.For(1-x)CoTiNb2O8-x ZnNb2O6 microwave dielectric ceramics,the addition of ZnNb2O6 content(x=0–1)led to the decrease ofer from 62.98 to 23.94.As a result of the high Q×?of ZnNb2O6 ceramics,the increase of ZnNb2O6 content also led to the lower sintering temperatures and the higher Q×?values.Thetf value was reduced from+108.04(x=0)to–49.31 ppm/℃(x=1).Among them,high density 0.5CoTiNb2O8-0.5ZnNb2O6 ceramics were obtained at 1175℃with excellent microwave dielectric properties of εr 39.2,Q×? 40013 GHz,and tf+3.57 ppm/℃. | Mengjuan WU Yingchun ZHANG Maoqiao XIANG | 2019 | Journal of Advanced Ceramics2019,8,2: | 6 |
| 2 | Gapless indica rice genome reveals synergistic contributions of active transposable elements and segmental duplications to rice genome evolution显示文摘The ultimate goal of genome assembly is a high-accuracy gapless genome.Here,we report a new assembly pipeline that is used to produce a gapless genome for the indica rice cultivar Minghui 63.The resulting 397.71-Mb final assembly is composed of 12 contigs with a contig N50 size of 31.93 Mb.Each chromosome is represented by a single contig and the genomic sequences of all chromosomes are gapless.Quality evaluation of this gapless genome assembly showed that gene regions in our assembly have the highest completeness compared with the other 15 reported high-quality rice genomes.Further comparison with the japonica rice genome revealed that the gapless indica genome assembly contains more transposable elements(TEs)and segmental duplications(SDs),the latter of which produce many duplicated genes that can affect agronomic traits through dose effect or sub-/neo-functionalization.The insertion of TEs can also affect the expression of duplicated genes,which may drive the evolution of these genes.Furthermore,we found the expansion of nucleotide-binding site with leucine-rich repeat disease-resistance genes and cis-zeatin-O-glucosyltransferase growth-related genes in SDs in the gapless indica genome assembly,suggesting that SDs contribute to the adaptive evolution of rice disease resistance and developmental processes.Collectively,our findings suggest that active TEs and SDs synergistically contribute to rice genome evolution. | Kui Li Wenkai Jiang Yuanyuan Hui Mengjuan Kong Li-Ying Feng Li-Zhi Gao Pengfu Li Shan Lu | 2021 | Molecular Plant2021,14,10: | 6 |
| 3 | Fe-doped TiO_2/SiO_2 nanofibrous membranes with surface molecular imprinted modification for selective photodegradation of 4-nitrophenol显示文摘In this study, Fe-doped TiO_2/SiO_2(Fe@TS) nanofibrous membranes with molecular imprinted modification, were fabricated by a combination of sol-gel process, electrospinning, calcination and liquid phase deposition techniques. The precursor sol was prepared from one-pot condensation of poly(vinylpyrrolidone), ferric chloride hexahydrate, tetraethyl orthosilicate and titanium n-butoxide in the mixture solvents of N,N-dimethylformamide and ethyl alcohol. Fibrous membrane wasthen fabricated by electrospinning, followed by calcination to form the Fe@TS composite. The physicochemical properties of Fe@TS were characterized. Thereafter, 4-nitrophenol(4 NP) was used as the template to deposit onto nanofibrous Fe@TS membranes, with a thin layer of molecular imprinted polymer in liquid phase. The photodegradation capabilities of 4 NP and methyl orange wereexamined in both single and binary systems. | 4 | Porous nanostructured ZnCo2O4 derived from MOF-74:High-performance anode materials for lithium ion batteries显示文摘Nanostructured metal oxides derived from metal organic frameworks have been shown to be promising materials for application in high energy density lithium ion batteries. In this work, porous nanostructured ZnCo_2O_4 and Co_3O_4 were synthesized by a facile and cost-effective approach via the calcination of MOF-74 precursors and tested as anode materials for lithium ion batteries. Compared with Co_3O_4, the electrochemical properties of the obtained porous nanostructured ZnCo_2O_4 exhibit higher specific capacity, more excellent cycling stability and better rate capability. | 6 | Heteroatom-doped porous carbon from methyl orange dye wastewater for oxygen reduction显示文摘Banana peel-derived porous carbon(BPPC) was prepared from banana peel and used as an adsorbent for methyl orange(MO) wastewater removal. BPPC-MO50 is a N,S-doped BPPC obtained via secondary carbonization. The BPPC-MO50 exhibited a high specific surface area of1774.3 m^2/g. Heteroatom-doped porous carbon(PC) was successfully synthesized from the BPPC absorbed MO at high temperature and used for oxygen reduction. The BPPC-MO50 displayed the highest ORR onset potential among all carbon-based electrocatalysts, i.e., 0.93 V vs.reversible hydrogen electrode(RHE). This is the first report to describe porous carbon-activated materials from agriculture and forestry waste that is used for adsorption of dyes from wastewater via an enhanced heteroatom(N,S) content. | 7 | Ultralow-weight loading Ni catalyst supported on two-dimensional vermiculite for carbon monoxide methanation显示文摘Nickel-based catalysts represent the most commonly used systems for CO methanation.We have successfully prepared a Ni catalyst system supported on two-dimensional plasma-treated vermiculite(2D-PVMT)with a very low Ni loading(0.5 wt%).The catalyst precursor was subjected to heat treatment via either conventional heat treatment(CHT)or the plasma irradiation method(PIM).The as-obtained CHT-Ni/PVMT and PIM-Ni/PVMT catalysts were characterized with scanning electron microscopy(SEM),energy dispersive X-ray(EDX),X-ray diffraction(XRD),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectroscopy(ICP-AES)and high-angle annular dark field scanning transmission electron microscopy(HAADF-STEM).Additionally,CHT-NiO/PVMT and PIM-NiO/PVMT catalysts were characterized with hydrogen temperature programmed reduction(H_2-TPR).Compared with CHT-Ni/PVMT,PIM-Ni/PVMT exhibited superior catalytic performance.The plasma treated catalyst PIM-Ni/PVMT achieved a CO conversion of93.5%and a turnover frequency(TOF)of 0.8537 s^(-1),at a temperature of 450°C,a gas hourly space velocity of 6000 ml·g^(-1)·h^(-1),a synthesis gas flow rate of 65 ml·min^(-1),and a pressure of 1.5 MPa.Plasma irradiation may provide a successful strategy for the preparation of catalysts with very low metal loadings which exhibit excellent properties. | Mengjuan Zhang Panpan Li Mingyuan Zhu Zhiqun Tian Jianming Dan Jiangbing Li Bin Dai Feng Yu | 2018 | Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2018,26,9: | 3 |

| 10 | Increased plasma leptin as a novel predictor for psychopathological depressive symptoms in chronic schizophrenia显示文摘Background Depressive symptoms are often seen in schizophrenia. The overlap in presentation makes it difficult to distinguish depressive symptoms from the negative symptoms of schizophrenia. The adipokine leptin was found to be altered in both depression and schizophrenia. | 11 | Research on Dielectric Focusing Lens Antenna for HPM Atmospheric Breakdown Experiments显示文摘To distinguish the dielectric surface breakdown from the atmospheric breakdown, one method for atmospheric breakdown experiment by loading dielectric focusing lens is proposed. The focusing characteristics of dielectric focusing lens are investigated for the microwave frequency on the order of 1.3GHz to 9.3GHz, the lens focal length on the order of 0.3m to 0.9m and the dielectric constant on the order of 0.3 to 0.9. Simulations show that higher frequency, shorter focal length, and fitter dielectric constant result in better focus effect that the rising and falling edges of electric field strength change faster near the focus which is closer to the theoretical value. A dielectric focusing lens for the S-band is optimally designed with the polytetrafluoroethylene of 0.32 m thickness, 0.6m diameter,and 0.4m focal length. The focus indicator of dielectric lens is measured and the atmospheric breakdown experiment is carried out. The experimental values of atmospheric breakdown are consistent with the theoretical values. The electric field strength with the lens at the focus is 5–6times greater than that without focusing lens. | 14 | Biological Characteristics of Aeromonas Strains in Nanchang Area显示文摘[Objectives]This study was conducted to find effective measures to prevent and control Pelteobagrus fulvidraco hemorrhage.[Methods]Typical disease materials were collected for bacterial isolation and culture and biological characteristics detection,and morphological characteristics were observed by pure culture method.Biochemical characteristics were identified by micro biochemical method.Molecular identification was performed by PCR amplification method.Drug resistance was detected by disk diffusion method.The agar diffusion method was used for the detection of in-vitro inhibitory effect.The immunogenicity of the isolates was detected by subcutaneous immunoassay.The virulence factor was detected by spot inoculation.The intraperitoneal injection was used for the detection of pathogenicity.[Results]The isolates were round,grayish white,and identified as Aeromonas.They fermented maltose,glucose,etc.,did not ferment lactose,and were negative for urea and H2S and positive for lysine and arginine.The target fragment appeared at 1 500,and the sequences shared the highest homology with Aeromonas.The isolates were highly susceptible to amikacin and gentamicin,and resistant to penicillin G and tetracycline.Eight lactic acid bacteria strains produced 1.1-1.9 cm of inhibition zone against the isolates.After the second vaccination,the titer reached 2^13;both hemolysin and protease were produced;and the test mice died within 24 h.[Conclusions]The isolates are Aeromonas,and have strong drug resistance,immunogenicity and pathogenicity.Inactivated emusion-oil vaccines of Aeromonas combined with the co-use of lactic acid bacteria and susceptible drugs can prevent the outbreak of diseases caused by Aeromonas. | Xinyi SHAN Dongxu WEN Xiaolan LIU Wangming TAO Mengjuan ZHANG Wei QI Fengwei ZHANG Zhixiu ZHU | 2019 | Agricultural Biotechnology2019,8,3: | 1 |
| 15 | A Low-Cost High-Performance Data Augmentation for Deep Learning-Based Skin Lesion Classification显示文摘Objective and Impact Statement.There is a need to develop high-performance and low-cost data augmentation strategies for intelligent skin cancer screening devices that can be deployed in rural or underdeveloped communities.The proposed strategy can not only improve the classification performance of skin lesions but also highlight the potential regions of interest for clinicians’attention.This strategy can also be implemented in a broad range of clinical disciplines for early screening and automatic diagnosis of many other diseases in low resource settings.Methods.We propose a high-performance data augmentation strategy of search space 101,which can be combined with any model through a plug-and-play mode and search for the best argumentation method for a medical database with low resource cost.Results.With EfficientNets as a baseline,the best BACC of HAM10000 is 0.853,outperforming the other published models of“single-model and no-external-database”for ISIC 2018 Lesion Diagnosis Challenge(Task 3).The best average AUC performance on ISIC 2017 achieves 0.909(±0.015),exceeding most of the ensembling models and those using external datasets.Performance on Derm7pt archives the best BACC of 0.735(±0.018)ahead of all other related studies.Moreover,the model-based heatmaps generated by Grad-CAM++verify the accurate selection of lesion features in model judgment,further proving the scientific rationality of model-based diagnosis.Conclusion.The proposed data augmentation strategy greatly reduces the computational cost for clinically intelligent diagnosis of skin lesions.It may also facilitate further research in low-cost,portable,and AI-based mobile devices for skin cancer screening and therapeutic guidance. | Shuwei Shen Mengjuan Xu Fan Zhang Pengfei Shao Honghong Liu Liang Xu Chi Zhang Peng Liu Peng Yao Ronald X.Xu | 2022 | Biomedical Engineering Frontiers2022,3,1: | 1 |
