| 1 | Effect of soothing-liver and nourishing-heart acupuncture on early selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor treatment onset for depressive disorder and related indicators of neuroimmunology:a randomized controlled clinical trial显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To observe the effect of soothing-liver and nourishing-heart acupuncture on selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor(SSRIs) treatment effect onset in patients with depressive disorder and related indicators of neuroimmunology.METHODS:Overall,126 patients with depressive disorder were randomly divided into a medicine and acupuncture-medicine group using a random number table.Patients were treated for 6 consecutive weeks.The two groups were evaluated by the Montgomery-Asberg Depression Rating Scale(MADRS) and Side Effects Rating Scale(SERS) to assess the effect of the soothing-liver and nourishing-heart acupuncture method on early onset of SSRI treatment effect.Changes in serum 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT) and inflammatory cytokines before and after treatment were recorded and compared between the medicine group and the acupuncture-medicine group.RESULTS:The acupuncture-medicine group had significantly lower MADRS scores at weeks 1,2,4,and 6 after treatment compared with the medicine group(P < 0.01).The acupuncture group had significantly lower SERS scores at weeks 1,2,4,and 6 after treatment compared with the medicine group(P < 0.01).At 6 weeks after treatment,serum 5-HT in the acupuncture-medicine group was significantly higher compared with the medicine group(P <0.01).lnterleukin-6(IL-6) in the acupuncture-medicine group was significantly lower than that in the medicine group(P < 0.01),whereas there was no significant difference in IL-1(3 between the groups(P > 0.05).Anti-inflammatory cytokines IL-4 and IL-10 were significantly higher in the acupuncture-medicine group compared with the medicine group(P < 0.01,P < 0.05,respectively).CONCLUSION:The soothing-liver and nourishing-heart acupuncture method can effectively accelerate the onset of SSRI effects when treating depressive disorder and can significantly reduce the adverse reactions of SSRIs.Moreover,acupuncture can enhance serum 5-HT and regulate the balance of pro-inflammatory cytokines and anti-inflammatory cytokines. | Liu Yi Feng Hui Mo Yali Gao Jingfang Mao Hongjing Song Mingfen Wang Shengdong Yin Yan Liu Wenjuan | 2015 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2015，35，5： | 13 |

| 3 | Effect of transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation at acupoints on patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus:a randomized controlled trial显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To examine whether transcutaneous electric nerve stimulation at acupoints(Acu-TENS)improved the biochemical and physical indices of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).METHODS:Ninety subjects with T2DM were divided randomly into a control group(n = 30),aerobic exercise group(n- 30),or Acu-TENS group(n = 30).In addition to conventional diabetes drug treatment,patients in the Acu-TENS group received acupoint stimulation,the aerobic exercise group engaged in walking exercises,and the control group was given sham electrical stimulation.All groups were treated for 30 min for each session and five times a week for 2 months.The indices of glycosylated hemoglobin,2 h postprandial glucose,fasting serum insulin,triglyceride,total cholesterol,and body mass index were assessed at pre-treatment,post-treatment,and follow-up,which was 2 months after treatment.RESULTS:The indices of the control group were not changed(P > 0.05) at the three time points.At the pre-treatment measurement,there were significant differences(P > 0.05) in indices among the three groups.At post-treatment,each index of the two groups was lower than that of the control group(P < 0.05),and improved in comparison with the pre-treatment measurement(P < 0.05).In follow-up,each index of the aerobic exercise group and Acu-TENS group increased,but was still decreased compared with the pre-treatment value(P < 0.05),excluding body mass index.CONCLUSION:Acu-TENS could improve the state of patients with T2 DM and be used as a therapy in clinical application. | Wu Zhiyuan Yang Ming Jia Jie Wu Yi Huang Tiansheng Li Mingfen He Zhijie Guo Zhenzhen Leung Mason Chin Pang | 2015 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2015，35，2： | 5 |

| 6 | Study on the Properties of Nanometer CeO_2 Doped with Zr^(4+),La^(3+),Pr^(3+)显示文摘Different nanometer CeO2-ZrO2 mixed oxides doped with lanthanum or praseodymium were prepared by coprecipitation. The characteristics of all mixed oxides were tested by XRD, SEM, TEM, and XPS. XRD results showed that all oxides were formed solid solution with CaF2 structure at low temperature and had good thermal stability. More Ce4+ ions were rich on the surface by XPS, which were beneficial to oxygen storage. The particle mediun sizes (d50) of all oxides powders were approximately 10~20 nm by small angle scattering goniometer. When doped Zr4+ in CeO2, the specific surface areas were improved at low or high temperature. | 15 | Reactive air wetting and brazing of Al_(2)O_(3) ceramics using Ag-Nb_(2)O_(5) filler: Performance and interfacial behavior显示文摘We firstly performed the reactive air wetting and brazing of Al_(2)O_(3) ceramics using Ag-(0.5-12)Nb_(2)O_(5) fillers,where Nb_(2)O_(5) can react with liquid Ag and O2 from air to generate AgNbO_(3).The contact angle of the Ag-Nb_(2)O_(5)/Al_(2)O_(3) system almost linearly decreases from~71.6°to 32.5°with the Nb_(2)O_(5) content increasing,and the joint shear strength reaches the maximum of~65.1 MPa while employing the Ag-4Nb_(2)O_(5) filler,which are mainly related to the formation and distribution of the AgNbO_(3) phase at the interface.Moreover,the interfacial bonding and electronic properties of related interfaces were investigated by first-principles calculations.The calculated works of adhesion(Wa)of Ag(111)/Ag-O-AgNbO_(3)(001)and AgNbO_(3)(001)/Al_(2)O_(3)(100)interfaces are higher than that of the Ag(111)/Al_(2)O_(3)(110)interface,indicating good reliability of the Ag/AgNbO_(3)/Al_(2)O_(3) structure.The relatively large interfacial charge transfer indicates the formation of Ag-Ag,Al-O,and Ag-O bonds in the Ag/AgNbO_(3)/Al_(2)O_(3) structure,which can contribute to the interfacial bonding. | Yudi Qiu Shunjian Xu Xiangzhao Zhang Mingfen Zhang Qinhan Guo Beiji Wang Guanjun Qiao Guiwu Liu | 2024 | Journal of Advanced Ceramics2024，13，2： | 0 |
| 16 | Study on the Zirconolite Solidification of Simulated Np/Pu Radioactive Incineration Ash显示文摘High level waste is nuclear energy generated during the application process ,which is the greatest and the most difficult to management the waste. Proper treatment and disposal of it has already become a worldwide problem, and has become one of the key factors of restricting nuclear energy for sustainable development. Zirconolite (CaZrTi2O7) is one of the most stable mineral on the Earth and actinide major parasitic phase, therefore, it is widely used to solidify actinides separated from high level radioactive waste. In this paper, the zirconolite solid solution was synthesized by high temperature solid-stated method using a particular composition of simulated Np/Pu radioactive incineration ash (SRIA). The phase composition has been investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD), the calcined temperature gained according to thermogravimetry scanning calorimeter (TG-DSC) analysis. Anti-leaching performance has also been researched with MCC-1 method. Results show that CaZrTi2O7 can load 40% SRIA, the accumulated leaching fraction of Ca is only about 10-4 cm in 28 days at 90 ℃, the concentrations of Zr , Ti and other noble metal ions were all less than detectability of ICP-MS, the leaching rate , normalization leaching rate, and accumulated leaching fraction of all Zr , Ti and other noble ions were 10-8 cm/d, 10-8 g/cm2·d and 10-7 cm, the results indicate that the zirconolite solidification has excellent chemical durability. | WEN Mingfen WANG Jianchen | 2013 | 矿物学报2013，33，S1： | 0 |
| 17 | Effects of Standardized Rehabilitation on Quality of Life of Stroke Patients at Convalescence and Sequelae Stages显示文摘Objective:To explore the effects of standardized rehabilitation on quality of life (QOL) of stroke patients at convalescence and sequelae stages. Method:A total of 251 stroke patients were randomly divided into a standardized rehabilitation group and a control group. The simplified Fugl-Meyer assessment(FMA) scale, the 36-item short-form health survey questionnaire (SF-36) and functional comprehensive assessment (FCA) were administered before as well as after 3, 6 and at 12 months a follow-up study respectively. Statistical analysis was conducted based on the evaluations at 4 testing time points. Result:There was no significant difference in FMA,SF-36 and FCA scores of the two groups before and after 3 months treatments, while FMA,SF-36 and FCA scores of the rehabilitation group were obviously higher than those of the control group either after 6 months treatments or of followup study. Moreover, after 6 months treatments FMA score was apparently higher than the score at the beginning and after 3 months treatments. The FMA, SF36 and FAC scores during the followup visit decreased when compared with scores after 6 months treatments, but increased significantly when compared with the scores at the beginning and after 3 months treatments. | 20 | Surface Modification of AB_2 and AB_5 Hydrogen Storage Alloy Electrodes by the Hot-Charging Treatment显示文摘The effect of the hot-charging treatment on the performance of AB2 and AB5 hydrogen storage alloy electrodes was investigated. The result showed that the treatment can markedly improve the voltage plateau ratio (VPR), the high rate discharge ability (HRDA), the diffusion coefficient of hydrogen DH and the discharge capacity of the AB2 hydrogen storage alloy electrode. The SEM analysis showed that the hot-charging treatment brings about a Ni-rich surface due to the dissolution of Zr oxides. It is also very helpful for the improvement of the kinetic properties of AB2 hydrogen storage alloy electrode because the microcracking of the surface results in fresh surface. This can be the basic modification treatment for NiMH battery used in electric vehicles (EVs) in the future. But for AB5 type alloys, the treatment has the disadvantage of impairing the comprehensive electrochemical properties, because the surface of the alloy may be corroded during the treatment.
