| 1 | Protective effect of ascorbic acid on cyclophosphamide induced testicular gametogenic and androgenic disorders in male rats显示文摘Aim:To study the detrimental effects of cyclophosphamide on the testicular androgenic and gametogenic activities through endocrine inhibiton and/or induction of oxidative stress in male albino rats and to evaluate the protective effect of ascorbic acid.Methods:The testicular△^5,3β-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase(HSD),17β-HSD,peroxidase and catalase activities along with the levels of malondialdehyde(MDA)and conjugated dienes in testicular tissue were measured for the evaluation of testicular oxidative stress.The plasma testosterone(T)level was measured by immunoassay7.Various germ cells at stage VⅡof spermatogenic cycle were quantified from testicular stained sections.Results:Cyclophosphamide treatment results in a significant inhibition in the testicular△^5,3β-HSDand17β-HSDactivities,a decrease in plasma T level and a diminution in the coumts of various gern cells,Moreover,this treatment was also associated with a significant inhibition of the peroxidase and catalase activities along with high levels of MDA and conjugated dienes in the testis.All these changes were reversed by ascorbic acid co-administration.Conclusion:Cyclophosphamide treatment at the dosage used caused testicular gametogenic and androgenic disor-ders as well as induced testicular oxidative stress that can be reversed by ascorbic acid co-administration. | Ujjal Baran Das Mousumi Mallick Jogendra Mohan Debnath Debidas Ghosh | 2002 | Asian Journal of Andrology2002,4,3: | 27 |

| 3 | 一个中国先天性有汗性外胚层发育不良家系的GJB6基因筛查(英文)显示文摘目的:先天性有汗性外胚层发育不良是一种常染色体显性遗传病,GJB6基因突变与之相关。调查一个来自中国的先天性有汗性外胚层发育不良家系与GJB6基因的关系。方法:收集一个共有17个家系成员(患者8人,5男3女)的先天性有汗性外胚层发育不良家系,采集家系成员的外周血,抽提DNA。然后针对GJB6基因的每个外显子设计引物,应用聚合酶链式反应(PCR)方法扩增GJB6基因的整个编码区,测序、筛查突变。结果:通过对家系患者的GJB6基因筛查,发现了一个杂合错义突变c.31G>A(p.G11R)。结论:GJB6基因错义突变c.31G>A(p.G11R)导致该家系先天性有汗性外胚层发育不良。 | TANIA Mousumi 熊志敏 鹿丽娜 刘双琳 夏昆 胡正茂 | 2013 | 中南大学学报(医学版)2013,38,8: | 4 |
| 4 | Dimethylammonium iodide stabilized bismuth halide perovskite photocatalyst for hydrogen evolution显示文摘Metal halide perovskites have emerged as novel and promising photocatalysts for hydrogen generation.Currently,their stability in water is a vital and urgent research question.In this paper a novel approach to stabilize a bismuth halide perovskite[(CH_(3))_(2)NH_(2)]_(3)[Bil_(6)](DA_(3)Bil_(6))in water using dimethylammonium iodide(DAI)without the assistance of acids or coatings is reported.The DA3Bil6 powder exhibits good stability in DAI solutions for at least two weeks.The concentration of DAI is found as a critical parameter,where the I^(-)ions play the key role in the stabilization.The stability of DA3Bil6 in water is realized via a surface dissolution-recrystallization process.Stabilized DA3Bil6 demonstrates constant photocatalytic properties for visible light-induced photo-oxidation of I^(-)ions and with PtCI4 as a co-catalyst(Pt-DA_(3)Bil_(6)),photocatalytic H2 evolution with a rate of 5.7μmol·h^(-1)from HI in DAI solution,obtaining an apparent quantum efficiency of 0.83%at 535 nm.This study provides new insights on the stabilization of metal halide perovskites for photocatalysis in aqueous solution. | He Zhao Kalyani Chordiya Petri Leukkunen Alexey Popov Mousumi Upadhyay Kahaly Krisztian Kordas Satu Ojala | 2021 | Nano Research2021,14,4: | 2 |

| 6 | Advent of clean and green technology for preparation of low-cholesterol dairy cream powder:supercritical fluid extraction process显示文摘Objectives:Due to health issues related to cholesterol and the emphasis on manufacture of low cholesterol food products,the research was undertaken for the extraction of cholesterol from cream powder using supercritical fluid extraction(SCFE)process.Materials and Methods:Face centered composite design(FCCD)was used to design the experiments with three independent variables viz.,extraction temperature(40˚C-75˚C),extraction pressure(100-250 bar)and dynamic time(2.5-3.5 h)taking two responses(cholesterol and fat content).The standardized flow rate and static time were 5 L/min(expanded CO_(2) gas)and 30 min,respectively.Response surface methodology was used for optimizing the process variables.Results:It was found that higher operating pressure,low extraction temperature and moderate amount of dynamic time facilitated the removal of cholesterol.The optimized process conditions of 75˚C,204 bar and 3.5 h dynamic time yielded 39%reduction in cholesterol content and 10.6%reduction in total fat content of the cream powder.Conclusions:Thus,a low cholesterol cream powder was developed with health benefits for people suffering from cardiovascular diseases. | Mousumi Ghosh Chitra J.
